Painting the Town Rainbow

I've had a day of being creative, and it's gotten my creative juices flowing... Paint and colours and prettiness everywhere... LOTSSSSSS of colours, normally I'm sticking to the darker colours and for some reason today I decided to make a little bit of a mess... 

I joined the Graffiti Club and got my paint flying... I was making pretty patterns all over the walls but don't worry they won't ever know it's me... I didn't wanna get caught so I wore a Mask - from the Corrupt Gacha by KitCat at Lootbox Gacha - and painted the town rainbow...

Moths Love the Light

 I'm hiding in the darkness today and I'm waiting for the lights to go out... I want to sleep and hide from the bad thoughts going around in my head but my mind is like a moth to a flame and I'm being drawn back towards the thoughts that I so deeply want to hide from. 

I guess when I'm in a mood like this though, it's when the best kind of photos happen, and I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this picture right now! 
I fell in love with the body part the moment I saw it shared on facebook, and got even luckier by winning it on my first try of the gacha machine at Lootbox... This is the Rare lootbox item from CURELESS in the Moirai Sisters machine... It's GORGEOUS! It draws the blood thirsty Lepidoptera Butterflies to her skin to mark her as one of the living dead...

Clowns at the Freakshow

Halloween this year seems to be all about the clowns... What with the Joker and Harlequinn movies coming out, and a subtle nod back to IT, there are clowns all over the place. LOTS AND LOTS of them! I've never really had much of a problem with clowns aside from thinking that they are a little creepy, so they will always be one of the costumes that come out every year for Halloween! 

I went with the new clown release from ANTINATURAL that is part of the Carnival Freaks Gacha Collection. Both the Clown outfit - worn here in beige - and the amazing EyeFreak Eyes are two parts of this wicked set! I love being a clown and was extremely excited to discover that the Uri Jefferson's FREAKSHOW is open again this year! It's a really well put together freakshow circus with live models to bring the spooky realness right into your face!!! It's an epic circus if you don't mind the clowns!

Riding Punks...

It's here... It's finally time... Necrosis is back and that little corner of darkness is opening up once again to bring some adorable darkness to your happy little Second Lives... 
It's time to get that motor running and ride like the wind to get your hands on all the goodies! 

The motor I've chosen to ride today is one of the items that can be grabbed at the new round of Necrosis. It's a special, and kinda exciting, bike as it's my hubby HellBone's first participation in the event, and he's taken one of his bikes in a very "Punk" direction. The H&C Wheels Punk Bike is an old school chopper, that is perfect as a single rider although there's room for two, just be careful if you decide to lean over the tank it's spiked hehe... 
So while sitting around at home, I pulled on a pair of these gorgeous Psycho Barbie Leather Ankle Boots - which are also available at Necrosis - over the super cool 1313 Mockingbird Lane Drucilla Fishnets - that are available later today at Lootbox Gacha - I jumped on my bike... Love for Lost Saints

Have you ever fallen in love at first sight?! Found that something or someone you cannot bare to be without?! Well, I guess this is the time to admit to one of those things! It's probably not what you think either! In my case, it's not a someone, it's a something!!

Before you get too excited, no it's NOT HellBone - although I love him, and somehow almost over night he's become for less of a better word "PHWOAR". For a moment though I want to share my thoughts on him in this picture, is it just me or does he look like a Hot Jesus?! 
The love at first sight moment has actually come from the outfit that I - and in fact the majority of HellBone's outfit too - am wearing! My Mom's a Queen, I must be a Princess!

My SL Mom - Louisa Zorric - is always sharing pictures on her facebook page that boost confidence and tell us girls - guys too - to live like Queens - although Kings can be used as a more appropriate term for some of the guys out there hehe! She talks of empowerment, and confidence, and supporting others rather than tearing them down, and since I have known her she's been all of those things to me! My SL Mommas are both Queens, and I guess that would make me a Princess?! I never feel strong or confident enough to be a Queen, but with royal mommas that can only mean one thing! I've finally reached my goal of becoming a Disney Princess - only with a little less Disney and a lot more Fiesty, Sarcastic, Brattishness!

Since the realization that I can officially call myself a Princess, I will be taking up residence in a luxurious palace and wearing jewels for the vast majority of my time now! 
I'll decorate my abode with the finest Lux Items - a gacha collection from Oubliette is perfect, if you are lucky to win the pieces at the current round of Gachaland that runs until July 31st - just look at all of those opulent textures and royal colours. Over-Thinking Causes My Fears!

Ever have those days where your inner voice is screaming louder than normal, especially screaming about those faults you find in yourself?! Anxiety, Regret, Stress, Pain and Depression seem to be a fairly common thing these days, and although by no means I am dismissing this, it really does show a sign of our times. I myself suffer from anxiety attacks, massive amounts of stress and a feeling that I'm never going to be good enough. Luckily, unlike some, I am able to keep it in check most of the time, and I've gotten very good at hiding it from the world, but there are just some days when these feelings bubble to the surface... Days a little like today... 

It's times like these that I feel really thankful for being able to log into Second Life, so that I can drift off into my own little world and find my therapy. The therapy in question for me is taking pictures and writing here. My blog - although often full of fun and random stuff - has always been something like a journal for me. I use it to help me relax, to make me forget the world around me and focus on something productive. On days like today, this blogging space is vital for me! 
Now I know that the pose and backdrop I've chosen for this post today may seem a little counter-productive for the message that I am trying to share, BUT actually the visual of it is really helping me. The backdrop - created by FOXCITY - really speaks to me. I know I over-think things, and comments like these will ALWAYS leave me floundering, my brain rushing to the most extreme scenario! The pose - from Reve Obscura - is such a true statement. My fears always cause the outcomes of anxiety, stress and in some cases bouts of depression! I will fully admit to this... I know what triggers these things but I am often powerless to stop it. Yet it's times like this, when I can sit back and channel my energy into my blogging journal that things become clear and sense can be made of it in my head. 
Again, I will say that this does not diminish the way that others may feel. I am not saying it's a good thing for everyone, and not suggesting that my own thoughts are worse than anyone else's. That's not the point I want to make here... This works for ME, we all have our own systems of handling things. I don't really do this for anyone besides myself, but I do want to spend a moment to reach out to anyone that ever reads my blog or checks out my pictures to say THANK YOU! Thank you for being on the ride with me, thank you for letting me express myself, and I hope that even if it's just for a second or two it can make you feel happy... I know it makes me happy!

Frolicking in the Flowers

Such a gorgeous Sunny Sunday! I love the warmth of the sun at the moment - it's not too hot, just perfect the way that I love it. I'm definitely not a Summer girl but the warm gentle sunshine of the Spring makes me feel good. Plus, you might have noticed by now but I'm crazy about Spring Flowers. 

I want to find a place where I can get lost like this in RL, somewhere quiet and happy, where I can hear the buzzing of the bees, the singing of the birds and smell nothing but grass and flowers as I frolic in the sunshine. 
I got so excited by a release from Mug in a gacha at LootBox Gacha. The Flower Child Gacha Collection includes Daisies for everywhere... All over the face, all over the chest and all over the arms, as well as these rare Flower Child Shorts.

Fairies Frolick in Flowers

I am really getting into this Spring Feeling at the moment. I cant stop playing with pretty colours and flowers... There's so many flowers that I want to play with them all. I've said it before and will say it again, I love Spring - not so much as Autumn - I love all the colours and it brings out my girlie side. 
One of the things that I get most into when I'm being girlie is my inner Fae... Yes I know I have a lot of inner fantasy beings but Mermaid and Living Dead Doll aside, the Fairy version of me is one that I LOVE playing with... It's times like today, when I really cannot hold her back! 

I blame it on the simply gorgeous Neodeesha outfit, created and released by 1313 MockingBird Lane for the current round of LootBox Gacha - available until April 18th! This pretty set is available in a range of colours with the wings and the rainbow versions as special RARE releases in the machine.

I've also got a couple of things here that are not LootBox, but still really pretty and needing a look at more closely. Stay Wild Moon Child, Happy New Year!

2018 has finally left us, it's moved on and we're done with a year that some people would argue was a pretty crap year in general. Personally for me, the year was not so bad - I've had worse and better - so it's all a relative thing, I guess. It's about this time each year, that I stop and think, a moment of quiet contemplation in which highlights are relived for the happy memories, and the lowlights are rehashed then discarded so they plague my thoughts no more... I usually do this, written here, with something pretty and find that for me it's a great stepping stone into a new year, so please bear with me, and if you don't want to read the musings you can always skip ahead to see where the pretties in the picture can be found... For now though let me share with you some of my thoughts... 

RL aside - although there have been a few good things in RL, as well as the universe balancing bad stuff - my SL has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I don't know about you, I cannot vouch for others, but thinking back on it I can clearly say that hindsight is a useful thing for putting situations into perspective.
For example, I've recently managed to get myself a brand new computer. I'm loving the chance to be able to explore taking pictures differently, and after having spent much of 2018 complaining that things never worked right, I look forward to being able to improve, learn new things and maybe if I'm really lucky start creating the type of pictures I've always wanted to make! Pretties with shadows - wouldn't that be something nice?!
Another example would be the way that the MC I'm the Secretary of seems to have had many ups and downs this year. We've seen members come and go, people I thought would always be there have gone, and others have followed others blindly like sheep. Stories are twisted and everyone has their own side of things, but we remain, and will continue to grow and thrive as we always have done.
Every time people walk away, I'm left wondering how it could be so easy for a person to turn their back on a "loved one" - one minute you're a close friend and allie, the next you're invisible and worth less than a poop on their shoe, but yet I'm trying to remain positive. They made their choice, they have to lay in the bed they made, and I am going to move on to bigger, better and more interesting things than worry and mope about their loss. As you can see, I'm trying to start 2019 on a positive note, a starting point of being stronger, happier and smarter than I was this time last year... Otherwise what did I learn over the last 12 months - making the same mistakes time and time again, will not make me happy, and it's time I learned that and focused on my own sunshine!
To everyone who has supported, provided guidance and just been there with me these past 12 months, THANK YOU! To those designers that put their faith in my abilities - no matter how much I feel I need to improve - THANK YOU! To everyone who decided that they'd rather believe in the fabrications of a manipulator, THANK YOU for walking away when you did because now I can see clearly and you really did me a HUGE favour! 
I know this may sound a little strange but spending time in a beautiful landscape in SL really does seem to actually help my creativity... The Isle of May is stunning, and snowy - though I'm not sure when that will start to melt - I'm spending time there like a wild Moon Child - thanks to this amazing outfit made up of a jacket and skirt from Oubliette - watching the planets on my fingers and wrists slowly turn - thanks to this amazing Ama Planetary Gacha collection, which I'll put a close up of before the credits - they are turning to a new day, a new year and a new me...

OOOOH Boots... I almost forgot!

OH OH OH I have been so busy with Halloweeny stuff that I almost forgot something totally awesomely awesome that I wanted to share with you... I'm on a photography roll at the moment taking pics of all sorts of halloweeny things that I forgot I had some ADORABLE BOOTS I wanted to share...

I'm doing something simple with them as they are so cute and perfect without anything fluffy to make them look special...

Glamour on the Beach

It's HOT! I'm sure you've heard it before but I'm not really a lover of hot weather. Though if there is one place that's nice to be when it's hot it's the beach... I LOVE beaches in stormy cold weather, but I wouldn't mind being alone on a beach in this heat too... Course I'd need an umbrella, since I burn like crazy, but if only... 

I found the most perfect abandoned beach location at Trace Too - and went for a walk and a little dip in the sea... Under my umbrella - which is actually a prop from the Marilyn Poses by Image Essentials - I'm drying off after a dip in the sea. I seem to have picked up some new little MishMish Starry friends hehe...

A Fox in the Forest

Well I had my first day at work yesterday, and am tired as all heck this morning, BUT I have another day today and am actually still feeling excited about going in. I'm a happy girl right now, let's see how long this lasts. Everything seems to be going well... The Gators are happy, I have a new job, and still have time to do me things... It's great!!
So I'm letting my mind wander into Fairy tales... Hell and I just started watching an older but recommended TV Series called "Once Upon a Time" and its GOOD!!! So fairy tales are the forefront of my mind right now!

The Devil is waiting for you...

Guess what?? I am finally at home!! Not at home in my house in Holland, no this time I mean that I am finally at home with my family in the UK!!! It's not going to be for long, but will actually be just a short break... I am incandescently happy, after waking up in my childhood room this morning, I haven't been able to stop smiling!

So I'm going to share something today that may seem strange, but if you've known me for any length of time you will know that the more macabre a picture, the happier I am lol... Since it's Easter, and a religious holiday, I'm going to do something church related! Not that it's going to appeal to the religious types out there...

I was on the ferry travelling from Holland to the UK yesterday and a bunch of little old ladies sat near me started doing a bible reading. They kept giving me funny looks, and I was wondering what the heck was going on till I remembered my FFDP hoodie LOL... Ooops!!!

This outfit is from the same gacha machine that I have talked about before, the ANTINATURAL Post-Human Gacha machine at the current round of Lootbox Gacha Event. It's a Demonic Lootbox, and it's possibly something I fell in love with even more than the angelic version I wore in a previous post. Yet the reason I'm sitting outside this church at Ironwood Hills is actually the fault of the DRD Frankenstomps. I LOVE these new boots, they are awesome, and although I bought the colour pack with a million different options - OK maybe not that much but you know what I mean - they are just soooooooo cute!!!!!

I'm at home, the Devil inside is being subdued!! HAPPY RUDH!!!!

Roses of Peace for Angellic Demons

Sometimes a little angel needs to fall just to find herself... I've had a bit of a hard day when it comes to emotions and feelings. and all that kinda stuff so as per usual my photos are reflecting those feelings... Everyone hurts sometimes... Even the fallen Angels... 

This whole picture started because I'd gotten my little hands on the amazing nose bleed from Zombie Suicide at this year's Skin Fair, but it developed and became more than that...
You may already know I'm more than a little addicted to Gacha, and so when LootBox started and ANTINATURAL released the amazing Post-Human collection I was determined to get what I wanted... In my case I was lucky, and got both the Angel and Demon lootboxes - the Demon will come later btw - but for now the angel seemed to fit so perfectly with my mood today... The sadness of the Holy Eyes and the degradation of her wings... I will admit that the wings look better in person, they have a subtle sparkle to them that looks off through the mist here but just looks so gorgeous in SL... Make sure you check this set out!!!
The fallen angel was freed from her cage - an anc cage rezzed for use at Backdrop City - and given hope in the form of a white rose - thanks to the Rosa pose from PinkRayne - her cage holding back the demon inside that was trying to break free...

Kitsune Rudh

So this week I'm back blogging properly, trying to get things done and trying to better myself as a blogger... I still have stores that I blog for regularly and I'm really honoured to have them, willing to share their creations with me and having a little faith in my abilities! 
One of those stores is PSYCHO.Byts. I've loved working for this store, it's creativity and eclectic style has been something that has kept me wanting more and more from them in all the years that I've known about their existence so thank you to Miss Psikotik Gothly - and her blogger manager DarkMatter Wizardly.
That having been said, PSYCHO.Byts have released an amazing pair of Kitsune Bento Ears at the new Etoile Event, it was time for me to play... 

Now I'll be honest here, I will admit that I have no idea about Kitsune... Time to do a little research... 
Kitsune are common subject of Japanese folklore apparently. Stories of told depicting them as intelligent beings with magical abilities that increase with their age and wisdom.  The more tails a Kitsune has - as many as 9 I understand - the more powerful it is, and because of this potential power and influence some people make offerings to them as a deity! 
I was inspired by the Kitsune Ears from PSYCHO.Byts, I mentioned this before... These are awesome, coming in three different sizes with 12 colours for the fur and 3 different metal tones for the earrings. They are just so cute and soft and I want to stroke them. 
WOW I'm wearing a little God on my shoulders, I have to be careful I don't drop him! My own little God comes from Jian, he was a lucky win at the last round of LootBox - I got him first go on the gacha machine YAY - and he's a Water Kitsune!!! 
We wandered the North together, sometimes him on my shoulder, sometimes him on the ground walking alongside me... It was peaceful, I just wish the snow would slowly start to disappear!!! Maybe my lucky Kitsune will influence the water and make it melt!?!

Psycho Ward Demon

So starting off the new year as I mean to go on... It's time for something a little dead! That's the way Rudh is, she's either rainbows and sunshine or dead! Sorry I cannot help that, and I actually really enjoy it... Sometimes it's weird to admit that the more dead she looks, the happier I am... I know that's weird but that's me! I'm happy being me and I'm not changing for anyone!!
Now I've had a bit of an addiction to Gacha for a while... I'm going to try and beat it, I HAVE TO to stop spending so much money. However, before Christmas I went just a little crazy at the last round of LootBox Gacha and HAD to have the set from ANTINATURAL... A collaboration made in collaboration heaven that got me checked into the Psycho Ward from Hell... 

I fell in love with the set from ANTINATURAL and HAD TO HAVE IT... It's the brain child collaboration of CURELESS - which everyone should know by now I am a little addicted to - and a store I've not heard of before called anxiety, which I will be checking out as soon as I'm done writing my post today. I NEEDED the Rare Lootbox dress, which I luckily won without trying too many times, and also got many of the accessories including this awesome backdrop and wheelchair! 
Yet it was the Glass Jar that seemed to bring it all together, a "L'annulaire" My Monster display jar, which I picked up at a past Cosmopolitan from ROIRO, which seemed to fit so perfectly into the scene that my mind went into over drive... 
Not only was I a Psycho patient, I was also a demonic monster... Wet hair - from ARGRACE - and some awesome demon horns with hanging hair tendrils - from DOUX - and a cylinder to pump Cyanide through my veins, and hopefully I would remain a calmer patient... 
Not sure how that will work, if you look at the awesome Wolf Frame with Moon Phase Art in my room - thanks to Candle & Cauldron - and that uncomfortable looking Peasant Bed - from Violetility - will affect my mood, but for now at least I'm restrained somewhat?!!

Demon's in Hell Fire

So far this month, I've been a crazy mixture of characters, and I'm loving every second of it... I will admit that the demonic side of me seems to be getting a lot of attention, not that I'm complaining... My creativity is being allowed to soar as I make horror after horror come to life...My pictures seem to be getting better too, and without getting too excited and jinxing myself I'm able to use shadows at the moment too! YAY!! 
Today though, I felt the need for a little Hell Fire to light up my Halloween Spirit... 

At the Demon Altar in the BLOODLUST DEMON DUNGEON, a Sororis Obscura spell was cast and the fires of hell came to life, a Profane Invocation - thanks to CURELESS - dragged this seemingly adorable demoness from her Hellish playground. 
Dark Call Me a Madame, the name of her dress that was found in the Tentacio LootBox Gacha, matches perfectly with her Nightmare Death Watch Make-up and flaming red hair under the Morgana veil - from #Foxy. 
Only problem is now that this demoness has been woken up in hellfire, what the heck is she going to do? How much havoc is she going to wreck?!

School for Ghouls

Happy Friday the 13th to you all, for me it's actually already Saturday as I am awake and working the late late shift, but in the US it's still that most special of superstitious days. That special day when the Gregorian Calendar causes the 13th day to fall on a Friday, it's one of those days when some people are even too afraid of what may occur to get out of bed. 
For me it's just another day, although the living dead doll in me rejoices a little as the feeling of tension and fear fills the air!! My little dead dolly is off to School for Ghouls today...

I will admit that as soon as I think of School and Ghoul in the same sentence I'm thinking of a cartoon called Monster High - if you have no idea about what it is, google it LOL, and I will lose cool points with some people I'm sure... Let's face it though, if I'd had the option between Barbie and Monster High dolls when I was a little girl, it would have been Barbie WHO?
Taken at Arranmore in their awesome little classroom, I see that I'm not the first to class today, although I wonder how she manages to get away without wearing the school uniform?! 
Her uniform - as I had to wear a uniform in RL when I went to school, so she can wear one at Ghoul School - is actually really adorable, though you can see her ribs in it a little hehe... It's a Gacha Release from PSYCHO.Byts that is available until October 31st for The Secret Hideout. I warn you the dress I'm wearing is a rare one, but the common dresses that come without the skeletal middle are just as cute!!
Her face freshly scarred - thanks to an awesome new wound created by Pimp My Shit's Zombie Tattoo at this month's BodyFy - and a basket of bone chilling goodies for her spooky teacher, she's ready for night school for ghouls!
