Guests in Space

In the past few days I kinda retreated into myself, I know it sounds silly but the low numbers that my last post got on Flickr made me very much doubt what I was doing as a blogger - silliness I know, since I always do it for myself and if other people like it then that's great - but I found myself drifiting away from the prettiness and heading into a sci-fi territory that I normally avoid. I LOVE the stars and planets - my SL house is full of them as decor - so I wanted to be amongst them, at least until the ship I was in had a visit from a visitor... 

While chilling out in my Space Bunker - a backdrop from Synnergy - I was just spending some time snuggling up with some of the space kits that live in the bunker... Suddenly the warning lights in the ship started to flash, the sirens started to sound and then BAM! A HUGE tentacle appeared on the window of my bunker cabin... 
I ran from that bunker and I won't be looking back... Telling myself it's a large octopus, so I don't even have to think of the alternative... Running away from what is scaring me so that I can focus on what is good for me!

Flowers in the Graveyard

For some reason I'm a little bit down today, I'm not sure why and I can't work out what to do to make myself feel better, but right now I'm buckling down to do something that usually helps... Blogging... 
Maybe it's because I'm stuck in doors with very little I can actually do, normally I'd love it having some time at home alone but right now I'm going a little stir crazy. 
I feel like I'm a little lost, mourning something though I have no idea what, and maybe in someway I'm subconsciously prepping myself for the darkness of Halloween by taking a walk in the cemetery...

I love this time of year, I'm definitely an Autumn and Winter kind of girl... Nothing better than getting into bed and snuggling up, preferably with a good book and a cup of tea! Yet the Halloween feeling is what makes me happiest, that gloomy that takes over!!! I LOVE IT! 
You know what else I love... THIS THIRD EYE! I wore it in yesterday's post too, but I can't take it off it's just too freaking awesome! It's a Third Eye from Nylon Outfitters at Collabor88, this one comes from the strange colours pack, but I think I'm going to have to go back for the regular eyes too!!!

The King is dead... Storm the Tower

It's been a long, stressful couple of weeks. I've been working my RL ass off and so today I've been banned from doing ANYTHING much besides taking pictures and relaxing. My hubby and mother have been telling me off if they see me doing anything remotely like work! Blogging is the only thing that's allowed, and I'm actually really OK with that! 
There's lots of fun things happening... This weekend is HAIR FAIR, and ECLIPSE IS BACK!!! 
First though I have to fight off all of those people that want my attention, and Rudh has to keep the pesky beasts away... 

Trapped in the tower, now that "The King is dead" and she's stolen the crown due to her own devious good fortune, Rudh is having to defend the tower until her evil reinforcements arrive to protect her... Unfortunately Habada the Puppy Pilot and his buddies have other ideas... They are taking back the kingdom for the good guys!!! 
Anyway, the reason for this post is to tell you that ECLIPSE IS BACK!!! I AM SO EXCITED, it's been a long hot couple of months but as October draws nearer, Eclipse is here to remind us that October Never Dies!!
