She has missed his touch, missed his voice, and missed the closeness that came with him... Unfortunately now, the only way she gets to see her man is by heading to the Cemetery and desecrating his grave and pulling his remains free one by one... Today she's taken his heart!
The blood gets everywhere, especially when you're trying to take his heart... There's only a few days a year that you can do it.. The nights of the Eclipse are the best days for taking your beloved's heart!

There's so much pretty shit going on with the Halloween season, but one of those events that I love has come back and I cannot be more excited about it. A lovely little dark corner of Second Life opened back up again and brought with it the Eclipse... The magic of the Eclipse is perfect for casting a few spells and bringing forth things that are more than a little special...
The little witch in me went out into the woods and cast a spell, luring out the Dire Wolves...
When darkness begins to fall it is the best time to call on the Dire Wolves... A few days ago I mentioned not one but TWO awesome events that were on the horizon... Well... Both ECLIPSE and Hair Fair 2019 have now officially opened for business!!
Rudh has been playing around with tons of new hair, and some awesome goodies for those of us that like the darker things in life, but out of no where an outfit seemed to fall together... Something a little bit cyber goth perhaps?!
I guess you might call it a Hair Fair ECLIPSE look of the day, but I found this hair at the event, it's an exclusive from Sintiklia with the proceeds going to the charity. It's not something I'd usually even consider, but I tried it on and thought "oooh this is fun" and I knew I'd be using it to make something pretty with... Now I'll admit I bought it in a Crazy Color pack thinking I'd do something bright and random and neon, but then I guess due to the colour shirt I chose I was drawn back to a more normal Rudhish Red. Its' funny because the shirt - an ECLIPSE release from Ghoul - comes in so many bright neon colours, I have no idea how I was drawn back to red, but I love it!!

It's been a long, stressful couple of weeks. I've been working my RL ass off and so today I've been banned from doing ANYTHING much besides taking pictures and relaxing. My hubby and mother have been telling me off if they see me doing anything remotely like work! Blogging is the only thing that's allowed, and I'm actually really OK with that!
There's lots of fun things happening... This weekend is HAIR FAIR, and ECLIPSE IS BACK!!!
First though I have to fight off all of those people that want my attention, and Rudh has to keep the pesky beasts away...
Trapped in the tower, now that "The King is dead" and she's stolen the crown due to her own devious good fortune, Rudh is having to defend the tower until her evil reinforcements arrive to protect her... Unfortunately Habada the Puppy Pilot and his buddies have other ideas... They are taking back the kingdom for the good guys!!!
Anyway, the reason for this post is to tell you that ECLIPSE IS BACK!!! I AM SO EXCITED, it's been a long hot couple of months but as October draws nearer, Eclipse is here to remind us that October Never Dies!!

Today, Sunday June 30th, is the last day for Eclipse! I know, I know... Sad Face! It's also the closing of a chapter for the Eclipse Event as with the end of this round they are making some changes to the way it works... What those changes will be, we have to wait and see but it all sounds so very exciting - as well as a little sad! It's been an honour and great fun to work for this dark little event, that's proved 'October Never Dies'...
Now for one last post, I'm going to dip my toe into the water and wait to see what comes next for this dark, macabre little event. It's hot, and I think a swim would be lovely! The little dead doll in me is crying out to swim with the nice fishies!
This post-apocalyptic beach is the perfect place for a dead doll to spend her hot summer days, sitting on an old jetty that sticks out into the sea. Using an Acid Rain Lookout Post - from DRD - to shelter from the sun's heat she watches the fishies devouring some of their last meal.
I think though it must be something to do with her blood that drew in the sharks today, I mean she's got cuts all over, and the Savette Cami - from 1313 Mockingbird Lane - that she threw on over her bikini is looking a little threadbare!
Although you can't really see it in the main photo too, this living dead doll like to take a few risks... She's wearing her own mini anchor around her neck - the anchor comes from Ama, and would normally be perfect decoration but Rudh replaced the pretty decoration for a huge weight to help her sink!!! Since it's not so clear in the main photo then, oh yes, I've been a good girl and have added a close up!!!

It's the weekend!!! I finally have some time to myself, and I've just been told some even better news in that I have the weekend off from my SL job - as well as ALL of next week!!! So this means only one thing... A LITTLE MORE RELAXATION TIME FOR ME!!! I'm going to party it up and have some fun for a change! Starting with a trip to The Beach in SL...
It's the perfect place for me to run around in my adorable, yet sexy, surfer girl style - RealEvil Industries - Sereia Bikini. It's a Gacha set, but the collection includes jewellery and if you're lucky you might get your hands on the RARE Bikini!!!
Now whilst I was running around on the beach enjoying myself, I noticed that people were starting to stare a little... I thought that it was because I looked so fabulous, but actually, and unknown to me, my mermaid scales were starting to appear a little translucently on my skin... It must have been a combination of the salt water and the sand... DAMMIT, no one is supposed to see those! THIS IS WRONG - although aren't they a pretty creation from the store for this month's round of ECLIPSE?! Subtle, and only available to see in the right lighting, these scales can be left white - as is the default on the maitreya body - or tinted. I loved them being white, my mermaid colour tends to change depending on my mood but in white they look translucent like they may or may not even be there... SO GORGEOUS!

Saturday Morning when I was younger meant only ONE THING... Cartoons!! As a kid - like many other kids out there - I'd be getting up, grabbing some cereal and laying on the floor watching the same cartoons I'd seen replayed a thousand times on Nickelodeon.
Now that I'm older, it doesn't seem to be so much of thing that I'm able to do anymore, BUT there's always wishful thinking... Maybe next Saturday?!
Of course when Rudh watches Saturday Morning Cartoons, it's done with her usual dead girl flair... mostly because the cartoon that is about to start is ECLIPSE based. It was bound to be a little dark and macabre... although maybe not to the same extent as her Teddy Bear?
She's been good and pulled on some decent looking clothes that could be seen as floppy around the house clothes - although technically it's actually a Tank Top from Pretty Sexy Things at Rally to Rescue and a pair of Storybook pants - yet there's more than a couple of things from the new round of Eclipse too!
Her new earrings are a release by Spookshow called Diabolos. A set of earrings that may need modifying to fit your ears, but are very easy to make fit no matter the style of ears you wear. You may also notice those reddish looking scars on her cheeks - that's blood by the way - and it's a new makeup release, along with the adorable little Skull Ribbons, from The White Crow. Both of these things can be grabbed at the new round of the ECLIPSE... The Eclipse, so I'm told, will be changing soon too! A new Eclipse will appear once in the two months, and there are more changes to come too... Sounds exciting doesn't it, let's wait and see what the future brings, but for now enjoy the new Eclipse!

It's not often that I get to spend time with HellBone - for those of you that don't know, he's my hubby - Barbosa, in fact it's less frequent than the ECLIPSE at the moment, but when we do it's nice to just be a couple and not have to worry about RL or SL dramatics... Hell and I have been married for 5 years in RL, after meeting in SL, we don't always have the easiest of relationships but we're united and there's love, and that's what matters at the end of the day right?!
So for the soon to happen close of the ECLIPSE, HellBone and I stopped at one of those grungy diners and had a few shots of Tequila!!!
The grungy diner is actually pretty cool, it's one of those old Trams - an ECLIPSE release from DRD - that have been converted to form a retro looking restaurant! They serve junk food and tequila - thanks to a pose from Secret Poses - it was nice to just hang out, and force him to sit still for a few moments while I used him as a model!
Of course he has his moments, kept trying to interrupt me every time I was about to take a shot of Tequila. I'm not sure if he wanted it all for himself but in the end it was a case of "Wait!" LOL... Drinking buddies are best when they don't come between you and your shot!

So I am fully willing to admit that there are a lot of things in life that scare me because I fully admit that I'm a bit of a chicken, but even though I fully refer to myself as a living dead doll I'm totally afraid of watching Horror of any kind... Sounds crazy when you think of the fact that I do so much relates to the dark and macabre, but if there's one horror character that gets me every time it's IT... Clowns kill, I hate clowns...
Though I am gonna be brave, just this once because the ECLIPSE is here and there has been an appearance of the evil little clown all because a Tattoo was calling him...
Oxydate put out the Join In Tattoo, with it's clownish scarification and well that was like a moth to a flame for IT... He appeared in the dark sewer and tried to lure little Rudh in by sending out paper boats...

It's time to cast a few magic spells... Someone has to do something to get Flickr working more efficiently again... I need my hourly boredom fixer lol, need to be able to scroll through the pictures whilst drinking coffee, need it to work so I can upload my addictions to the internet LOL... SOMEONE has to make it work better, and so I'm going to cast whatever spells I can get my hands on to make it work...
For some reason the magic books I had, all tell me that I need to be in the middle of a graveyard to get the spells to work. I must admit that I was feeling more than a little pessimistic about it all, but I did exactly as the spell told me.
Find the Graverobber hat from the Reliquary - it should be available to you at the ECLIPSE - and then while wearing the hat cast the spell... I did that, no problem... It caused my eyes to itch, and I'm pretty sure there was something weird going on... A Zibska Flux - as I was told later causes the eye to leak glittery magic?!
As soon as it had started, and the glowing orange ball that captivated me to gaze into the flames appeared, it was gone... Did it work? Was the stress of a broken Flickr over?!

So I find myself standing around waiting on his return, not so much like the happy wife to have her hubby back home but more pensively enjoying the calm before the storm lol... I also heard somewhere that the end of Game of Thrones is soon, and even though I've never seen an episode, somehow today's picture had - I've been told - an air of GoT about it!
Still if that's the case, Queen Rudh is ready in waiting for her "King's" return...
On the night of the Eclipse, HellBone is returning to the arms of his Queen - not sure if it will be a warm welcome, it depends on how much laundry he has for her to do lol - but she watches out of the window and waits, knowing the sound of a roaring motorbike engine will announce his return long before she can see him...
This post was actually majorly inspired because of the cape... It was ALL about the cape, which is an ECLIPSE release from egosumaii - or {aii}. The Mortal Harvest Mantle is decorated with skulls, and comes with neat or ripped versions - the ripped being shown here - it's totally gorgeous. One of my favourite ever ECLIPSE releases, and I was so happy that I could show it off to you.

Curses HellBone LOL... You've gone away for the weekend and left me home alone, I thought it would be great but actually I'm finding myself a little bored lol... Even though the Eurovision is about to start and that usually gives me a giggle! Secretly I'm cursing HellBone for abandoning me, and leaving me here to get bored!
Sitting on my own, and starting to get mad, I decided to cast one or two little spells and maybe even summon a demon to entertain me...
Sitting, surrounded by HellBone's stuff to channel my anger and hidden powers... She's going to try to summon that demon to help her get through the lonliness...
Luckily the ECLIPSE is on her side to help her out a little... That's right, the shopping event that appeals to the lovers of the darkness is up and running again and I'm so excited by some of the goodies this month has brought. Her magical nature becoming very prominent as the magic in the air reveals her true nature all over her skin, the VVITCH Tattoo - from THIS IS WRONG - appearing on her skin as the spell is cast.
The markings aren't the only ECLIPSE goodies though, oh no... Her spiked heels that are marking the object of her displeasure are a pair of Barbed Stilettos from MONUMENT, and her clawed nails are a necessary part of the "Conjuration" - which are available from the Cerberusxing booth at the Eclipse!

I'm working today, so as I'm sat behind the PC I thought that I might as well get in some blogging time. There's not much else that I can do really, and I LOVE having a chance to sit back and relax with a blog post.
Today I want to share something which comes from a surprising place, but truly works in such a versatile way... I'm talking about the darkness that comes from the ECLIPSE event, and using it in a way that's no where near dark or macabre, in fact it is the total opposite, and it really works! Helps me to think outside the box, and I hope that it would inspire people to do the same?!
So, as you can see it's nothing like my usual post would be for ECLIPSE. It's far too light and girlie, but I felt a little inspired to create something that would allow people to think outside the box, and just because the event is all about the darkness, doesn't mean it can only be used for darkness!
The ECLIPSE item that is behind all this would be the awesome shoes that Rudh is wearing, these are a release from lassitude & ennui - called Jezebel Sandals - and they come in a range of colours with gold or silver metal accents. Dressed in the right way they could be perfect for a dark, Lolita kinda look, but right now with this outfit they screamed pretty! I LOVE that they can be so versatile!!!
The photo was taken at the amazing Outer Gardens' new fairground location, and as with their other designs, it's super pretty and magical. I fell in love with the location, and it just seemed perfect for my pretty girlie look...

The Radio Tower is actually the main reason for this post being like it is... It's the Eclipse release from NOMAD, and it makes for a great prop, a great piece of sim decor and ALSO a cute single room living space that's open plan and would be perfect for anyone that loves that industrial feel lifestyle!
The rest of my outfit is just because it would have looked kinda weird to be landing in a parachute naked, though actually thinking about it that could have been the plot of a Bond film.

Packing is far harder for me than it should be. Some people make lists and are very sensible, others just stuff everything and anything into their suitcase, but even with both these options I ALWAYS find it hard to focus and end up getting distracted! Even right now I walked away from a half packed suitcase because Blogging is far more interesting and a lot less stressful!
Sometimes though it seems to be so difficult, I'm sure I'd have an easier time herding baby dinos!!!
LOL so much so that, that was exactly what I forced Rudh into doing!!! She set up a camp in the middle of the swamp - the camp is actually an awesome new release from DRD called "Wasteland Grub Hub", which you can get your hands on now until April 30th at Eclipse - and pretty soon the smells of all kinds of good foods cooking soon lured in the babies!
Those little Dinos were pretty difficult to handle, looks like Rudh got clawed up more than she bargained for while she was unpacking her Dino Camp Care Package - from Junk Food - having to win these babies over with the temptation of some fresh juicy steaks!
I guess getting back to the packing is a good idea, and I'm suddenly reminded I need band aids!!! LOL!

I sat down to write a blog post over two hours ago now... My Husband is being really distracting - he's got this bad habit of knowing EXACTLY when I want to concentrate on something and then chooses that moment to demand my attention. It's the source of my biggest frustrations with him - he's STILL doing it even now! I'm trying to tune him out - that's it HEADPHONES ON!
It's been one of those days, when everything is frustrating the crap out of me. I've not had enough sleep, I kept cutting myself at work and I just want to run away and hide. I plan on doing that very soon, but the feeling is matched so closely in the way Rudh is feeling today too...
Thanks to the ECLIPSE, she's on edge - pissy if you will - and she's in the mood for stabbing someone. She's already been in more than one fight it seems if her huge black eye and multiple scratches are anything to go by?!
The scratch marks on her chest are an ECLIPSE release from VAIN - called The Claw Scars - and it makes me wonder if they were caused when she put up a fight about the collar she's now wearing? These SpookShow Collars - and in fact the Septum Piercing too - look pretty fierce really, they seem to be a perfect compliment to her mood!
Though I want to draw attention to something little here... Take a look into my eyes... They give you a message! I might be pissed off but there's a message there, a call for help or an SOS if you will... I love these eyes and the fact that they send some very good messages! The eyes are the ECLIPSE release from duckie, and YES OK they are a bit on the hard to see side, but I'll be good and add a copy of the eye ad for your perusal!

The end of March has arrived, and even though spring has sprung, it seems to be heading into warmer weather and you know me, I'm not good when it gets HOT.
Still before the month comes to a close I have just one more dip into the Eclipse... Before the sun is revealed again and the darkness slips into hiding for a few weeks. I'm about to sedate myself and take that long, much needed nap...
Sometimes you find yourself on the receiving end of items that have been under a little bit of heat. This time I found myself paying close attention to a release from Hotdog for this month's round of Eclipse. The item that I'm referring to is the Hotdog Heroin Syringe. This item has been getting some major backlash on Facebook, and I have to say that love it or hate it, it's definitely getting some notoriety. I myself am not a fan of the idea of supporting Heroin addiction, BUT I will say that in a place like SL where people can do anything they choose to do - providing that it's not hurting someone else and is not something totally horrible like Pedophilia - items like this are just another aspect of a role play world. It happens in RL, and so naturally people may act it out in Second Life. The item is well made, and although I am not keen on the idea of heroin, the needle itself could contain ANYTHING! In my case, right now, I'm going to tell you it's a needle full of a potent sleeping drug, and because it's MY Role Play, then you'd have to just go with that and accept it. No one is forcing it on you, if you don't like it look away, but that's the beauty of toys in an imaginary world. One person says heroin, another says sleeping meds and depending on who is holding the toy at the time the outcome is varied! I'm not a fan of seeing "adult" women sucking pacifiers, so I don't do it, but that's not for me to say it's bad for everyone who does!
Anyway... Rant over!! OK... On to the rest of this last dip into Eclipse!
This dark little monster, the one that will be asleep soon thanks to my magical sleeping meds, is decorated in the Moloch Tattoo - of THIS IS WRONG - a design that takes half her face and both arms! She's strapped up, wearing only some tiny Pantsu Codex Panties - from CerberusXing - using straps from Insomnia Angel, and hopefully soon that will be the only insomniac thing about her...
Sleeping now until the new ECLIPSE, not long but long enough to feel re-energized, awakening just in time for April 13th when the new darkness will start!

It's finally Friday, and that means only one thing... WEEKEND! For many it's a time for relaxation and fun but for me it's just another two days of work lol, so although I look forward to days off, a weekend for me is just more days LOL. It's looking like it's going to be a bright sunny weekend though, so that's always a positive, even though right now I'm so tired, I'm riding the bus to the weekend feeling a little dead inside...
Of course for Rudh that's always taken a little too literally, and she's actually riding a bus to the weekend that's dead inside LOL - I mean OK granted it's a backdrop from ninety, but still it has that feeling.
As she rides the bus into the weekend though she's looking a little geek chic wearing some Dropout Shades from peculiar things, and some huge Chunky bangles from DRD - both of which are available at ECLIPSE until March 31st.
Let's hope there's not too traffic or the bus ride to hell will take me forever!

ECLIPSE has started for the month of March and it is one of those events that always makes me smile. Even though it's aimed at the darker side of life, my inner living dead doll screams for joy and she cannot get over to the event fast enough.
This month is no exception, there's so much awesome stuff coming out of the event... I don't know where to start, I love it ALL!!!
So for my first dive into ECLIPSE fun today I allowed my craziness to get me locked into a hospital... Of course me being me, I took over and caused chaos. I'm not cute, Just Psycho.
So let's talk ECLIPSE... Starting with my awesome new glasses, that got broken accidentally and cut up my face badly - thanks for a set from The White Crow - luckily I'm a living dead doll, I don't feel it! I'm wearing some cute jewelery too - check it out, the choker and matching piercing which are ECLIPSE releases from SpookShow - but for me possibly the weirdest release and one of my favourites, has to be these amazing Voracity Gloves from Cubic Cherry... High fives will get your hand bitten off, and you'll always have someone to talk to with these beauties!
