Happy Thanksgiving to those of you that celebrated that yesterday... You all made it through the copious amounts of food that everyone seems to talk about in regards to the day - I can't wait for that same feeling when I go have Christmas Dinner with my family this year!
But today, there is a dark ominous presence looming over us... The air is thick with it... You can hear the distant rumble of it...
Is there an Apocalypse about to happen? No... It can't be that... It would have been all over the news!
That thick feeling in the air is an anticipation... The distant rumble is the sound of thousands of people running in every direction... IT'S BLACK FRIDAY!!!!
I know I'm not an American, and most places across the rest of the world do not have Black Friday but as it's there in SL, and I would be a bad shoppaholic if I didn't make use of it, I'm going to get very excited!!! SO MANY STORES, SO MANY SALES!!! I found a list on Seraphim and BOY am I gonna use it!
I went on a little trip out a few days ago to try to find the perfect place to take a photo of an outfit that was a little Apocalyptic... The resulting photo just seemed perfect for this Black Friday post lol, it's a little scared looking, deer caught in the headlights style and perfectly fitting that it's not zombies coming for me but a hoard of shoppers charging around LOL...
I bought a new skirt from Mirage, that you can pick up at the Apocalyptic round of Genre this month, purely because I loved this warning style texture - although the other textures in the HUD are great too! Then I went and splurged a little at the latest round of No. 21, buying both the Chambers Shirt from Razor and the Quinn Boots from REIGN... The top is awesome, I LOVE how it fits and the textures used on it, plus it looks really cute with the Clumsy hair from Magika, just sayin' lol... The Quinn Boots are AWESOME, I think I love them as much as I love my J's Boots and that is saying something hehe...
BUT ANYWAY... What am I still standing around here for, chatting about random stuffs, there is shopping to be done... See you soon I hope, so long as I don't get swept away in a tide of shoppers!!!

Princess of the Night perhaps?
One of the best things for me about SL is that you can dress up, be whatever you want to be and as long as it's not hurting anyone do whatever you want to do... OK granted you will get some people who are more than a little closed minded, expecting things to be a certain way, as they are in RL - the biker community of SL for example - but if you hadn't realised up until now, I LOVE to dress up, and I LOVE to invent characters for myself hehe...
This next outfit was no exception hehe... I put things on and thought "hmmmmmmm what shall I be today hehe"... I ended up going exploring over at the Vampire Resource Centre in Transylvania!
Wandering around there, you'll find lots of pretty and interesting places that could make great photo opportunities. I got lucky, it was a very quiet time of day and all of the vampires were sleeping hehe...
Hidden in a corner is this strange portal... A ruin with a very ominous presence, the people milling about seemed strange, ethereal almost, and yet something was drawing me towards that dark malevolent figure in the archway...
It was possibly due to the fact that the living dead girl me, was wearing a rather risqué outfit... From the front it looks like a very short dress, but from the back, it's a whole different story hehe...
The top I'm wearing as a dress, is a release from ISON - available at Collabor88 for November - and as you can see from the back it is kinda revealing... I spent a long time trying to work out what I wanted to wear under this top, some people I've seen have gone conservative and are wearing pants, but conservative and Rudh don't tend to mix very often, then I remembered my old Duct Tape set from League! Good thing I am already dead though, that stuff looks more than a little painful to pull off later! I finished the look with some extremely tall Lolita Heels from EMPORIUM in a brilliant electric blue colour... Not sure why blue, it's normally a colour I don't tend to touch but for some reason I HAD TO hehe...
So the outfit was striking, the location was striking, I needed something small just to finish the look for the new Princess of the Night...
Hair was going to be an issue... My normal Red hair choices left the look a little flat, I wanted something that would 'pop', so I began digging around in a folder of past hair freebies I have. I randomly discovered this Alice Project hair called Seohyun and knew instantly that the frosted blue worked perfectly with the heels I'd chosen. The sparkle effects that are used in certain Alice Project hairs are gorgeous... I love these styles just for that effect, I LOVE creating fairytale looks and everyone knows a little sparkle is a little magical!
Then I remembered I had a brand new tiara, which would be PERFECT for the Princess of the Night... This month's Genre theme is the Apocalypse, and I have played with a few items that I bought there for that style but the [MUSE]'s Bride of the Apocalypse Tiara seemed less Apocalypse and more fantasy princess to me... When I put it on, it was just what I wanted and so the Princess of the Night was born!
What is she wearing;
Tiara: [MUSE] - Bride of the Apocalypse in Onyx (Available now at Genre)
Hair: Alice Project - Seohyun in Frosted Black (Past Freebie)
Skin: Glam Affair - Lauren in America 07 (Available now at Collabor88)
Face Wounds: (Under the Eyes) Utopiah - Excessive Pain Makeup
Piercing: Cute Poison - Starlust Piercings
Top: ISON - Bandage Back Top in Gray (Available Now at Collabor88)
Duct Tape: League - Duct Tape Panties in Bound Black
Wounds: Hysteria - In Painful Stitches (No Longer Available)
Shoes: EMPORIUM - Lolita Heels (Worn with SLINK High Feet) (Past Fi*Friday Item)
Pose: Signature Pose - Chey 4

One Last Tango...
Dia De Los Muertos is all about the remembrance of the dead...Not the stoic, silence of which we remember the dead in the UK, but the flamboyant and festive feeling that you find in Mexico.
When I'm thinking about people from my past, I often find songs associated with them and memories that are associated with these songs are a form of my personal remembrance - such as my uncle and the Prodigy song "Firestarter" LOL... Sometimes all it takes is one last dance and the memories of them come flooding back...
I took myself over to the abandoned - at the time of day I went anyway - ball room at Basilique. The outfit I had pulled together required an abandoned ballroom feeling, and of all of the places I went to, this one was closest to the style I wanted to find...
Yet it was the outfit that had me feeling the need to dance... My first and last as a sugar doll...
The dress and tiara are releases from this month's - latest round - of Horror Haute, available from ImmateriA the dress is simply gorgeous... It makes you want to dance, and it comes with the prettiest headband tiara that perfectly compliments the tango feeling!
I will admit that I did a little mix and match of Horror Haute goodies though with this look... The dress and tiara may well be from ImmateriA, but the awesome full body tattoo of the skeleton is in fact from the Livid "Lady Death Dress", along with the flowers...
Now I wanted to mention something here, and I hope it doesn't upset anyone in having done so... I LOVE the full body tattoo, but I have one major issue with it... It doesn't have any appliers, of any kind, so me being addicted to my mesh hands and feet I felt a bit naked taking them off and going old school for even a little while. Not that this is a problem, the textures are great enough to not let you worry, and it won't put me off wearing it again, but if you are one of those people who cannot live without your mesh everything then be warned!
I'm sorry to the people that like to see everything in one outfit worn together,,, I have this really weird habit of mixing and matching, and it makes me feel REALLY awesome to find things like this that work together so well... I've been dancing around in this for a few days...
One more thing to admit to you, dancing the tango to any prodigy song is FREAKING HARD Lol...

Dias Muertos, Monster High's Newest Student!
Horror Haute, Horror Haute, my favourite time of the month is here YAY!!!!
The theme for this month, if my last post didn't give it away any is Day of the Dead, or Dia De Los Muertos, which is going to mean bright colours, flowers and lots of happy Rudh hehe... If you want a small dosage of colour in your life then you shouldn't miss a little trip to the Horror Haute Skybox this month...
My first dose of Horror for November, got me singing the Monster High theme tune in my head again... I swear if these dollies had been out when I was a kid, it would have been a case of "Barbie Who?" I seem to take every opportunity to make myself look like I fit right in at the school!!!
Let's start with the easiest but also the one item that is not available at Horror Haute... The outfit I am wearing is a brand new School Daze Outfit from yumyums - that you can grab yourself from the new Geeks & Nerds Fair that started today. This outfit is pure and simply put, AMAZEBALLS... There are so many different textures you can grab yourself, including some that look like you're a walking ice cream - watch this space that WILL be coming your way - but for the look I had in mind, a simple school uniform style worked best!
I added a hair bow and bow tie, in a matching colour of course, from Laudanum Lollipops for this month's Horror Haute - Yes back on the subject of Horror Haute again already - and finished the look up with a pair of adorable Day of the Dead Stockings from Seddy's Creations.
Although for me, the thing that most makes this outfit perfect for a day at Monster High School, is the skin! I fell in love with this skin the moment I put it on... It's a Stargazer Creations "Dias Muertos" Skin and I chose the Sky colour, but there are so many colours to choose from... Don't miss out on these!
Time to sing you out with the school's theme song... I can't believe I am about to link this right now... It's so cheesy LOL...
What is she wearing;
Hairband: Ploom - Animal Headband in Devil
Hair Bow: Laudanum Lollipops - Muertos Bow in Purple (Available Now for Horror Haute)
Hair: Ploom - Pwny
Skin: Stargazer Creations - Dias Muertos in Sky (Available Now for Horror Haute)
Face Wounds: (Under the Eyes) Utopiah - Excessive Pain Makeup
Piercing: Cute Poison - Starlust Piercings
Bowtie: Laudanum Lollipops - Muertos Tie in Purple (Available Now for Horror Haute)
Outfit: yumyums - School Daze Outfit (Available now for Geeks & Nerds)
Bag: [POSH] - Book Purse in Frankenstein (No Longer Available!)
Socks: Seddy's Creations - Day of the Dead Stockings in Black (Available Now for Horror Haute)
Pose: Image Essentials - Prestige 2 (Available Now at The Depraved Nation Thrift Shop)

Flowers Make Me Smile!!!!!
This one is going to break us in gently LOL... It's also the first of a set, but has NOTHING to do with the event that I am about to start talking about in the next few days... Horror Haute is coming, and this photo will give you a subtle - or maybe not so subtle hint as to what this month's theme is!
Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE Autumn, but there is one thing that I will admit I miss just a little at this time of year and that would be flowers! I miss the crazy colours of flowers when I am outside, and so luckily SL is a place I can fill with flowers that won't die - I have a tendency to kill potted indoor plants, ask Hell - and thus get my flower fix!
Now I can also admit that my SL inventory is a bit of a hoard but sometimes I buy things and then keep them until I need them... The headdress in this photo is a prime example of that!
I bought the Axix Macabria Hair Band from the Bloody Horror Fair back in October. At the time I'd had trouble with it as the textures were messed up, but after some super fast and great customer service, the issue was sorted. Then I just put the hairband away and kept it for a rainy day, so to speak... It seemed to fit just perfectly with the horns that came as part of the Neria hairstyle from Truth too... I was positively giddy with excitement hehe...
Like I said, this will give a little hint to what is coming for Horror Haute this month... None of this is Horror Haute related but there is a hint in there somewhere hehe...
What is she wearing;
Hair & Horns: Truth - Neria (Past Event Release)
Hairband: Axix - Macabria Hairband in Blue with Chains
Skin: Glam Affair - Lauren in America 07 (Available now at Collabor88)
Eyes: IKON - Lucid Eyes in Optimism (Past Group Gift)
Face Wounds: (Under the Eyes) Utopiah - Excessive Pain Makeup
Piercing: Cute Poison - Starlust Piercings
Top: HolliPocket - Brenty Lace Tops in White
Pose: Image Essentials - Sashay 5

All the stars are coming out tonight... They're lighting up the sky tonight...
Memory is such a wonderful thing... Each one like a star in our own personal night sky, least that was what I was always told when I was little by my grandmother... She always used to tell me that the bigger and brighter the star looked in the sky, the more special the memory was...
Memories are at the front of my mind at the moment, one of my friend's mothers has just been diagnosed with Alzheimers, and if I'm honest something like that would scare me more than a sudden accident or a reduced life expectancy... I think it's put me in a bit of a sombre mood!
The picture, luckily, seems more pensive than sad but it fits perfectly with the idea of stars being our saved memories... The title of the post holds a memory in itself that will ALWAYS make me smile! It's lyrics from a song by a "boyband" - though the term boys may not be appropriate anymore since they are all in their 40s LOL - called Take That. Even though I am a rock girl through and through, my first celebrity crush was on one of the members, and I've always thought of them as the skeletons in my music loving closet hehe... The memory that links to the post title though is due to the effect this song has on my mum! We went to see the band at a concert a few years ago, I'd not long left home but was back with her to see them, and the song brought tears to her eyes... I miss my mum all the time so this song always brings a smile to my face when I can't get home to see her...
The outfit, which must be discussed, was something almost moonlight angelic in style. I adorned myself with a wig from Ploom - told you you'd be seeing this hair a lot though, I have it in a LOT of colours hehe.., I wanted eyes that seemed to be reflecting the light of the moon, and I found the perfect pair from SongBird, these Winter Fae eyes do come with make-up too but it was too dark for what I needed here! The dress, one of the very few plain white ones that I do actually have, is a Halter Gown from Valentina E, but it is the accessories that were the entire reason for this photo...
I spotted the Starshine Gacha Collection at the Cirque De Seraphim and immediately had to have the horns! I will however say, that due to the Rare nature of the horns, the Sweet Thing store made a damn good profit from me LOL... Not that I mind, the horns are worth it!
All she needs now is a star to ride on... OH and have a little Take That... The song means a lot to me, so I have to share since they are the memory behind this post hehe...

Come to the Creepy Carnival?!
Some people have an fear of the circus, not because of the circus itself but because of something - or should that be someone - you'd see there... I never really liked them all that much, and would purposely avoid any that I ever had the displeasure of seeing face to face, but in truth Clowns have never been the stuff of my nightmares! I can see why people don't like them, and as I said I don't actively have anything to do with them if I can, but according to Sam Winchester "apparently clowns kill", and as we all well know, if it's said on the TV then it MUST be true LOL...
Seems though that I have NO PROBLEM dressing Rudh up as some for of creepy carnie or another, being honest with you normal clowns are the ones that freak me most, anything that looks evil I know is fairytale... If that makes any sense what-so-ever?!
My dark and macabre side is often attracted to the bright colours of the Carnival... I had been out shopping on two separate occasions with two of my bestest peoples, and the attraction of the Circus pulled me to the dark side... So of course, me being me I HAD to make a dark carnie costume LOL...
Starting with my look, and PLEASE don't ask me why I was drawn to pink LOL I don't know! The hair is a pretty one, with it's cute and curly base, from Ploom that you can win yourself from a gacha at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival. You may see this a LOT, I have it in every colour now because I wanted a red version and couldn't get one LOL... I went with pink dipped dyes in the end because I just couldn't resist this old but still pretty Leri Miles Designs body suit! The necklace is one that seemed to fit perfectly with the look I was creating, but I will admit this is actually an older release too - I hope these things are still available! It's a necklace called Archaic from Cute Poison, who not only make the best piercings in SL - in my opinion - but also make other pretty adornments, just like this one! Then came the time to put on my carnie girl make-up... I went for a Dark Circus look, from A*S, that you can pick up now at Cirque De Seraphim!
While on the subject of Cirque De Seraphim, I should actually start talking about my little circus friends! Eli the Elephant, in a gray version, can be picked up from the Silentsparrow booth at the Cirque, and even though I had such a hard time choosing between the colours, the fact that I can change her clothes is AWESOME! Lastly, but by no means least, the super cute little Ghost Clown Dolly from Katat0nik... I had to play the machine A LOT for this one - stupid gachas LOL - but to make it even worse Jimmy wanted one too LOL *facepalms*... ISN'T SHE CUTE THOUGH?! Go get your own at the Xiasumi School Festival before they run back to hide at the mainstore, just be aware, they are in the haunted area... Keep checking over your shoulder people hehe...

Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?
I had to go with that song as a post title, because the other song that features something from this look I created has driven me nuts so much when it was first released that anyone who sings it around me on our home sim will be shown how to fly... Getting it stuck in my own head just by writing a blog post title would be silly... Something I am likely to do to myself but VERY silly!
I even made myself look less like a fox and more like a wolf, whilst I merely accessorised with foxes... YAY go me!!!
The foxes were in fact the reason for the post... So I am going to focus my attention on them and less on the Big Bad Wolf Rudh!
The little pet that I am carrying around in my arms, is my new friend Cirque... Named because I bought him on my recent trip to Cirque De Seraphim from the Psycho.Byts booth. I tell you I'm none too creative in my old age LOL... He is just so irresistably cute it was too hard to resist, and my biggest problem was trying to work out which of the 5 colours I wanted... In the end I plumbed for something natural fox looking!
The other foxy element of this outfit is something I am sure you cannot miss... The MishMish Zoey dresses are available from The Kawaii Project, and come in a selection of colours... I loved this aqua green tone, which is totally unusual as a colour choice for me, but it just made those adorable little foxy faces look even cuter hehe...
Anyway, just once because I cannot help myself... "WHAT DOES A FOX SAY?"

The Circus comes to Town...
The circus rolled into town... Actually it has been in town for a while now, but I've just been too busy to get to it!
Seraphim is hosting an event called "Cirque De Seraphim", and it is filled with all kinds of awesome goodies, including my favourite irresistible treats - plushies or stuffed animals you might say! The event is a charity fundraiser for the ASPCA, with chucks of sales from many items going to the charity. If you look hard enough you will also find one or two freebies dotted in amongst the donation items... Including some that had me in stitches!
When I was younger, in my home town, we had a local "celebrity" - a homeless woman people referred to as the Bearded Lady of Guildford. Rumour was that she had at one time been a bearded lady in a circus, she was ALWAYS seen in a fake leopard fur coat, and she always talked to herself. In some ways I was saddened by seeing her, but in others I was in awe - and a little scared especially when I was really young - of her attitude when it came to the people that were rude whenever she was around. So when I was at the Cirque and I found this Consignment Chita Beard - which is a freebie I should add - I couldn't resist paying tribute to her! The fact that I realised just how much I looked like the Conchita Wurst of Eurovision 2014 fame, was just the icing on the cake!
I dressed the look in a simple black skirt and wore a brand new - released for the current round of The Witching Hour - top called Miss Cordelia's Blouse in a Burtesque colour from Show Me On The Doll. I accessorised with my favourite new ring set from (Yummy) called Elemental, which you can pick up from Collabor88 for the month of November.
Lastly but by no means least - and with a subtle intro to a song that I will be including lol - my little geek luftballon elephant friend... He is available at the Cirque De Seraphim too, and with his little balloon - wait for the link to the song... - maybe he wants to try to rise up, perhaps phoenix like? LOL, YAY I made a corny link to a song...

"Oh My KOSH"... TIARAS!!!!!
Pensive relaxation time is what I am craving at the moment... Although I am kinda ashamed to admit it, last night was like bliss! The MC all seemed to be either offline or doing their own thing and so because I wasn't at their beck and call I was able to do some serious picture taking hehe... I have enough to last me an entire week now if I want to LOL... Boy does that feel good!
There is one thing though that I wanted to share as soon as possible... Out of all of the awesome things I have to share that I bought or was sent in the last few days, one thing had me saying OH I NEED TO USE THIS... It wasn't the easiest place to start a look from but then again, I LOVE the look I made with it! Can you guess what it is???
OK I'll tell you, the piece that had me getting all excited and wanting to create a look was the tiara... This is a brand new release from KOSH, the Hela Headband is available in 12 different variations - 3 of which are rare - with 3 different metal colours and 4 different stones making up the combinations... You can check the KOSH ad on their Flickr so you can see all the pretty colours!!!
I wanted something simple to show off this adorable accessory, and felt like getting in touch with my Medieval princess side wearing this adorable Iona Dress in a foresty green from SAKIDE. This isn't a new release but I've had it waiting in the wings to pull on at a moment just like this hehe...

Pinkie's Back... It's like a Dream
A while ago now I was sad to see one of my favourite pose designers having to stop working... I don't know why, her reasons are her own, but it made me sad... The poses that came out of her mind, and therefore through the doors of Captivity Co Poses, were brilliant... Not only did they always make some fabbity fab prop poses, the modelling packs were of my usual Go-To collection!
I AM SUPER EXCITED TO SAY THAT NOW MISS AMANDA "PINKIE" RANDALL IS BACK!
She's opened a new store - together with a companion - and it's just like walking through a dream to see one of my favourite pose makers back in action once again...
So to make the momentous occasion, I wanted a picture that felt like I was walking through a dream... I think the results I wanted were what I got...
The pose - seeing as it is the entire reason for the post - is one of Pinkie's new poses. Her new store is called Signature Pose, and you should expect to see a LOT of them on the blog in the coming months. So far the store is small, offering up collections - though the poses can be purchased separately too - of static poses, and I have been promised that poses with props may soon be on their way! I can't wait to see where the store goes, and Pinkie it's AWESOME to have you back!
The outfit was just what I happened to be wearing at the time hehe... My current favourite new up-do from Magika, my current favourite new boots from Reign, an old but favourite tutu skirt, but I added a brand new - to me anyway - Heart Tank Top from Mute., and a Lost Junction Toulouse Collar! Mute. by the way is having a closing sale... EVERYTHING in store, including clothing with appliers and shoes for SLINK feet is on sale for just 10L!
Whilst I was walking through the dream however, I noticed some very strange wildlife - just shows how weird my head is doesn't it? LOL. Butterflies were everywhere... Though there was something that wasn't quite right about them... The Butterfleyes are from Half-Deer, that fantasy world of adorably cute and kinda quirky... Still they inhabit my dreams and I guess that makes me just a little more kookie too hehe...
What is she wearing;
Hair: Magika - Beans
Skin: Glam Affair - Lauren in America 07 (Available now at Collabor88)
Face Wounds: (Under the Eyes) Utopiah - Excessive Pain Makeup
Piercing: Cute Poison - Starlust Piercings
Collar: Lost Junction - Toulouse Collar in Bolds (Available now for ROMP)
Top: Mute. - Heart Tank (Closing Sale - Everything is 10L!)
Skirt 8+ - Ruffled Black Tutu (No Longer Available)
Boots: REIGN - Fiona Boots in Black (Worn with SLINK Mid Feet) (Past Event Release)
Pose: Signature Pose - Debbie 4
Butterfly: Half-Deer - Butterfleye in Morpho (Past Collabor88 Item)

Witching Me...
Tis that time of the month again, The Witching Hour is upon us, and what a lot of goodies they have brought with them...
The little witch side of me came out - yes I KNOW I am a woman with a crazy amount of sides - and she danced across the screen in a little happy dance as she opened her new toys.... There was jewellery and accessories and even a brand new broom... Well she just had to take that for a spin, didn't she?!
I don't know if the creatures of the swamp knew what hit them... Suddenly like a bat out of hell there was a Rudh flying around like a crazy person on her new broomstick from Brick-A-Brack - they come in a variety of colours, or if you're lucky enough to get a rare one designs, and include an AO for easy flight mode! BUT, doesn't she look cute!
Let me share a close up photo to get a better look!
SO starting from the top and working her way down...
The Hat is the newest in the line of super awesome Witching Hats - although unisex so it could look equally as awesome on a man! - is available from Remarkable Oblivion, in a gacha filled with SpellBinder hats! This one happens to be the rare, Seer, but all of the hats are great and I have been wearing them all quite a bit!
Then the dress, this one is a SAKIDE new release which you can pick up at the latest Depraved Nation Thrift Shop Event... It's called Ingenue and this one is plaid - obviously - as opposed to the knitted version which is also available!
Though it is The Witching Hour goodies that I wanted to get most excited about, so here goes... At this month's round of The Witching Hour, in the various gacha machines you can find yourself this adorable Pentacle Scarf from Panda Paws, this gorgeous but rare Mystic Necklace from ImmateriA, the pretty ring that I have on my left hand is the Endora Ring from Cyrious, and of course not to forget the broomstick from Brick-A- Brack. All of these things are in gacha machines, as I keep saying, but the good thing of that is they are easy to trade, and make FAB gifts for people... Christmas is coming!!!!

Bye Old Me, Hello New Me!
Some people, in SL, I know change their skin like a chameleon, wearing many different ones depending on how they feel - I do very occasionally when blogging something or being dead - but for me, finding a new "everyday wear" skin is important.
I don't mind admitting that I am VERY fussy and will wear the same skin, as my basic skin, for long periods of time! So when I do seek to find a new one, and eventually find one that I am happy in, it is a bit of a big deal for me! It makes me feel like it's a fresh start, a new beginning and some might say a step forward, perhaps?
I guess that's why my photo has somewhat of a pensive nature to it?! What I will tell you is that, a few moments of contemplation whilst taking this photo - hiding from the MC - and giving myself a chance to breathe really do help in the humdrum of a SL day!
My new skin is from Glam Affair. I like the way they look on my body and I love how soft and fresh faced this one looks too... I love the fact too though that a skin can be worn by anyone and look different. I bought this skin from the latest round of Collabor88 and was a little worried that I'd look cloned along with everyone else that tried the skin out... I didn't need to worry too much hehe... I looked different to all of the ladies trying demos!
My second "OH MY GOD" thing in this photo has to be the seat! I LOVE this seat!!! I don't normally get over the top excited about furniture, but this Cocktailbird Nest Chair from {anc} - which you can win yourself at The Fantasy Gacha Carnival by the way - is just gorgeous! Stuffed with some cute poses and really pretty to look at, I am definitely using this in the garden and will be sitting there more often from now on hehe...
The rest of my outfit will be clearer if I show a comparison between my skins though so...
The left is the OLD me, the right the NEW me... Bye Bye old Me, Hello New Me!
The way I dress won't change though, and aside from the Gator Vest that I have to wear fairly regularly this outfit really screams RUDH!
THe long curls and soft beanie of the Bramble hair from Spellbound, have been fairly predominant as a hair choice for me lately, and the shirt is an old favourite from R3volt - not that you can see it under my vest mind you! The EMPORIUM shorts were an "I cannot resist those" kinda item, I bought them at a past round of Fi*Friday for 55L and as well as that, the Obscure Vampire Necklace was snapped up at the same time too hehe...

Leg Wound: Hysteria - In Painful Stitches (No Longer Available!)
Boots: REIGN - Fiona Boots in Black (Worn with SLINK Mid Feet) (Past Event Release)
Seat: {anc} - Cocktailbird Nestchair in Blue (Available now at the Fantasy Gacha Carnival)

In the Trees
In the swamp, beneath the trees someone lives there "peacefully"... She's a spirit of the woods, a carer of animals and the protector of all things...
Recently though this forest spirit has been left fighting for her freedom by a big mean and very nasty ogre that lives on the other side of the mountains!
This poor little spirit spends the vast majority of her days roaming amongst the trees, barely leaving her home for less than a few minutes at the time as invariably one of her reptilian charges needs her help, She spends her time dressing to feel like those humans she sees in the blog magazines she reads, and playing with the many toys that she holds dear, while the crazy ogre crafts her ancient looking wares and dances with her illegal minion bots...
This poor little spirit needs to get out, her and the transportation crafter need to break free from the evil that is this ogre... She will surely drive them to insanity if they do not get free...
The story is about 90% true, OK so I'm not a spirit, but we are having trouble with our land owning neighbours and HellBone and I are now in the process of looking for a new place to live - not just for us but for the entire MC too... Anyone know of a cheap full sim available?
I had this look ready for a while and then the story kinda feel into my lap after having trouble for a few days with our landlord... But I wanted to create a look that was fairly autumnal and fairly fantasy without the full on fairy effect hehe...
I wore a cute sack dress, complete with mud, that had picked up at a fantasy event - not sure which though sorry - from a store called Murdock !nc. I accessorised it with a necklace that came as part of the Misae outfits from Una, and gave it that Autumn feeling with some Tabou Irresistible Fallen Leaves Antlers and a Persefona Falling Leaves Wreath! I also scooped up a little friend to pose with me... The newest MishMish release is little foxes! SUCH ADORABLE LITTLE FOXES! They are available in three colours from Collabor88, and trust me when I say you will want them all hehe...
There is just one thing that this woodland spirit needs to show you... I was walking with my foxy friend, and spotted the most beautiful gift from the trees... After washing the mud from my feet, I stepped into the most amazing pair of shoes, that will no doubt keep my feet mud free! The AZOURY Sauvage Heels with their super high brown trunk base will keep me Happy - not Sad - this November hehe! Yes that was a hint by the way, they are from Sad November hehe...
Will our spirit heroine make it out of the clutches of the evil ogre alive? Keep watching to find out...
