I have been playing around with clothes a lot lately and I've been trying my hand at different styles... Today I'm trying something a little Urban ish... It's not a style that I'm overly knowing a lot about and please don't kick me if I'm doing it wrong, but I'm having fun with clothes and that's what counts.
I loved this outfit as soon as I saw it in the recent Kustom9 line up... It's from Evani, and comes in various shades that can be purchased as separate tops and bottoms. The hair though, was one that I saw on Solde and decided I needed to try on. It's actually available from Collabor88 until June 6th, from Navy & Copper... It gives me that urbanish look...

There are 7 of the Deadly Sins, and each has it's own attributes which come through in the demeanour of Rudh every time one of them takes over her body. Lust is most common place but sometimes, when the others have control you see a side of Rudh that is not the normal.
Pride, or sometimes as the sin is known Vanity, doesn't tend to be something I'm very good at... I always find myself second guessing and NEVER seem to be able to feel proud of things that I've done as I have a bit of an issue with self-confidence, or more correctly a lack of self confidence!
The Pride sin is very vain and likes to be surrounded by mirrors... She's glam and mysterious and prides herself on the magic within...
Her outfit is something chosen specifically to show off her Astral Divinity - since she's proud of being such an important demon as one of the sins, dontcha know... Hand crafted by the workers of egosuamii and United Colors she dances through The Arcade like a beacon of light her pride and vanity showing through the glittering facade... Look at me, worship me, it screams...

The IE store has released a set of poses for Designer Circle which are focused on the Seven Deadly Sins... This of course, appealed to me right away, and although Wrath has been done, the others are slowly coming to me too... Today is the turn of Greed...
When Greed was released, there was only one place that she was drawn to, like a moth to a flame...
Now before I go further, I am not saying that the Arcade's owners or designers are Greedy... I don't want to get myself into trouble here, but I find that I - myself - get very greedy with the opening of one of these big gacha events, be it The Arcade, The Epiphany or otherwise.

So when the Fortune Teller sat to make her predictions about what would happen this month, I wonder if she had any idea that this month would see an appearance of some of the world's most dangerous Demons.

It's time for something a little naughty, it's been a while, and you know how I get... It's like a feeling of itchy feet knowing I NEED to do it... I was given a helping hand by a store that I love being a part of the blogging team for, and so I can try to kinda blame it on them, although really it's my fault for just being a little bit naughty...
You can call me names, you can look down on me for being a bit of - or a lot of I don't care - a slut sometimes, I KNOW that people get disturbed by it, and I know that it may put some people off, but it's just my pixels. One of my favourite stories about my hubby connects with some of my naughtier looks, it shocks people when I tell them that one day he asked me if I "always dressed like a slut"... He doesn't care, he know's it's just dress up... I should leave him thinking that LOL...

A few years ago now I was taking part in a challenge called Second Life Disney Bounding... You had to create a look based on a chosen character for the week, and even though the challenge has finished I've recently been playing around characters again, not intentionally creating looks for the challenge but realising that it's my versions of these characters and very much enjoying it!
A while ago, at the last Tannenbaum Christmas Market, I bought something that is VERY much the outfit of a Disney Princess... I even chose to buy it in the right colour for said Disney Princess... So today, I'm going to Rudh as Elsa of Frozen!!!
One of the most popular Disney films of recent years, Frozen is something that many many people know about... I did enjoy it, but I have to admit that I prefer Moana!
My version of Elsa is a little darker, she's wounded and burnt by the snow and branded as a Monster, yet she still seems to be able to smile when Olaf comes to play... He took her for a walk at the lovely winter gardens at Moochie!

I'm NOT a Harry Potter fan by any stretch of the imagination, but I recently discovered a newish store - well it was new to me since Halloween last year anyway - with a name I may have usually just brushed aside due to it's Potterish reference... Little back story... Every year the Gators MC have a Halloween Maze - you may have noticed me talking about this before... WELL, last year we had a visitor that made quite a large impression on use due to the fact that she borrowed HellBone to use as a model for her Halloween store ad release after giving him a blood splattered mankini that he danced around in wearing nothing else but a cock head mask!!
This store is the very awesome MuggleBorn - yes a Harry Potter theme but the stuff inside the store is not something you'd see wandering around at Hogwarts!! - where naughty meets magical... If you're a little witch wanting to look more than a little provocative, then this is DEFINITELY a place that should be on your shopping route. I mean check out the dress I'm wearing. This is the Wander's Dress - that I'm currently wearing in Palette 1. Each palette comes with three different tones, fatpacks are also available AND there is a thing called an Ultimate Pack option, which I will explain later!

The weather has been so bad recently in RL in this part of the world. There is a cold wind blowing, the snow has been falling, and it's been icy cold. Not that I mind, I LOVE being wrapped up in a blanket where it's warm and snugly, preferably with a cup of tea and a good book, but it's about this time of year that I start getting twitchy and needing to feel a bit more life... it's about time that the Spring arrives...

Maybe it's just me, but one of the hardest things I find about these cold Winter months is waking up in the morning. I LOVE when it's colder, I'm not a fan of being too hot, but when it's dark in the early morning and I have to get out of bed, the hardest part of everything seems to be waking up. When you open your eyes and realise that it's actually darker with them open than closed. No wonder people get so into the Christmas spirit, as a little warm Christmas light always makes the dark days feel brighter!
Yet we carry on, waking up slowly, and making a mad dash through the cold house to switch the heating on before diving back under the duvet with a cup of coffee... At least that's what I do most mornings!
In SL you never feel the temperature, and Rudh has been known to head out in shorts even into the snow, but for some reason, even poor little Rudh finds it so hard to wake up in the Winter mornings... Or maybe that's just because her driver is so sleepy!

One Genre of style that you will rarely see me getting into is anything that could be classed as Sci-Fi or Space. It's that time of the month again, Pandora's Box has officially opened for July and this time we are heading on a dark and twisted journey into the world that is Dark Japan. Now I know I said this before, and I have no trouble saying it again, that I was and maybe still am, a little concerned about how I will handle this month. I know very little about the Japanese culture, and feel a bit like I might make a mess of things, but once the box was opened I was pleasantly surprised... There were lots of lovely things that I will be able to use and enjoy, to bring new and interesting characters to life...

Some lights to read by and a Crystal Ball for when the cards aren't enough...
Her skirt is new... A colour she may normally never have chosen, but the cards told her to wear this gorgeous Twilight - almost purple - Brujah Maxi skirt from Oubliette - available until July 22nd at The Darkness Chamber Fair - and well, although the skirt is gorgeous, and she would have chosen it anyway, you never wanna anger the spirits right?

Today is May 31st and Pandora's Box is closing itself tight once again... It's first opening seems to have been a brilliant success and it's unleashed some weird and wonderful things - not all of which I've been able to share I will admit, but wouldn't that be spoiling all of the surprises?! - but for now it will once again remain dormant... Sleeping until it's opened once again on June 22nd.
Let's raise a toast to a successful first opening shall we? A toast and congratulations to all of those people involved... It's been wonderful to witness such a grand opening of a dark and interesting little box...
Of course, as it's Pandora's Box and things are meant for the alternative, there is no Champagne in this toast, only Absinthe - provided by AsteroidBox - is a drink that's good enough for the evil Pandora! This decanter looks so perfect placed on The Beauty Within table - available from peaches at Whimsical - that this outer beauty couldn't resist raising a toast herself.
Never fear however, if you missed the opening of Pandora's Box you can still get your hands on all the goodies it contains. Soon the group will be emptied so that subscriptions can start for the new month - the box will open again at the end of June and if you've signed up before the opening date the cost will be 1500L - but you can still get your hands on this month's box by visiting the Pandora's Box HQ in world. Here you will be linked to a marketplace listing and will be able to purchase any box that you miss for 2500L...
Now all we have to do is wait for Subscriptions to re-open for next month and then have the terribly slow feeling of waiting for our boxes to open... I don't know about you, but I'm excited already!!! Getting out of bed was hard this morning, but I'm finally up and awake!! Now it's just a case of I have to start my day LOL... Never an easy task at the moment... I have coffee, and soon I will need to let the dog out - although she seems to find it harder to get up than I do as she's still in bed right now - then once I'm done with my two or three cups of coffee, it's onto the dressing part. In RL it's easier, I'm a jeans and sweaters kinda girl - no fuss is better for me - but in SL, well it can take Rudh HOURS!!! There's so much primping and preening to do, that I'm lucky I live in the European Time Zone and most of my friends are American really LOL...
Better make a start or I will never be ready!!!
After a shower - because no one wants to be near a stinky Rudh - it's into the beauty corner for hair and make-up... Sometimes with a quick mud-mask if she's really feeling like pampering herself!
Today it's curls... She dug around and found her Curling Iron, and she's being fairly smart... If she curls it now, by tonight it will be long pretty slightly dropped out curls!!
Just for discussion of what is in the photo's sake, I want to share with you three very important things this morning of her getting ready routine...
Firstly her towel is one from MUSCHI that drapes oh-so-effectively over her naughty bits. The second is this awesome Kitty's Claws "Fantastic Facial Mask" for Omega based mesh head make-up that I found on marketplace, that comes with not just one but THREE different mud colours! Lastly, and possibly my favourite item to share is this awesome hair from Olive called "the Presley Hair". This hair comes in a fatpack, but only if you're very lucky as it's the Olive Rare item for this month's Arcade. It took me while - and probably more money than I would normally have spent on hair - but I NEEDED IT!!!
Now that you've witnessed this though, it's time you leave a girl in peace to enjoy her pampering, don't you think?
