Showtime for the Clowns

I had a day off today, and it was MUCHLY needed because I've been working all weekend. I am tired and sore and grumpy, and the weather is taking a VERY hot turn this week I AM NOT AMUSED... We don't have long until it reaches the brrr months, so why is it getting so hot... Stupid weather... 
I NEEDED something to distract me, I've been clowning around at work dealing with clowns and so today I want to do something totally different... 
Instead I ended up getting more than a little excited about Halloween, and well... Clowning around... 

Feeling like being a cute little clown because who doesn't love being a clown around Halloween... I don't really like clowns but I don't think I'll ever get through a Halloween season without dressing as one for sure... 
I set up a little tester to see how things would go when I put on a little crazy show... I set up the Hypno Wheels - from Krescendo for FETISH FAIR - and then the camera on a stand, I was a dancing little clown trying to see if I could hypnotize people into giving me all of their candies... I knew my clown outfit was a little sexier than planned but I cobbled it together without much planning... It was amazing that things matched so well... Almost like the Avril Arm and Leg Warmers - sold separately from PSYCHO.Byts - were made to wear with the striped colour pattern of the Ways Bra and Shorts set - from AsteroidBox, available at August 12th at ACCESS - and I LOVE THE WAY THEY LOOK... I think I'll be dressing like this for a while longer, Halloween is coming, and I deserve to be aowed to start prepping for it..

Bored Little Sun Goddess

I'm struggling a bit today, my back hurts and I'm tired and I think I have a little bit of the S.A.D that is so common at this time of year. I'm trying hard to carry on and hoping that everything will feel better when the sun comes out again but for now I'm hiding from the dark with a good book and a cuppa tea, and waiting for the Sun Goddess to make an appearance... 

The Sun Goddess seems to be getting a little bored at the moment... Maybe that's why the weather is so gray and dark... She's bored since these days there are a lot less human sacrifices to provide her with hearts for her fun. Things are no longer the same as the way they were when the Aztecs built shrines - like the one from DROT at The Warehouse Sale - dedicated to their goddesses, especially the Sun Goddess... 
She's taking her need for hearts into her own hands, collecting them herself to keep the glittering of her wings alive...

Getting 'Carrie'd' Away at the Prom

I am still embarking on my 31 Days of Halloween for the month of October, and there is SO MUCH amazing stuff coming out of the creative minds of SL's designers that I feel we're all being spoilt for choice... This season is better than any other holiday season, Christmas is pretty, but Easter and Valentines can bite my big fat bum... HALLOWEEN IS THE BESTEST!!! 
There are so many pretty things, and a girl can't help herself but get dressed up... All pretty like she's heading off to the Prom... Although, I'm not sure she'll be staying pretty for long... 

All dressed up for a Prom, the high school it was time for Class Off - a backdrop from K&S  - party time on. The place looks glittery and wonderful, but for how long, how long will it be until the rampage starts... Dressed all pretty in a Kari Dress - from miss chelsea in the new round of Anthem - Rudh was crowned Prom Queen to thunderous applause, but since it's Rudh and since it's Halloween season, it wasn't long before things got all 'Carrie'd' away and the blood began to flow... Her Kari sash and Tiara - also part of the set from miss chelsea - soaked with as much blood as her dress, her hair - from Mina - clutching her winners bouquet and the skull of the damned...

Crabs in the Crabs Legs!

Once again, it's dinner time and I'm thinking about what it is that I want to blog today... Due to the fact that it is dinner time, all I keep thinking about is something to eat. That's why I end up looking at things that involve food and so today, again, I'm working on something a little foody... 
I've decided to start a different kind of blog, maybe more of a vlog... I'll myself up a camera and feed myself to make one of those fancy Mukbang munching videos... 

I set myself up in a cute little booth, decorated with all sorts of different beachy, fishy decor and set myself up a camera and light. Everything was ready, and it was time to set the food on the table and take a seat, I've got myself a delicious tray of crab legs, another try of noodles and LOTS of dipping sauce - delivered from Junk Food - it's going to get VERY messy... I got myself totally ready by adding my lil Bib - which is from Buglets and is actually for kid avis but can be resized - and topped the Mukbang meal outfit off with a Crabby Headband - from Ananas at The Fifty until June 20th. I was ready to eat...
I'd only started a little, when I heard movement... THERE WAS A LIVE ONE... A LIVE CRAB... I guess it's noodles for me tonight?!

Coulrophobic Love

As it's still the month of Love, and as I haven't done anything a little creepy for a while, I think it's now time for me to do something along that theme... Lovely Creepy LOL... Sounds like a usual day for me really!!! EVERYONE deserves love... Even the creepy things... Maybe if they had a little love they wouldn't be so creepy?
Crazy, macabre little me decided to get dressed all pretty like - pretty for a clown girl anyway - and spread a little Coulrophobia Love!!!

The outfit was inspired by this skirt...It's a brand new skirt release from 1313 Mockingbird Lane, and one of the patterns just screamed CLOWNNNNNNNN at me... I added some more clownishness to it, by putting on this awesome gas mask from Clemmm and katat0nik. I added an adorable top from MuggleBorn. This is the Valentine's hunt edition, BUT you can also grab it in the mainstore in lots of different colours too!! 
At the Circus in the Ironwood Hills, the little Rudh clown gives her CURELESS Valentine's Heart to Yoyo the clown... He wanted her real heart...

Nightmares of Clowns

This week has been a Damn good week in the life of Rudhmellowen... I've been out in RL and spent a good few hours with some live Apocalyptica, and in SL I've been very creatively playing around with my wardrobe creating all kinds of weird and wonderful Halloweeny things... 
Today I want to do a bit of a shout out about the Gators MC Halloween Event... Take a trip through the dark and depraved walls of Hell's Asylum to discover some of the nightmares that plague the MC and our members... I'll give you a little hint as to mine, shall I?!

There may be one or two little clownish looking people hidden in my nightmare...
It was the perfect excuse to pull on my new - and hard won I should add seeing as it's a Rare - dress, which is available in a gacha along with the gloves and a few other now shown items, in the MoonAmore Gacha at The Epiphany until November 15th.
As if the dress clowns weren't enough I had to have more clownishness... Accessories were the best way to do it... Starting up top, I had a wig to match the hair of the dolls on my dress thanks to Truth's Emika style, then rather than the traditional clown style I wore a katat0nik & Clemmm Gas Mask with a clown design... Love that it made me look even more crazy!!! If that wasn't crazy enough, crazy me carved some crazy clownness into my skin - thanks to The White Crow's So Much Fun Gacha Carvings.
Then it was off to the circus - or in this case a certain Nightmare at The Gators... A circus full of clowns, balloons and lollipop clowns even - a Rare prize from Lost Junction at Salem until October 30th by the way - I just wonder how long anyone could bare that horribly creepy giggle that permeates through the circus music...

An Evil Little Tooth Fairy

Ever woken up from a terrible nightmare only to find yourself laughing about it? 
I did that this morning, I was laughing so hard until I realised that it was in fact Monday morning and there would be no point in me going back to sleep for a mere 15 minutes! I was not pleased! 
Yet the idea of the nightmare has stuck with me, and I wanted to share something a little horrible with you this morning - tis the season after all!! 
So today, I am a morbid tooth fairy... I'm fluttering into your room at night and stealing teeth - not just those under your pillows though, OH NO I want them ALL!!! 

And yes I am stealing them from the mouths of little children MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... 
Sorry I get so into character sometimes! It's really not my fault though, I shop, I buy things and I find myself creating characters based entirely on these items. Today it was the turn of a new collar that I bought from Le Morte called Toothless - and yes I have included a close up shot below just so that you can see what I am actually talking about - but it seemed perfect with the older but still one of my favourite necklaces, the KOSH "Toothfairy Necklace", which was where my idea was born LOL... 
As soon as I knew what my character was going to be I started to make the blood appear! There was lots of blood! All over my dress - from Kaithleen's - my special gloves - from Jian - and the ball & chain which keep me trapped in my job! Though that might have been caused by the nasty scarring I have all over my fairy body - thanks to The White Crow - because I am allergic to fairy sparkles and the gossamer of my wings. 

Anyway, I cannot be one to complain, least the job keeps me busy - and fed - though the dinner I had a Crowley Hall was not enough... Time to move on to the next unsuspecting victim hehe...

A Padded Cell for a Psycho

My first day back at RL work today and it's not looking like it's going to be pretty! There goes that holiday feeling! Oh well, back to the old grindstone! 
To cheer myself up I think I'm going to do something a little gory, a little macabre, something totally Halloweeny! You know me by now, the more dark and disturbed the better and I get so excited at this time of year that I feel like a kid at Christmas! 

I love making dark and horrible pictures like this LOL... What does that tell you about my personality?! Maybe my collar says it all "Psycho" LOL - these collars are gacha items from the Kibitz Leather Collar collection by the way. 
Yet I'll just brush it off as Halloween and hope that you buy my crazy story LOL. I've finally been committed, everything has driven me mad, and now I am being recognised as such! Luckily before they locked me away in my padded cell - a pose prop from the long since closed Exposeur - I was allowed to choose some of my favourite toys to take with me... I decided on my special bear - from D&S design - and my trusty Knife - from Boudoir - as a girl simply cannot be without those. I was even allowed to decorate my cell a little hence the Devil Trap - from paper moon - and the cute little dream catcher that I made from bits and bobs I had laying around - but really bought from MadPea lol... 
Of course accidents happen, I got hit in the head, and as the doctor was bandaging me up, he had to wrap my head in bandages and therefore had to get close, I used one of his own syringes on him and took something special for lunch! 
Talking of lunch though, perhaps I shouldn't blog when I am hungry lol...

Take Me Away to that Padded Room

It's crazy time, back to work on Monday morning BUT luckily this week should be a little less intense as I've only got one job to work this week!! It sounds like heaven but I have a very funny feeling that come Thursday I won't know what to do with myself LOL...
Perhaps I will let my crazed, dead dolly out to play... She's been locked away for a little while, but I feel the urge!
Mind you, she doesn't seem to mind being locked away all that much...

A nice padded room to sleep in, if you can ignore the blood... She's a prisoner in her own crazy mind, though perhaps she has the right idea and it is the safest place to be right now!
Wouldn't want to be the person that tries to get the gun from her though!
Her comfy padded cell is actually a pose prop created by Exposeur, but if you want to get your hands on one you need to move fast, the store's closing sale - in which everything is marked down by 80% off - only lasts until June 30th! The guards of her cell haven't been able to get close enough to remove the prison outfit that was her initial dress to replace it with a straight jacket, so she remains in her B.C.C Prisoner Outfit - part of the Jenny&Megan Gacha Collection for the latest round of The Arcade by the way - as she draws pictures in the blood that stains the cushions!
I want to finish today by sharing a song with you, one that I really love listening to, though you may be more familiar with the original version! Ever heard the song 'They're Coming To Take Me Away' by Napoleon XIV? Well, it's a cover version of that but it's much more fitting with the craziness that is Rudh - in this picture at least hehe - I freaking love this version of the song... Demons in my Head

Everyone has their Demons... I know that I most certainly do, and I LOVE letting them out. 
Mine come in a million different disguises, some are scarier than others, but all of them have that same Rudhish flair... This week I met two of them... 
I was minding my own business digging through my hoard, and they sprang from the darkness at me, but they were SO COOL, I made each one stop and pose for a head shot so that they can be remembered and enjoyed hehe...

The first was one of those that was closest linked to Rudh's normal style... Human in form with some rather impressive horns - [atooly] I believe - this Demon would be the least scary on a dark night. Although, on second thoughts when you take a look at her eyes, I might not be fooling anyone by saying things like that. The corneas seem to have ruptured - courtesy of Lovefox hehe - and left a glassy twinkle in her Clemmm Eyes... 

The second is a little more of a beast than the first... Baphomet definitely controls this demonic Rudh, and I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad one - it might make me a little more bullheaded lol... The Baphomet heads are all due to (Poisoned Diamond), and a feast of hearts that are carried with her in this amazing chain - a Broken Heart Necklace from Remarkable Oblivion. 
Personally I don't think I'd want to meet either of these Rudh's in the darkness of my closet, but then you know, least you don't have to live with them in your heads either LOL...

We've got our Eyes on You!

It's not often that I pose with people, and even less often that I pose with this person, but last night had I had a chance to plan a photo shoot with the awesome Manky of Rosemary & Sage Blog Fame... 
The Rosemary & Sage blog is a newish blog on the blogger circuit, but it's great! Filled with amazing pictures of gorgeous looks for men and women - as well as looks that could work for both sexes too! It's definitely one that I would suggest you check out!!! Do it, Do It NOW!!!

Now, it's not often that we ever dress alike too... I usually end up looking like there has been an explosion in a junk store and look what I threw together, but thanks to TAG! Gacha and Pixicat, the eyes had to be shared hehe... 
We're wearing Pixicat's All Seeing Outfits, which yes are available for TAG! Gacha until October 31st. Our different styles came through when it came to accessorising; the cute bow and heels covering the blood splattered feet were on Manky - normally they may have appeared on me lol - but I kept it kinda subdued with a pair of CandyDoll boots and a simple collar. 
Manky then did the decorating... I have to say I felt lucky, I don't have the eye for it quite like Manky - although OK at the moment I have a lot of different eyes LOL...

Missed a damn good Romp...

I am supposed to be working, but have absolutely no interest in doing anything remotely work related... I just want to curl up and read a book, preferably tucked up in a warm blanket... It's cold for May... It should be getting warmer, not wintry again!
However, I've been such a good girl lately that for once I feel like doing something a little less PG and a little more kinky... So maybe the book would have to wait?! It's time to be a little naughty... What a collection of toys I have to chose from LOL...

Toys sound much more fun YAY... Some of these toys look like things I want to get my hands on in RL, not gonna tell you which but I'll leave you guessing... Problem is, I haven't played with at least one of them in SO LONG that the event which it was featured in has now closed... STILL you can get this special toy at the main store, you know you want to LOL... I'm talking about the Naughty Love Paddle from yumyums, the paddle is available in a few different colours and there is also a tattoo you can wear to make it look like the heart has been spanked into your skin... All of the other toys were things I had buried in my hoard... I couldn't choose a favourite, and I won't be telling you which of any I use but a girl's gotta have a toy collection lol, this is my SL one hehe... 
The outfit is made up of old and new things too... I love my shorts, but the BAT lingerie set that I am wearing with it is a release from Static for this round of Suicide Dollz. They seemed to fit perfectly together with my awesome new ankle boots from Riske - I bought these a while back at the Dark Style Fair but they got lost in my hoard until now LOL... I really need to clean that up!

Saved by a Demon Angel

I count myself very lucky in SL... The people around me are more often than not better than any therapist could be. They make me laugh, and they pick me up when I fall, but there are very few that I can go to with absolutely any problem and know that they won't judge and will give me honest advice and opinions.
Deangelo is one of those people... He may not agree, and may tell me off for ruining his reputation, but since I've known Dean he's been a bit of a rock to me. I first met Dean way way way back in history, and unfortunately for him, he is now able to say he is one of my oldest - and still active - friends!

It seems funny to see him posed as an angel - some might say he is anything but angelic, but I suppose that gentlemanly aspects of him could be considered fitting?! He has saved me many times from my own emotions - sometimes I do tend to be overly emotional lol - but more than that he makes a pretty good model when I need someone to pose LOL...
This pose is the reason that I created the photo in the first place, it's a release from Signature Pose called Save Me... It was just too romantic not to use, and saying that makes me laugh that I didn't use Hell in the photo LOL...

WARNING... THIS IS ONE OF THOSE EMOTIONAL JOURNAL POSTS YOU MAY WANT TO SKIP LOL...

It's been a good few days now since the drama erupted in an explosion full of cat claws and crocodile tears, and although I have tried to appear as if I am over the whole thing on the outside, inside I feel like I am hollow...
Putting on a brave front around everyone that knows both parties involved is a bit of a draining business, especially when the problem person is standing there saying nothing to anyone. I think that people are beginning to realise there has been a problem and yet they are all avoiding the issue, which suits me fine. I just wonder what will happen when it eventually cracks through the surface and people find out... Still I am not going to be the one to tell them!
I've opened up to very few people about what happened, only ever mentioning the barest details of the betrayal, and I'm not going to say more with the exception of stating the obvious that lies can cause serious hurt...
Secrets are one thing, we all have some and heck I know I hold a few close to me, but when you lie and the can of worms starts to wriggle there will always be fall outs as a bird knocks over that worm can!
What makes it even worse, however, is the confrontation... I've always had trouble with it, but to hear someone you trust cry crocodile tears and feign an appearance of remorse for hurting someone they called "one of their best friends", makes a bad situation feel a hundred times worse. An apology works better than some freshly squeezed tears, tears more for the fact that you got caught and less for the pain of your "friend" - and your "master" too, it was a double whammy of drama and more than one person was stabbed in the back this time!
Who knows what the future will hold for the other person involved, as of right now I am distancing myself and will continue to walk away for the forseeable future, and I sincerely hope that somewhere behind those fake tears the liar learnt a lesson... Maybe one day I can forgive, forgetting is not an option, but as you can see from the photo that I've included - which truly represents my inner feelings right now - I have been left beaten, wounded and no doubt scarred.
Beware the knives in the darkness, they come from no-where when you least expect them, and you have little chance to brace yourself for the impact...

Pile Ups... Maybe? Or a Look of the Day!

I normally would never post anything asking for pile-ups, I tend to get a little scared of them... 
I find myself thinking why would anyone want to pile up a picture of me?! It's not like I am well known, or even make good enough pictures LOL... But then today I was looking through Flickr and I found a request on one of the people I follow's feeds... Simply put it said "I want YOUR pile ups. Please" - on the photo stream of Dementia Navarita - and well I thought, her pictures are so pretty that I just had to try and see if she would make one for me too?!? 

This is the photo I took of myself, wearing what I was going to pose in... See I'm not even brave enough to Pile Up myself LOL... So we can call it a look of the day if you will LOL... 
Today I am wearing, one of my favourite - and kinda perfect for me - slogan tops. It's a Drape Sweater that you can pick up from BabyDoll at Sad November, but I'm sure you can see what attracted me to it LOL... To accentuate the less than normal me, I wore an awesome necklace from the minds behind Zombie Suicide, The rest of my look was fairly "normal" though, I mean OK short shorts might be a bit strange as the days are getting colder, and devil horns, may also be a little strange now that Halloween is over, but meh it's me! LOL...

I put the pile up pictures I will be loading into Flickr into a collage here... That takes up less space, and makes them easier to load up... If you're reading this and wanted to try piling me up please do so, I WOULD LOVE TO SEE IT!

TAG! The board is it!

There is a new gacha phenomenon in town that seems to be taking many SL'ers by storm... The Arcade is one of the biggest and best known shopping events that SL has to offer these days, but I think that this could be bigger, better and a little more entertaining?!
I am talking about TAG Gacha... If you love the Arcade, you will no doubt love this equally as much, and with the addition of a trail to follow, each area with a different section of a storyline and some fab prizes then I am sure you may love this even more... I know I did!
It's well planned, well executed and filled with some cute stores that will appeal to all different tastes. PLUS, if the chance of regular games of chance in the gachas wasn't enough for you, then the addition of the Mystery Tickets in which you can win super rare prizes makes it all the more exciting! I REALLY HOPE that this event comes back more, because it was fun to waste some time doing!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

I really enjoyed hopping around to different stores and finding some hidden gems during this event... I also, as is always with Gacha Machines, spent far too much money hehe... Some of the prizes I won seem perfect in combination, very spidery, which was lucky as maybe blending in will help me avoid the spiders in the maze?!
The Venomous Hair - who'd have ever thought that I would choose to wear blonde and pink hair? - is an Olive creation. I've not really paid much attention to the Olive hairs, but I think I am going to have to shop there and try some demos at least now! The Gemma Skin, complete with it's wounded mouth, from [theSkinnery], and the Clemmm Scope Eyes worked perfectly together to create a somewhat broken dolly effect, and the addition of the adorable little Half Deer Heart Hugger Bat made the whole outfit a lot cuter. Well as cute as a mummy spider can get as she glances back at her large Hanging Spider Egg Sac, available now from Botanical. All of these things are TAG Event Items!!! How cool is that?!
One more thing that needs a mention but isn't TAG, is the cute dress I'm wearing. This, although only the top is visible, is a dress released from Strumpettes for the past round of the Witching Hour event. It's an underbust dress with optional layers to cover the nungas, and as a spiderweb design, this one is fairly cute hehe... Just because the Witching Hour is over this month, doesn't mean you can't find it so don't feel like you've missed out, and therefore if you wanted it, please don't kill me hehe!!!
