Happy Meals for Happy Monsters

 I love cooking, it's one of the things that makes me happy, and although I'm not that great at it, I love whipping up a delicious meal. I guess that love of all things food, not only affected my RL waistline hehe, I have more than a little collection of food in SL -most of it being the things that aren't healthy lol... You'll never catch me eating virtual broccoli lol, but I have so much fast food, that tonight I have developed a bit of a craving for a McDonalds lol... 

Now, I KNOW, that there are two arguments here... Some will say that McDonalds isn't real food, and others will say that there are better fast food places, and I'm not toally denying it.. No one goes to the golden arches for ine dining or the best meal they will ever have, me, I only really tend to go there for the chicken nuggets!!
So today the little lovey demon that I am decided to treat one of her monstrous friends to a McHappy Meal with an extra helping of fries... The kawaii McFood - available from Unicorn - seems delicious. I had to get myself a Happy Meal and one of those fancy smoothies, and I really hope that I get the cute little Banana Chick toy - from LEMME - as my Happy Meal Toy hehe... 
Feeling so cute today, I LOVE this demonic lovechild look.. I fell in love with this new Breathless Corset that's pinched so tight around the waist - from CryBunBun available now at Kinky - and although I thought of all the dark, depraved little things that a corset like this should have been used for, yet somehow I ended up going to get burgers lol... Still the little Lust demon with her Lust Horns and Tail - thanks to Neverwish - plans to enjoy some delicious chicken nuggies, anyone wanna share?!

Don't worry Bro, we got their backs...

 Honestly this is one of those posts that I've been debating writing and it's a hard one for me to even consider but I feel like I want to stop for a moment and take that moment to reflect over the loss of one of Second Life's - and Real Life's - kindest, sweetest and most loyal people I've had the pleasure of knowing.. 
This week, a dear friend and brother of mine - Randy Rasa, of the Ghost Bullys MC - passed on to a new chapter, riding motorcycles through the heavens... He will be very sadly missed...

Randy was a true gent... He had a silly sense of humour, a killer accent that always made me laugh more than his jokes and he was the most loyal, sweet, and supportive guy that had come into my Second Life in a long time. He'd been someone that Hell and I could rely on as a friend and ally, he'd been a supporter of the Gators MC for as long as we were friends and eventually family, and my heart goes out to the rest of the Bullys that he left behind - as well as all of his RL friends and family... 
Now I chose a few things to pay tribute to him in my picture today... Randy, in RL had the nickname of "Red Shoes" - hence my red footwear - was a biker with a kind heart. Alongside the rest of his MC family, he'd been raising awareness and support for Pitbulls and other "dangerous" dog breeds that are often painted badly with the media...
I guess I made my picture today as a message to Randy, wherever he is, to tell him "don't worry Big Brother, we got their backs... be the the soft furry kinda pitbulls or the SL avatar kind, the Gators will always be there for the Bullys!" 
Rest in peace Randykins... We will miss you...

Hearts Full Of Tainted Love...

February is almost upon us, and that means the return of that little cupid monster... I know I said it before but I will no doubt say it again too before the month is out, but I hate that little dude lol... It´s funny how we have an expression like `Bah Humbug`for Christmas but Mr.Dickens never thought to share some of his thoughts on the love monster... 
Still there's sure to be lots of hearts and stuff out there, even for an anti-valentine like me... I mean Necrosis has just opened it's dark, macabre little cemetery gates and the hearts have come pouring out, drowning us in "Tainted Love"...

Now the "Tainted Love" song is stuck in my head, and I'm surrounded by swirling hearts... They glow neon colours in the dark - thanks to these amazing Pixel Hearts from Beauty of Darkness at Necrosis - but even here that little cupid monster managed to find me.. He shot me through the head with one of his arrows - thanks to the Fifty Linden Friday release from Caboodle - and I started to see those little candy love hearts cirling around my head, as well as up close... VERY CLOSE, especially in my left eye, luckily I go to have a Bloody Valentine - isn't this G.I.N Bloody Valentine awesome gotta love that they released this at Necrosis...

Moths in the Attic

Just when I feel like it's time to come out of the shadows and get back to some semblance of normal, things shift and everything rolls back to square one... After the craziness that has been going on in the Netherlands with regards to the riots, and the loss of a dear SL friend this week, I just cannot bring myself to wander too far into the light... 
I'm like a moth, wanting desperately to enter into the light, not brave enough to dare to get too close... 

In the attic of the Varonis Verendus, the dark little moth girl hides in the shadows, watching the the world pass by out of the window as the moonlight catches just a glimpse of her... 
She's mystical, she's magic, and the glitter is drawing the gentle moth friends around the dusty old attic... If it's not the magic sparkles, maybe it's the magic within the Caithe pendant - a gorgeous necklace from random.Matter - around her neck...

What kind of Spell do you seek?

"I put a spell on you, and now you're MINE"... Such a brilliant song, originally by Screamin' Jay Hawkins, but with epic covers including the awesome Bette Midler in the even more awesome Hocus Pocus movie. It's one of those sentiments that still hold true, especially at this time of year with that pesky little angel baby getting ready to show the world his ass... 
This year though the anti-valentine that I so love to be, is ready to remedy any cupid-like mishaps... He may work magic, but I've got a spell or two of my own... 

For the right price any of cupid's spells can be overturned... I got voodoo, potions, and tarot at my disposal, with a book of shadows close to hand and the perfect dose of thirst quenching tears to wash it all down with... 
As this year's unofficial Anti-Valentine - heck I try to do it every year but this year I'm starting a little early maybe LOL - I'm decked out in the height of cool fashion... Everything from my Stomper Boots - from Psycho Barbie - perfect for kicking the little "angel's" tuschy, to the spare pair of killer Piper Heels to match my stockings and garter - from 1313 Mockingbird Lane at the current round of The Epiphany - are signs of my new self-given position... 
I will even smile as I wave you out the door... Look at my face, how can you resist the anti-valentine this year?!

Demons love a good Chassis Augmentation

Anyone who knows me, or has read anything or even has heard of me may well know that I am, and have been or the longest time, a Secretary for the Gators MC in SL, and have been married to HellBone who is a RL Biker for many years. So I guess I have a somewhat pressure built affinity for a good motorcycle. I notice them more in the street, and love the sweeping lines of the bikes that my hubby makes in SL... 
So for some reason today, the demon in me had been playing in the garage, and suddenly she spotted something red and shiny... This demon is a motor head, drinking toxic waste and getting her kicks with the big rumbling machines... 

The toxic waste in the corner of the garage was delicious for her demonic tastebuds... Recharging her inner core, giving her a little Chassis Augmentation - thanks to the amazing new body piece released by FIKA at the new Mainframe event - the inner workings glowing as they charge. 
She approaches the new bike that's been parked by it's handsome rider, it's a shiny red Red Bob Chopper - from Hogs & Cart Wheels that will be available soon at the new round of Necrosis - she cannot help herself but take a seat on the seat of her bike, enjoying the feeling of the rumbling of the machine as it calms down...

Looking through the Window

Sometimes I wonder about people and their amazing abilities to only consider their own thoughts, feelings and needs... I will admit that I am not cutting myself out of this, as I know that sometimes I put myself first. It's something that I am actually trying to do a little more of for my own personal sanity. Yet there seem to be others that take it to extremes and seem to have no guilt about doing so squashing the feelings of others as they ride through the storm... 
Maybe its the stormy feeling inside, or the rain in the place I went exploring today, but I hope I'm not sounding too gloomy.... 

I was wandering around The Apartments hiding from the rain, I found some of the gorgeous patches of sunlight that the rain couldn't touch and took in the view...

I'm Hell Bound!

You might have noticed I've not been wanting to be around much, and now I've decided that I'm gonna get out of here... I'm going on a road trip to nowhere in particular, but I might be Hell Bound... I have the world's best road trip companion, and my car is loaded up ready to go...

When the Music Stops

I'm trying so hard not to let myself feel worn out, drained and emotionless, but there was news this week that there is a total ban on travel between the Netherlands and the UK, and while I see the positive that with the UK suffering under the new strain of Covid-19 it's better to keep it quarantined over there, it also removes the option that I had "IF" I needed to be able to get back to my parents fast! I'm trying not to let it scare me, but it's hard to avoid the difficult thoughts. 
I feel like I want to be alone to hide, but also feeling like channeling some of my emotions into something that pleases me.... Photography helps, Music helps... Let's combine the two... 

It's been so long since I got to see live music in RL... I used to try as often as possible, but again due to Covid everything has been cancelled! The Poor Rocker Chick snuck out of band practice early, sitting on the steps before she has to load the van, smoking a cigarette and cuddling the guitar of her favourite rock boy... It's the closest she will get to him, but if that's all she will get - she'll take it! 
I mean let's face it, we're not allowed much social interaction anymore...

 Lazy Sunday, a girl needs a break and there have been so many things keeping this particular girl busy this week that she needs a chance to sit back and take a load off her feet... Time to relax...

The Goddess of Starlight

I've been in the darkness so long, but the goddesses in me are actually busting to have some more time in the limelight. The darkness is only willing to allow the light in, within the smallest of doses right now and so only the Goddess of the stars was able to make a break through. She brings with the smallest of twinkles, as she nurtures a star whose light is beginning to dim...

The goddess of the stars resembling something that looks almost fae like in appearance, she gathers a magic from the sparkling lights that seem to hover around her small frame. Undercover Poison Cocktails are to Die for!

I'm so loving being in touch, and letting out, my dark side at the moment, it's definitely helping me to make happy pictures that bring a smile to my face. It's definitely the me that I feel most comfortable in, and I often do things that are a little kookie, weird and all-round weird... I love it that way, it makes me smile and that's the entire reason I play this way!
Today I decided to get all dolled up for a night on the town, in a monstrous way... 

Frankenstein and his wife never did fully understand why they were considered monsters, they were just trying to live their best possible lives, and it was the pesky humans that got in their way!

I'm in Hell!

 Some days, I feel like I am in Hell, my head is in a war with itself and I spend far too much time over-thinking everything. One of my thoughts for this year, was to try to put myself into a happier frame of mind. Allow myself to stop thinking about everything over and over in my mind, or discussing things back and forth with myself. Sometimes I feel like I'm in Hell.. 

Of course, any excuse to dress like a little demonic hellion is always something I will jump at the chance for. I LOVE my outfit too,
I fell in love with these short the moment I spotted them at an event, they are a pair of Cyber Love Shorts - from Moon - but when I added them with the Lilith Corset - from Salem - and the Wytch Armor from The Rotting Lab it just seemed to be the perfect outfit for the little demonic me!

I'm still on the whole idea of taking time to do things for myself to make me learn more... Taking on new hobbies, improving on the things that I can and do do, and doing the things that I enjoy more. Reading has been taking much more of a priority... I've read more than one book and a few magazines, but now even Rudh has been getting into it... She was soo deeply involved with the Zombie Magazine, she didn't notice the problem with the door... 

I guess being put on watch duty while she's got a copy of the Junk Food Zombie Comic in her hands was a bad idea... There's that strange green smoke - from the Cole's Corner Wicked Witch Heatwave Aura, that's actually meant for wearing but works like this too - seeping under the doorway... Just no one call the Paparazzi, we don't need everyone knowing about the Zombie Incident that may well occur!!

Needing A Night Out!

I'm definitely loving letting my darker side have control of my mind at the moment, the outfits that I'm putting together are making me very happy and if this was RL then I'd say very cold LOL... I haven't been wearing that much in SL, but being a living dead doll I don't really need that much do I? 

Honestly, there's nothing much I have to talk about today but I think more than anything I just love this outfit so it's a look of the day... I LOVE IT!!!
I'd started out with this awesome plastic look outfit - or lingerie, however you feel more comfortable - from Mug - called Venus Lingerie if you're interested - then I accessorized a little with this awesome Enigmatic Jacket - something had to keep me warm right?! - and these super cool Yoko Glasses, both of which are available now at Psycho Barbie, with the latter - the cool glasses - being a VIP Group Gift! 
Just a few more little finishing touches and this little demon was ready to hit the town... Slipping out of Hell's side gate!!

Mermaid Singing Lessons!

 As it's the New Year it's time for some new things... I mean since we're technically still stuck in lock down and it looks like that won't be changing for a while either, I'm trying to teach myself new skills... Things like Knitting, Scrapbooking, arts and crafts kinda things that I don't need to leave the house to do... I would love to take up an instrument, I used to do that when I was a kid - I played Cello for a long while - but maybe cheaper might be if I could learn to sing?! I'd be able to be like my hero, Ariel, in no time?! 

Knowing me though I'd be more likely to kill the fishies?! Or maybe being the living dead doll that I am, I'd just attract the eerie looking Ghost Fish - from Foxwood - that live in the deepest parts of the seven seas! I do wonder if the little fishies realise that she's using their friends as both hair accessories - in the Siren Hair by Doe -  and even though it's just a printed version they are decorating her amazing Horoscope Tee - from Psycho Barbie.

21... Let's have some FUN!

HAPPY NEW YEAR, welcome to 2021... I know that things won't change much if anything over night but all it will take is for 2021 to be just a little better than last year and it's going to be a good year! 
Normally, for my first post of the year I tend to try and do something a little thoughtful, deep and meaningful, but this year I want to just have a little fun... For some reason that meant, in the words of a good friend, having Rudh dress like she's a Russian Mafia Bunny... 

Last year was a total mess... The Pandemic causing damage to people's mental well-being, lively hoods and chaos for economies worldwide. I can honestly say that it's been one of my hardest years and compared to some it's not even been that bad. I've had my health, I've kept my job and although I've gotten sick of him at times, I've kept my hubby lol... 
I've had a lot of time to sit around and think this year, so it's better for me to let the party spirit have control for just a little longer. I made the resolution - not that I call it a resolution as those are so easily broken - that this year I will put myself first more, less concerned about always saying "yes" just to make others happy and I will do more things that I wanna do - like spend time with friends that I never normally see, or even, dare I say it, get more time to take pictures and learn to do it better?! LOL... There's hoping, but there's miracles that would need to happen too LOL...
