This is Fine!

It's April Fools Day and today I wanted to do something to show off how much of an April Fool I could be... It's hard to believe that we're in the fourth month of the year and therefore a quarter of the way through already... It is the busiest season for me at work, and I'm feeling overworked, underpaid and overworked even more... I cannot handle rude, arrogant customers that let their children run wild and eat tasting samples like they are going out of fashion... I know I complain a lot about work right now, and you may not believe that I LOVE my job, I just wish I could do it without the people involved lol... 

Some of you may know that I work in a cheese shop in the middle of Amsterdam, I'm not ashamed to admit it, and I LOVE what I do... There are times though when my colleagues will tell you that I have trouble controlling my expressions and end up plastering what we like to call my "Minion Face" - a HUGE goofy smile - on my lips... 
I am exhausted, frustrated and wanting to run away, but all of that is buried deep inside and on the outside "This is Fine" - just like the set from MadPea, available until April 5th at equal10 - I'm going to just work my butt off and try to make things work and no-one will know that I feel bad on the inside... 
The drama in my mind aside I got some SUPER exciting news the other day and I'm finally able to share it since everything is set in place... Dreaming of Colorful Monsters

I always tell people I have two sides, being dark and twisted and a little bit naughty, or the other side being bright and sparkly and full of sunshine... I know that colours mean a lot a lot for me and my emotional well-being, I dream in colors that don't exist...

Repeating the sentiment shared in the Royal Hall - from FOXCITY - my dreams of the colours that don't exist seem to be manifesting in the forms of lots and lots of little monsters. Scawy Monsters - from MishMish - and Dinogirls - a new release from Evil Baby at Planet 29 - fill my dream space, perhaps I should stop taking the Glitter Pills - from ahegao.

Cas'n'Bobby Bobble in the Baby!

SOOOOOO, sometimes I'm inspired by random things... Sometimes I find myself being given an item to blog and the idea just miraculously appears in my collection of mental images, and other times, well other times it doesn't... Yet today, the mental image came, stuck and then needed to drag in not only the assistance, but the body as a prop usage of my crazy hubby... Not that he minded, I mean, wouldn't anyone want a ride in the Supernatural Impala?! 

I'm not entirely sure that this was what he had in mind when I asked him if he wanted a ride... I mean Dean and Sam just left the car and disappeared into that dark, scary looking warehouse there - a backdrop from PALETO by the way - after Sam had left a little bloody graffiti on the wall that is... 
Now when I think of all of the people that have been taken for a ride along in the Winchester's Impala - I'm trying not to pout as I was never one of them - the people closest to Sam and Dean, and we know that the "baby" was a home for the boys, SO I've decided to decorate it just a little for them with some novelty trinkets... Let's face it, who doesn't love a good Bobblehead!! I know I'm addicted since Ananas made these LOL... They actually bobble!! I dressed HellBone and myself as Bobby Singer and Castiel, and put us into the Impala as a surprise for when the boys came home hehe...

Last Name, Hungry. First Name, Always!

Being stuck at home has it's benefits and it's pitfalls... One of those is the fact that I'm bored eating... I find myself exploring the refrigerator and I feel I could eat all the junk food in the world... In fact that is just what I'm going to do today... Stuff myself silly... I might be persuaded to share! 

I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat today though, so I touched all bases... A little bit of Chinese food, a little bit of Italian food and some good old fashioned fast food, nuggets fries and rings! I'm washing it all down with some soda... 
My shirt - from Sorumin - says it all "Last Name Hungry, First Name Always" and it's so very true, though I'm not sure I will be after eating all of this... Parties at the Monster Bar

At the moment you're getting to see the two sides of my personality bubbling over the edges and down the sides of the cup, maybe it's cabin fever but I'm feeling a little like the two sides of me are fighting to see who gets the light today... Tonight the living dead side of me is being freed and she's heading out for a bit of a Necrotic party!!! It's time to slip into you dancing shoes, the club is calling... 

I think the little living dead doll has definitely had one too many of those cocktails, but in the Monster Club she's letting her hair down and having a damn good time... She's been cooped up for too long! 
She's done her make-up all pretty just for tonight, fully approved by +FATHER+ - who is actually the brilliant mind behind this Undead Face Make-up that comes in three different shades at Necrosis - and even braved adding some of those fancy "Nija" Lenses - from Spookshow, also at Necrosis. For a dead thing she's still more than a little squeamish about putting things in her eyes, eyeballs just feel so icky! Santa's Favourite Little Ho

Santa Claus is coming to town... It's the time when all the girls on the naughty list, knowing they won't necessarily getting anything in their stocking... Maybe though if they get into some stockings they might get a little something from the big man that they would prefer... The kind of treats that the bad girls like! Maybe she can be Santa's favourite Ho Ho Ho!

She's already sitting there waiting, watching for the appearance of the big man in Red, who just happened to forget his famous fur coat - a past gift from villena - the last time that he visited.

Drinks and Dancing in the Afterglow

Today is my last day at home before I go on Holiday and oh my gosh it is so very needed. I want to take some time out to just relax and be with my RL family, the people that I miss so much now that I live in the Netherlands. It will be time to chill, do some shopping and read a few good books, while spending time with the family since I can't over Christmas and I CANNOT WAIT! 
This does. however, leave Rudh alone to fend for herself for a little while. Not that I'd imagine she minds... The times she's in control are her party times!

My Mom's a Queen, I must be a Princess!

My SL Mom - Louisa Zorric - is always sharing pictures on her facebook page that boost confidence and tell us girls - guys too - to live like Queens - although Kings can be used as a more appropriate term for some of the guys out there hehe! She talks of empowerment, and confidence, and supporting others rather than tearing them down, and since I have known her she's been all of those things to me! My SL Mommas are both Queens, and I guess that would make me a Princess?! I never feel strong or confident enough to be a Queen, but with royal mommas that can only mean one thing! I've finally reached my goal of becoming a Disney Princess - only with a little less Disney and a lot more Fiesty, Sarcastic, Brattishness!

Since the realization that I can officially call myself a Princess, I will be taking up residence in a luxurious palace and wearing jewels for the vast majority of my time now! 
I'll decorate my abode with the finest Lux Items - a gacha collection from Oubliette is perfect, if you are lucky to win the pieces at the current round of Gachaland that runs until July 31st - just look at all of those opulent textures and royal colours. Melora - of Oubliette - has outdone herself with this set, the textures and designs are ab-so-fucking-lutely gorgeous, and for someone who normally avoids purple like the plague I was drawn to it today all because of this furniture!!

A Fairy High Tea

I've had a lovely day having tea at my Grandparents house in RL today, but aside from spending time with my family, I have to say one of my favourite aspects of being at my Grandparents house is their awesome garden. Hidden in the woods, at the bottom of their garden is an area that really seems like a fairytale woodland, there's bluebells everywhere and a cute little brook that would make the perfect riverside location of any good fairystory!!! 
So after lunch I went for a walk into the fairy wood, and as I sat in the sun, it felt like the perfect place for a fairy tea... Funnily enough I had a post ready and waiting for a moment just like this today! 

There's nothing better than a fairytale picnic, nestled in a sunny yet shady spot, and to be honest, furniture and fairy folk aside, this was just like the little nook in my Grandparents garden!

Under My Umbrella

I'm having a lazy day finally, I saw lazy I'm doing some cleaning here and there but mostly it's lazy - I need a mini vacation after my parents visit LOL... 
Hanging out in the garden since I'm not able to get to the beach and relax yet... I'm sitting in the garden and suddenly I get a feeling that I'm in a little trouble! 
Reading a magazine, Daddy comes outside and finds me on his lounger and suddenly I'm hanging upside down from the parasol... 

This is a new item of BDSM furniture from the great mind behind Violetility... I have to say it's definitely one of my favourite garden furnitures right now and although it's not meant this way, I cant stop myself from getting the giggles as I see myself hanging upside down on my patio in the garden!
Though while on the subject of Violetility, can I just take a little time to point out my new favourite pool toy too... A Little Cabaret

I felt like doing something a little more risqué today, but not overtly pornographic as I've done sometimes in the past lol - not so distant past and probably will do again soon too actually - but I had something that was a little stripper-esque, and so it somehow became a little cabaret burlesque in style, but I liked it and it was fun to play with... 

The item that caused this entire picture to come to life was actually one of the smallest bits I'm wearing. 
I'm talking about the Strip Tie from MuggleBorn. When you wear it, can be positioned into 4 different places, including one knotted up properly and three others draped sexily around your breasts. The tie looks awesome with some sexy lingerie, and I guess that hat with this Lock&Tuft Hair kinda made it feel a little more cabaret style...

Rudhmellowen Follies

Today I want to do something pretty and found the perfect idea in a set of poses released by NANTRA for the new round of The Liaison Collaborative. The theme of this month's TLC is the very glamorous 1920's Art Deco style, and NANTRA released a set of poses that are inspired by the very gorgeous Ziegfeld Follies - for more information please check here - and of course although I've modernised it and as I say "Rudhified" it, the poses still exude drama, elegance and a hint of sexiness!

A little Cheesy about Amsterdam

Yesterday was an EPIC day... I feel worn out and sleepy and OH MY GOD I discovered muscles that I had no idea I had, the aches and pains LOL... Yet I am elated and walking on a cloud this morning... Yesterday I had a trial day for a possible new job, and when I walked away to get the train home, I was the proud little owner of a new job!!! 
I'm going to be working right in the heart of Amsterdam, surrounded by tourists and dealing with people all over the world as a cheese girl in a popular cheese retailer... YES one of the major exports of Holland is cheese for those of you that don't know. I guess I have a lot to learn... There will be lots of cheesy facts in my head for the time being! 

So today Rudh, and her SL puppy that is probably the closest I'm ever going to get to my RL Dog Izzy, are taking a walk around the streets of Amsterdam. Izzy is a LOT bigger than the Adult Glam Greyhounds - Jian's latest collection - as she's a Saluki and is closer in size to a lurcher... 
Anyway, as I said we decided to take a walk around at I am [SL] Amsterdam, and it really feels like the city that I will be calling my work place once again, and you never know, you may find me there selling cheese LOL...

Roses to Stop the Tears

I strongly believe in the feeling that I'm on of those "Day Dreamer, Night Thinker" types... I can wake up from a deep sleep and my mind will be running a mile a minute, preventing any further ability to remain in dreamland. This morning was one of those times... Slipping out of bed, needing to go to the bathroom, crawling back into bed and my mind goes haywire...What ifs become my minds greatest thought... So I've forced myself out of bed, rather than lay there worrying. It's better this way... 
Instead I am going to just rest my mind, share something pretty in my rambling blog, as a form of mind release... Today I am going to share what could be one of my favourite new poses... Something a little melancholy, so it matches my mood... 

This pose was something that I HAD to have... It's simply gorgeous!!! I'd seen a few different bloggers using it, and knew that I'd become one in the crowd. Pink Motel

I'm all excited because today our new Washing Machine arrived - sign of how old I'm getting that something like that could excite me lol - but it means that I can actually do the mountain of laundry that's been building up since our old machine started to die... RIP old washing machine! It's one of those pieces of household technology that you don't really give two rats about until you don't have it anymore LOL... 
I am NOT a fan of household chores, I know most people don't love them but there are some that do... If anyone knows anyone like that send them my way please... Sometimes I wish the house would just clean itself! I could check into a hotel and just let the house get on with it?! 

The hotel I'm checking into today looks like something a little Red Light District, but actually it's a backdrop - so don't get excited I'm not starting a new job or anything LOL - by SAXIEM that I played with at Backdrop City. 
It's one of those kinda sorts look of the day type posts for me, I took it PURELY because I loved the outfit that I was wearing... This skirt is an older but AWESOME skirt from erratic, it's called eloise and the chrome colour I chose really looks like liquid metal. The skirt looks SO Cool with this large fluffy Pelted Fur Jacket from villena, which when you buy it comes in a pack of three different colours.

Tentacle Toys

A lazy Sunday afternoon all by myself, work is quiet and Hell is still out at an audition so as always, it's time I found something to entertain myself... 
Now I know that I am a little late with sharing things from one of the events that just closed, but I will be honest and admit that I did actually forget I had some fun new Hentai based toys that I'd picked up and had had no time to use! Now that I'm alone, guess what I am going to do?!

Yep that's right playtime... Hentai Style with tentacles hehe...
I've never been a fan of tentacles like that - I've seen tentacle porn and all it does is make me laugh but that's good too right?! - but at the recently closed Hentai Fair  - it closed yesterday and I am SO SORRY that I didn't get this post out sooner! - there was lots of things that made me want to test things out a little more hehe...
While I was there I picked up another of the awesome little toy collections from The Horror! This one had not only the usual dildo and beads but it included not one but TWO Tentacle playthings, and it made me giggle more than it should perhaps! As well as that there was a set of Octo Hickies from NOX which just seemed to perfectly fit the new game I was going to play... I mean would have played if I was into that kind of thing! They seemed like a fun match made in Hentai Heaven!
Don't know if you like it unless you try it right? Least that was what I was always told as a kid... Not really sure it applies to tentacles, but hey, that's what happens when you leave Rudh home alone LOL...

Faking the Work-Out

Sunday Morning... I have slept in and am now waking up with my first cup of coffee for the day. A lazy day for Pyjamas and junk food, until later on when I have to work and think about getting ready for going to the office tomorrow. 
Still it's early, let's not talk about horrible things now lol. Rudh is totally the opposite from me, her day starts of at a million miles an hour - once my RL brain has woken up a little anyway - and she has no problem getting up, making a healthy breakfast and doing some exercise before checking out what's going on in the blogs.

See, lifting weights... Even posing to take a selfie while she's at it... Typical show off, attention whore Rudh LOL... 
The pose is a new release from COME SOON for the latest line-up of Oh My Gacha. The Gacha machine itself contains 8 different sporty poses for couples and singles, so hey even if you don't wanna work out you can at least pose and fake it, right?! Take a look at Rudh faking it, I mean vven her "work out" wear seems a little too sexy for a true work out... Not that I don't love the amazing erratic "Emilia" Sweater and adorable REIGN "Winter Socks" Combination... 
Still I'll let her get the exercise out of her system and then she can do something more similar to what I'd wanna do and read the blogs!!

Ghost Hunting on Halloween

Good Morning and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! My favourite day of the year is finally here and I'm very excited, I have some fun things planned in SL - as Dutch people don't really seem to get into the Halloween Spirit - and will no doubt be forced to watch something horrible on TV with HellBone LOL... It may end up being something a little more like this though...

It makes me laugh that on Halloween, I'm actually dressed pretty normally! On the one day of the year when it's encouraged to be dead and bloody looking, I'm dressed in jeans and a sweater LOL, I guess for me the blood and gore is less of a Halloween costume and more of something I really enjoy doing so on the day that it's expected I'm like "Nahhhhh, I'll have a cup of tea and watch a ghost hunting show on TV!"
This post today is kind of a twofer... I'm talking about Halloween and my RL plans, whilst actually being kinda cunning and sharing some awesome goodies from the Geeks'N'Nerds Fair with you! All of the ghost hunting equipment on display here is in fact a part of the Ghost Hunter Equipment Gacha collection at the event, from the brilliant store HopScotch! I got all geeked out as soon as I saw this set, and knew that I'd be doing some ghost hunting - it's kind of a fandom of mine I guess, if it can be counted as something that has a fandom to it?! I watch a lot of the different shows but my favourite has to be the Ghost Asylum with the Tennessee Wraith Chaser boys - maybe it's the cute Southern accents, or the fact that they are attempting to catch the ghosts, but I never miss an episode!

Horror Movie Nights

Is it weird that right now I am already beginning to get excited that Halloween is coming... It's still a month to go but I'm so excited that from this point on I will be getting my butt into gear and starting to get myself into the Holiday Spirit. 
Starting with some horror movies! I'm not very good with Horror Movies, I tend to over think and it get's into my head and makes it seem worse than the movies may well do for other people. HellBone is a horror movie fanatic and he knows them all like the back of his hand... Me, I tend to hide behind the cushions and only look out when I know that the bad things have passed. 
Yet today, on my lazy Sunday I am going to be brave, curl up in my tree house and watch "Last Arcade"! 

My Slumber Party style set up is a brand new Gacha release from one of my favourite stores... Lost Junction. Many of the props that you see here - such as the sleeping bag, pillows, videos and pizza - are available in the Slumber Party Gacha Machine at the latest round of The Arcade. The chips are also available in this event, but to get them you need to play the Chipsters Gacha Machine - different machine filled by the same creator! Yet my favourite item in this bumper release has to be the TVs... These are the machines rares, but they are so worth trying to get your hands on. Each TV - and there are three versions Horror, Kawaii and Sci-Fi - comes complete with 6 different viewing options including 4 hand drawn artworks by Lost Junction's Designer - Tala Laval! As always I get excited by things that are available at The Arcade, but these TVs are definitely one of my favourite items from the event this round! They clearly show that a lot of thought, time and effort have gone into making them! .
While on the subject of The Arcade, another designer really caught my attention this round too - Intrigue Co, has always made some adorable plushies but the Frightful Friends Gacha Items were things I couldn't leave behind...
Right now I just hope no one appears to scare the beejezus out of me...

A welcome from the girls...

There's a new boy in the Gator Swamp and he's decided he wants to join the big boys by becoming a Gator too... A little more testosterone in our little family. It's funny, once upon a time the MC was very female dominated and we were constantly looking for new man meat, but now days things have reversed and it's the boys wanting some new boobies to look at LOL... Least that is how the conversation seems to run... 
Yet we have a new manly man joining the dark side and well... he's kinda pretty LOL... I surround myself with Viking men, and this one seems to certainly fit that style... He'd been made to feel very welcome by his new brothers - HellBone and Mongo - but he hadn't really had a Gator Girl welcome LOL... Until now... 

The picture makes it seem worse than it is, depending on your definition of worse LOL... Being made welcome by this Gator Girl is not as sexy as it seems, again depending on your outlook... I don't think Trace minded being pinned under me like this for a little while, but he didn't get fortunate enough to be allowed to undo his zipper lol... Being used as a model for one of the newest Come Soon Poses - a pose called "Our Night" which is available at the latest round of Kinky Monthly - is something he may have to get used to... I'm always using the Gator Boys as my models for things - in fact it's one of the hidden clauses in a Gator Membership Contract LOL... 
Welcome to the family Trace... Not long now and you will have your big boy vest, but from what I can see you are definitely a pretty asset to the family hehe...
