It's not often that I do pictures with HellBone... He's the kinda guy that gets bored and starts asking "are you done yet?" about five minutes into me playing with the lighting, but sometimes I get a pose that he tells me he wants to do, so I have to seize that opportunity when it comes up! That was exactly the case when he saw a Bonnie & Clyde style pose set I got my hands on... His imagination ran away with him...
The car is actually a part of the pose set that comes with the NANTRA "Bonnie & Clyde" and the pose above is one of those poses included... We look like we've carried out a bit of a heist with all the extra money HellBone laid around the set, but all in all I think we did a pretty good job at scrubbing up as Bonnie & Clyde... Of course, once we had stolen the money, what was the first thing we did... DANCE!!! This was my favourite photo of the shoot... I was stuck at home all weekend this weekend! Not that that is ever a bad thing but it meant that I was able to be a bit of a busy bee when it came to things like getting some pictures taken and edited... I still maintain the fact that being a blogger, one of the worst things you need to do is make lists with urls of all the locations where you got things! There must be a simple way of doing it?! I edited so many pictures that I have way too much choice and had to play 'eenie meanie miney mo' when it came to choosing what I would share this morning... THIS was the winner, this was the mo! My MC Sister Lil recently made over her land again, going for a farmy feel, so we jumped into a car and went exploring!
The car that we are using is actually a pose prop from Come Soon Poses... It's one of those items for the newer secret collection style events that has hit the SL scene as of late, this time the men's version known as the "Swag Bag!" Swag Bag is like the Luxebox which I mentioned before. You pay a set price for a secret item from a handful of designers and will not know what it is until you open it. I know a LOT of people that still like the luxebox but I remember being sorely disappointed after all of the hype so I'm not sure I buy into this type of event - but hey cannot please everyone all the time right?! This pose from the September Swag Bag does please me though... It's the perfect amount of awesome and silly, that works so well with Lil and I! This is the Come Soon Adventure 02 Pose, and it comes complete with the awesome car! It was just Lil, Me and the countryside... OH and her Ferret Pet - from Jian - that stowed away in our adventure car! I wonder what Lil sees through the spyglass... I wonder why I didn't put black paint on the end of it before I gave it to her to look through lol... I'd have loved to see her with a ring around her eye... Such Comedy LOL...

We just got home from our holiday to visit my family in the UK and although weary from the travelling, I am finding myself busy with unpacking as RL kicks in and takes over again tomorrow... One of the worst things about going away is the unpacking... I hate having to open a suitcase after it's been closed for a good few hours, and find everything smelling of stinky stuffs...
Rudh totally agrees with me, as you can tell... Packing anything and then coming home always smells, but she's made the right decision to unpack her dirty laundry in Hell's Secret "Doody Man" Hideout... No one would notice the extra smell... Perhaps a gas mask might have been more helpful for her though... The pose is a new release from Image Essentials for The Depraved Nation Thrift Shop, called Stinky... I've never had smelly feet but damn the shoes in my suitcase today were NOT pleasant LOL... Guess I had better go and throw some laundry into the machine... I'm still playing dress-up, though this time it might be less easy to see that hehe... This time I am thinking more of a princess than anything evil, but I am a princess that likes to take her time to get ready for her day's adventures. As in RL, this morning I can take my time waking up, drink some coffee at a leisurely pace and get myself all dolled up... I found a very pretty dress and although it wasn't my usual taste in things, I simply couldn't resist - hence why today I am a pretty princess hehe... It's also given me the chance to show you one of my favourite bits of my bedroom...
The area in question is actually my vanity station, my make-up magic bench as I call the one I have in RL - not that I ever tend to wear a lot of make up in RL, I'm a bit too forgetful! Yet this vanity table is actually something that HellBone found for me and that I love. It's a HIDEKI Directors Chair, that has 4 different poses within and that I have thrown tons of adorable Make-Up themed products all over including brushes, creams, and lip balms... There are a few things for styling my many wigs, bright colours for my nails and even a friend to practice the look on - thank you BOOGERS hehe... Everything I need to transform myself into whatever it is that I want to be today... Right now I need pretty, I need sparkles, I need PRINCESS... The dress and shoes were what brought the look into the forefront of my mind, as it's not a pretty look I'd normally go for... I found the dress at the latest round of The Chapter Four from GizzA. It's called the Ribboned Ruffle Dress and it comes in a range of colours, normally I'd have gone for something dark but this smoky colour was just too gorgeous to pass up, and when I spotted the blue ribbon - that comes in the HUD provided - I had to wear these amazing ChicChica Princess shoes with it! It was a match made in Princess Heaven hehe... LOL my look of the day is Princess... If only I could get myself into a Disney Princess Happy mood feeling then I'd be great! This time last week I was super excited... Fast forward a week later and I'm in love with Viking Cellists, so please Santa if you're reading this I have been a VERY good girl this year - or at least I will be from now on until your big day - can I pleaseeeeeeee have a Viking Cellist under the Christmas tree this year??! LOL - I know, I'm crazy but it can't hurt to try right?! LOL... OK let me elaborate on my crazy ramblings. I went to see a band called Apocalyptica - they are a metal band that plays cellos, sounds weird but trust me it's damn good! - and not only is the music beautiful but the band themselves, well let's just say they aren't too shabby either - just in case Hell is reading LOL! One of their songs is called Bittersweet - it was originally recorded using the vocals of Ville Valo of HIM - but the classical version brings me out in goosebumps, it's ghostly... Whilst I was out shopping this week, you will never guess what I found... YES! A CELLO POSE!
It's almost like the creator of Come Soon Poses knew exactly what I wanted LOL... This Melody Pose was created by Come Soon for the latest round of Suicide Dollz, and as soon as I saw it I knew that I would be be doing something in homage to the Viking Cellists this week! The full scene is awesome for the low price that you pay for these pose sets, but I will admit that I added a few things. The Skull and the vase of flowers, complete with their spidery inhabitants, was an addition that I made thanks to the GizzA Gacha at the latest round of Lost & Found... OH and then there was the ghosts that snuck in and started dancing around as I played along with Apocalyptica's Bittersweet Song - these Ghosts are available from Nantra, just a little F.Y.I there! I wanted to make my body look equally as sad as the scene surrounding me, the result can be seen in a close-up below but I think the resulting close-up photo will be my new profile photo too LOL... I love this picture quite a lot LOL...
Can you see why? Her sad eyes almost seem real! This has to be one of my favourite pictures I've taken of Rudh in a LONG time! It's a lot of layers of make-up, and I am so glad that we can use 5 different layers - especially now that I'm wearing a mesh body and therefore can use all my tattoo layers on my face hehe... I've used a lot of tattoos from antielle to build up this look... The HSotD Mystery Salt & Ice Wound created the base, then I added some Smeared Makeup which gave me that mascara tears and ruined lipstick look, before slicing my mouth open just a little with the Kuchisake Onna wound... OH I might have done it just a little too much so I stitched my mouth shut after all that with some Ama Deadly Silence Stitches! Dressing it only with some simple piercings and a noose from Remarkable Oblivion... My sons reaction was "What have you done to yourself?" Does it make me look a little too twisted perhaps?! LOL... To finish, seeing as this post is about them, I will share with you a video of the Viking Cellists that I want for Christmas! This is one of my favourite pieces by them... In SL, as in RL, I am a redhead. I've been through multiple colour changes and will pull on wigs of any colour to fit an dressing up look that I am playing with... Though I do always come back to my red locks. When I was younger, I used to be teased in RL for being a redhead... It still happens today, I'm sure some people will know of the gingers are like vampires speech that comes from South Park, but more often than not I laugh at the people who say mean things, and try to better them with a snappy comeback... One of my favourites for when people call me a "Carrot Top" is that "Nuh Uh, Carrot tops are Green!" LOL... Ramble of the day that!
I guess to go with my ramble, I should put in a photo somewhere, and I guess we will call it Rudh's look of the day - even though I don't ever tend to do posts like that LOL... In fact it's been a look of about a week, as everytime I changed out of a dressing up look I put this back on LOL... So in the setting that surrounds the store, Meshopotamia, I will stand in the rain and tell you all about my outfit hehe... The basic clothing of my outfit was fairly simple, an old but much loved shirt - called Teagan - from R3volt, and my new favourite pair of jeans from GizzA, the Virginia Jeans in a Retro tone if you're interested by the way. I know that you cannot really see a lot of my clothing, but it was more something that would look cute with my new hair, rather than finding hair to match an outfit this time. The hair in question is one that was released for The Liason Collaborative, though I am not sure if it is still available there or not... You may have to go to the mainstore to find it... I fell in love with this Damselfly hair pretty much instantly, and loved the soft girlie feeling to it, even though it was a store I don't really know much about if I'm being honest! I accessorised the hair with some gorgeous blossoms from *LODE* in a pretty peach colour, and then remembered the gorgeous jewellery set that was put out by KOSH for the past Sunday's Lazy Sunday. I KNOW it's not Sunday anymore, but I am hoping that you will still go check the jewellery out, the necklaces - which you can't see here clearly - and the rings - which you can! - are available in 5 different designs... The rose design being used here to add just a little more flower power to the outfit hehe... Lastly, my little friend, and the entire reason that I rambled on about carrots... The Veggie Pals were released from Birdy a while ago now, as part of a collection for The Chapter Four. I love the full set of veggies, but I am willing to admit I had forgotten I got them... NOT ANYMORE! It's veggie time!
