SecondLife is a world of fantasies... Some are admittedly more realistic than others, but even creating a 2.4 lifestyle with the partner of your dreams in the virtual world is considered as living a fantasy to many people outside of SL. Even my SL is a fantasy of being a curvacious barbie doll, that is secretary of a Biker MC.
Yet even in my SL there are fantasies and realities LOL... Seems strange to admit that but let me elaborate with the help of some new poses from Come Soon...
The Fantasy looks something a little like this...
The seductive side of me would love to live out some fantasies of luring unsuspecting men into her bedroom... It may have happened once upon a time, before I met HellBone, but now days I am a good girl - flirting aside - still, that fantasy lingers and I am allowed to dress up occasionally and at least hint at it hehe... The pose - Come Soon's "Waiting for" Pose, which is available at the new round of Suicide Dollz - and the gorgeous Renee Lingerie that is available from BE Designs.
Yet the Reality of things would be more like this...
Wearing something a little more comfortable and heading to bed alone with her teddy bear... Her comfortable, yet still cute underwear is a set from The Untitled called Sexyness... It's the kind of underwear that would still be OK to be caught wearing, but it's more comfortable than seduction undies!
The pose used for the reality shot is another Come Soon Pose, this time called "Tomorrow" and this one is actually a cute couple pose with a male pose sprawled out over the bed. I love the fact that the female aspect of this pose works with or without male participation - pretty much like the fantasy scenarios too LOL...
Perhaps it's time to start living the dream - or the fantasies?! Though not entirely sure if Hell would be too happy with that LOL...

As you may well know, the Gators MC Halloween Maze is open... We´re very excited to have been included in the Destination Guide with it too... Can you believe it? Our little MCs Event in the guide?!
While we are on the topic of the Maze I wanted to take a little bit of time out to share with you a couple of the awesome goodies that you can find inside... We have some amazing treats including bloody nails from KOSH, and a Soda Gas Tank from Consignment, but right now I am going to show you some of the wearable items that you can grab for yourself... OH and give you a hint about one of the locations in the maze too hehe...
This room was designed and created by Kris, Hell was not to blame for this one though many wouldn't believe me... Kris is one of the DoodieMen, along with Hell and Mongo, so now you know that you may believe me that this wasn't Hell's room LOL...
One of the hunt prizes is totally perfect for this nightmare scenario though. There is a pumpkin, which has been hidden by Naenia Demina of ImmateriA, that contains this amazing Gas Mask. Something which will no doubt be worn by a lot of the girls in the MC when the boys are around, even though the mask is unisex and could be worn by anyone, it seems to be us that have the most issues dealing with the smells hehe...
Another prize in the maze, is this cute jacket and shirt combo from The Untitled. This set comes in male and female sizes, and it's a nod to the Halloween season... Perhaps if you're feeling lazy you can tell people you're a black pumpkin with a candle inside or something?!

As soon as I saw this dress I thought of Grease, and as soon as I'd chosen the location in which to blog this dress I thought of Grease... I KNOW this is bad of me, as the rockabilly look is MUCH MUCH MUCH more interesting than the movies, but it's not much of a style that I have a lot to do with so it baffles me a little bit...
Yet when I was sent one of the newer releases from The Untitled I simply had to get my Grease on hehe...
At the Retroville diner, the waitresses roll around on Secret Store skates, and dress in the latest fashions...
The dress, as I have mentioned, is a newish release from The Untitled... The Date Night dresses are available in a range of different colours, but I just LOVED the blue and it's varying shades of blue dots! Plus it just looked SO perfect as the uniform for this waitress in the diner hehe...
If you love that Rockabilly look then you should definitely check The Untitled... It's filled with gorgeous like this... DON'T MISS OUT!!!

Let's move on from that shall we though and I will get all excited, as per usual, about something that happened and something that I had to play with!
OK the something that happened part goes a little like this... I was contacted by a designer I've worked with for Horror Haute in the past, she was like would you be interested in this, I get a picture, I'm like HELL YES, and the rest... Well you can see that below hehe...
The dress was one of a myriad of different patterns from The Untitled, for their new dress release called Life in Mono... OK so the pattern name of Ahoy was what lead me down a dark path into Sailordom, but all of the designs are just as equally gorgeous and would be perfect staple pieces in any closet. I keep rambling about staple pieces, but I am a strong believer in having a core collection of basics that you can dress up or down or match to an outfit! Then just for a little added fun I decided to wear a cute Ahoy Sailor Cap that you can get yourself from BOOM - it's an older sculptie creation but they are still available on the Marketplace if you cannot find them in the store! Just one more thing was needed, the perfect location... I found it, on a dock amongst the boats at Cutter's Cove!
There are other things too that will deserve an honourable mention in this post... The tattoos that I am wearing have become my current all the time design - only replaced by wounds when I am in a bleeding mood - these are Identity Tattoos called First Code and are currently available at Suicide Dollz. My necklace is also something that needs to be mentioned, it's YUMMY isn't it?! You can get one now at No.21 and it's decorated in re-purposed charms!

Hair Fair starts tomorrow and I am working hard, like a good little worker bee, to get a look at some of the new releases that could be adorning your heads over the next couple of weeks... Yet I mustn't forget the awesome events that are taking place elsewhere on the grid at the moment too...
One of those is Horror Haute, YES it's still on as it's running for a full THREE WEEKS this month!
I decided that it's been a good few days, I think it's now time to inject your life with a little Horror, and this time TENTACLES!!!
The tentacle look is inspired by one of our Simply the Best designers favourites... The Untitled is a store that was totally unknown to me until I discovered it whilst working on the Horror Haute! It's designs are fun and yet have a simplicity that means they are usually very versatile... This dress is a prime example of that.The Kraken Dress was a release a while back that includes this dress and also a set of awesome back tentacles, which can be worn separately or all at once - I love that - and it was always one of my favourite Horror Haute pieces...
The rest of the look I kept simple, accessorising with a Tentacle theme... I wore a necklace from Zombie Suicide, and curly Magika hair, then I went down to the swamp to show off my new tentacles to the beast that lives in the swamp!!

"What's the time Mr. Wolf?" was a phrase my mum still laughs about, because when I was little and found a Dandelion - no matter where I was - I had to stop and ask the question before blowing the seeds into the wind. It's something that even to this day I cannot help myself doing from time to time, even though I may be a little subtler about it, but it's just one of those childhood things I still love to do along with other things like pick up ladybirds and play with buttercups hehe...
So when I was given a free pose prop by a friend recently, that allowed you to blow the seeds from the dandelion, I was a happy kid again... BUT what to wear?!
The perfect dress fell into my lap, like a pretty Dandelion seed floating in the breeze - OK maybe it was more of an avalanche of dress colours but you get the idea - I had been planning on doing something pretty, maybe childish, but then this outfit just made me think back to all the times I imagined myself as a pretty princess!
The outfit itself is a new release from Stargazer Creations. It's called Aethelgyth, and this one is in a Steel colour, but a range of different colours - this one included - can be found at the latest round of We <3 RP. I accessorised the look simply, making her a darker princess than I might have been in my childhood, by adding a crown of thorns from an outfit by The Untitled, and a clockwork crown from Cute Poison...
Outfit aside though, the field of Dandelions is one of my favourite aspects of this photo. It is one of the photo spots at the newly rebuilt Image Essentials. Now I'm not sure if the landscaping has changed all that much but the store itself has had a MASSIVE make-over and it's looking brilliant...
I even spotted someone familiar on display?!

The Horror Haute Death Cart is about to roll out... Today is the last day that you can get your hands on the Plague infested wears and I will excitedly tell you that this month has been one of my favourites. It has been brilliant for a Living Dead Dolly like myself. However the Death Cart rolls out today, taking the plague victim collector along with it... Yes the plague was so bad, this body collector died too...
*dimma* has created some awesome grieving poses for this month's Horror Haute line-up - you can see one in the close up photo below - but the Death Cart Pose Prop is by far my favourite pose of the month. Either Pull, mourn or act like the dead, this cart has all the poses a Plague Body collector might need!
Now, as a Death Collector I needed to make sure that I was dressed the part... I had to look professional! I called in The Untitled, and they created this brilliant Death Collector Outfit, complete with jacket, trousers and bowler hat! As a final accessory, I added the cute Black Death Necklace from ImmateriA, which by the way has a cute matching ring available too!
Then bad things started to happen... My skin became pale as the Plague settled into my body - thanks to Reboot for that - my eyes, although always a pretty shade of green, became deranged and diseased looking - curtesy of Laudanum Lollipops - and then right before my eyes the Symptomatic nature of the Plague took control of my body... My fingers started to die right before my eyes, and the last thing I remember before I fell into my Death Cart was the call of a SongBird!

Horror Haute January is definitely well under way, and the theme this month has been all about the Japanese Horror Genre. Before I start on one of my usual rambles I will happily admit to you that I know NOTHING about this style of Horror. Dark and Macabre YES, but anything beyond The Ring and I am totally at a loss, so I feel fairly lucky when I say that a lot of these gorgeous items you can enjoy without knowing the stories behind them, and others have included their stories...
Two of the outfits that are available from the collection created very different looks as I was putting them together, and a thought struck me, they looked like sisters but more like a fire and ice version of each other... Hence Fire and Ice Sisters lol...
The skins of these two looks come from the same Horror Haute participant - [Stargazer Creations] - and although this is not the first time I have played about in these Yurei Skins, there are 8 different make-ups to choose from, a girl can be flippant and wear them all LOL...
That my friends, is where the similarities between the two sisters stops!
Ice Sister is wearing a gorgeous kimono from AfterMath Creations. Not only can you get yourself this really pretty, and scarily feminine by Horror Haute standards, outfit BUT you can also grab yourself flower ornamentation for the hair in two different styles - the bigger and more ostentatious of the two I am wearing here - a skin set, that I chose not to use so I would match the other sister but that you can see in the gorgeous photos of the outfit by Eldergoth Macabre's AnnabeleLee Dreadlow, AND if that wasn't enough you can also get yourself hair to match too - Yes the one Anna is wearing, and YES in three different colours!!! Me being me and having a bit of an addiction to mixing and matching I chose to wear different hair, this being one of the new releases from Truth this week. The Fire Sister doesn't feel the need to wrap up so warm as her Icy sibling, and so she wears something that's far from traditional, being very short in the front with only a long trailing skirt back. This awesome outfit, which includes her crown of thorns by the way, comes from the store The Untitled. To finish her style off and make her seem just that tad different to her sibling, she wears the Yurei skin in version M02, one of the ones with a very strong make-up!
There is just one more thing that I want to mention here - and it is totally non-Horror Haute related - these hairstyles are like two different versions of each other, from two different stores almost. As I mentioned before the blue coloured one is from Truth, and available at Uber, but the red coloured one is from Ploom, and available at My Attic. The thing that I love about them both is that they are almost like the same style, one loose down your back, the other twisted over your shoulder but BOTH featuring that messy style braid too!
Possibly my least horrific Horror Haute photo EVER, but I will say these sisters aren't as sweet as they look... Fierce yes, Hidden Evil yes, and pure chaos hehe...

Horror Haute is upon us once again - admittedly I am a couple of days late to start posting this, but I have been unable to think about anything recently as my mind has been so busy! Horror Haute took on a brand new meaning for me this month... I have become their brand new Blogger Manager - *squeaks in delight* - and so I am slowly working through the process to kick the blogging for this event into a new gear! If anyone fancies becoming a blogger of the Macabre every month, please let me know, but for now I am watching, waiting and working on some stuff in regards to the process LOL...
Still this month is all about VAMPIRES!!! Be they the monsters from classic horror, or even - and I say this with a look of disgust somewhat - the sparkly variety from the new heights of Twilight... Horror Haute has them this month!
As you can see the old school vampire in me is totally against the - and please don't hate me for the wording here - Twishite variety! VAMPIRES SHOULDN'T SPARKLE IN THE SUNLIGHT! Is it just me that thinks that?!
There was so much awesome for Horror Haute this line-up that it will be present a lot here for the coming week... But I wanted to start off by showing off some of the bigger things you can get your undead hands on!
The Coffin - which my Twilight Vampire is about to be murdered in - comes from la maison des corbeaux and includes a collection of different poses for your sleeping pleasure hehe... Although now that it is in the parlour, alongside the Queen Vampire's De Baza throne, the queen herself looks far from impressed! Silly Twilight Vampire, taking the warmth of the undead queen's fire for herself... Howling Asylum's Dark Master's Fireplace is the perfect addition to any Vampire home!!!
Let's take a closer look at the difference between a modern "Twishite" Vampire and an old-school Vampire Queen shall we?
The Twilight style Vampire wears something very modern and this "The Vamp" outfit from The Untitled provides the hot new look for the undead! It comes complete with a Jacket and Skirt, as well as socks, which are not shown here - just so long as you don't mind the mess of lunch in the skirt?! To finish the look this little Twilight Vampire has slicked on some Czarny Kanarek Black Lipstick, and a necklace of true Twi-Hard style Brack-A-Brack body glitter, for when she needs a sunlit moment!
The Vampire Queen is a little more classical looking... Her NS-Riel Baelle Skin will shimmer in the moonlight, and her large Skindustrial Bodyworks eyes are perfectly offset by her elegant make-up. She wears an elegant gown, hand crafted by Insanity Incorporated and finishes her style with a simple nod to the modern style in the form of this Brick-A-Brack Twice Bitten Necklace!
As you can see, two very different styles for the vampires who stalk the night... Personally I will be sticking with the old-school variety... The Twilight vampires have deformed into sparkles in the sun and that could be a more than dangerous thing to witness!
