A Sparkle in the Club

Saturday Night and some people are heading out for a night on the town... I wish that after a day like today that I could do exactly that. I used to love being a happy-go-lucky, party-animal, I'd be out on the town, I'd be surrounded by friends and I'd hit the center of the danc floor and would be there till the sun came up... 
My, my how things change... Now I'm old and work far too much for a living, I find myself wanting nothing more than a night curled up on the sofa, under a blanket with chocolate and a cup of tea... I'll just send Rudh out to do the partying for me... 

In Zorrita's Bar - a backdrop from The Bearded Guy - the little demonness comes out when she hears the music... The club is lit tonight with pinks and blues, which definitely affected this little demon's fashion choices. She likes to sparkle in the club, she likes to be the center of attention and well, sometimes wearing pinks and blues brings out the fun in her... Dancing away between the exquisite George Vamp Lavalamps - from Beauty of Darkness at Ritual - she guards the sofas and tables while her friends hit the bar. She may look cute, but our little demon is more than a little fierce...

The Game is Over

Today was my day off and I spent the entire day doing not much of anything... I relaxed and did a little house work, but that was all I wanted to do. I didn't want to talk to anyone, I feel like I'm all talked out and if anyone was to bug me today I'd have kicked their butt, it would have been game over... 

Someone messed with the wrong me today... There was some words said, after I'd told him that I wasn't going to be talked to by anyone today, he kept going, he pushed and pushed so I may have accidentally on purposed pushed him down the stairs and dropped a cleaver that bounced and landed somewhere it shouldn't have... 
I warned him, I'd worn a shirt that clearly stated my mood at the moment with the whole "Game Over" slogan, and my kick butt feeling attitude...

Lunchmeat Comes In Rainbow Colours

Honestly in the past few days things have been mental, I've finally gotten myself into some of the Black Friday sales and can honestly say that Dust Bunny has cleared out my SL coin purse... Yet that's not a reason to stop myself from digging into my huge hoard to find something pretty to play with. As I sat digging through all of my new purchases and and eating a sandwich, until I stumbled upon some new Lunchmeat... 

Did you know that Lunchmeat now comes in rainbow neon colours? 
In the creepy, dark places within Phaetons Passageway - in a dark part of Normandy - there is a hidden space, a dark little table - which is actually a Violetility 'Dark Academia Bar' table, available at The Warehouse Sale - upon which a tank that could only be used for some weird science experiments sits... Surrounded by barrels of toxic waste... 
The Neon Demons are using this toxic waste to create some of the most delicious cocktails in the War Bar... They dress the demons that work in the bar in Lunchmeat... No, no not the smushed up 'pork' in a can, I'm talkin about the brand new collaboration from the brilliant minds behind Normandy and the Beauty of Darkness... They are the people responsible for the amazing Hydrogen Suit and the matching boots - available until December 10th at The Grid...

Gathering friends for the Necrotic Horror Show

The doors to SL's greatest picture show have finally opened, and I'm not talking about anything the Rocky Horror Picture Show related... I'm talking about the Necrotic Horror Show, and Necrosis' latest outing! It's the last time this dark little event will be coming out to play for a while, so it's the right way to go... Putting on a little show... 
Rudh decided to help out a little, gathering people to come and get ready for the show... First things first, some of the dead...

Celebrations at the end of Camp!

The end of our devious little dark summer camp is here... Today the gates of Camp Necrosis will officially close - although you might be able to grab any last minute goodies before they slam shut on Monday - we hope you've learnt one or two things as the summer begins... Things like how to have a depraved little summer break! Our camp counsellors have very much enjoyed hearing you scream, so much so that the head of the camp has come down to wish you a final farewell... 

A chance to meet the demon in charge is something that should never be passed up... She's a rarely seen being at the Hauntings, but when she does pop up it's usually to cast the last little curse on those that have visited her... 
Dressed comfortably in a dark little Natsu Dress - from Beauty of Darkness - and a borrowed Vampire's cloak -from DREAMCATCHER at Ritual - she had a little accident while prepping the Osteal Facade Mask - from En Pointe - and carving up her neck to show off the "Zealot's Choir" - from Vae Victis... It caused a little blood to get on her dress, but what's a little blood when you're planning to devour the remaining camp guests?!

The Sea Witch searches for her Leviathan

 The Leviathan should become the kind of pet that would make even the most wishy-washy sea witch happy... Having a demonic pet like that at her side, no one would mess with her, her magic and evil plans could be carried out without interference and all would be well under the sea... 
I mean all would be well if she'd not left the gate open last night and let her pet escape from the underwater garden by The Bay... 

Has anyone seen a rather large Sea Monster that's a little bit like a cross between a dinosaur and a squid? You sholdn't be able to miss it, it's not like there will be hundreds of them under the sea with her... 
While she's searching for her pet though, let's take a little moment to stop and admire how awesome this sea witch looks - I guess I was inspired by Ursuala, she is the best Disney Villain after all - but the Queen Kraken dress from oushk is something that matches perfectly with her blue Leviathan War Paint - a Necrosis release from Misschevious. She wears a tattoo, the spell that binds the Leviathan - a tattoo by Corvus - on her skin to keep him with her, and cover the veins that mark her pale body - thanks to a BOM layer by autopsia -  while her rings - Leviathan Accessories from Spookshow - are also enchanted so she can keep control of the beast... Well that was the plan at least until it escaped LOL...

Where are these hearts coming from?!

 This weekend is Valentines weekend, and there are so many people out there celebrating the "weekend of romance"... Ugh it's never been something I've been keen on - maybe people will say that I'm anti-Valentines because I'm a fat girl in RL or that I'm with the wrong man - but for me I always maintain the stance that love should be shown on more than one day a year! 
The dirty little demon in me, that loves to parade around wearing fake wings and a halo at this time of year, like she's in some kind of fancy dress parade, often feels that it's a pointless time of year... Turning her nose up at all the hearts and flowers... Never able to escape! 

Even hiding away in the Neon City - a backdrop called The City by The Bearded Guy by the way - she cannot escape the hearts and flowers... Someone is dropping little red hearts everywhere, and you can see she's now amused just by her pose - thanks to Secret Poses at eBento hehe - and the question that escapes from her lips... 
Maybe it's her own fault for dressing like some weird twisted little cupid demon so close to valentines... Either that or it's the fault of the Tainted Love over at Necrosis... Whatever caused it, she's happy being a cyber demon for a little while at least. Wearing a skintight Maurceline Bodysuit - thanks to the Beauty of Darkness - and a Solid Heart Eyepatch - from Normandy, both at Necrosis - the neon angel look started and grew bigger hehe... Accessorizing with some amazing Psycho.Byts goodies, and then throwing on a pair of Afterparty Neon Angel wings she was sure to fit in... A Mekaniskt Heart - from Fika - for good measure... Still even a machine for a heart can't make me feel anything this Valentines...

Hearts Full Of Tainted Love...

February is almost upon us, and that means the return of that little cupid monster... I know I said it before but I will no doubt say it again too before the month is out, but I hate that little dude lol... It´s funny how we have an expression like `Bah Humbug`for Christmas but Mr.Dickens never thought to share some of his thoughts on the love monster... 
Still there's sure to be lots of hearts and stuff out there, even for an anti-valentine like me... I mean Necrosis has just opened it's dark, macabre little cemetery gates and the hearts have come pouring out, drowning us in "Tainted Love"...

Now the "Tainted Love" song is stuck in my head, and I'm surrounded by swirling hearts... They glow neon colours in the dark - thanks to these amazing Pixel Hearts from Beauty of Darkness at Necrosis - but even here that little cupid monster managed to find me.. He shot me through the head with one of his arrows - thanks to the Fifty Linden Friday release from Caboodle - and I started to see those little candy love hearts cirling around my head, as well as up close... VERY CLOSE, especially in my left eye, luckily I go to have a Bloody Valentine - isn't this G.I.N Bloody Valentine awesome gotta love that they released this at Necrosis...

Witchcraft in Darkwood

 A few days ago, before I had to venture out into RL for work, my boobooface and I went to go a little Halloweening... I love this time of year for all of the fun Halloween stuff to do... While we were out exploring, we found a "Return to Darkwood" and the little witch that I was was drawn home... Somewhere dark and swampy, with more than a hint of magic... 

I was excited to go back, and explore home... Taking my familiar - who looks just as dopey as my RL kitty Anna - but for some reason when I went home my skin reverted to it's gorgeous natural green tone - thanks to this amazing skin released by Wyrd for Trick or Treat Lane! Now that I think about it, my eyes look a little clearer too... The Plague Eyes are looking less white than normal, and more colourful - thanks to The Little Bat, also at Trick or Treat Lane!

Happy Birthday Necrosis!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY - or should that be Anniversary - to the little corner of darkness that is NECROSIS! It's such an honour to be able to say that the way this team has grown and supports each and every member, the way that we're a shady little dark place in the bright colours of SL, and the fact that the masterminds behind it all - Guen Gothly and Asbjorn Raven - have nurtured Necrosis into a pretty awesome little dark corner... So it's time for a little Birthday Party... 

Who doesn't love a good party! I LOVE decorating and making things look pretty, and well it's so easy to make a great location with all of the goodies available at Necrosis. A Necrosis Party for the Summer of Goth

Today is the opening of the brand new round of Necrosis, that dark and macabre corner of the SL Events that happens every now and again! This time we're heading for the Summer of Goth... For the next few weeks, Second Life will be getting just that little bit darker as we slap on our Goth Factor 666 Sunscreen and enjoy those days in the shade as the goth-kind are out for the summer! 

What better way than to start the summer and the event off than with a BBQ in the gloomy evening light?!

At the Block Party in our backyard, we have some burgers and bangers on the amazing casket BBQ Grill - from Immoral Designs at Necrosis - and we have plenty of beer on ice. The bikers are turning up, there's one of the bikes parked up by the fence - it's the Suicide Skull from Hogs & Cart Wheels by the way - driven over by HellBone as he came to bring me more burgers and beer! 

Now that the foods-a-cookin' now it's time to slap on our factor 666 Spookshow Goth Block, dress up in our best Dead End Shirt - a top from Beauty of Darkness - and some Sunny Sunglasses - from Normandy - to block out the last of the day's rays...

Necrosis at Winter's End

Necrosis has opened today... The first day of the Winter's End and all of the little darkly devious little Necrosis store owners have come together to bring us some dark little delights for the start of the spring... There's lots of lovely devious little things... I found myself a pretty little outfit and then had a really good idea, I was going to show off my outfit while doing a little Easter Egg hunting... 

So once I was dressed in my first of many Necrosis outfits, I went for a little Easter Egg Hunt at Witchwood - home of Petite Mort and Oubliette, I'll share more about that in another post - but there's lots of lovely eggs with some awesome goodies to find!

Love even burns in dark places like Necrosis

This week is Valentines Week... The day that's been commercialized as a day we're meant to show love is coming this Friday. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I LOVE LOVE but don't think it should be limited to something that we share one day a year! If you love something or someone then SAY IT! 
That having been said though, it's something that you cannot seem to avoid at this time of year, EVERYWHERE is full of hearts and flowers - even the places that are dark and depraved... Places like Necrosis, and even allowing the dark lovers to share their love, in their own twisted ways... 

By February 14th, the current round of Necrosis will be coming to a close. There are so many goodies that I've yet to share though, I feel like time is running out to spread the love before the little cupids get there and get all the fun! 
Today's dip into the Necrosis box saw me pull out a little of the dark glamour. Something that could easily make a perfect date night look for those with the dark in mind... I was drawn to aspects of this outfit like a moth to a flame... The Little Bat Love Carvings on my chest and the Misschevious release which shows "Every Rose Has A Thorn" my own face being the thorn of course, pulled me to them with such force that I was powerless to stop it! Then as if by a little dark valentine magic, the rest of my outfit simply fell into place... An Arabella Lace Top - from Infernal Alchemy - seemed to work wonders, almost a perfect match, with an old pair of N-Core Heels I had and when topped with a messy updo... PERFECT VALENTINES LOOK... Just a shame I have no where to go, and no need to dress all pretty!
