Dance among the Bubbles

When I have days off it's the time that I find myself able to get creatively happy, and sometimes a new product is released that makes me scream and I cannot get my hands on it fast enough... 
Then it was on a journey under the waves, where the mermaid in me met her fairy match and the mixing became one of the prettiest beings I think we'll ever get to meet... Deep below the surface, the Merfae sparkles and dances in the bubbles...  

Under the sea, where the Merfae dances amongst the bubbles, she's greeted and welcomed into the cove by the adorable floraray Manta Rays - from Yokai - who taught her the dance of the magical sea folk...

Walking amongst the Birds

I've had a very lovely, very peaceful day off, doing a few chores around the house and spending time sorting plans of what I wantd to blog. I've been going through stuff that I need to start paying attention to as I'm going to be starting a rigorous training programme to become an assistant manager at work. I've been taking care of and cleaning my new cabinet that I rescued from the garbage heap, and it's made me insanely happy. 
I even got to take a lovely walk in the park with my grumpy old diva doggy... Rudh on the other hand had a walk somewhere a little more fantastical, a little more tropical and because she's a little magical, there was a lot of magic to be had... 

While the fairy version of Rudh was taking a walk, her adventure lead her to the heart of the the Jungle - which in this case is actually a backdrop from Synnergy.Tavis - and to the discovery of the Roselle plant. This plant is a magical shrub that blooms with the most beautiful hibiscus flowers, and the vines make the most amazing floral Roselle Sandals - from Pure Poison - and these shoes bring in the most beautiful friends to join me on my walk. Now I know why Disney's Pocahontas had her little hummingbird friend Flit with her, these little hummingbirds - from MishMish - are some of the most adorable friends to have in the entire Second Life world...

The Draconic Empire

It won't be long now until the Engine Room closes it's doors for the end of the month long opening... The Engines are beginning to slow, and there are monsters, darklings and the steampunk beings shuffling back into the room before the doors close... 
Outside the room, the balcony oozes Southern Charm - available now at Synnergy.Tavis - and it is here on the balcony that we find our Draconian Empress calling in her pets... 

The Draconian Empress - dressed in the most gorgeous of dress of blue silk from Decoy that is available at the Engine Room until it closes on April 20th - stands on the balcony gently whistling into the wind.. Her baby dragon sits on her shoulder but it is the bigger dragons that need to come in from further away, the dragons fly in to disappear with their mistress... Breathing their 'Fantastical Nebulous Aether' - from Cole's Corner - in her face as a greeting of love...

Fairies Bringing the Snowflakes

Everywhere in the neck of the woods in the RL world, things seem to be dusted with the cold, white stuff... This morning, there was lots of thick frost on our car, and I've seen pictures of people playing in snow, and people skating on the ice in the Netherlands. It's COLD, my fingers and toes are feeling the chill and have become little ice blocks, and all I feel like doing is curling up under a blanket to hide... 
The snow fairies have been dancing through my part of the world, leaving trails of frost and twirling flakes of snow on the air.... 

A Magical Frozen Winter Scene - a backdrop from irrISIStible - where the trees are lit with sparkles as the snowflakes dance in the moonlight, and the Snow Fae explore the fresh drifts...

Neon Catwoman

I've been being very good lately, I have behaved and been fairly prim and proper since the Halloween festivities have died down. Although sometimes we need to get our crazy out, no matter which way they come out it's a brilliant way to release your pent up energy... 
Today is just one of those crazy days, I had to get myself a little dolled up, a little different and a chance to have a release of energy, today I'm not just going to be Rudh, I'm going to the Catwoman of the future... 

The future will be totally different, neon lights will be the only colours to be seen as the earth is shrouded in darkness and everyone will live in Cyber City - a backdrop from Paparazzi - and the people are able to slink in the dark. Catwoman Rudh of the future is a slinky Black Cat - from Forest Fantasy Store - and she likes to be surrounded by the big, fluffy, Leopard kittens - thanks to the gorgeous pets from Jian. Also, because she is catwoman, she needed the hottest of futuristic outfits with something latex and neon, something that hugs my figure in all th right places - thanks to Normandy and Lunchmeat.

Halloween is here, Let's all Cheer!!!

This is Halloween, This is Halloween... Halloween, Halloween, Halloween, Halloween... Tender lovelings everywhere, life's no fun without a good scare... Let's all make way for the pumpkin king... It's finally Halloween, the most wonderful day of the year when the spookies are out in force and it's time to let the dark magic flow through our veins and out into the night... 

It's the 31st of October, and that means more than just the Halloween spookies... Tonight just happens to be the end of the 31 days of Halloween costume challenge I set for myself, and I'm ashamed to admit that I failed, I've only managed to get through 27 looks - today included - and therefore missed 4 days... DAMMIT!! Oh well, there will be another chance next year! 
Tomorrow is also an important day, as Tuesday November 1st, is the day that this years Dark Adventure will be coming to a close. The monsters will be allowed to rest and drift back into their peaceful slumbers... It's been a crazy, busy event, and our trip from school around the world has been a lot of fun as well as educational... Yet the basketball cheerleaders were there to open the event, and now the football cheerleaders are leading the cheer as we celebreate the big day and the end of the trip...

Scooby Dooby Ruuuuuuudh!!!

It's time for another 31 days of Halloween look - that I'm actually down to 30 days due to one day of sickness that I hate to admit made me miss a day - but I am reverting my mind back to days of my childhood. I LOVE the fact that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles costume made me so excitably happy, that I had to create another one of my childhood favourites. Halloween is great for the scary, but awesomer for costumes in general... 
Today, I'm going to cry out a long loud "Scooby Dooby Dooooooooooo" as I grab myself one of those delicious Scooby Snacks... 

Since Halloween is a busy time of year for the Scooby gang, we've decided to split up, I don't know where Shaggy has gotten to, but Rudhscooby -thanks to an amazing costume from Rosary - has decided to try a new set of wheels... The Mystery Machine has been downsized, for a party of one, and it's fun to ride with the wind in her hair!!
I like scooby have a massive thing for cookies, though Puppy Snacks - like the ones from Just Tony - may be a little meaty for me... 
Now there's just one thing to make sure we avoid those "meddeling kids"...

Fairies that Flicker in the Starlight

No matter how much I try to convince myself that if I was a fantasy creature it would be a mermaid, I seem to find myself revealing my inner fae time and time again... I can't help it, the Fairy in me loves to sparkle and shine, and just like my demonic self she's a bit of a show off... 
One day she's an elegant, serene dancing in a garden, the next she's a dark little magical imp, sparkling in the moonlight... Today, she's dancing through the darkness on a different planet amongst the stars...

No More Wizarding School

Wizarding Faire... It was one of those do I want to or do I not kinda moments... I've said it before and I'll say it again, I AM NOT A HARRY POTTER FAN! I did take a sneaky peek and found a few things that are wizardy but not Harry Potter, and then I thought of my RL little sister and well, she's potter mad, so this one is for her... 

This was taken after my years at Hogwarts were over... I tried to shy away from the Hogwarts house colours and ended up with purple... I went a little crazy in decorating my attic room - a skybox from PITAYA - with some very gorgeous and Oracle designed furnishings - available from Oubliette at the new round of Gacha Garden until August 31st - and then I stuffed the room full of some perfect Wizarding goodies, including potions from Disorderly, some precarious plants from random.Matter and some other Wizard Life goodies to remind me of my days at Hogwarts - from Wednesday, and Raindale.

Date Night with Teddy!

I feel like I've been being good for far too long... I'll be honest, I wanted to test to see what different types of photos could do in terms of bringing in interest from followers on Flickr, but it feels a little like I'm not being overly true to myself and my form of therapy so it's back to doing whatever I want to do to make myself smile... TODAY, it's something a little naughty, though the smile will come from the fact that I know pictures like this make my Daddy reach for his gun - not to shoot anyone that looks at me, but more likely to shoot me for giving him a panic attack LOL! 

I had some playtime locked in a room on my own! Who needs someone to play with when a girl has her two favourite toys with her! Trusty teddy and his big sausage friend! So I am fully willing to admit that there are a lot of things in life that scare me because I fully admit that I'm a bit of a chicken, but even though I fully refer to myself as a living dead doll I'm totally afraid of watching Horror of any kind... Sounds crazy when you think of the fact that I do so much relates to the dark and macabre, but if there's one horror character that gets me every time it's IT... Clowns kill, I hate clowns... 

Though I am gonna be brave, just this once because the ECLIPSE is here and there has been an appearance of the evil little clown all because a Tattoo was calling him... 
Oxydate put out the Join In Tattoo, with it's clownish scarification and well that was like a moth to a flame for IT... He appeared in the dark sewer and tried to lure little Rudh in by sending out paper boats...

She waits for her King...

HellBone is due home today... So I find myself standing around waiting on his return, not so much like the happy wife to have her hubby back home but more pensively enjoying the calm before the storm lol... I also heard somewhere that the end of Game of Thrones is soon, and even though I've never seen an episode, somehow today's picture had - I've been told - an air of GoT about it! 
Still if that's the case, Queen Rudh is ready in waiting for her "King's" return... 

On the night of the Eclipse, HellBone is returning to the arms of his Queen - not sure if it will be a warm welcome, it depends on how much laundry he has for her to do lol - but she watches out of the window and waits, knowing the sound of a roaring motorbike engine will announce his return long before she can see him...
This post was actually majorly inspired because of the cape... It was ALL about the cape, which is an ECLIPSE release from egosumaii - or {aii}. The Mortal Harvest Mantle is decorated with skulls, and comes with neat or ripped versions - the ripped being shown here - it's totally gorgeous. One of my favourite ever ECLIPSE releases, and I was so happy that I could show it off to you.

On her way out to PARTY!

It's officially the weekend, and while HellBone and her SL parents are away doing fun things in RL so I should be letting my hair down and partying, but I'm being a good girl and am just sitting at home working... 
Rudh on the other hand is using it as an excuse to let her inner party girl free. She jumped in a cab and is riding all the way to the party, not just any cab I should add, this one is the car of a luxurious party girl lifestyle, complete with bottles of champagne! 

After spending the day out shopping, she used the ample backseat to change into her new clothes, a pair of Melora Leggings, complete with fishnets and bright pink short detail - from 1313 Mockingbird Lane - before popping the cork on a bottle of champagne and drinking it from a straw... She's so classy LOL...

A day at the Record Store

I hate Drama... It's one of the worst parts of Second Life and I swear, sometimes it's so off putting that I find myself not wanting to log in. I got back from vacation on Monday and since then it's been pouring out of the pipes due to some ignorant morons thinking that any image on the internet is available for use by anyone because it's online! 
So I'm trying to cheer myself up, by listening to music... Anything that is fun and positive, and right now it seems to be that it's mostly Take That... 

I LOVE Music, it can make you feel a huge range of emotions... It can take you up or down, and it can take you from feeling down to being high and happy. 
I LOVE this outfit too... It's a new Gacha release from Petite Mort called Record Store Day, and it's available now at the Gacha Garden. The collection is SO CUTE!!! The jackets come in two different denim colours, and the skirts are in multiple colours with lots of different accessories that make for the perfect Record Store Day... 
Now whilst I was in the Record Store, I found a copy of the new single by Take That, it's fun, positive and bouncy... Perfect for my mood...

This weekend she decided it was time to start thinking about beach parties, she went exploring and found a place where the staff are all VERY deliciously helpful... The staff at Amagansett were delicious, and made excellent cocktails hehe... 

There was a very nice man at the beach bar serving cocktails of all different colours and flavours, and the bar was cute and perfectly beachy. It got Rudh in the mood for some Saturday night cocktails and dancing. 
Luckily this little crazy chick was dressed in beachwear to impress... A new Candi Dress - from epoch at anyBody - in a brilliant shade of blue which she accessorised with some new Twisted Shadows make-up - created by Zombie Suicide for Skin Fair - and an adorably kitsch Pineapple Clutch - which is is a new group gift for Fetch VIP group members! - that is perfect for a night at a beach party! 
One more thing I want to do though, while on the subject of Zombie Suicide and Skin Fair, I'm wearing two of their releases for the event... The Twisted Shadows and the Veeka Freckles... The Funeral of the February Eclipse

As the month of February is slowly beginning to draw to a close, I am already looking back thinking where has the time gone. Not long ago now it was Christmas lol, and it's apparently already not that much longer till the next one, but as the month comes to a close, so does another awesome round of ECLIPSE. I figured it was time to give it a proper goodbye this month, let's send it off with a funeral of sorts... 

Of course, me being me, we will make it a bit of a show... Something to wow the crowds that will no doubt want to wish the round that has been a epic farewell, as the trumpeters line up to play a tune to welcome the March round in just a few weeks! 
So to send the event to it's funeral in style, I've drafted in the use of the DRD Funeral Carriage - available for just a few more days at Eclipse - it even comes complete with it's own coffin that can be used with or without the carriage.  I also decided to dress with a little flair, the kind that only Hotdog could provide. It's a Ringmistress outfit but Hey my funeral party for Eclipse shouldn't be too sad, we have another round coming in less than a month YAY! So let's celebrate that too! The outfit is available in darks and lights, with or without stripes and in separates for legs and tops so that you can really mix and match - I LOVE when you can mix and match sets!!! 
So goodbye to February Eclipse - don't worry there are still 2 days of shopping time left - and roll on March Eclipse! I'll be waiting!

Snakes in the ECLIPSE

The ECLIPSE has begun, there's magic in the air, and it's dark and evil... We're still exploring the bad girls club, but as of right now. The Bad Girls Club has to be in a location within the World of Magic. Right now the club has lead us into it's first of many locations, hiding in the halls of Slytherine... 

This bad girl is a returning Slytherine... She's been scarred by the snakes that the house takes as it's mascot. Her scars are shown proudly - she fought for those scars and she wants to show them off! 
The scars are actually marks of Merek - a wound tattoo designed by The White Crow for Eclipse - which is beautifully shown off under her very elegant Viper Dress from MONUMENT - which is also available at Eclipse. 
The location is a secret room within the Serpent's Lair, released by Candle & Cauldron at the World of Magic...

A Look at the Future?!

What will the future be like? What will the future hold for us all? 
Will we be exploring space, living on mars and in my nightmares will the aliens be real and will we be hiding from them? Or will life be the same as always, living on earth and with a daily rat race as normal? 
It's one of those questions that plagues the minds of many, things won't change that much in my life time, but what will my future family be left to face... 

In the future I really hope that we're not traveling in space, you know that I'm terrified of Aliens but I know that being prepared is important and well since I was sent this adorable yet useful outfit by PSYCHO.Byts - which is available now for The Epiphany - I couldn't resist sharing it! This is what I'd like to wear as a "uniform" in space! 
I think I look pretty awesome just don't expect to find me anywhere near anything alien looking?!

Pentas for the Angels

I'm so all over the place with my blog sometimes, it could make your head spin. If you didn't know it was my crazy brain then you might be confused and think WTF is going on, but those of you that follow me will know I'm never able to keep up with one style for more than a few posts at a time, and today WELL the girlie me had to be allowed out to play... 
I went a little angellic today, I have no idea how it got to this point, my mind found one teeny item and ran away with it and well... Here we are!!! Bet you can't guess what made my mind think, angel?!

You'll probably laugh if I tell you, but the entire reason for this look was actually the teeny tiny Penta Septum Piercing by Zombie Suicide - which is available at the current round of Suicide Dollz!! I know it's barely visible in the picture, but I made you look, and I've been good - the ad is below - it's SO CUTE, and really well made and I love it!!! I may be trading in my skully nose piercing for it for a while!
