It's not often that I get to spend time with HellBone - for those of you that don't know, he's my hubby - Barbosa, in fact it's less frequent than the ECLIPSE at the moment, but when we do it's nice to just be a couple and not have to worry about RL or SL dramatics... Hell and I have been married for 5 years in RL, after meeting in SL, we don't always have the easiest of relationships but we're united and there's love, and that's what matters at the end of the day right?!
So for the soon to happen close of the ECLIPSE, HellBone and I stopped at one of those grungy diners and had a few shots of Tequila!!!
The grungy diner is actually pretty cool, it's one of those old Trams - an ECLIPSE release from DRD - that have been converted to form a retro looking restaurant! They serve junk food and tequila - thanks to a pose from Secret Poses - it was nice to just hang out, and force him to sit still for a few moments while I used him as a model!
Of course he has his moments, kept trying to interrupt me every time I was about to take a shot of Tequila. I'm not sure if he wanted it all for himself but in the end it was a case of "Wait!" LOL... Drinking buddies are best when they don't come between you and your shot!

OK I mentioned it a few times in passing but as it's Monday morning and I am supposed to be at work, I think now is the time to talk a bit... I'm not going to go into all the boring and gory details but there is a possibility that in the next few weeks I could be losing my job and although I've always complained about it, when you think it may not be there anymore it's a real shock to the system!
With that having been said I know that I have a bit of a fight on my hands, to prove that I am able to adapt, to strive and to keep my chin up.
Hell made a suggestion that would help...
He suggested a bit of a work out - so unlike him I know - but I don't really think he anticipated the Right Hook that came his way, and although I may say different later, accidentally hit him on the chin! I will say, he was right, it was fun to beat him up LOL...

Last night was FUN! I had a few drinkies with some of my favourite people and didn't stop laughing right up until the moment I logged out of SL for bed! I REALLY needed it, I needed some time to just let loose and laugh like a crazy loonpants... This morning though I woke up feeling crappy with cramp in my legs and sneezing almost constantly! So today I will be taking things a little easier, until I have to work this afternoon at least. I need to do some chores, but that's it NOTHING more!
Except perhaps, beat HellBone's butt on a game on the Playstation?!

Moments like this do not happen very often but I think that it is time I shared a picture of Hell and I... Just Hell and I... No one else!! Don't look so shocked LOL I know it is rare but I do have moments with my hubby sometimes! Not that often and usually under duress - on his part I might add - but when I eventually get him to stop building, shooting, being a fart machine to entertain his brother Mongo, and he sits still for a few minutes, he actually makes a fairly good model... I have to work fast, he won't remain still for long, but I gotta hand it to him, in recent months my hubby has become pretty hot!
What started as an argument with Solde prior to her wedding - between Hell and Solde, I was not getting involved in that fight - has now become HellBone constantly shopping, being a fashionista - even if he does really only dress in biker style - and looking pretty good! He's even attracting more attention from the ladies hehe... It's so cute when he gets all unsure if someone is flirting with him LOL...

I'm even more impressed that sitting down like this - using the Come Soon "One" Pose that is available from The Expo until July 27th - that he didn't catch something hehe... The underground bunker that we're on the steps of is the entrance to his special hide-out, the Doody Man cave, which he shares with his brother! There's no way I'd have sat on the steps LOL!!!

My addiction caused a strange and unexpected shift of my Hubby's attention from creating vehicles to teddy-bears...
Yes you read that right... HellBone started off an interest in a certain brand of teddy-bear that was spawned due to me wanting a collection and the realisation that there is a great demand for these bears...
HellBone now calls himself the Booger Bear Dealer and has started a brand called Bearbosa's!
I started collecting Boogers bears a while ago now, and HellBone seemed to enjoy hunting for them for me... He has now kept on searching for them and has become a "Bear Dealer"... He's a fashionista, an interior designer and now a bear dealer...

I don't think I am the only one that ever does this, but when it comes to my blog I am always needing to have posts ready so that when I have a spare few minutes I can sit down and write something... I get a little panicked when I realise that I am running low on posts that need posting, so I end up working like a busy bee getting things ready... Sometimes I want to blog things as soon as I have taken the pictures for them, others I keep as "when I need them" posts... THIS was one of the former... I had these things in my hoard for a while, and I LOVE THEM... I should have taken and written this sooner hehe...
The things I cannot help myself loving are the amazing veggie plants from Lost Junction... This store is addictive I swear, I cannot help myself needing things whenever there is a release... This time - and OK they have been out for a while I am just REALLY SLOW at the moment - are these amazing veggies... The Fresh Furniture - shown here in Carrot, Tomato and Bell Pepper, there is a Sweet potato too, but I don't like sweet potato hehe - were available for The Neighbourhood, but are still available at the mainstore! Thank goodness I'd picked up these new Garden Barn tools from Plaaka at this round of the Arcade, it would have been a nightmare harvesting these giant crops without help hehe!
My outfit was one that I wouldn't ever had chosen for myself... Basically Mongo decided that he loved the way the jeans from Blueberry made girls asses look LOL... He wanted to buy me jeans, I wasn't going to argue, he was buying me clothes hehe... He bought me the top too hehe...
Though I had to Rudhify the look a bit, I pulled on the gorgeous new necklace from DAZED with it's HUGE gemstone, that you can grab for yourself at IDK, and then to make it just that little bit crazier I opted for some sunglasses - well sunglasses-ish anyway - specs from {joli} at Suicide Dollz.
Kinda reminds me of the story of the Enormous Turnip that I loved when I was little... Anyone know any good recipes for Carrot, Pepper and Tomato based yummies?

Horrorfestive 2014 is here, I've mentioned this before, and this won't be the last time I say so either...
We're raising money for Munchflower Zaius - formally of Nomine - as she has been diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. On a personal note, I will say that this has hit home with me a little deeper for me... One of my best friends, and MC Sisters, has also been going through testing for the same thing recently. She had problems with her body not working as it should, and being in constant pain - I've witnessed her hurting and it's horrible that I can do nothing to help - but for this there is no cure!
Now, the event is raising money for Munchflower's cause, and there are lots of ways to donate, but seriously who doesn't love buying something pretty at the same time... Horrorfestive, you get something pretty and give a little!
Maybe something like one of these goodies perhaps?!
Can I interest you in a Clawy Helper for Santa - courtesy of HopScotch - just don't get too close or it will hurt hehe... Or if that help isn't enough what about these adorable elves - from the land of Lost Junction, these by the way happen to be one of my absolute favourite items from the Horrorfestive... I LOVE them so much, they are appearing all over the place at home!
You can also get your snacks for Santa at the event, this poisoned Santa Trap - from Enchant3D - will make any scary looking fat man keel over! Having to keep HellBone away from it just for that reason, and I say so here to test whether he actually reads my ramblings or not LOL...
I wanted to keep my outfit fairly simple this time, but a LOT of it comes from the Horrorfestive! My dress forms a part of The Doll outfit from SongBird and it comes with the full body joints tattoos in a cracked or normal version - the tattoos you can also get seperately by the way, which is a flipping brilliant idea! - although the cracks that I am wearing here are those from Ama called Shattered in a delicate rouge colour!
I fell in love with a second item from the Horrorfestive line-up too... The boots from ImmateriA are called Yeti Boots and this would be the rare Licorice colour - yes they are in an evil gacha! - but how can you not love these! They reminded me so much of whenever you saw some of the monster feet on Sesame Street when I was younger... I had to get the blue pair LOL you will understand why when you see them!! LOL!
Lastly, and possibly more clearly in the close-up below, I wanted to show you the gorgeous Morelia Eyes from Avatar Bizarre. It wasn't enough for me to be a dead and broken dolly LOL, no I had to have monster eyes too!!

In SL, as in RL, I am a redhead. I've been through multiple colour changes and will pull on wigs of any colour to fit an dressing up look that I am playing with... Though I do always come back to my red locks. When I was younger, I used to be teased in RL for being a redhead... It still happens today, I'm sure some people will know of the gingers are like vampires speech that comes from South Park, but more often than not I laugh at the people who say mean things, and try to better them with a snappy comeback... One of my favourites for when people call me a "Carrot Top" is that "Nuh Uh, Carrot tops are Green!" LOL... Ramble of the day that!
I guess to go with my ramble, I should put in a photo somewhere, and I guess we will call it Rudh's look of the day - even though I don't ever tend to do posts like that LOL... In fact it's been a look of about a week, as everytime I changed out of a dressing up look I put this back on LOL...
So in the setting that surrounds the store, Meshopotamia, I will stand in the rain and tell you all about my outfit hehe...
The basic clothing of my outfit was fairly simple, an old but much loved shirt - called Teagan - from R3volt, and my new favourite pair of jeans from GizzA, the Virginia Jeans in a Retro tone if you're interested by the way. I know that you cannot really see a lot of my clothing, but it was more something that would look cute with my new hair, rather than finding hair to match an outfit this time. The hair in question is one that was released for The Liason Collaborative, though I am not sure if it is still available there or not... You may have to go to the mainstore to find it... I fell in love with this Damselfly hair pretty much instantly, and loved the soft girlie feeling to it, even though it was a store I don't really know much about if I'm being honest!
I accessorised the hair with some gorgeous blossoms from *LODE* in a pretty peach colour, and then remembered the gorgeous jewellery set that was put out by KOSH for the past Sunday's Lazy Sunday. I KNOW it's not Sunday anymore, but I am hoping that you will still go check the jewellery out, the necklaces - which you can't see here clearly - and the rings - which you can! - are available in 5 different designs... The rose design being used here to add just a little more flower power to the outfit hehe...
Lastly, my little friend, and the entire reason that I rambled on about carrots... The Veggie Pals were released from Birdy a while ago now, as part of a collection for The Chapter Four. I love the full set of veggies, but I am willing to admit I had forgotten I got them... NOT ANYMORE! It's veggie time!
