The Purring of a Catwoman

I'm not allowed to go to work again today or tomorrow, but then I guess it's for the best as it gives me a chance to get over my cold a little longer. 
For now though I need some adventure, I'm tired of being stuck at home... I'm going to find myself a new part-time career doing something different... MAYBE A SUPERHERO? Though a villain might be more my style?!

For a cat woman, I need something sexy as my evil villain costume... She has to be hot enough to seduce Batman... Though since Batman is DC can we just forget him and pretend that Catwoman is after Aquaman instead! Since I'm going after Aquaman I need something HOT... THANK YOU PSYCHO.Byts. Clown Twins of the Freakshow

Halloween may already be over - it went so fast and I'm sad that it's already gone - but then I think to myself "wait a minute, every day is Halloween for me!"  and I'm not going to let myself be sad because the special day is over... There's still lots of super fun Halloweeny stuff going on for a little longer - like the Gators MC Halloween Maze, and even when that stops I'll still be embracing my darker side!
Talking of darker sides, I met someone that I've kinda known about in the back of my mind for a long time, we've been working in the same kind of blogger circles for years but have just never really connected with, until recently... 

I started liking posts she was making on facebook, then began bumping into Guen Gothly at random shopping events, passing by and sharing the odd hello... One day when we actually talked it was like a friendship didn't just start it blew up big time, and now this amazing lady is someone I feel happy turning to for support and guidance and giggles too! Giggles just like the post we decided randomly to create together, when I distracted her at Cynful and she almost bought a neon blue cardigan LOL... 
On that day it was decided we'd buy the cardigans - although not in the blue - and dress like horror clowns... SEE She's just as weird as I am! 
I'm also a LITTLE late blogging this, Guen had her's done ages ago. She wrote such a lovely post on her blog Macabre Beauties (and check her out on Flickr too), that I had a cheesy grin and felt really special, but I've been lagging behind by a few days.

Calling the Spirits to get me Online!

Since SL is having a bit of a booboo crap day, I'm going to have to pull out all the magical stops to try to get myself in world... I'm trying everything, Card tricks, witchcraft, voodoo and now I'm going to take one final reach into my bag of tricks and see if a little conversation with the spirits won't help me?! 
Time to reach for my Ouija board and have a little chit chat... Something along the lines of "Anything you can do to get me into SL right now?!"

Cheer Captain of Monster High

Did ya ever see a children's tv show called Monster High? Honestly, I think I may have mentioned it before, but if I was a kid again I'd love it... Heck I love it now and I'm supposed to be an adult! It's based on the children of horror monsters, so there's a Frankie Stein and a Draculaura - for example. They even have a collection of DOLLS! Seriously, why couldn't I have had dolls like this when I was a kid? Then it would have been a case of "Barbie? Who the F**k is Barbie?" 
Anyway, I got my hands on a few items recently, that I never thought of putting together, until miraculously it seemed to just happen, and well... I got the cartoon theme song in my head, so the picture HAD to come to life... Let's head to Monster High and meet captain of the cheer squad... Rudhie!

At The End

Yesterday was the grand opening of the Gators MC 6th Annual Halloween Maze, and although it was smaller than it has been in past years, we had a lot of fun and our guests seem to enjoy it too... The maze is open now until November 4th so if you're looking for something Halloween - or at least to get you in the mood for Halloween - then you won't want to miss our Freak show... 
The opening party may be over now but Rudh is still meeting and greeting... 

She has plenty of bloody drinks to share. The kind that are not for kids, but also not really fit for human consumption either... Monsters only is the warning, but hey you may like it, you never know if you don't try... These drinks are a ChicChica Holy Blood Cocktail Speciality. 
As the hostess of the party Rudh needed a pretty dress... She'd seen one on her many shopping trips and now had the perfect excuse to wear it. It's a new release from 1313 Mockingbird Lane for this month's Black Fair. It actually comes in two separate parts, the dress and the harnesses, which look great together or worn alone. Its the perfect dress for a party! It brings out her demonic side - or are those fresh wounds from her PSYCHO - PSYCHO.Byts - side?!

Dragon Scales in Fairy Tales...

I feel like blogging something a little bit fantasy fairytale today... I'm not actually feeling all that well, and all I want to do is hide! So I decided to sit away from it all and write something here, it always makes me feel better. I feel I could slip into dreamland in RL without warning, I'm feeling drained and shivery... Uh oh that really doesn't seem good, does it? 
Rudh lives her life in my dreamland... Today something a little bit dark and fantasy but I guess a little less macabre than my usual happy feeling. You can tell there's something a little off!!! 

You can kinda tell she's not that great today, Rudh isn't even noticing the wax on her hand.
While out exploring the Ironwood Hills, I was inspired by this dark forest tunnel location, and for some reason my mind slipped to a fantasy place, where I wear dragon scales - thanks to the Ama Dragonborn Gacha Pauldrons - and can hold Witchcraft Summoning Candles till the wax drips over my hands... 
For now though I think it may be early to bed...

It's the start of a new week, one where I'm kinda excited to be going back to work. I never thought I'd feel this way about a shop job but I LOVE it!!! Though there is ONE minor problem that I have and I'm really trying hard to contend with it. In my vocabulary I tend to sometimes - especially in SL - be a little colourful... So much so that the MC have joked I need a swear jar! Now I'd never be able to do that working with the public so I'm keeping it in check but sometimes it wants to just burst out of me... I should come with a Parental Advisory, like Rudh does...

Guess what?? I am finally at home!! Not at home in my house in Holland, no this time I mean that I am finally at home with my family in the UK!!! It's not going to be for long, but will actually be just a short break... I am incandescently happy, after waking up in my childhood room this morning, I haven't been able to stop smiling!

So I'm going to share something today that may seem strange, but if you've known me for any length of time you will know that the more macabre a picture, the happier I am lol... Since it's Easter, and a religious holiday, I'm going to do something church related! Not that it's going to appeal to the religious types out there...

Go to the church or the devil will get you... In this case the devil is waiting for you in the one place that she knows she will find you... Church LOL... Random funny story. I was on the ferry travelling from Holland to the UK yesterday and a bunch of little old ladies sat near me started doing a bible reading. They kept giving me funny looks, and I was wondering what the heck was going on till I remembered my FFDP hoodie LOL... Ooops!!!

This outfit is from the same gacha machine that I have talked about before, the ANTINATURAL Post-Human Gacha machine at the current round of Lootbox Gacha Event. It's a Demonic Lootbox, and it's possibly something I fell in love with even more than the angelic version I wore in a previous post. Yet the reason I'm sitting outside this church at Ironwood Hills is actually the fault of the DRD Frankenstomps. I LOVE these new boots, they are awesome, and although I bought the colour pack with a million different options - OK maybe not that much but you know what I mean - they are just soooooooo cute!!!!!

Coulrophobic Love

As it's still the month of Love, and as I haven't done anything a little creepy for a while, I think it's now time for me to do something along that theme... Lovely Creepy LOL... Sounds like a usual day for me really!!! EVERYONE deserves love... Even the creepy things... Maybe if they had a little love they wouldn't be so creepy?
Crazy, macabre little me decided to get dressed all pretty like - pretty for a clown girl anyway - and spread a little Coulrophobia Love!!!

The outfit was inspired by this skirt...It's a brand new skirt release from 1313 Mockingbird Lane, and one of the patterns just screamed CLOWNNNNNNNN at me... I added some more clownishness to it, by putting on this awesome gas mask from Clemmm and katat0nik. I added an adorable top from MuggleBorn. This is the Valentine's hunt edition, BUT you can also grab it in the mainstore in lots of different colours too!! 
At the Circus in the Ironwood Hills, the little Rudh clown gives her CURELESS Valentine's Heart to Yoyo the clown... He wanted her real heart...

I saw Mommy kissing Santa Clause... So I killed him!

I saw Mommy kissing Santa Clause... She wasn't kissing him for long though because I HAD to step in to help her... That big fat man went down!!! I'm pleased to tell you that it wasn't the real Santa, just a fat interpretation at the local mall... How dare he kiss Mommy?!
Unfortunately for the safety of the real Santa, I had to be locked away... Judge said there was a strange look in my eye...

This whole idea started because of a group gift released by Psycho Barbie. An awesome Christmas - well I guess you might say Anti-Christmas - Sweater, released as a group gift from the store for the festive season with the words "I Killed Santa" emblazoned across the front. The group is a pay to join on, but the fee is only around 100L, and well I thought that was worth it just for the sweater, but then when you factor in all the other group gifts that are readily available, it's a steal! 
They locked me in a cell at the infamous Ironwood Hills Asylum, but what makes me laugh more than anything is they forgot my trusty ol' Saw & Conquered blade - made by Violetility - just left me standing there with it... Doubt I'll be locked away for long!! 
Though if the look in her eye is anything to go by there is more planned in her crazy mind... Her eyes have gone a little cloudy - Frosted Eyes perhaps like the awesome set I'm wearing from Nightmare available at Suicide Dollz - she's ready, waiting, just listening for the jingle of the bells...

Love Potion #9

There are periods of the year that are supposed to be the most magical if you look at any cultural history. Christmas is now very much tired up with the Pagan holiday of the Mid-Winter and in fact, if you look at many of our modern Christmas traditions, you will realise that they came from Pagan festivities. It is definitely a time of magic however, and that magic may be used for less than good... 
In a dark little shop in the Ironwood Hills, a little witch hides away brewing a Love Potion after being jilted just before the Christmas festivities began... 

Her Sad Tears - thanks to an applier from Nightmare which can be seen more clearly in the attached close ups I've included below and which is the new release from Nightmare at the main store - are adding to the Love Potion #9 - a pose from elephante poses - that she found in one of her Grandmother's old books... 
She was dressed for a party in a Sugarplum Oubliette dress of soft lilac lace, purchased very recently at the Winter's Hollow, and had even remembered her special Dae Glasses, to make her eyes sparkle thanks to the Zombie Suicide, but it seems like this pretty outfit will never make it to the party...

Stuck between Worlds

As Halloween is coming there are a million different things that are coming out to create a million different Halloween looks, but sometimes the simplest ones turn out to be the most challenging... 
I wanted to do something kinda Clockwork Orange related - thanks to a hat released by Lock & Tuft at The Project Seven - but it never worked out that way and instead became something a little twilight zone?! 

The Clockwork Rudh got herself stuck crawling through a magic door - which just happens to be a pose prop from Image Essentials at The Mad Circus Event -  causing her to be stuck halfway between a world of light and dark... Armed with a hatchet, she crawled through into a magical realm to be met by some adorable looking ghost kitties... Left wondering why they are on the dark side of the door, until she noticed the glowing red eyes... 
The other thing that she noticed was this strange black sludge that seemed to be leaking from her eyes and mouth after transporting through the magical door... It just seems to seep from her eyes and mouth - and was made possible due to a make-up applier from Zombie Suicide which you can win for free by completing the Ironwood Hills Hunt until November 5th. 
I know that the make-up layer isn't very clear in the picture so to help you get a better idea of what it looks like, and to see the colour options you get too - because Isis Zamin has been awesome and included 6 colours in this prize - I've attached the store ad poster below!! Today's the day that all the bears have their "slaughter"... 

It's not the slaughter of the bears I'm referring to here... Oh no no, Today's the day that all the bears get to go out and Slaughter... Bears of all shapes and sizes - Grizzlies and Polars, Brown Bears and Pandas, even our beloved Teddy Bears are joining in this year's horror massacre, and from the sound of it, they are all having a damn good time as they wander through the forest of The Forgotten!! 
This cute little Teddy Bear, or is that a cleverly disguised human with blood on their mind, seems to be having a wonderful time, displaying a trap as a necklace with... is that... it is!! A human head bucket of candy! 
It's dark in these woods, and unluckily for you the candle just blew out!!!
For those of you interested to know about the details that went into making this picture which in turn became a crazy story in my mind, it all started with me spotting this AMAZING Teddy Bear Mask by Katat0nik. I HAD TO HAVE IT! This wasn't just a want, this was a need... To make things even more exciting about this mask it was FREE all I needed to do was hunt for it... Demonic Carny Children

Demonic me seems to be having dominance over all other sides of my darker self at the moment... I'm not complaining but I will say that she's very much suppressing the prettier girlier normal side of my wardrobe quite a lot, so don't expect normal too often for a while longer at least lol... 
Today the little demon child in me wants to get all excited over an event I participated in last night... You may have heard of Ironwood Hills, well this year they have an interactive hunt taking place and it's FUN!!! There's some great prizes and maybe if you're good I will share some of those with you soon... Still while you're there watch out for the little demonic me that is haunting the carnival!!!

Pandora's Monsters need a Snack

The monsters have been released from this month's Pandora's Box and they are HUNGRY... 
What do monsters eat I wonder? I guess it depends on the Monster... I was wandering around in the woods of Ironwood Hills and I caught one of the Monsters of Pandora's Box enjoying a little snackette... Fairies!!!!!

Her sun gold hair that's braided and wrapped around her large dark antlers - thanks to the Aysdora add-on from FABIA - and her pretty floral adornments - from LODE and Ama - give the impression that this is a sweet gentle forest spirit. Yet the way that she's biting into that Fairy, not to mention the almost snake-like eyes - which come with the Make-Up from Vengeful Threads in this month's Pandora's Box - give a totally different perception upon closer inspection.
Now because this is a Pandora's Box post... You may want a reminder about Pandora's Box... As a basic reminder, the best place to go to sign up for your box is the Pandora's Box HQ. Now that the box has been opened the cost will be 2500L, which will allow you to join the group and get your box - bear in mind though that you only have until May 30th to do so - and all those wonderful goodies will be yours. Then after the last day in May the group will be emptied and sign up begins for the following month's box - which if you join the group before the release date will be 1500L! SL Drama Police

Drama is one of those naturally occurring things in SecondLife... Anywhere you get groups of people you are more than likely to experience drama every now and then, unless of course you live in a box and never venture into the outside world. Perhaps someone should create a SecondLife drama police?! Someone that could stop all of the petty drama and bring justice lol - although OK let's keep the SL Secrets Blog because sometimes that place is just too funny!
The SecondLife World NEEDS the Drama Police!!!

Not sure if I could handle being in the drama police, I'm WAY too sensitive and take everything to heart, but if there were such a group this look should SO be their uniform! Not sure how it would look on guys but hey I cant come up with all of the ideas can I?!
The uniform is made up of two different parts, the shorts being a Marisa Double Lace Short from Addams and the jacket - complete with undergarment and all the trimmings - is a Criminal Police Jacket from Zenith!
Now that I have the uniform, let me go on my first patrol... Today, I will be wandering around the awesome location that is Ironwood Hills... but please, keep your drama to yourself!

Someone take my Brain

Pft what a weekend that was, you know I'm actually glad today is Monday and I am back to work - not that I am happy about being in the office - it brings normality and that right now is MUCH needed! The weekend has been a crazy whirlwind of conversations that have taken me on a bit of a rollercoaster ride, and I just really hope that things will smooth themselves out soon...
If that doesn't work then perhaps I will have a lobotomy... Ya know, get my brain removed so I don't need to think anymore?! I could have it put in formaldehyde and preserved until the stress and tension was over?! In fact it might be the best use of my brain right now, I'm not sure I really want it anymore now I learnt a few things that bug me...

I've always been an over thinker... It's one of my worst traits, but not only do I over think I over think, I tend to think of the worst possible outcome and dwell on it... It's not something I'm proud of and it's something that I let myself get hurt by time and time again but it's hard to train the brain to think otherwise.
So on the whole theme of a lobotomy - which is sounding better by the second - I HAD just been to the BodyFy Event and picked up these awesome new "Killer Injury" Face Wounds from PaperDolls, one of which just happens to be a Lobotomy Wound.
The perfect location - or should that be destination for a lobotomy of this kind - is the Ironwood Hills Asylum... It caters for all kinds of people and has plenty of soft warm rooms to make rehabilition an easy task - if you don't mind the screams of other patients of course!

Out of my Brain, Into a Hotel...

I want to check out of my brain, maybe into a pretty hotel perhaps... Somewhere that my head does not need to be attached to my body and that it can be free from the headache that it's forced to endure right now... 
Normally sitting behind a PC is NEVER a good idea when you have a headache but right now I cannot afford to help it, I have to work in RL and that means I am doing as little as humanly possible and letting my mind wander to talk to you guys! 
So today I am doing just that, checking out of my brain and into a hotel!

OK so perhaps this is not the least threatening hotel ever considering who the welcome party is, but at Ironwood Hills I don't think you can afford to be picky hehe... This place is an amazing photography location - a photographers dream if you will so I chose to stay at the scary hotel and think about that later! 
So along with my Snakey friend - Serverus the Snake, a Mascot plushie from Lost Junction by the way - and my Charmed Unicorn Backpack - from [ abrasive ] - I check in, and am ready to explore this amazing sim. 
I love this outfit too, just so you know... The sweater is an older one from Goth1c0 but when I teamed it with the Rolled Shorts from Blueberry and a pair of the AMAZING Arabella Boots from CandyDoll I couldn't help but love it... 
All we have to hope now is that my headache goes away and I can think properly again, AND that I make it out of here alive!!
