Bored Little Sun Goddess

I'm struggling a bit today, my back hurts and I'm tired and I think I have a little bit of the S.A.D that is so common at this time of year. I'm trying hard to carry on and hoping that everything will feel better when the sun comes out again but for now I'm hiding from the dark with a good book and a cuppa tea, and waiting for the Sun Goddess to make an appearance... 

The Sun Goddess seems to be getting a little bored at the moment... Maybe that's why the weather is so gray and dark... She's bored since these days there are a lot less human sacrifices to provide her with hearts for her fun. Things are no longer the same as the way they were when the Aztecs built shrines - like the one from DROT at The Warehouse Sale - dedicated to their goddesses, especially the Sun Goddess... 
She's taking her need for hearts into her own hands, collecting them herself to keep the glittering of her wings alive...

The Phoenix Will Burn...

There are things going on in my mind and I am at the brink of being exhausted, we have high season coming atg work and things are going to get even busier... I feel like I NEED to get myself some rest but for this week that won't be happen.. I'm going to have to find myself a way to be strong, burn through the exhaustion and rise like a phoenix from the flames... 

The Phoenix version of myself, I feel, would be more demonic than angellic. A twisted grace that burns hot and fast, and rises through the exhaustion to power through until she has a moment to relax and recharge... 
She's dark and mysterious, with a demonic twinkle in her eye. She wears Ngami Drapes - an old gacha collection from CUREMORE in the voodoo tribe set - and lets the dark magic of her burning swirl through the air but her ailments hang around her neck in a chokehold... Dark Immaculate Heart

I still cant get my mind into blogging something normal at the moment, for some reason I cannot get myself into a normal frame of mind... I think that my mind is stuck in a fantasy world after all of the costumes that I've been putting together for the Halloween festivities... Maybe I'll keep myself getting into the fantasy spirit... It's something I LOVE doing, I will be sharing a little love for dress-up, lot and lots of Love... 

Love is an amazing thing, it can be wonderful magical beautiful, but it can be brutal dangerous damaging. Love can be warm and cozy or hot and fierce. Love can be between couples - or poly relationships - family and even friends, yet when it disappears Love can be the most painful thing in the world to lose. If love is anything, it's deep, it's happiness and it's a better feeling than the most powerful drug could provide. 
Love can be good or bad, if there is a cupid for the good kind of love there should be a goddess somewhere for the bad kind. She hides in the Sanctuary Hell but wears the marks of the Dark Love goddess in the form of the Immaculate Hearts - from CUREMORE.

Wonderland isn't so Mad, except the Hatter... She's INSANE!

The weather outside today is VERY cold and we actually have thick snow for the first time in a few years in the Netherlands, and I'll admit - that just like when it gets too hot - I'm not a fan of now. I get so worried that I will slip, in fact I usually have a habit of doing just that and never end up landing on my soft smushy butt! 
So I'm avoiding the cold and staying inside where it's warm - a great way to keep people locked down why didn't they think of this sooner lol - and I'm going to let my imagination slip off into a dark and twisted fantasy world, a place that looks so pretty yet hides a darker and much more twisted secret... After all, everyone know the story of Alice in Wonderland, but how many have experienced the Adventures in Mad Wonderland... 

Since the story of Wonderland was first written by Lewis Carroll, there have been many different variations on the characters contained within his world, and each and every one has it's own twist on the madness... Sometimes I have trouble deciding which I'd prefer to be - yes I think about it sometimes in the dark late nights - but it seems that today I landed myself into a very Hatterish themed frame of mind... The outfit just falling together as it was natural, and I admit that I'm a little darker than the scene I'm in but that's the twisted beauty of Wonderland... It can be a world full of hidden surprises hehe... 
My outfit today was actually - believe it or not - inspired by the amazing new Gacha collection from Misschevious, that will be available from ROMP on February 10th, which is a set of body wounds and tattoos based on Wonderland Madness... I chose to wear this soft, subtle set of Star Bites, and then the Rare Hatter scars, which of course is why I had to bring the Mad Hatter to life in my own Rudhish way... Of course she needed a hat - so I made life difficult by wearing the old Magician hair from Wasabi when it used to be Wasabi Pills LOL, and added some crazy almost Jokerish items like these amazing ROKINS Glasses - available for 60L as a part of Happy Weekend Sales.

Moths Love the Light

 I'm hiding in the darkness today and I'm waiting for the lights to go out... I want to sleep and hide from the bad thoughts going around in my head but my mind is like a moth to a flame and I'm being drawn back towards the thoughts that I so deeply want to hide from. 

I guess when I'm in a mood like this though, it's when the best kind of photos happen, and I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this picture right now! 
I fell in love with the body part the moment I saw it shared on facebook, and got even luckier by winning it on my first try of the gacha machine at Lootbox... This is the Rare lootbox item from CURELESS in the Moirai Sisters machine... It's GORGEOUS! It draws the blood thirsty Lepidoptera Butterflies to her skin to mark her as one of the living dead...

Fairy Scars dance in the light

It's FAR too hot and all I want to do is hide in the shade and wait for the Autumn to come. Every side of me is too dormant to come out to play, and I had to shake them awake... 

One of the dark fairies was the only one to stir, as she arose from her soft bed in the dappled light of the trees at the Lost Unicorn Forest, she steps over her sleeping fae sisters and heads out into the shadows... As she wanders through the the dappled lights of the forest the scars on her skin appear to come to life, dancing like butterflies on the rays of light... 

This outfit was actually not inspired by the butterflies, but I cannot help but get excited about these amazing  Lepidoptera Markings from CURELESS... The Cureless owner has been taunting us with these scars and butterflies for a while now, and I was super excited to see that she had released them! Then I remembered this amazing Spring Spirit Gacha collection from Lovely Alien that has some of the pretties flowery lingerie and straps for the arms and legs, as well as these AMAZING horns...

The Demon in the Bible

I felt it coming... I feel my dark and devious side pushing through - it tends to come out when I'm either extremely happy, or totally down - I've been in an unhappy place for the past couple of days, what a way to spend a weekend right?

I wandered around the Ministry of Darkness, being a good little demon and sticking the rules about wearing a face mask, as I wandered through the abandoned graveyard feeling more than a little melancholy... 

Now being a resourceful little demon I couldn't find a mask at home, so in the church in the graveyard I grabbed one of their Bibles - a Bible Face Mask from Luc at the new round of equal10  - and well... I guess it will have to do... It's kinda part of the territory being a little demonic and desecrating something holy, right?

Like I said though, not in the best place mentally right now... The demon is in control, and I will be hiding...

Heading out into the Bad Lands in search of Food

The Bad Lands have been open for a couple of weeks now, and there's so much happened... Sorry it has taken me this long to write, but after losing my dinosaur buddy in the initial melee attacks I've been kinda busy defending myself, my home and everything that goes along with it... They call it the Bad Lands for a reason, ya know?! 

I finally managed to get out of the house for a while and head over to Tralala's Diner for something to eat, but I'd only leave the house while carrying my trusty Survivor's Cutlery - from Skellybones at Aenigma until July 15th. My face already bares the scars of the Imatra - a Nefekalum Tattoo - so I protect it behind a Badwolf MadMask and pierce my Orc Ears - which happen to be my favourite new ears released from Haro for Aenigma by the way - with claws of my enemies... 

I really hope the diner has burgers, but how good would the burgers be in the Bad Lands?!

I've actually been feeling pretty good... No headaches - though I'm knocking on wood as I say that - and I'm dancing... Things seem to be starting to get back to normal-ish, I mean the progress is still slow, but that doesn't mean we're out of the woods yet. I mean Europe may be opening but there's a lot of places in the world that are still locked up tight... Even the monsters out there in the dark and still being cautious, going to see the Living Dead Nurses in the Hospitals of Hell for a shot... 

The plus side, once you've been a good little monster and had a shot from the Vile Syringe - a !Reliquary! Item by the way - and if you're very lucky, the dead nurse will let you have one of her deviously delicious Lollipops - from the brilliant Spookshow - so long as you don't tell anyone that the tangy flavor is the cyanide they are laced with!

A Bloody Masquerade for Pygmalion's Bride

I've talked about clothing being love at first sight, and it seems that there's one creator in general that makes stuff I simply cannot resist. Every time she posts a work in progress I'm drooling, and needing it in my life! This dress was no exception... I tried and tried and luckily I have a Momma who was willing to help, and so today I get to go to the ball... The Monster Masquerade Ball for Pygmalion!

Apparently, Pygmalion is looking for a Bride. I think I want to be that bride, I could live the life - or afterlife - of luxury! I shall dance at the Bloody Masquerade and win his heart, which I'll wear in my chest as a showcase!

Entropy for a Party

Oh my god this morning I woke up with the worst headache I've had in a long time... It wasn't a hangover - those are signs of fun the night before - no this was more of a migraine, caused I think in part by the fact that I had an extra blanket on my bed and therefore got too warm in the night! 
So now I feel a little like death... Maybe I could let myself be dark and evil and macabre for today. I mean Halloween and October never really die in my house, I always like to let the living dead doll me out to play... Maybe I'll let her go party while the real me suffers! 

I have to say, I LOVE this outfit that the living dead doll me has decided to go out in, even though the stench of all that blood right now added to my headache would make me a very unhappy girl in RL lol. 
The entire reason that this outfit, which I love so much, came into being was because of the simply amazing collar from CURELESS for the current round of Eclipse called "Entropy". It's demonic, it's macabre and it's bloody, but if you want less blood there's a darker version too! It's so well detailed that I got very excited when I put it on looking at all those little details! I put an outfit together around the collar! The perfect bad girl outfit to go out partying in...

Princess Gang of the Apocalypse

I seem to go from one extreme to the other when it comes to blogging... One day I'm a cute lil' Country girl collecting a pumpkin for a pie, the next I'm a post apocalyptic member of a Princess Gang! In case you didn't realise, that's me today by the way LOL... 
This little princess has had to start wearing her tiara around her neck as a necklace, and pick up a gun since the apocalypse has hit her little kingdom... 

What's possibly worse is that she's run out of hair dye!?! LOL... 
There's a war zone out there, and this little princess is caught up in the resistance that is trying to stop it. She's been in the war, and is now using shards of glass - that she keeps in her teeth to cut her way through things and if the bullets run out then glass it will be!!

The glass in her mouth was courtesy of Ama's "Eat your feelings" release for the Neuro-Drain game, but it's the tag on her shirt that gives her role away in the new society... Sins Released... Wrath on a Train

So when the Fortune Teller sat to make her predictions about what would happen this month, I wonder if she had any idea that this month would see an appearance of some of the world's most dangerous Demons. 
Thanks to Image Essentials the Seven Deadly Sins have been given a day in the light... I LOVE the collection and I plan on giving each a little time in the lime light... 
Today is the turn of WRATH... Let's start out with the angry, dangerous Sin... The one that you need to be aware of and avoid making mad... Wait... She's always mad?!?!

This post came about not only because of the sins poses, but also because of the amazing gasmasks, the Hideki Masks, made by Zombie Suicide for the current round of Limit8. Now there are 2 versions available... One with limited colours available for the event, and also a version that will be available after the event. I've added the store ads created by Isis Zamin below just to show the differences... 
Due to the use of her mask though, for some reason Wrath as a Demon is a little more cybernetic than I first thought she might be... Coulrophobic Love

As it's still the month of Love, and as I haven't done anything a little creepy for a while, I think it's now time for me to do something along that theme... Lovely Creepy LOL... Sounds like a usual day for me really!!! EVERYONE deserves love... Even the creepy things... Maybe if they had a little love they wouldn't be so creepy?
Crazy, macabre little me decided to get dressed all pretty like - pretty for a clown girl anyway - and spread a little Coulrophobia Love!!!

The outfit was inspired by this skirt...It's a brand new skirt release from 1313 Mockingbird Lane, and one of the patterns just screamed CLOWNNNNNNNN at me... I added some more clownishness to it, by putting on this awesome gas mask from Clemmm and katat0nik. I added an adorable top from MuggleBorn. At the Circus in the Ironwood Hills, the little Rudh clown gives her CURELESS Valentine's Heart to Yoyo the clown... He wanted her real heart...

Sometimes I think...

Fetish Fair has opened, and it's making my inner bad girl have a MASSIVE need to be freed... The only problem is that since it's opened, I have NO chance at getting in. You attach one of those TP hammers and still float around like you have nothing better to do LOL, it really feels like if you haven't got a premium account these days you have no hope of going anywhere!! Hell is premium, and with him it's usually BOOM he's in, I can float around for DAYS lol... 
LUCKILY I do have some new toys to play with that will keep my bad girl side at bay for a while, as my body floats around in SL lol... 

I've been doing a lot of stuff that isn't technically PG at the moment, and this isn't one of those times, but hey ho, sometimes I need to let the bad me out or I will go bonkers right?! 
Relieving some of that stress of not being able to get into Fetish Fair, I am excited to share this awesome Leashed Gag with you, it's a creation from Zombie Suicide, and although you cannot see it clearly there's also a set of poses in a Leashed style available too - both of these things you can get for yourself if ever you make it to Fetish Fair LOL... 
As you can see, it's made a bit of a mess of her lipstick, maybe she really didn't want to be gagged? The lipstick, which is a little harder to see here is one from Nightmare for this month's round of The Coven. The Miri Lipstick comes in a selection of smeared colours! Now, as I say it's not all that clear here BUT I've been a good little blogger and added a copy of the ad from Nightmare to this post, I've also included one from Zombie Suicide to share the poses...

The Dead Exorcise The Dead

Halloween may be over, but there are two things that you should know... Every day in Rudh's life is somewhat Halloweenish - given that she's a living dead doll, you may have realised that by now - but also now that the Dead should be laid back to rest for another year, it's time to start a clean up operation... There's only so many dead things that can walk the earth before the trouble starts, and Rudh is a willing participant in that clean up if it means she's allowed to carry on being her dark and macabre self... 
Even if that sometimes means dressing up in an outfit that is a little outside her comfort zone... 

It´s very strange to see Rudh looking anywhere near holy, and OK this outfit from CURELESS is hardly virginal Nun, but it's a Nun all the same lol... This by the way is Sister Lilim - kinda gives the game away that it's not strictly a good girl Nun outfit right there - from CURELESS that was available at Salem, and should hopefully be available at the main store soon... Poor Sister Rudh, all wounded and burnt, but I guess that's what happens when the demonic living dead doll tries hard to hide it in a religious garb lol... 
It probably doesn't help that she's also holding a silver Cross Broken Bracelet - from Zombie Suicide - must hurt holding a cross between her teeth like that when she's such an evil being... No wonder her Demon Eyes - from Izzie's - look so angry... 
Just as a side note, I LOVE this little Broken Cross Bracelet mouthie from Zombie Suicide, and even though it's small in the photo I wanted to make sure you get to see it clearly so I have attached the ad photo below... It comes in 6 different colours and three parts - two chains and the cross - so it can be made to fit your mouth perfectly!!! Such a cute little accessory!!!

The Hunter killed a Deer

Oh Deer... As it's getting closer to Halloween the Horror Magic is getting stronger and things are going wrong... 
On a recent hunting trip some poor guy was stalking through the forest and spotted what he thought was a lonely deer... He lined up his shot and waited... 
Then as he finally squeezed the trigger and the bullet flew from his gun, the Halloween magic burst to life and a flash swept through the forest... The hunter ran towards his kill, expecting to find a deer breathing her last breath, what he saw left him shaking with fear... 
Laying in the exact spot he'd seen the deer was a figure, a woman, with deer-like make-up and a mask, draped in furs... 
His mind fuzzy, the poor hunter felt a change in the forest, but what the heck was he to do... He scooped the dying deer woman up and loaded her into his flat-bed truck, speeding like lightening through the darkening forest... 
Arriving home, just a moment too late...

OK OK so once again I got carried away and wrote a little story to go with my photo today but I cannot help myself, sometimes it just happens... 
I put together an outfit due to a make-up and a mask, then found this location at La Vie - which is a beautiful place that you can actually rez on if so needed - it all kind of fell together, especially when I remembered this Levitation Pose from Image Essentials... 
The deer look was formed in my mind thanks to a mask from Storybook that you can pick up as a prize in the Once Upon a Nightmare hunt, and a Dead Dreams Make-Up that is available as a new release at the Nightmare mainstore. 
A simple, pretty Annabelle Dress from Vinyl, accessorised with furs from Foxes and CURELESS and the girl in the forest was complete...

School for Ghouls

Happy Friday the 13th to you all, for me it's actually already Saturday as I am awake and working the late late shift, but in the US it's still that most special of superstitious days. That special day when the Gregorian Calendar causes the 13th day to fall on a Friday, it's one of those days when some people are even too afraid of what may occur to get out of bed. 
For me it's just another day, although the living dead doll in me rejoices a little as the feeling of tension and fear fills the air!! My little dead dolly is off to School for Ghouls today...

I will admit that as soon as I think of School and Ghoul in the same sentence I'm thinking of a cartoon called Monster High - if you have no idea about what it is, google it LOL, and I will lose cool points with some people I'm sure... Let's face it though, if I'd had the option between Barbie and Monster High dolls when I was a little girl, it would have been Barbie WHO?
Taken at Arranmore in their awesome little classroom, I see that I'm not the first to class today, although I wonder how she manages to get away without wearing the school uniform?! 
Her uniform - as I had to wear a uniform in RL when I went to school, so she can wear one at Ghoul School - is actually really adorable, though you can see her ribs in it a little hehe... It's a Gacha Release from PSYCHO.Byts that is available until October 31st for The Secret Hideout. I warn you the dress I'm wearing is a rare one, but the common dresses that come without the skeletal middle are just as cute!!
Her face freshly scarred - thanks to an awesome new wound created by Pimp My Shit's Zombie Tattoo at this month's BodyFy - and a basket of bone chilling goodies for her spooky teacher, she's ready for night school for ghouls!

Wearing Getas at the Gachas

While Pandora's Box is open and it's all about Dark Japan... Now I know I've said this but I was a bit worried about not knowing anything Japanese, yet during my hunt for what I do know I was reminded that one of my biggest guilty addictions in SL stems from Japan... Gacha! 
So I decided that my second post for Pandora's Box would be a shout out to one of Second Life's most popular Gacha events - The Epiphany, whilst at the same time subtly promoting one of my favourite stores - CURELESS, even though neither of these places have anything to do with the boxes contents! 

In the box this month however, you will find not one but two of the pretties I'm sharing with you here... These awesome Koi Getas, from 1313 Mockingbird Lane, come in black and silver, and the gorgeous full body Makoto tattoo from Endless Pain Tattoos that decorates my entire body are both available in this month's box.

Mad Hatter of Chess Wonderland

When I was a little girl my mum used to read me bed time stories, never the children's books although I was introduced to Dr.Seuss very young, but more the stories that were written for older audiences. I was involved in Lewis, Tolkein and Carroll... I LOVED the fantasy worlds that they created where animals talked and magic was all over the place, as I grew older I loved the subtler things I'd missed as a child, and I guess now days I count my love for these collections as the reason I'm so crazy about creating fantasy characters for myself. 
This time it's Wonderland... I seem to go to Wonderland a lot more than any other fantasy realm, maybe because it's so crazy... I mean just look at what I found there today?! 

When I went to explore the amazing location that is the Chess Wonderland, I was minding my own business when a different type of Mad Hatter appeared, this one is more Psycho than mad it seems... 
Covered in scars, drinking tentacle tea and carrying the weirdest Wonderland inhabitants she looked at me through dead eyes, dancing a little so that her pretty dress moves - a dress from Oubliette at anyBody.
