A Puppy Awakening!

I have to admit that even though today has been the first weekend off I have hd in a few weeks and that I had SUCH HUGE plans to get things done, I find myself feeling sluggish. I'm being slow in everything as I've got no desire to do anything that involves moving... I want to read, I want to laze around, I want to sit back and chill but I have so much to do... Someone wake me up, make me some coffee or something?!

I can't pick up my phone today, without being lost to doom scrolling. I can't sit on the sofa without staring off into space. I can't do anything without letting my mind wander to other things and distract me from the main thing I should be focusing on... 
I sat Rudh down to do her make-up, her Ghoufriend Make-Up - from HAUNT available until August 20th at Midnight Order - if you will, and it was all going well, until she suddenly woke up at the arrival of the cute-looking but somewhat evilly divalicious Pawradise Pups - from Aardvark, and yes they are cute I'm just being silly calling them evil, at Collabor88 until September 7th - arrival... Their arrival means that the Demons are Coming... I better hurry up and get ready...

Perfect Place to buy Produce

I'm staying at the farm today, I loved it so much yesterday that I couldn't resist spending another day enjoying the early Autumn sunshine with a bike ride around the farm and a quick stop to get something delicious for dinner... I even made myself an adorable new friend... 

At the Mystic Pumpkin Patch farm - a backdrop from Synnergy.Tavis for this weekend's Kinky 69 Weekend Sale - it was a lovely day to get on a bicycle and ride in the sun. In Search of the Cure...

 I'm still feeling totally yucky, and I've been trying hard to keep myself happy... I've got such a cold, and I forgot how crappy they can make you feel... Covid had been a distraction, keeping everyone covered in their masks and avoiding too much contact, yet as soon as the borders opened and the tourists began coming back, I caught my first cold... 
Now it's going to sound silly, but since the Covid vaccine was discovered so quickly, I'm wondering if now it's time to find the magical cure for the common cold... 

Rudh and her Space Kit friends - from Foxwood - travelled through many magical realms and finally came into the Vaporwave before they finally discovered the "T-Virus" antidote, bottled by the Boutique #187... 
Kitty grabbed the cannister that contained the virus and we gathered together so that we could magically teleport home... Maybe they can use this to find the cure!!

When the Light goes out...

Today has been a nightmare and it got to the point where I felt like I wanted to just run away and hide in the dark.. People everywhere and all of them demanding my attention all at once, I swear I can still hear all of their voices in my head. Now that I'm home, I'm wanting to hide in the dark... 
The little Demon in me is taking charge of my mind, wanting to enjoy this little nightmare... That was until the light appeared through the window at the end of the hall, and blew out my little light in the dark... 

I was left holding the candle - available from random.Matter - that had been blown out as the light appeared, and I was left in an eerily weird half-dark... 
She's such a cute little demon... With her Lucy Demon "Dazed" horns and forked tongue, and the extra set of Watcher Eyes in her forehead and down her "Neverwish" horns...

Hearts Full Of Tainted Love...

February is almost upon us, and that means the return of that little cupid monster... I know I said it before but I will no doubt say it again too before the month is out, but I hate that little dude lol... It´s funny how we have an expression like `Bah Humbug`for Christmas but Mr.Dickens never thought to share some of his thoughts on the love monster... 
Still there's sure to be lots of hearts and stuff out there, even for an anti-valentine like me... I mean Necrosis has just opened it's dark, macabre little cemetery gates and the hearts have come pouring out, drowning us in "Tainted Love"...

Now the "Tainted Love" song is stuck in my head, and I'm surrounded by swirling hearts... They glow neon colours in the dark - thanks to these amazing Pixel Hearts from Beauty of Darkness at Necrosis - but even here that little cupid monster managed to find me.. He shot me through the head with one of his arrows - thanks to the Fifty Linden Friday release from Caboodle - and I started to see those little candy love hearts cirling around my head, as well as up close... VERY CLOSE, especially in my left eye, luckily I go to have a Bloody Valentine - isn't this G.I.N Bloody Valentine awesome gotta love that they released this at Necrosis...

Time for some Special Drinkies

Today I had the best news ever from Flickr, I am finally allowed to post my pictures into SAFE groups again as I can list my pictures as Safe. I cannot tell you how happy I am for that news, it's something I've been wanting for a long time now!! 
Tonight I'm going to celebrate, I'm going to shake out my hair and dance the night away under a starry sky... Of course, this will be done Rudh style - something a little kookie and maybe different but that's what I know and that's what I love, and I hope you don't mind the randomness... 

First off though I know what you're thinking, YES I am wearing one of my nemesis colours, but it worked so well with my outfit and the background - and I am in such a happy mood that... OH WELL!!! 
The dress was the inspiration for this photo, so I guess you might be able to call it a Look-of-the-Day, but when I saw the dress at Tentacio for FLF yesterday I HAD to have it! It works so well with the crazy hair and pretty LODE flowers. It's time for something special to celebrate... Circroc Vodka... Thank you Junk Food!!!

Roller Disco Baby!

I've been covering the night shift at work now for some time, a couple of days a week... It's not a lot but it's enough to make me feel like a zombie the next day - which OK shouldn't be any different than normal for me but it feels much much worse when it's RL lol - although I learnt this week that it will come to an end and next week life goes back to normal. 
This means Rudh thinks that she can go out and party again... WOOT WOOT party time... Well that is until I fall asleep at the keyboard LOL... For now I'll let her enjoy herself just a little, at the Totally 80's club and roller disco!!! 

Posing like she was "Born to Roll" - thanks to a pose set released by NANTRA at the just past round of The Liaison Collaborative, and yes there is a new round I KNOW I'm a bit late with this one - but I still couldn't resist the pose and they will appear in the mainstore soon I'm sure! 
Now it sounds weird to admit but I put this outfit together because of this dark but gorgeous shade of lipstick that is part of the MM Full Lip Collection from Zombie Suicide - one of 9 different colour options for FULL sexy lips!!!
Once I had the lipstick though I needed to find things to wear with it that worked LOL... Starting from a lipstick is a crazy way of doing it but anyway... I remembered this amazeballs dress from Razor, that I picked up at the Day of the Dead event recently, and it seemed to work perfectly together with a Hazel wig from Wasabi Pills - which was a past FLF special colour release - and some pastel sunglasses from Suicidal Unborn... 
I was ready to roll around that Disco and strut my funky stuff!!!

The cure for a broken heart is a Tea Party!

Sticking with a theme of all things dead and therefore a little bit dark and macabre for now, as it really seems to fit well with the mood that I am in too... I LOVE this time of year, I can be my zombiefied self and no one even blinks an eyelid because "Hey it's nearly Halloween" LOL...
I've created many stories for myself as characters that I have been through the years of SL - all 9 of them - and although I enjoyed being a Fae and then a Vampire - not the bloodlines kind I will point out, I was a vampire before all that started and stopped once it did LOL - that being a Zombie has been the most fun. I love telling people that I am going to be dead for the day, the reactions make me laugh, and I am lucky that it hasn't offended anyone yet, but at this time of year I enjoy nothing more than letting myself relax and enjoying a little party... Cake anyone?

The location of my party is Deadman's Island Haunted Sim... I was super excited to find this place, and will no doubt be using it as a location as many times as possible, just in case it's only there for the season!! When I arrived the Halloween Haunted Tea Party was already set out - laid out by the creative mind behind Boudoir - and it even had the most amazing table decoration, I wonder what his name was?!
My outfit was one of those that I had on and loved, I guess you could say it was a look of the day - although in reality it was more like 5 days! - and it was something that I bought on the spur of the moment, it's not entirely my normal style...
The AMITOMO Shirts Under Dress dress was one that I picked up at the latest round of Chapter Four. It was sooooo busy when I went in that trying a demo seemed like hard work, so I took a chance and my luck paid off... I picked up a gorgeous little dress that I love.
I also grabbed a new Doe Wig when I was out shopping recently, this time at The Seasons Story however... The Gretchen wig is SO CUTE and it works perfectly with the cute dress, but it's not the only change to a body part. If you look closely you might also see that I am a little paler than normal, there is a reason for this, and it's not just a trick of the light. Last Friday, Glam Affair released the Sia Ghost Skins for Fifty Linden Friday, and I had to have them even if it did mean I had to buy Polar tone appliers at a cost of almost three times more than the skins themselves! They will definitely become my new Halloween Tone for October, but never fear I will tan just a little more after the spooky month is over!

Christmas Trees

Christmas Trees are one of my favourite things about this time of year... I LOVE the smell of a real tree, and I love the twinkling lights... Hell I even have fairy lights up all year in our RL house, but seeing them wrapped around a tree just makes it feel more special! Hell and I will be leaving for home tomorrow very early, so I may be around a little less and anything you do see coming up is just pure luck that I've had time LOL... I doubt I will be behind a PC very much. 

Never mind that for now though, take a look at my TREE!!! Not the big one behind me, my NEW FAVOURITE Christmas Tree is Bruce the X-Fancy Spruce. I couldn't resist him, SilentSparrow set him and a paler version - without a moustache - out for Fifty Linden Friday yesterday and I couldn't get there fast enough.  
The rest of the outfit was just because I couldn't really pose naked AGAIN lol... A Red Pea Coat from Corvus, teamed with a a pretty bow collar from BOOM, and the teeniest pair of Thermal Denim Shorts from SAKIDE - which you can pick up as a gift at Depraved Nation's FROST Event! 
OH AND, the gorgeous new style from Magika called You, was my wig of choice. I LOVE this hair, it's just like how my hair was in RL when I was little hehe... 
The post from me today, is a short but sweet one... The reason is that I've already started working like a demon to try and get the wedding photos of my SL sister Rava and her lovely Hubby  Mick's wedding sorted... I took A LOT!!! Now I have a lot of editing to do!!
