Remembering Them...

Today is November 11th, and for a lot of places in the world are celebrating the veterans today... I know that for the UK, Remembrance Sunday was the last weekend, but I always find a few moments today to pause daily life and remember those that lost their lives to protect our freedom... Being a Brit, the way that the people fought for England's freedom during WWI and WWII and the stories that they had to tell has always awed me of their resiliance, their tenacity and their voraciousness to protect their home... I had to take a moment to honour them... 

At the old Defense Camp - a backdrop from The Bearded Guy - where the poppies grow between the old Spitfires and bombs, Rudh got all dressed up and ready to remember them... After doing a little digging at the Salvage Station, she found the perfect outfit - from Eudora3D at Salvage Station - and even found a helmet that makes her look like a Femm of War - the helmet comes from Apika, also at Salvage Station - and she may be a little rusty wearing her Salvaged Armor - which happens to be the tattoo from Nefekalum - but once she is wound up, the key that has her power will enable the salute to those that have fallen...

Protector of Memories

It's been a while but I think it's time for a little bit of fantasy, somewhere to throw my imagination of too... I haven't been able to focus on anything too taxing since I've had PC issues, and have been working my butt off on my final presentation for work... Today, it was time to let my imagination fly... 
Fly into the magic of time and space, on the wings of a butterfly, for a meeting with a very important fae being... 

She's a celestial being, she floats among the stars, watching the passing of time and assisting the butterflies that carry the memories of the people they belong to... This particular butterfly is not one of her own, it's the butterfly of a family member, the yellow representing their sunny countenance. At the moment she's reflecting the emotions of her person, a blue for the sadness, the loneliness and the worry...

Kids of Krampus

 Yesterday the fae were hiding in masks to protect themselves from the Krampus and today I've been thinking Monster High-ish again, but for some reason I decided to start thinking about, what would the children of Krampus be like?! Is there one in Monster High? If not, maybe I can get myself a chance to visit the school, even if it's only just for Christmas... I'd be Krimpess, daughter of Krampus... 

She lives in the darkened hall ways in the Scandanavian home, hidden deep within the mountainous halls of Dark Christmas kingdom... She looks like the soft fluffy side of her family, a Krampus Demon - parts of the set from Fantasy Forest Store - although don't let the softness decieve you as her horns are dangerously sharp... 
However, at this time of year within the Monster High halls, I'm sure she'd become very popular as she'd likely be the most festive andthe one bringing all of the gifts...

Demon Dog Walker

Halloween season wouldn't be Halloween without a little demonic presence... There are so many brilliant costumes possible, but honestly I get SO confused with what I want to do and how, so many choices, so little time... Every year, well not just Halloween so more like once a month at least, there's always a little demon in me that needs to come out to play. Today has been my day off, and so today I've been able to enjoy a day of looking after my house, a collection of tasks that I was lucky to include a long walk with my dog... 
When Demoness Rudh takes her puppies for a walk, it's always a little warmer and their wings tend to fan the flames... 

Within the Demonic Volcano - an older, but still flaming hot cave setting from Synnergy.Tavis - it's lucky that it's warm... Rudh the Demonness has never been one for wearing clothing that's too constricting, she needs  something sexier to make sure that she wins the attention of the devil... It's not easy being a succubus these days! The outfit of the day had to be a costume of the Errai - from Normandy, for a very short week of Abnormality - which I'll admit isn't the BEST outfit for walking the Hell Hounds, no matter how cute they may be - and these are adorable since they are the Cheeky Chibi Puppies from Aardvark that have been darkened by some Tardfish Horns and glowing Imp Wings from STOIC...

Chaos Galaxy Stars adding Heat to the Fire

It's BLOODY hot here in the Netherlands again today...We've had almost all of the seasons in a week, Wednesday there was the BIGGEST Summer storm, it was trecherous to head out of the front door. Then not three days later, we're stuck in a heatwave that feels like someone turned on the oven and left the door open... It's like being stuck in a fire... The demons of Hell must have worked some magic and are giving us a taste of their home life... 

Inside one of the deepest, darkest Demonic Volcanoes - an older but awesome backdrop from Synnergy.Tavis - the demons have gathered around one of the most glamorous and more senior demonesses... The reason being that in her hand is one of the most important items in all of the fantasy realms... The chaotic red Galaxy Star - a release from Spells & Charms To Go for the current round of RITUAL that runs until the 12th of the month - one of the six chaos stars that can release extreme amounts of damage in the wrong hands... The red is responsible for this terrible heat, and the more it turns the hotter it gets.

In the Cold, Damp of the Basement...

It's May 1st, the 5th month of the year has finally started... WHERE DID THE LAST 4 MONTHS GO? There's also changes afoot that may well affect the SL blogging community as a whole, and I'm intrigued to find out how it will affect those that do blog. From today, Flickr - which is SL's main photo showcase place - will no longer allow free accounts to post moderate or adult related content... It could affect everything that we all know and love... I am a Pro account, it shouldn't affect me all that much, but maybe sponsors will be seeking different things... Who knows... 
Still to honour that change, and the fact that I'm a Pro account, I was having a conversation with a very close friend. Before long I'd been bound, blindfolded and gagged. Dragging down the stairs into a cold, damp, basement... 

In the Basement - a backdrop from PALETO - I sat on my butt that was bruised as I bounced down the stairs, and waited for hour upon hour, until my captor appeared like a shadow blocking out the light. He'd ripped off my clothing casting it here and there, my underwear - actually a bikini from Half-Deer - the only thing I could see in the pool of light at the bottom of the stairs. Happy Christmas from Rudhellowen

 As we get closer to the big day, I feel a little sentimental... I miss my family so much, and I guarentee that I am one of a million people feeling this way, and there are so many more out there with worse situations that I kinda feel bad for moping about it. I have to be a big girl, I'll see family very soon, and have to make the best of this bad situation... 
I finally managed to persuade HellBone that we should do something Christmassy together... We're not very couply, as a couple, and we're not very Christmassy, BUT as it's the done thing, we decided to let ourselves get a little Krampussy... 

Some of you may well recognize this setting... HellBone and I had created this room for the Dark Adventure that we created for Halloween in October. The Krampus was kind enough to let us move into his home just to get our Christmas groove on, and pose for a not very Christmassy couples picture.

Yesterday was the grand opening of our Halloween event creation...
Dark Adventures was born due to a realization that now that the Gators MC is no more, we would miss the super awesome Halloween events that we'd created for the past 8 years. Fish on Fridays

Fish on Fridays was always a thing when I was growing up... Mum made lots of different variations on the theme, but I have to admit that I am truly British and grew up with a love of Fish & Chips. It was always most exciting when Dad announced that he was heading up to the chippie, and when we were younger we had a boy cat called "Gus" who would follow us up and wait to for his own little portion...

Casting a little Magic

It's midweek and I'm feeling that I have a need for a little magic in my life right now... Even though Holland seems to be opening up a little, it's also 'apparently' one of the worst places in Europe right now for Covid cases... It's making me more than a little blah, so a touch of magic and the casting of a spell to cheer me up should help... 

I found myself wandering up to the darkest part of my attic - a skybox from PITAYA if you're curious - and checked that the spell waiting in my cauldron - part of a set from Violetility - was still ready and hadn't gone bad... 
Once the magic started flowing, and she'd cast herself a orb with a a large "Exterior" Halo - a set from LuluB at Cyber Punk - she started wondering if she should have worn more clothes as her cloak began to singe and her Succubi Pasties - from The Rotting Lab - began to feel like they weren't covering enough. It wasn't her fault that the Wicca Underwear - from MuggleBorn - didn't hide all that much, they matched so prettily with her Momo Veil - from Six Feet Under at The Darkness Monthly Event!
NOW... Just for the record I do have a little confession... You can see the tops of the panties that are part of this MuggleBorn Set. The gorgeous set is a mainstore release and it works well with the previous releases of Wicca Accessories. I was planning on showing off more of it, but it is VERY revealing when it's on and I kinda chickened out a little! SO I'm showing off the stores advert for the set, it's very pretty and perfect for a little witch, I was just feeling a little shy today...

The Shadows Made Me Do It!

Nightmares play a big part of things in the Halloween season, and I'm totally open to most of the Nightmare feelings out there that involved... At least when it comes to monsters and things that go bump in the night, those psychological nightmares are HORRIBLE no matter when you have them! Monsters though BRING IT ON - so long as it's not alien! - The monsters in the shadows cause chaos and bloodshed and it's a wonderful time of year!

Last night sweet innocent little Rudh had just finished her ballet class, when things became a little bit of a Tragic Ballet - it's the gacha collection from 1313 Mockingbird Lane for Salem and this set is AMAZING... I am so in love with the blade ballet shoes! - as the shadows in her room whispered into her ear and persuaded her to remove the Prima Ballerina from the show, so she could be lead dancer! 
Those evil Gdanagla - released from Lilith's Den at Necrosis - were convincing enough that she cut up the other girl, stuffing her in a trunk and carving out parts for it's collection!

Haunted By Humans

I'm really feeling like I'm getting back into my old, darkness loving self at the moment. I know that the pretty spring me will be back out to play before long, but while I can I'm going to embrace the darker side. I LOVE being a little dark and demonic, and although it may seem weird, that's actually when I'm happiest LOL. 
Right now, the little demoness in me is hiding away in self-isolation, a dark figure lurking inside the ruins of a local church, hiding from the haunting sightings of humans on the streets that flout the rules of quarantine! 

Dressing for my little demoness moods always makes me feel happy - in fact I've said this before but 9 times out of 10, the darker my look is, the happier I am! 
Today though I was inspired by this AMAZING "Grayas Tongue" release from PSYCHO.Byts - available until May 8th at ACCESS - it's gorgeous, and creepy, and strange all at once, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Demon me always has varying shades of eye colour - mostly the Izzie's Demon eyes if you're interested - but today with my eyes turned blind, I was lead by the eye on my tongue and my epic Peeker Earrings - an older but still awesome release from the combined minds of Contraption and CerberusXing. 
Still, she will remain hidden, haunted by humans as she clearly states on her shirt - which is actually part of the outfit with the wings from the Post-Human Gacha Collection by Antinatural! - the statement couldn't be more fitting right now!

Prettiness of the Demons

I'm still loving playing dress up and even though Halloween is over I'm living my dark little heart out just a little while longer, before all the prettiness of Christmas takes over... I let out my inner demon and today she was channeling a prettiness I haven't seen from the demonic me before... 

At Pendle Hill the pretty rainbow demon in me... Her gorgeous Dracarys Holo Dress - from RIOT - with it's scales, and the pretty if somewhat disturbing Evil Flower Hair from Zombie Suicide makes the prettiness perfect! 
I LOVE this look so much, it's a colour that I don't normally have much to do with but for some reason I'm more than happy with this... I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!

The Demonic Girl in her Naughty Room

So I felt like doing something a little cute and girlie, but with touches of Halloween. Since Halloween is a time for dress up, and it's also a time for cute girls to start dressing like a bit of a slut without repercussion, then today it's just what I'm going to do. I'm going to be a demonic whore hehe... Dancing around in my bedroom, listening to girlie metal music and dead heading the roses from spurned lovers... 

I was inspired with this picture when I saw the awesome new gacha releases from LEMME - available at equal 10 now - by a song from Motionless in White called "Eternally Yours". There's some neon pinkness going on in the video, hence why everything in my room is now neon pink in colour hehe... With a few decor touches from Inner Demons and Half-Deer, and furniture from Violetility and Neverwish.

Spreading Magic in the Misty Gardens

Fantasy draws me back time and time again, I have never been a girl that was able to just take normal fashion shots... For me if I'm working on something blogging wise it should be something pretty, sparkly and lost in a magical realm... 
Today I drifted back into a fantasy, and ended up spreading magic in The Outer Garden with the prettiest dragons... 

The adorable little dragons are available from lassitude & ennui at The Ark until September 22nd, and they can be found in a range of different colours, so you can mix and match them depending on your mood, attitude or element of choice! 
I skipped around the Outer Garden, although my face wrapped in it's ribbon was in a lot of pain due to the painful head injury that was sustained in a recent fight, the little demon was still able to spread some of her devious magic over the peaceful place... Disguised as stars, for easy hiding, she can sit back and watch the chaos unfold...

Calling the Spirits to get me Online!

Since SL is having a bit of a booboo crap day, I'm going to have to pull out all the magical stops to try to get myself in world... I'm trying everything, Card tricks, witchcraft, voodoo and now I'm going to take one final reach into my bag of tricks and see if a little conversation with the spirits won't help me?! 
Time to reach for my Ouija board and have a little chit chat... Something along the lines of "Anything you can do to get me into SL right now?!"

Standing over her mixing bowl to cast a spell and draw the spirits in - thanks to an awesome pose from Image Essentials called The Sorceress - once they are warmed up, she keeps the Ouija board close to her chest, carved into her chest - thanks to Dappa - so that she can make the call any time!
She reaches up to her head and removes her planchette to make the call...

Heart Removal

The month of Love is officially over as of the end of today, and it seems like a long wait now till the next "holiday" which is Easter. Although I'm still having a wonderful time visiting my parents at the moment, I can't resist doing something a little dark and macabre today, purely and simply to say goodbye to the month of Love LOL... I'm a bit twisted sometimes, aren't I? 
Since the month of Love is almost over, Rudh will no longer be needing her borrowed heart - what use is a borrowed heart to a Living Dead Doll anyway?! 

It was about time that she had it surgically removed! 
It's OK though, it's being preserved in a bottle - that you can see neatly resting by the removal tool on the table with her - thanks to the Mad Doctors at AsteroidBox. I do wish they hadn't left things in such a mess though, Rudh isn't the most angelic of sleepers and you never know when she's going to wake up... Maybe they should have strapped her down?! 
Is it weird that it seems more normal to see her dead and bloody like this, than wearing clothing?! The Lingerie Set from [I<3F] is so very cute, but now it's totally covered in blood, it's going to have a need for some serious washing! 
I guess Valentine's does have it's plus points, there is always something good that comes from the gory and depraved Anti-Valentines hehe... Roll on the Easter Bunny, I wonder what dead things will come from that LOL...

A Padded Cell for a Psycho

My first day back at RL work today and it's not looking like it's going to be pretty! There goes that holiday feeling! Oh well, back to the old grindstone! 
To cheer myself up I think I'm going to do something a little gory, a little macabre, something totally Halloweeny! You know me by now, the more dark and disturbed the better and I get so excited at this time of year that I feel like a kid at Christmas! 

I love making dark and horrible pictures like this LOL... What does that tell you about my personality?! Maybe my collar says it all "Psycho" LOL - these collars are gacha items from the Kibitz Leather Collar collection by the way. 
Yet I'll just brush it off as Halloween and hope that you buy my crazy story LOL. I've finally been committed, everything has driven me mad, and now I am being recognised as such! Luckily before they locked me away in my padded cell - a pose prop from the long since closed Exposeur - I was allowed to choose some of my favourite toys to take with me... I decided on my special bear - from D&S design - and my trusty Knife - from Boudoir - as a girl simply cannot be without those. I was even allowed to decorate my cell a little hence the Devil Trap - from paper moon - and the cute little dream catcher that I made from bits and bobs I had laying around - but really bought from MadPea lol... 
Of course accidents happen, I got hit in the head, and as the doctor was bandaging me up, he had to wrap my head in bandages and therefore had to get close, I used one of his own syringes on him and took something special for lunch! 
Talking of lunch though, perhaps I shouldn't blog when I am hungry lol...

Rudh the Queen of Monsterland

Wonderland might have the Queen of Hearts, but there is a far darker place in the deep recesses of my mind... Monsterland! Rudh the Queen of Monsterland makes the Queen of Hearts look like a Disney Princess... She smiles as she watches the torture that her many minions can inflict on the White Monarchy, laughing as they are turned blood red to match her own kingdom. 

Well actually, it isn't just in my mind if the minds of a particular design duo are anything to go by, but can you tell I had a LOT of fun with this, and I even managed to get HellBone involved with me hehe... Perfect as we needed a new couple photo hehe... 
I've always been addicted to Wonderland, and as I've grown up that pretty Disneyfied version has also modified into a darker place, though when I saw the items created by a dream design duo of CURELESS [+] and nefarious.inventions - that you can get your hands on at The Epiphany until February 2nd - I felt like they'd reached into my brain and pulled things into the SL world from it!!! I AM TOTALLY AND UTTERLY IN LOVE WITH THIS COLLECTION!!! I squeaked with excitement when I saw it, but as soon as I could get into the crazy busy Epiphany Event, this was the booth I headed for! I got myself a FULL SET - although the crown is missing from the photo - and even managed to have enough points for the exclusive Chess Board!
