While in isolation, Rudh has been taking the time to improve herself, learn a few new skills and dust off some of her old ones... There's no time for things like that normally, so when you get the chance you shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth right?!
Today it was time to make a little magic, I set myself up a new little cosy, safe space where I wouldn't be disturbed, and then I set to work... It's lucky I was on my own... It wasn't going well...
I whipped the magic up, and got the room looking perfect, then an oopsie happened!
The cards that I'd set out for a reading started levitating and swirling around the room, causing chaos before I could even start. It was a little DISORDERLY!

Normally the living dead doll in me wants her day in the moonlight but recently, with all the time I've been spending cooped up in the dark I've actually wanted to be outside and play in the flowers and sunshine of Spring... The fantasy fae in me has pushed through the crowd of pretties and she's going to spend some time in the sun to read some of her magical tomes...
The little fairy has had a very busy morning, going shopping at Ostara's Altar to buy a pretty outfit - the dress I'm wearing is from [QE] and is called Lorelei Corset Dress, the pale pink colour is almost skin toned and it's decorated all over with pretty pink roses, but if pink isn't your thing then there's a green version too. She's also wearing some pretty jewelry from Velika Rituals - a set of adorable butterfly jewelry, and because they aren't so clear I've shared the ads of both the jewelry and dresses!

So while working on a little magic to carve my pumpkin yesterday, I think I must have left the cauldron cooking just a little too long... There may have even been a little love potion magic in the bottom as it was cooking...
I say this because I had a moment of "OOPS!" while cleaning the cabin today... So as I was sweeping the floors, talking to my little kitties, I felt a strange presence behind me... I think my cauldron is trying to tell me something...
The unstable Cauldron - one of the many things available and on show from Trick or Treat Lane by the way - decided to show me a little love, I knew that there was a little love potion in the bottom of that cauldron! He wanted to give me a big kiss, and I guess I learnt that I need to clean things a little better.

I've been back to my work finally... I've only done 6 hours in the last two days but I feel shattered, and I actually hurt a little bit... BABY STEPS back to work Rudhiepops, Baby Steps!
It's not just in RL that I feel pretty tired though, even in SL I'm starting to feel kinda tired and the Halloween season is only just beginning... Maybe the tiredness is seeping through...
The poor little Living Dead Doll in me is wondering how she can be tired when she's already dead, but maybe her magic just needs topping up... The little witch needs to focus and start brewing potions...

Her home, usually the calming serenity she needs, is now the cause of chaos as her Feline Fright scours the room looking for his toy mice!

My SL Mom - Louisa Zorric - is always sharing pictures on her facebook page that boost confidence and tell us girls - guys too - to live like Queens - although Kings can be used as a more appropriate term for some of the guys out there hehe! She talks of empowerment, and confidence, and supporting others rather than tearing them down, and since I have known her she's been all of those things to me! My SL Mommas are both Queens, and I guess that would make me a Princess?! I never feel strong or confident enough to be a Queen, but with royal mommas that can only mean one thing! I've finally reached my goal of becoming a Disney Princess - only with a little less Disney and a lot more Fiesty, Sarcastic, Brattishness!
Since the realization that I can officially call myself a Princess, I will be taking up residence in a luxurious palace and wearing jewels for the vast majority of my time now!
I'll decorate my abode with the finest Lux Items - a gacha collection from Oubliette is perfect, if you are lucky to win the pieces at the current round of Gachaland that runs until July 31st - just look at all of those opulent textures and royal colours. One of the things I thought about while I was at home, before my holiday, was that I might need some things to blog since I love using it as a form of relaxation. So I was smart and came prepared with some things that would be interesting to share... More things that I wanted to share, rather than anything that was required of me!
Now, some of you may know, and others not, that being back home in the UK is for me like a chance to recharge my batteries. Just being in my old childhood bedroom helps so much... I feel like I'm re-newed, recharged and invigorated! A little like the re-birth of a Phoenix...
I guess right now I'm feeling more than a little jubilant, since I just returned home from a shopping trip in RL to discover that I've actually lost 2 dress sizes in RL!!! I'm not only taking the time to relax for a change, I'm also feeling much more positive about things and therefore feeling awesome... A phoenix rising from the ashes!

Now that I'm a grown up, one of the things that I find I miss most is the days when things were simple and all I had to worry about was school. I will fully admit that I was a kid that loved school, I wasn't the smartest or most popular, and I definitely wasn't one of the most sporty kids, but all that aside I LOVED school. I loved learning and if I had the chance I'd be heading back to University to take a Masters degree!
In England, we had to wear school uniforms and I was always a little jealous of Americans that were able to wear their own clothes. Whenever Rudh feels like going to school she has that privilege, no icky uniforms for her, and when she goes she's little miss popular!

I keep talking about wanting to go on adventures. I will make it one day, but before I head out on my Grand Adventure, I need to start stocking up on energy... THE WEEKENDDDDDD... I'm so happy that the weekend is here... I seem to be all over the place lately but last night I slept SO WELL that I actually feel fairly rested. This hasn't happened to me in ages. I closed my eyes and was off to dreamland like a shot!!
So when I woke this morning I wanted to share a picture of you that had a sleepy feel to it... Hence why today, Rudh is camping... The poor thing was so sleepy she didn't even get to toast her marshmallow...
