DAY OFF ALERT!!!! Today is a day for me, and no one but me... At least I wish that was the case! I've still got lots to do, and frankly not enough hours of the day to do it in LOL...
Yet there's just enough time to stop and have a little bit of a moment for myself... A little moment of luxury in the form of lots and lots of sugar! So much sugar in fact that it has released the demon in me!!!
Ever met a demon powered by too much sugar?!!! They are more deadly than normal demons and are much more likely to be hunting for their next sugar fix. As you can tell, this little demon has a lust for candy, she loves it so much she's even dripping pink icing - though that may be coming from her horns! I don't want to get myself into trouble today, posting something that I'm thinking of as a demon in Hell, I KNOW that religious stuff can and does offend people but for me it's just a level of fantasy - one that I love playing around with! I crack jokes about it all the time, I mean hell is my hubby after all!
Today though, for some reason I found myself wanting to do something a little darker, Hell related, a fallen angel of sorts...
Not that I'm an angel by any means but it's always fun to play around right?! LOL...
This look was actually a mixed inspiration - partly due to the way I'm feeling right now - but more a combination of this AMAZEBALLS Lava Face and Body Tattoo from Mad' - which comes in two colours Fire and Stone by the way - and the way it seemed to perfectly fit with the Shattered Angel Wings from Ama! It's almost like they were made to go together!! The addition of a tail and horns was all it took to have me charging all over SL looking for the perfect "Hell" style location... I found one, if you haven't been to the Angels & Demons Role Play System but want a heaven or hell style setting, I'd recommend it!
For now though that's all your getting for me, a little Hell... I'm gonna go raise Hell in RL!!!

Maybe it's just me, but one of the hardest things I find about these cold Winter months is waking up in the morning. I LOVE when it's colder, I'm not a fan of being too hot, but when it's dark in the early morning and I have to get out of bed, the hardest part of everything seems to be waking up. When you open your eyes and realise that it's actually darker with them open than closed. No wonder people get so into the Christmas spirit, as a little warm Christmas light always makes the dark days feel brighter!
Yet we carry on, waking up slowly, and making a mad dash through the cold house to switch the heating on before diving back under the duvet with a cup of coffee... At least that's what I do most mornings!
In SL you never feel the temperature, and Rudh has been known to head out in shorts even into the snow, but for some reason, even poor little Rudh finds it so hard to wake up in the Winter mornings... Or maybe that's just because her driver is so sleepy!

SL seems to have fast moved through the Autumn colours and is already abundant with snowy scenes, Christmas is well and truly on it's way to domination in SL. Christmas is abound, with sales events and themed releases springing up all over the grid... IT'S NOVEMBER PEOPLE!!!
Still I can't help letting the magic take over just a little, I want to let the magical pretty fantasy feeling wash over me, and I guess, what better way to start than with a little sparkle!
It could be the sparkle in the air that this time of year seems to have, which drew me to these amazing crystals and throne at Whimsical - they are SO Whimsical and so devine, I was powerless to resist... Made by the amazing {LORE} store, the throne is available with adult and PG versions, and the Crystals are available in light and dark versions with 2 different styles up for grabs...
It made me create an Ice Queen feel in my story telling mind... A princess abandoned in a the snowy caverns, deep underground... Twisted perhaps into someone that ruled with an icy glare and a chilling beauty. Her cavernous grotto lit with tiny crystal lamps - which are actually the Moroccan Lamps from The Looking Glass - glinting their warm light off the dangerous looking icicles that adorn her Winter Crown - available from The Half Moon Market at Whimsical!

A lazy Sunday afternoon all by myself, work is quiet and Hell is still out at an audition so as always, it's time I found something to entertain myself...
Now I know that I am a little late with sharing things from one of the events that just closed, but I will be honest and admit that I did actually forget I had some fun new Hentai based toys that I'd picked up and had had no time to use! Now that I'm alone, guess what I am going to do?!

I've never been a fan of tentacles like that - I've seen tentacle porn and all it does is make me laugh but that's good too right?! - but at the recently closed Hentai Fair - it closed yesterday and I am SO SORRY that I didn't get this post out sooner! - there was lots of things that made me want to test things out a little more hehe...
While I was there I picked up another of the awesome little toy collections from The Horror! This one had not only the usual dildo and beads but it included not one but TWO Tentacle playthings, and it made me giggle more than it should perhaps! As well as that there was a set of Octo Hickies from NOX which just seemed to perfectly fit the new game I was going to play... I mean would have played if I was into that kind of thing! They seemed like a fun match made in Hentai Heaven!

I awoke this morning to the remnants of yesterdays storm... Rain was pattering on the roof, the wind was whistling through the open window and, oh how can I forget, HellBone and the dog both snoring away. Yesterday was not a good day weatherwise, but it gave me the perfect excuse to hide in-doors and snuggle up warm and cosy-like.
This morning the storm seems to have passed, and although I had to get ready for work, I couldn't help myself taking a moment to stop and listen to the sounds of the world waking up... It makes drinking a coffee seem that much more enjoyable!
Rudh is enjoying her morning coffee this morning too... After crawling out of her SecondLife bed, she pulled on a long baggy shirt under her new "Wil Cardigan" - from C'est la vie at the new round of Shiny Shabby - and then padded onto the balcony of one of her many houses - yes I have actually got two houses, a caravan and my "dead shed" LOL - to watch the morning start with her favourite morning addictions caffeine - in a brand new and perfectly fitting slogan emblazoned mug from Plastik, also at Shiny Shabby - and nicotine! The chair with it's soft throw and the candle light as the sun in SL rose just seemed so inviting!
Mind you now that I am thinking about it that sounds like something I would enjoy in RL, so I will chat with you later and hope that you too had a good lazy weekend!

Today is the last day of one of the biggest events in the SL shoppers calendar... Hair Fair 2015 closes it's doors for another year tomorrow - July 26th - and that day is always marked by a VERY special theme for the day... BANDANA DAY!!
Anyone entering Hair Fair should remove their hair and replace it with a gorgeous bandana to show some solidarity to those suffering for the cause we're all working for... The entire reason behind Wigs for Kids - the Hair Fair's chosen charity - is that they are raising money to buy wigs for children who lose their hair due to medical treatments...
One day a year, at the close of Hair Fair, why not have a bandana day?!
If you don't have a bandana, there are lots of booths around the sims where you can pick one up... All of the bandanas that are available at the Fair are 100% donation items for the event charity, and at only 50L a pop it's not a lot to raise some funds for something so awesome! This is one that was designed by Boudicca Amat called Viola...
I added a HUGE magnolia bloom from LODE to the headdress to make it look even more flamboyant, and then it was time to get to work with make-up and eyes and things... It was at this moment that for some reason my brain got carried away with me, I was in weird Rudh mode, when I started thinking I'd make some flower based magical being hehe... I added eyes from antielle and Katat0niK - a collaboration made in heaven if you ask me - and some make up from Stargazer Creations... It was so much fun to do something crazy today...

Sometimes you take a good picture, when you take that picture it instantly becomes one of your favourites... This for me is one of those times, and I didn't know when to share it with you because it's one of those photos that I love and wanted to wait for just the right time...
Today, whilst on vacation, I found that time... I am gearing up to return to my home in Holland, I will be leaving my parents and arriving home tomorrow, but it's leaving me with mixed feelings.
It's been very strange being without everyone that I talk to every day... The Gators, My bestieface and even some of those people that I talk to who aren't associated with either... I have missed my dog and cat, I've even kinda sorta missed my hubby LOL... Though the other side of me is thinking UGH I don't want to leave my family! I've had such a lovely break here, my mind is rested and I am ready to fight again, but just the thought of leaving is making me homesick already...
Luckily I have a lovely picture ready to make me feel better, isn't it? This, as I have said before, is one of my favourite photos of late, and I just love the magic and serenity of it... That's how I feel right now... Serene!! Mind you, if I post again tomorrow, I'm not entirely sure the post will say the same LOL...
Lilian and I bought these amazing dresses at the latest round of We <3 RP, from the deviousMinds store. I chose a sheer aqua colour but decided that I wasn't brave enough to wear it without something underneath... Luckily I had my old go-to body suit to pull on hehe... The place that Lil found for us to pose these amazing dresses is one called the Mysts of Eyr, which is a medieval fantasy jungle role-play sim... It's just the perfect location!
The rests of my accessories are actually things from Half-Deer... The Mermaid's Majesty Bejewelled items - including the head fins and bracelets - are available from this month's line-up of The Arcade, whilst the adorable Jewel Jellybell Jellyfish comes from their release at Collabor88...
