A Nood-cident

Having one of those days where I get home from work and am STARVING. I put some left overs on to re-heat and then took a few minutes to change out of my work clothes into my comfy pyjamas. Grabbing my dinner, I curled up on the sofa and flicked the TV on, to see what I'd watch and it was a show about cookery. A chef cooking the most delicious food, noodle dishes and talking about spice... Now, my left overs were delicious but all I can think about is a cravin for noodles... 

I decided to take a trip to The Apartments, and head to the noodle bar to get myself a bowl of something delicious... Dressing up all pretty - in a dress from Belle Epoque - and dressing up my cute little Pom so he's a PandaPom - from Foxwood - I found myself grabbing some noodles, as she wandered past the delicious smelling stands, she had to stop and get a few other things. Until the accident happened, and she ended up wearing noodles - thanks to Junk Food's delicious releases...

Waiting for the Rain to Stop!

There have been some BAD storms here over the past few days. Not the typical Thunder storms, but gale force winds and heavy rain... We've had some RL problems - including the roof being blown off of the shed in our allotment - but it's cold and it's making me feel icky, and during this year that's never a good thing to deal with! 
It's been terrible, getting all dressed up wanting to do things and not being able to go out because of the weather... Kitty and I were watching the rain fall... I'd have been lonely without kitty... 

Looking out of the window from our apartment - at The Apartments, see I told you I'd be coming here a LOT - and just like in RL, it's RAINING!! 
I was all dressed up and wanting to go out to play. Wanted to show the world my new Valkyrie Tattoo - a new release from Psycho Barbie for the newly opened Skin Fair 2021 - and dressed simply otherwise, although I am not sure you could call my gorgeous skin tight - almost painted on - latex Vixen High Waist Pants - also from Psycho Barbie, but available at Pretty - dressing down... 
Just wishing the rain would stop!

I'll Sleep Anywhere!

I've been having trouble sleeping... I'm not sure entirely why but for some reason I'm not sleeping very well... I mean OK I wake up a couple of times a night to wee, I have a snoring lump in bed beside me, and a dog that can't make up her mind about if she wants to be on the bed or not... HellBone has even started forming a human burrito in the middle of the night meaning I'm left in the chilly room without blankets... 
For Rudh, the snoring and the bed stealing and the duvet stealing got so bad she said "fuckit" and realised pretty quick that she was tired enough to be able to sleep anywhere... 

The Apartments are a mess right now, but once you shut out the outside world, it's the noises and fidgeting in the night that forced our little Rudh to find somewhere other than her bed to sleep... Luckily she had one of those new Ananas "Sleep Anywhere" mattress and pillow sets - available on sale at The Warehouse Sale now - so armed with her trusty facemask and teddy, she went looking for a quiet place and made it as far as the kitchen floor...

Pause for a Moment

 Today is HellBone's Birthday, he's a grumpy older man today and honestly it's been a nice, relaxing but lazy day - thanks to still being stuck in the lockdown - yet I am taking a moment to step away from him and his mother, to have a moment of peace for myself... Hiding away where I can have some silence away from my monster-in-laws insessant talking... 
A moment of peace in a crazy day, always feels like a little bit of heaven, no matter what you're taking time for yourself to do - be that smoking a cigarette, although I stopped that a long time ago now, drinking a coffee or having a little chocolate moment... 

She snuck outside her apartment in the big block of The Apartments and lit her cigarette, realising she'd been followed outside by her Chonky BB Bengal Kitten - a gacha collection item from STOIC - she grabbed him and smushed him to her chest to stop him from running away!
Have to take a moment from my peace break to just say I LOVE this outfit... I've been wearing it since I bought it a few days ago.. The top and skirt are sold as individual pieces in the Jani collection by miss chelsea - available at N21 until February 12th - I just loved the fact that the leopard print of the sleeves and belt matched so well with my pretty Chonky BB... I also loved this amazing hat and hair combo, it's a group gift from Wasabi, and along with many captions including the brilliant "Ermahgerd!" LOL LOVE IT!!!! Don't I look adorable!

Looking through the Window

Sometimes I wonder about people and their amazing abilities to only consider their own thoughts, feelings and needs... I will admit that I am not cutting myself out of this, as I know that sometimes I put myself first. It's something that I am actually trying to do a little more of for my own personal sanity. Yet there seem to be others that take it to extremes and seem to have no guilt about doing so squashing the feelings of others as they ride through the storm... 
Maybe its the stormy feeling inside, or the rain in the place I went exploring today, but I hope I'm not sounding too gloomy.... 

I was wandering around The Apartments hiding from the rain, I found some of the gorgeous patches of sunlight that the rain couldn't touch and took in the view...
The outfit that I was wearing is one of my Look-of-the-Day type outfits. It's made up from parts of the Mug "Punk Rocker" Gacha Collection, that I simply had to get all the different bits of and spent a small fortune on lol...
