Something a little prettier today, less gore which is strange for me at this time of year but a post with a heart and a very important message to share. I've mentioned it a few times but if you haven't seen or heard the information there is a special shopping event to raise money and awareness for a wonderful cause "Operation Delta Dog"... If you haven't been over to take a look at the event, you should, there are some cute things and 100% of all of the proceeds go to raising money for this awesome cause...
My picture today was taken whilst I took my Countryside Collie for a walk in the Skull Creek Countryside - this location is home to the Ghost Bullys MC, organisers of the event, and it's open to the public to check out but please bear in mind it's MC land!
The outfit I'm wearing for my Rally to Rescue look of the day - I guess you could call it that - is one made by my own MC Sister, Solde Rothmanay - for her store Soul Designs. The top comes in a range of different paw print colours and the entire outfit can be bought at the Rally to Rescue, meaning there is a 100% donation to the charity from anyone that purchases it!! It's cute and helping a great charity, how awesome is that?! Also, when worn with some cute boots and a cowboy hat, it seems PERFECT for getting into country girl mode hehe...

My job in SL has been HARD WORK today... I feel like I've not stopped since I logged into my work avatar and my brain is running on hyper drive.
I want to escape to somewhere, maybe I should keep pushing for my new job as a Disney Princess... It's something that I can achieve in SL, something that all I need is a pretty dress and location and voilà...
At Luane's World there is a perfect place for a wannabe princess like me... a gorgeous little castle filled with magic...
As soon as I stepped into the place, my messy outfit became something fit for a dark and macabre princess... A gorgeous dress from Oubliette - called Lenore - in a vibrant crimson colour to match this Princesses love of blood - the dress is available now until September 14th at Suicide Dollz. I pulled on a pair of long Essential Bento Opera Gloves - also from Oubliette - and then found the most adorable pair of Alice Boots from lassitude & ennui that can be snatched up from the current round of We <3 RP.
That's my new job sorted... Now to get a job...

Oh my gosh it's finally here, the eve of the day before I disappear for a few days!! I mentioned it before but tomorrow is the special family trip that has been planned for a while and it's finally here. TOMORROW I'M GOING TO EURODISNEY!!
My parents are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary on Sunday May 7th, and decided that they would like to do a special family trip to the house of the mouse. Dad keeps telling everyone he's taking a trip with his little girls, my sister and I are now in our late 20s and early 30s, but we're not about to burst his bubble - both of us are die hard Disney fans - even if it does mean we have to endure the Small World ride more than once LOL...
Rudh will not be coming with me though, I'm going to be MIA for a few days, and she was a little sad about it, but I made it up to her by finding an awesome Disney Tribute location in SL called ForeverLand. If you want a park of Magic, and have a craving for Disney, then THIS is the place to go to see the characters!
I even let her get dressed up - though I have a feeling her outfit might get her kicked out of the real Disneyland... She found her top, which is part of a set of characters from a store called TOXICDOLLS - and as Pluto is Hell's favourite that's the one she went for. She punked things up with some awesome spiked jewellery - available from Suicidal Unborn at The Dark Style Fair, and even pulled on a pair of punkish Minnie Mouse Ears - from Dirtyland - anything in an attempt to get me to allow her to come too...
No such luck Rudh, I'm going without you this weekend, but never fear everyone, not long and I will be back home!

The dark and macabre side of myself is REALLY enjoying things that are going on in Second Life at the moment. There are so many shopping events that are catering for that side of me right now that I cannot help but feel that Halloween has come a little early - and I'm really not complaining about it! My Dead Doll side is positively giddy with joy at the moment.
This time it's something a little more demonic than dead which has taken control... Anyone fancy a trip somewhere dark and rather hot? Today, this blogger is driving the bus straight to Hell!
Jokes about Hell are a constant around the group of friends I have in SL - HellBone being my hubby and everyone referring to him as Hell, I mean - but joking aside there are many warnings with today's look about my dangerous side.
A brand on my stomach that demands "Take me to Hell" - from AsteroidBox at The Gacha Garden - is my request but it's clear from my necklaces that Hell is where I was made - thanks to Lovely Disarray at Dark Side Fair 4, but all things considered, everything will be OK so long as I don't eat!

I often spend a lot of my time flicking through the amazing creations of the people that I follow on Flickr. So many wonderful, creative minds are active there, that it is a bit like a private gallery showing sometimes. I find myself wishing that I had skills like that, or laughing and thinking "dammit why didn't I think of that?" and sometimes I even feel all the emotion that is poured into the pictures from the creator. Yet I look at my photos, and although I love them, I always find myself thinking "why is one more popular than the other?" When I go a little kookie with things it seems like it's less well liked than when I am a bit more normal... Not that it bothers me, I mean I do this for my own personal fun but I wonder what people think when they look at other people's creations, it just intrigues me!!
Yesterday's post was a little weird, I will fully admit that, and so today I'm going back to something a little more normal for me, today I am going for that feisty dead doll look, and perhaps - although it's not normal for me to post one of these - I will say it's my Look-Of-The-Day, YAY!

She's a dead doll, it wouldn't be normal if it wasn't ectoplasm right?! The drippy face look is actually a new make-up release from Nightmare, that includes 4 colours - green is shown obviously - and a white for tinting, at the new round of Suicide Dollz.
