Burritos & Rudhitos

I'm hungry, it's dinnertime and as it's cold, I want something delicious and HOT. Not just heat wise, it's gotta be spicy hot too, so that it warms me from the inside out... Maybe a curry, or a casserole that's been cooked for hours.. Oh I know... CHILI!! Not just regular chili though, feeling lazy kinda chili, maybe a burrito?!

Make the chili, and serve with some delicious salad in a fresh, soft, tortilla for easy eating... I'm so lazy but it's easier to eat this way LOL... 
I made myself some DELICIOUS Chili - thanks to not one but two gorgeous sets from Dust Bunny, the Chili Days and Bunny Bell sets - but couldn't resist playing with a mini-me ray and shrinking myself down to see how it would feel to make a Rudhito hehe... I wrapped myself up in a burrito, like a giant Burrito Blanket - made by Ananas at the soon to close CozyFest, where everything is priced at 50L until February 4th - dyed my hair green so that when I laid down it looked a little like a lettuce leaf, and rolled around a little while until I was warm and cozy, and even more starving than before!!!

What is it?!

It's been a long while since the mermaid in me was allowed out to her time in the limelight. She's been hiding away in the dark, murky waters until the light is able to flicker on the pool. 
While she was swimming around nearer the bottom of the lake at Lost Unicorn, the little mermaid was scavenging for human things - taking after her idol Ariel - when something really strange caught her eye. A glowing orb with a rainbow sheen, she had to investigate it with her little seahorse friends!

Her little steampunk horses - from Astara at Engine Room - warned her not to touch it, they were worried by the glow coming off the orb - which is actually a CELESTE Garden Orb that has been shrunk down to fit my hand size but at full size it's GORGEOUS for in the Garden! - but what is it?!
The opalescent rainbow colours had her mesmerized... Maybe it's a trick of the sea witch?!

Taking the 8-Ball

I'm having one of those days where I feel a little feisty... Some might say it's cantankerous but others would saw it's just the Brat that I am taking control of my brain and being a devious little cheek... I think it's mostly because I'm bored today for some reason, and it's making me restless but I have a notion to start a little trouble! 

Rudh is very good at this kinda trouble, far too good at fluttering her eyelashes as she's being a little deviant... The poor guys that were playing pool - in the bar at Elysion - had no idea what they were up against as Rudh sidled up to the table, seeming far too good to be true. The little demoness was in her human form, and she was looking for someone to take home for her special brand of fun - brand being the important word in the statement... She hid her true-self, only revealing her dangerous intent the the Penta Hearts she wore on her ears - thanks to the awesome new group gift from Zombie Suicide - and her lethal clutch - from Tentacio. Signs so subtle anyone could miss them! 
She picked up the 8 ball and smiled "The winner's coming home with me tonight" to eager grins from those buff, young studs... Little did they know she was on the hunt and the winner's reward was anything but fun!

An Extra Smoke Break

It's finally Saturday... I've been stuck in lock down for a week now, and although I'm trying to keep myself busy I still find myself feeling just a little crazy being at home. I want to go out to work, and I'm at that point where I miss being at work - never thought I'd be saying that! 
Even Rudh is determined to get out, she's sneaking down to the parking garage, as we speak, for a sneaky cigarette...

Happy Birthday To ME!

Today is my 34th Birthday, and I know it sounds silly but it's one of the weirdest Birthday's I've ever had. Normally I'd have friends and family around - my parents had planned a visit to see me in the Holland - but that cannot happen due to the Corona Virus, so everything feels so quiet, calm and, if I'm honest, a little surreal! It's been lovely in a weird way, HellBone made me a cake and spoilt me with gifts but I've just been reading and relaxing which would normally be a novelty, although it's becoming a bit of a normal right now LOL... Looks like I will be celebrating more in SL, maybe?! 

Even in SL though, it seems a little quiet, all my Gators are away and instead of seeing them more, I'm seeing them less LOL... 
So it's a Birthday Party for one! More cake for me! Wonder if I could freeze it so it's available after the virus has passed and everyone can be together in the same place... 
Happy Birthday to me, anyway! Wonder if I'll be here when I'm 35?!

My New Look is a Pot of Gold!

First of all, I want to say, Happy St. Patricks Day! Whether you're Irish or not, it seems to be the done thing now that everyone gets a little green on March 17th, and dances an Irish jig or two after consuming one too many pints of Guinness... So while the world is going corona crazy, maybe it's time step back and get your Guinness on?! I most definitely did, while I was exploring the gorgeous little corner of Ireland in SL that is Finian's Dream! 
In other news though, and the main point of today's post is it's time to share with you an update to my pretty barbie, one that I'm kinda excited to see finally happen but yes, I know, I'm late to the party! Rudh has had a little change, nothing majorly noticeable, but she's definitely looking more grown up... 

I'd been talking about it with my bestie booboo, Manky, for some time now but never actually found the push I needed to get myself out there to find what I wanted. Manky not only pushed me in at the deep end, by giving me the means to fund my upgrade as a birthday gift, but he also - like the shape-shifting guru he is - seemed to know EXACTLY which head would be best for me... Ladies and Gentlemen, Rudh is now Catwa Bento and BoM-ified! The Catwa "Jasmine" head, and a gorgeous skin from amara beauty - which I stumbled upon at the Skin Fair - and now I cannot stop looking at myself! Why didn't I do this sooner? Why does my fear of change hold me back SO MUCH when everyone seems to be able to chop and change their heads so easily LOL... Thank you so much for the amazing Birthday gift Manky BooBoo! 
Before I sign off today though, I figured it would be kinda fun to share with you my before and after looks... At first they didn't seem that different, but looking at them now I'm like "WOW!" I'd love to know what people think, honest opinions please?!
