Today's post will contain a little magic, a bit more scarring and a rather necessary - for me anyway - rant about something that's on my mind... I warn you, the prettiest thing about this post is my picture, the rest is going to be rather messy. So I implore you to forgive me and hope that if you're not interested in my ranting ramble that you'll just skip that part and only look at the picture and Outfit chatter, because I'd hate to see you miss out on something awesome!
What is needed is a little magic potion to help heal some of these scars... Be they the scars of frustration or the scars of a more physical kind.
First up a little chat about my pretty picture of today... Rudh developed a nasty rash on her face that turned out to be of the pox variety - thanks to a Twisted Hunt Prize from SongBird. Luckily she was told about a witch in the woods that made SongBird Elixirs which could cure her problems...

So my rant today is about Flickr and it's safety level process... It's the WORST customer service that I've ever seen from ANY company to date, they are the most unhelpful admin company that I've found and it's bringing me to tears - I will admit. Now granted in the past I've been a bit silly when it comes to not ensuring the correct safety level was set for some of my pictures that I share on Flickr. I am not going to place the entire blame on them, but what I will say is that when it comes to assistance in finding out what I need to do to change that, I'm meeting brick wall after brick wall.
Eight or Nine times now I've spent hours and hours working through my Flickr stream, setting the moderate pictures and making sure that anything following their rules was set to the correct level of restriction. I've done it so often now that everything seems to be a blur, and rather than settling for optimistic about things I'm taking a very pessimistic route and being extremely cautious. My MC Sister Lilian even took it upon herself to go through the stream for me and make suggestions that I may have missed. Yet rather than leaving everything Moderate, they decided that now my ENTIRE STREAM should be set to Restricted... Granted I post some pictures with a sexual content, be it obvious or subtle, but there are a lot of picture which could be considered as safe... Like this one for example.
Now I am waiting AGAIN to see if I can get it changed back to a moderate setting, but seriously it's draining. I feel like giving up, why am I even bothering sometimes? Yet I know I need to fight on and get this sorted, it's not just a place for me to showcase what I can do anymore, it's a matter of principle. Just a message to anyone reading this, please be careful what you're posting and what level of safety you're setting it too... You could end up playing a game of UGH this sucks like I seem to be doing a lot at the moment!!!

That little playtime yesterday unleashed something dark... My inner demon fought her way to the surface and now things have to come with a Parental Advisory LOL... "Warning this one is a bit crazy and cannot be tamed!" I've only ever met a few people that had any success, and HellBone stopped trying LOL, but I can't help but feel a little inner glee when this side of me comes to the surface because UH OH the trouble I'll cause and the fun I'll be having!!
Even now, when posing she's teasing a little, telling the photographer to "Capture This" - thanks to this awesome pose from Signature Poses - and while standing at the rock club that is Toxicity, she couldn't help but show off just a little!!!
Please ignore the blood that the forcing through her skin of her horns has created, and instead take a look at what my Demon inside chose to wear today... Perhaps we should say that this is another Look-of-the-Day kind of post?!
Her dress is a new release from Nightmare called Malignant, which is more than a little revealing in the cleavage department, but if you dare to bare it looks awesome with some of the Converge Leather Pasties which were in a gacha at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival, I believe. As jewellery she wanted something that made a statement, hence why she's now wearing a Nailed Posture Collar - available from AsteroidBox at Romp - to hold her head in place or freak people out as she drew blood! Then, because some people are a bit more modest than her, and she didn't want to offend anyone, she threw her new Gabriel Riders Jacket that she'd bought at Romp over her shoulder before hitting the rock clubs to cause trouble.

Good Morning, it's Easter Sunday. The one day of the year that it's officially OK - in fact a faux pas if you do not - eat chocolate for Breakfast... It's the mandatory breakfast of the day today, and many kids will be waking up to hunt for little chocolate eggs that a magical bunny has pooped!
I don't mean to offend anyone if people reading this are enjoying Easter for it's religious reasons, you should enjoy your day as you want to, for me though I am not religious so today is all about Chocolate!! Bunnies too! I guess...
Though when I started to work on something a little bunnyesque, it wasn't the cute fluffy kind - or even the hot sexy playboy kind - that became the bunny of Rudh's Easter!
The Rudh bunny is something straight out of a weird and dark wonderland it seems. and I'm not sure she'd give you eggs - it looks like you're more likely to get tortured perhaps?
Taken whilst she was hiding things at one of my favourite wonderland style locations - Mystical Fae Forest - this little rabbit bears all the marks of Wonderland, from that crazed look in her eye, to the hearts that decorate her skin even after she fought for her freedom and was brutally scarred - thanks to this amazing "Trauma Face" wound from Absence.
Now remember kids, if you go out hunting for eggs today, watch out for this Bunny... She's not as friendly as she may at first appear!

Back just a day and already feeling a bit worn out LOL... What does that tell you about how chaotic life can be when you're just living your everyday normality?
There has been so much shopping to catch up on it's been like an exercise programme and in RL I'd have built up a lot of muscle carrying all those shopping bags by now hehe, but while I'm working on trying to get a little Whore Couture shopping done, the blogger and photographer in me says "SHARE THAT AWESOME PICTURE"... Get Me In HUD set to work, time for a little rest and relaxation...
It's an exciting one for me, and I love the way that it came out too...
Just before I went on vacation, I sent an application to a store that I'd recently fallen in love with to see if there was any possibility that I could blog for them... WOULD YOU BELIEVE THAT I WAS ACCEPTED?!!! I almost screamed when I realised!
Nightmare is a fairly new - at least new to me - store that specialises in the somewhat dark and macabre side of life, often with a pretty twist to things. The designs for make-ups and clothing all seem perfect for the living dead doll side of me and I couldn't get enough when I saw the creations!
For my first post of Nightmare products I went back to the rainy location that is One Caress, where the Corruption - of an already corrupt - doll began anew.
Dressed all pretty, with her white Sweet Thing dress and pearls from MiWardrobe, she sheltered from the rain in a house filled with dolls... Problem was she was touching things, and she tried on an awesome looking AsteroidBox collar. It wasn't long before her body began to tingle, her skin on her face and neck - although it does show in other places hidden by the dress too - felt like they were on fire as The Corruption - Nightmare's amazing make-up and body tattoo - took hold of her.
What did she learn? Not to touch things in strange places, but would she do it again... Oh Definitely!

A new year always feels like a new start, and this year like many other years that have passed I've set myself some resolution-like goals. I've mentioned one before in the post that I wrote yesterday, but there are lots of things that I want to achieve this year and I'm trying to start out optimistically!
So new year, new start, moving on forward and hoping to maintain an inner peace, I have decided that it's time to do a little revamping of things as far as Rudh is concerned too... Not yet ready for a huge change - a Bento anything for example - perhaps it's finally time to delete all the system layers and reorganise my once neat but now looking like an explosion in a clothing store inventory back to the way it should be.
Going to start with something easy - a new Profile Picture!!!
I love those plain and simple pictures that I tend to create for my profile, so I've decided to do another one. Somewhat gorey I know, but hey I'm a living dead doll right?! I know that I'm not always totally dead looking but I cannot help it when it comes to creating a profile picture, I'm drawn to that side of myself LOL...
I went to town on wounding myself this time... The scars of the last year are still in the process of healing and soon my headshot may be a little different. The scars that mutilate my one pretty face are a part of a "Shattered Existence" - playing on words with the name there lol - from last year, and what was once CURELESS & DISORDERLY - another play on words with the store owners name this time - should in time calm down to something a bit less chaotic.
Just to send a little warning, this face wound and it's staples - called Shattered Existence from CURELESS & DISORDERLY in case you hadn't guessed - it takes a little bit of patience to get the staples fitted in the right place, not that that's the fault of the designers but more because SL faces vary so much in their shape, I really suggest you make a copy before you start pulling the staples around. That having been said, I REALLY REALLY love this scar and am sure I will be wearing it much more in future.
Along with her demonic eyes and Spiked Leather Collar - from AsteroidBox - the Dead Dolly look will be gracing the front page of my profile until the scars have healed... However long that may be!

Is it just me or is Christmas Shopping a NIGHTMARE?! YES I know it's not even December, but as I have said before in Holland there is a Dutch Tradition called "Sinterklaas" which means that basically there are two similar Christmassy Holidays here - on on December 5th and the other December 25th. Normally I think less about Sinterklaas and focus on Christmas, but this year I will not be able to go to England and so my parents have decided to come over for Sinterklaas!!! So that means I now have to find more presents and therefore fight the shopping crowds earlier!
I tried to be smart and do some of my shopping online but sometimes it doesn't work out that way... Today HellBone and I braved the RL shopping crowds, oh my gosh it's like a fight out there... Everyone hustling to get stuff... It's a wonder that people don't actually start fighting! There seems to be only one word that describes it...
Insane! I cannot believe the level of stress that shopping for one event a year seems to create LOL! Trust me for those of you that do not have Sinterklaas, if you thought shopping for one Christmas-style Holiday was bad, try having TWO in the same month LOL...
If my Kibitz Collar doesn't summon it up then maybe the fact that I have gone more than my average level of crazy and shoved shards of glass in my chest - courtesy of SongBird by the way - while allowing the blood to splatter my glasses will make you believe me!
Still once all that was done, and we had a lot of shopping to do for the Sinterklaas festivities - since HellBone was buying tons of gifts for people that he works with in BACA - I find myself thinking I need more glass LOL - I have so much gift wrapping to do!!

I'm at the end of my fuse with someone in RL and so I am trying to remain calm and keep my cool. This person is my boss. If I lose my head and tell him how I really feel then I will lose my job... I need to funnel my frustrations into something productive, so if you see me looking more dead than I have for a while you can understand why... Starting from today, the dead girl in me may be more predominant than she has been of late!
I put on a random collection of things and loved how they looked... Perhaps it will be a new profile picture, I'm not sure... But I loved it and had to share, just to vent some of my frustrated energy...
What started out as me playing with the amazing "Curse of Cain" wound from CURELESS - available until June 18th at SaNaRae by the way - somehow saw me thinking that a hood with Kitten ears was a good idea to go along with it?!
Then while on the subject of CURELESS, I wrapped some of their Barbed Wire around my head, and held it down with my Creepy Ghoul Teeth - from Axix. Never fear though I didn't through away my straight pretty teeth, I'm wearing those around my neck thanks to the Baroness Necklaces from random.Matter.
I guess when I step back and look at it, I may have been channelling some kind of bad wolf?! A pissed off demonic wolf that got caught in barbed wire in the woods maybe?
It feels a little better now that I've been creative, but dammit I have more to come lol...

I know that I put myself out there a bit as a blogger, but here I can tell you what I want to tell you, the friend of mine seems to ask the most weirdly personal questions and it makes an instant edgy feeling - like an elephant in the room! When I say friend, it's more like new acquaintance... I've asked her to stop but it just seems to continue!!! So maybe a photo with the way I feel when talking to her etched all over it will be a help? Sometimes people need a visual right?!

Wonderland might have the Queen of Hearts, but there is a far darker place in the deep recesses of my mind... Monsterland! Rudh the Queen of Monsterland makes the Queen of Hearts look like a Disney Princess... She smiles as she watches the torture that her many minions can inflict on the White Monarchy, laughing as they are turned blood red to match her own kingdom.
Well actually, it isn't just in my mind if the minds of a particular design duo are anything to go by, but can you tell I had a LOT of fun with this, and I even managed to get HellBone involved with me hehe... Perfect as we needed a new couple photo hehe...
I've always been addicted to Wonderland, and as I've grown up that pretty Disneyfied version has also modified into a darker place, though when I saw the items created by a dream design duo of CURELESS [+] and nefarious.inventions - that you can get your hands on at The Epiphany until February 2nd - I felt like they'd reached into my brain and pulled things into the SL world from it!!! I AM TOTALLY AND UTTERLY IN LOVE WITH THIS COLLECTION!!! I squeaked with excitement when I saw it, but as soon as I could get into the crazy busy Epiphany Event, this was the booth I headed for! I got myself a FULL SET - although the crown is missing from the photo - and even managed to have enough points for the exclusive Chess Board!

A few days after Christmas and I'm back with the friends and family of the MC... Hanging out and catching up as if we haven't been away from each other. It feels a little strange being without them for just a few days, it's hard being away from them LOL... Silly huh?!
This morning I logged in for my usual morning coffee, and there was my sister friend Lil, ready let me drag her out shopping at Uber hehe... YAY FOR BEING BACK AND SHOPPING!!!

This time next week it's Christmas Eve... The most festive few days of the year are finally upon us and so I like a million other people out there am wrapping presents, decorating and sending Christmas Cards... SL is no exception to that, I've had to fight them a little bit but I finally managed to get my boys to come and pose in the Barbosa-Laguna Holiday Card...
Aren't they cute? Father and Son in matching-ish Ugly Xmas sweaters - from [high.v], which I cannot find a store location for but will endeavour to do so, so that I can update here - and Christmas hats that I had to force them into! Luckily they are both HUGE Star Wars fans, so it wasn't hard to use the force LOL... Whilst I, being the glamorous one of the three went all out, dressing myself in a romper suit from M.BIRDIEstory and reindeer-ish accessories!
We took a walk in the woods for our family photo this year, to build a snowman! I even went so far as to help them build it by bringing a Snowman Building Kit from Sway's! Such a good Mum and Wife I am right!

Dammit it's cold outside this morning... I'm not really complaining as I much prefer being wrapped up warm outside in the cold in the Winter than being too hot and not able to do anything about it in Summer, but dammit it got cold fast!
It's not actually snowed where I am yet, though other parts of Holland have had some, and Lil's is one of those places! Her SL place, but still... The snow has settled in her home space in SL, and she was kind enough to let me play in it!!!
Lil's home space is gorgeous, but I cannot share the secret location with you so you have to deal with just pictures hehe - there will be more to come, I promise!
For now I was so excited to be playing in the snow in my new outfit - you cannot see the pants here but the sweater is a part of the new Linda Outfit from N-Uno at Trés Chic. I was so excited that I forgot that snow is COLD! I didn't wear a scarf or gloves - silly me - and it wasn't long before my nose and cheeks picked up that Winter time glow. You too can get that Winter Time glow, either by going out in the cold and freezing yourself, OR if you're smart you stop by Trés Chic and grab yourself the make up from [theSkinnery] called Winter Blush... It might be warmer, trust me!
I'm not sure I should be in the snow, I love the cold, but I'm not sure Gators are made for snow... Still least at Lil's I can go curl up in front of her fire to warm up... I just hope I don't get a cold now!

Autumn is finally here, my FAVOURITE season of them all... I love the Spring too, but it is the Autumn that always gets me excited. Perhaps it is because of the Halloween Holiday? Perhaps it is the changing of the colours from vibrant greens to reds and oranges and yellows? Perhaps it's something more morbid? You know me, my twisted brain may well be getting a sub-concious kick out of the fact that the trees are "dying" and going into their long Winter sleep! I do have to admit I love that feeling of being able to snuggle up warm and cosy... I really do love that feeling...
Though from years gone by, one of my favourite memories of this time of year was the time I went collecting conkers - although you could call them horse chestnuts - with my grandad. One of the very few memories that I do have of him actually - he used to love helping me get my conkers ready for the battles I faced at school...
So you could say that this post is in honour of him, even though the photograph is a little deranged and that has NOTHING to do with my Grandad! Let's blame the conkers for that!
While I was out for an Autumnal walk in the woods at the Hippie Park on Saturday, something strange happened! I was accosted by a group of Fae, and attacked!
They cut my face, scarring my eye in the process, and tied a rope around my neck - a rope that you can get from Remarkable Oblivion by the way, they are Fae with good taste hehe...
After that I was tortured just a little more, a LobAutumny Needle was pushed into that bad eye, causing a little drool to escape my lips. The only sign that it had anything to do with the Fae being the Autumn leaves around the handle of the spiked tool... You too can get yourself the drool and the Needles from the katat0nik gacha at the new round of The Seasons Story!
After all that, and the fact that I still survived, the Fae took me as their leader, adorning my awesome new Exile Hair - available now at Collabor88 - with this beautiful LODE Chestnut Crown - available at Chapter Four.

There is a whispering in the wind, a fizzing in the air, a darkness is slowly creeping over the land... You can feel your mind starting to go blank - if it wasn't already - and that whispering becomes a giggle...
I come with a warning to you my good friends... The Dark Fae are coming!!! Horror Haute this month will be welcoming them in, allowing them to take control of our minds, and WE are powerless to resist... Remember to watch over your shoulder, during the last week of April they are here to get you!
I'm talking about Horror Haute, and the fact that the upcoming round - due to start Thursday April 23rd - is based on the theme of Dark Fae! It was decided that it might be fun to have some form of promotional poster to wet the whistle and get us into the right frame of mind, and so as blogger manager I have taken on that task! Not that I mind, it's even more excuse to play dress up! You can see the complete poster - with text on my Flickr, but here I wanted to focus on the imagery!
The location of this photograph is one of my favourite places to explore at the moment, it's the Grand Duchy of Picklemoon, and really if you haven't been here then you should go check it out!! I mean it, go now!!
Now I have to remind you, that none of the items worn here will be available for the upcoming release of Horror Haute, this is just to get people in the mood!! Please don't kill me if you cant find these things as you thought they were Horror Haute items...
But while I am talking about outfits, let's just discuss what it is that made up my Dark Fae look today, shall we?!
The skin is a past HH release, from Stargazer Creations, that was part of the just past Plague round as was the Left Eye from Laudanum Lollipops and a lot of the other things I'm wearing were past event releases that have since moved back to their main store locations. such as the Unseelie Wings from Soul Distraction, the dyed:peony Sakura face strap and theSkinnery Demonic Right Eye. A few other items are still available at their special events, such as the Exile "Flying Over the Dateline" Hair which you can grab at this round of Collabor88 and the Kinky Bunny Pose from Signature Pose that I used - which is available now at Pose Me Amazing! The majority of the other things that I haven't yet mentioned though come from the Xiasumi School Festival! The Schadenfreude Sakura Mori Neo Kanzashi hair piece is GORGEOUS, but it was in fact the antielle items, there was the freebie Third Eye Wound which was awesome to find as a surprise, whilst I was there to grab the Kuchisake Onna!
Whatever happens, beware the dark fae are coming... Horror Haute is coming... Are you ready?!

Songs resonate and stick in your head to fill in the way that you feel about things that are going on around you at times, least that is the way I've always felt. Certain songs stick in my memory as reminders of people and things that have happened...

I've been reminded of that recently whilst re-listening to some of by Black Veil Brides... There is one song that really sticks in my head and has meaning right now... It's the song Coffin - if you haven't heard it then you can see it here now, aren't you lucky?! - but there is a line in the song that is particularly true about a certain "friend" of mine...
"I don't owe you anything, you'll only die a dream forgotten. I've got my pride, so hear me sing..." or in my case enjoy the LOVELY depraved looking photograph that your - to pardon me for using such language in advance - bullshit inspired...
Trust me, in SL it seems easy to root out those people who are fake, and if the person who inspired this post is reading it, you Sir are definitely of the fake variety!
To be told something by one of your best and dearest friends, only to have them totally contradict those words when talking to others is one thing, but if that person is another good friend of the person you're bitching about, don't be surprised to find out that the one you're bitching about knows... Just saying!
People seem to keep trying to walk all over me, and to be frank I hurt every time... Each time I find myself reverting back into my shell and hiding behind a wall that keeps people out just that little bit more. It's not fair to those I care about I know and I know it affects those people too, but in SL as in RL people need to start paying more attention to those around them...
To whom it may concern... This is for you... You tell me that you don't want our friendship to change, and then you start a smear campaign behind my back. You're not worth my time, my SL is for me and the people that actually care. I'm done with your Drama Games!

Ever have that feeling of being absolutely starving and not being able to do anything about it?!
Today at work, sat in the office I opened this post, ready to start writing something and WOW I find myself feeling absolutely starving, which actually works very well with the photo I've chosen LOL...
The reason I am so starving in my office is all thanks to my wonderful colleagues, who at 10AM were eating ramen... All the doors and windows were closed, and the heating was on as they all found it cold, so I was left sitting a warm room that smelt of food!!! Never a good combination when you're already sleepy and hungry LOL...
Still it kinda fits with my new Horror Haute Vampire look...
Walking through the woods, I stumbled upon some new areas... I thought I knew the swamp like the back of my hand, but these places seemed to appear from the mist! The Master of the Night's Crypt creaked and groaned as the gates swung open inviting little vampire me inside, whilst his Dark Forest Library offered a chance for me to take a peek in a myriad of historic tomes - both of these things are available now from Howling Asylum for Horror Haute by the way - and each of them seemed so welcoming.
The outfit itself was one that I had been wearing for a few days, and I thought I looked pretty cute - some said hot and that could just be the combination of the LBD and thigh high boots?! - but with just a simple addition it became the look of a ravenously hungry vampire!
The dress, an event release from the store Haste, is definitely my current favourite LBD - or Little Black Dress to those who don't know the acronym - and when teamed with my all time favourite BAX Regency Boots it creates a sexy but simple look... I being slightly random of course had to Rudhify it, and make it a little kookier! I was meant to be undead after all, so with the addition of a few strategically placed wounds, and a Zombitch Necklace - that you can pick up from Love Zombie - the look was complete!!
Now remember I mentioned before that due to the colleagues keeping it warm and making lots of food smells whilst I was starving... WELL... The little Vampire in me needed to eat, and she is a Messy Eater LOL. The Messy Eater bloody mouth make-ups come in three different styles, each getting more and more bloody from SongBird for the October round of Horror Haute...
Wow I'm on a roll with Horror Haute... There's still yet more to come too hehe...
