Pandora's Box is soon to close... Today is the last chance to get your hands on all of the awesome goodies before it closes, and Dark Japan has been awesome to us this month. I've learnt so much and have some wonderful goodies from the boxes talented designers but there's just time for one more post and a little lesson about somewhere in Japan that I feel fits the box perfectly... It's a place called Aokigahara Forest at the base of Mount Fuji in Japan. There is a beautiful tribute to this sad place in Second Life that was perfect for allowing a little Pandora's Box monster to be free just a little while...
Known as "the perfect place to die" the Aokigahara Forest in Japan is one of the world's most 'popular' - although the word sounds terrible in this case - places to commit suicide. Legend has it that ancient families would sacrifice members of the family by leaving them to die in the forest, deaths would have been long, horrible and drawn out due to starvation, creating the stories of hauntings amongst the trees. Yet this does not deter those in despair, annually around 70 corpses are found by the volunteers that clear the woods, and records of just how many wander in but never come out are no longer published so that there is no popularisation of the location. There is a lot of information about the "Sea of Trees" available, check the wikipedia link to start with and don't miss out exploring Second Life's interesting tribute to this dark location. One Genre of style that you will rarely see me getting into is anything that could be classed as Sci-Fi or Space. For the longest time I've had a bit of a phobia of aliens, and even though HellBone forced me to watch Star Wars and is the biggest Star Wars fan on the planet, I'm still very uncomfortable around the genre. Though now that Indie Teepee has opened for 2017, and there is an area that is perfectly dedicated to the futuristic with some awesome things to buy and shows to see, AND if that wasn't enough to shove me in the direction of something futuristic and Sci-Fi, WHOLE WHEAT have an awesome new pose location set up... I know very little about the Japanese culture, and feel a bit like I might make a mess of things, but once the box was opened I was pleasantly surprised... Some days I wake up and think 'today I'm going to be a good girl', other days that's no where near my agenda and I'm sorry to say that I think today is one of those days. Today naughty Rudh found a club called the Lizard Lounge, and it's a very seductive looking location for adult entertainment it seems... I will have to see if I can go when it's a little busier! As you can see, by the time that this picture was taken, Rudh had been up to no good... I just wish she'd clean herself up a little before she lets me take pictures LOL... She'll get herself a bad reputation at this rate hehe... However I guess it kinda goes with the top that she's wearing today... One of my favourite things about SL is that I can be covered in tattoos and scars... I'm never normally seen without at least one scar on my face and my major tattoo all over my torso and arms, but the reason I love them so much here is possibly because I'm too chicken to have anything done in RL. I want a RL tattoo, I have the idea in my mind, and am in talks with a friend of HellBone's to possibly get one, but when it comes to Rudh, I have no problem covering her in tattoos because, well, Pain Free!!!
I've worn tattoos for a long while now, and I will admit that I tend to be a little picky about them... I LOVE Mandala style tattoos, don't ask me why, I know there are so many different styles out there and it's just the one that I seem most in love with. There are also a LOT of stores that cater to my favourite style tattoos, but I have to say that I am always drawn back to the tattoos at White Widow. I love their quality, and designs, and this "Spotlight" Tattoo is one that I have worn for a long while now. It was exciting to think about tattoos, when I discovered this awesome little tattoo shop at TM8, while looking for a location to show off my adorable new top, and tease with the cute new pants too... The tops of these pants that you can see are a bit of a tease I know, they are a new release from WONDERLOST at the Vintage Fair, and I'm hoping to be able to show you them full length sometime soon LOL... It was the top though that I really wanted to share with you right now. It's a new release from Nightmare - which can be picked up at the main store - and it's cute with the top and bra combination. The Bra comes in a few different colours, and the tops have varying things written on them, many of them labels for MC members, such as President, Sgt@Arms and Prospect. I've asked Nightmare's owner if there will ever be a Secretary one added because well, that's the one I really need, but for now being labelled an asshole works because it makes me laugh! Many people would probably agree with it! I'm hoping there are at least a few that wouldn't?! Plus it's really handy to show off all that extra space which would be perfect for a new tattoo... The summer seems to have finally shown it's pretty warm head here in Holland over the past two days and BLIMEY IT'S HOT!!! I know I shouldn't complain after the long gray Winter that we've had but seriously it's like the temperature has jumped way up and rather than being nice warm, it's humid sticky warm!!! UGH!!! I'm so not a girl that is built for the warm summer weather! Sunshine I love, but not the heat LOL... I'm going to take a leaf out of Rudh's book today and head to the beach!!!

Ahhhh Lazy Sunday... A morning of peace, relaxation and staying in your PJs. It's something that everyone should do, and something that I know I enjoy quiet a bit... Work comes later, but right now I'm going to be taking it easy lol! Have a very important wedding to go to later in SL, not one but two of our Gators are getting married - yes to each other it's not two weddings in one day - and so I'll be playing proud Momma Gator, but as I already said, for now, relaxation in my jammies time!
Rudh is going to be doing the same, but I'm not sure if you've noticed or not that Rudh is a little bit different LOL... As a living dead doll she doesn't even sleep like a normal person - choosing instead a sexy looking coffin, that forms part of a pose called "Dreams" from Come Soon Poses available until May 22nd at The Dark Style Fair! She's such a deep sleeper that even standing up doesn't seem to bother her,Count Bearcula can't stand sleeping upright but for Rudh it's not a problem apparently!!! If you look really closely you will even notice that the not-so-sleeping-beauty is actually drooling too!!! So attractive isn't she?! Although, while on the subject of The Dark Style Fair, I mustn't forget to point out this AWESOME Outfit by WONDERLOST. For some reason when I got up this morning and decided to take a photo of Rudh, I was forgetting the craziness that runs through my brain before I've had any wake up juice - coffee for people that have no idea what I'm referring to - so it doesn't really surprise me that after a night of weird dreams and a feeling of hunger as I wake, that my mind drifts to food?! Not entirely sure how thoughts of food, lead me in this direction, but there is a very plausible reason... I think?!

I'm going to take a little break from the gory macabre today - don't sound too shocked it won't last long knowing me - because today is the opening of a HUGE event aimed at a special class of people... Some of the coolest people I know fit right into this culture of life... These are the people that were picked on in school and that now they are in adulthood shine like brilliant stars... In case you're wondering, I'm talking about the Geeks and the Nerds! Today is the official opening of this years Geeks'N'Nerds Fair, and at 12PM SLT, SL will be filled with just a little more geeky nerdy goodness! Before then I'm going to just chillax and take it easy - geeky style - because once it opens, I'm going to be shopping crazy...
Back to work... For RL me it's back to the office, for Rudh there is a whole different job out there calling to her LOL... Something she has to get dressed up all pretty for to catch the eyes of the public! Sometimes new things, but sometimes old things are the choice of Rudh when she's working this job. Today's look is a mixture of old and new, but thats the way that I love to style myself... Mixing things up so that when she's out in her photography job no two days are the same! I hope you realised I was talking about photography LOL, she hasn't got a job as a hooker yet...
The main reason for this look just happens to be the shorts and the boots but it was just too perfect of a scenario in these items and her standing on a street corner to waste the opportunity. The shorts are a brand new release from WONDERLOST - and YES they are shorts, very revealing shorts! - they are perfect staple pieces for any slightly naughty girl's wardrobe, and even when you wear them with panties they look fairly revealing, so the sweet and innocent should beware hehe... They look even better when you pair them with a pair of the Reign Mishi Thigh High Boots - which are on SALE at the moment I think... They were when I bought them as Reign was having a 50% off sale! If you're lucky you might find other lovely ladies in the Vila Mimosa Red Light District... You won't see me there I'm done posing in the wrong location lol but this urban grunge place is great!

The weekend is a good time to wake up slowly, drink a few cups of coffee and then perhaps spend a good few hours taking some pretty pictures and wasting a day lol... That's definitely my Sunday routine but this weekend I want a day of nothing-much-ness and I plan to do that by spending my time with my SL camera. Give me five minutes in my gorgeous little office to make sure my camera is all set up and ready to rock and roll...
I love this new pose from Come Soon by the way. It's called My Lens and it's available now at The Chapter Four until August 31st. As per usual, the Come Soon Poses come with a full scene or the pose on it's own, and as nice as the scene is I had to use this particular pose in my office! It was too much of a temptation to resist. I spend time here working on blogging stuff, working on Gator stuff, and in fact working on anything that I have to work on too LOL... Summer seems to have come and gone here at the moment, not that I am complaining because I am really not someone that enjoys the heat but temperatures have cooled a little and the skies overhead are often more of a greyish than brilliant blue. Although I don't really like hot, I do like sunshine - almost as much as I love the rain - and so I do feel a little sad it's gone already. I love that soft spring sunshine... Luckily SL can be as sunny or rainy as we want it to be. When we want hot feeling weather, there are ways to do that, when we want rain there are ways to do that too... I guess at least where the sunshine is concerned this works for me, I get the pretty sunshine without being too hot LOL...
I don't have a figure like Rudh that I could show off when it gets hot in RL, and it's times like that when you want to be wearing as little clothing as possible LOL... So when I I feel too hot in RL the last thing I want to do is see my barbie doll in something too heavy looking LOL... That's about the time Rudh is stripped off... Though OK she's barely dressed a lot anyway... In this particular case I found an outfit that was so soft and light looking that I couldn't resist wearing it in the hot weather we'd had in RL recently... It's an outfit from Wonderlost called Olivia and the Boho pieces are mix and match so you can buy these gorgeous printed skirts and the loose tied tops as seperates meaning you can mix and match your colours! I will admit though that these are available until the end of today at The Secret Affair, but hopefully they will be available in the mainstore before to long too! Then I just needed somewhere to explore... Somewhere cool and shady, yet with a beachy refeshing breeze perhaps... That's when I ended up at It all starts with a Smile... Moments like this do not happen very often but I think that it is time I shared a picture of Hell and I... Just Hell and I... No one else!! Don't look so shocked LOL I know it is rare but I do have moments with my hubby sometimes! Not that often and usually under duress - on his part I might add - but when I eventually get him to stop building, shooting, being a fart machine to entertain his brother Mongo, and he sits still for a few minutes, he actually makes a fairly good model... I have to work fast, he won't remain still for long, but I gotta hand it to him, in recent months my hubby has become pretty hot!
What started as an argument with Solde prior to her wedding - between Hell and Solde, I was not getting involved in that fight - has now become HellBone constantly shopping, being a fashionista - even if he does really only dress in biker style - and looking pretty good! He's even attracting more attention from the ladies hehe... It's so cute when he gets all unsure if someone is flirting with him LOL... It's time to Rock'n'Roll... Back to work again with my second, SL based, job today after a lovely long week of not having to think about working in SL... I'm actually excited, I LOVE my SL based job, it's awesome to be able to combine my hobby and RL money and something I always wanted to have happen! It does mean, however, that today is a 12-hour work day for me but hey I can sleep in tomorrow and plan on doing exactly that... I'm excited and happy, let's enjoy today shall we?! Anyone bringing me drama is in for a HUGE ass-whoopin' lol... Time for something a little crazy...
It's time for some loud music - going to wake Hell up and get into trouble I'm sure but heck it will be worth it - and dancing like no one is watching... The Air Guitar poses were a past event release from Image Essentials and I am hoping they are now available at their main store, but jumping on a bed - not mine, it's one on an 80s set at Whole Wheat - playing an air guitar, who hasn't ever done that?! As the CEO of the company in Holland that I work for recently announced, "the UK never wanted to
fully belong and has, more and more, become the 51st state of
America." A not so subtle nod to his views about the recent Brexit - that I may have mentioned before has given me even more of an ostracised feeling at work... Today it's actually worked in my favour - I was already feeling crappy with a summertime cold, but hey as it's a holiday in America and as we're a "state" I'm working at home LOL... I'm going to enjoy today... Even though the friendly rivalry is showing through LOL - I've already told my MC brother Kris I blame him entirely for wasting all that good tea, and that we should be the ones who are lucky as our plan to let America think it beat us was really just a great smoke screen for the fact that we were looking for an easy to break-up LOL... Of course, I don't mean it in a bad way... It's just a little bit of friendly teasing, and to show I care about my American Friends and Family, I'm going to set up a little party and wear Patriotic Colours...
Even if they won't understand it, because I spelt Colour properly LOL... OK OK I'm done with the making jokes... I don't mean it to seem bad, as I already said I love my American Friends and Family, and feel very lucky to have had SL bring us all together in one place like it has! The party is set with lots of yummy foods - mostly from Lost Junction's kitchen - but I had to include something for my British self, so Fish'n'Chips were a must! BUT I did make the effort and wear the most American pants I could find... These, as we Brits would call them, "Dungarees" are available from WONDERLOST at the new round of the Suicide Dollz.
