Avoiding Adulthood

After a long hard day at work, where all I have to do is be at the beck and call of obnoxious tourists with their crazy questions, all I want to do is lounge in my pyjamas but I would love at this very moment to be dragged away from RL... I want to be "Avoiding Adulthood", I think that I should be whisked away to do that at the House of the Mouse... 

The closest I'm going to get for a while is a trip to ForeverLand Park - the Disney Tribute Park in Second Life - I'm going to show the slogan of the day "Avoiding Adulthood"- on a sweater from miss chelsea - to the whole Disney Family... No Disney character will be left without having seen it! 
While I'm here I think I'm going to treat myself to a very special treat... A Mouse Snow Cone - available at Junk Food - to make myself feel a little better after my long hard day...

Perfect Clicks in ForeverLand

Lazy Sundays are the best kind of days for lounging around in your jammies, especially as it's getting cold at this time of year, but that just gives me more chance to get out and explore...
I have to admit while I was getting dressed in SL today, it didn't instantly spring to mind that I'd find myself at the ForeverLand Disney Tribute Park of Magic - I might have worn a different skirt if I knew that in advance - but after putting on the mouse ears I was doomed, it was like they were guiding me home... 

I LOVE FOREVERLAND!!! If you're ever in a bad mood, and you are a fan of Disney, this place is sure to make you smile - a little like walking through the gates of the real Disney parks! The Disney Princess in me feels at home! 
Luckily I remembered to grab my camera before I left home today... I need the "Perfect Click" - thanks to a pose set released by Secret Poses for Happy Weekend, the whole collection is only 60L!! 
I spend so much time at Disneyland taking photos... Memories for later! Who am I kidding I take pictures everywhere I go but I don't know there's just something magical about Disney photos for me!!!

Mousey Me

I'm back feeling a little more positive about things this afternoon... RL MAY have taken a turn for the better, so while still keeping everything tightly crossed I'm feeling a little more positive in life right now... It may be reflected in the looks that I pull out of Rudh's overly stuffed wardrobe!
It's not my fault that there are so many awesome designers out there making so many pretty things... I guess today though my post is a bit more fashion based than story based... I'm not so good at the fashion style photos... This is my Look of the Day, for now at least... 

This look was actually inspired by a skirt I picked up at the current round of Suicide Dollz from the store Psycho Barbie... I needed to get one, and when you buy this skirt you get not just one but 5 different black and white designs! 
For some reason it became something like a Minnie Mouse outfit, but funnily enough, I'm OK with that!

I'm Like 300% Tired!

Oh my gosh, the weekend just flew by and I'm now back home... I'm absolutely exhausted, but truly happy as I had a very magical - although there were a few hiccups - weekend. We celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary at EuroDisney as a family, and although the weather was a bit on the crap side - not mentioning the other hiccups - we all had a wonderful time. I've always loved how Disney makes things feel magical. I wore a huge grin, and even got a little emotional at certain points but after 2 days in the Magical Park and a 7 hour drive home, I find myself feeling totally and utterly shattered!! 

I wish I could just spend the day sleeping, but that would be a waste of a day wouldn't it?! I have to get my lazy butt into gear and keep moving or I will not be able to walk again after the walking that we did in the last two days LOL... Though sleep really does sound much nicer right now! 
I'm so RL tired that it's even affecting poor Rudh! She wasn't allowed to go to Disneyland and now she has to suffer the tiredness too LOL... Still for her lazing around in her PJs all day today will be a little more acceptable! 
You have to love her PJs, they are a combination of some Cozy Shorts from Reign and this awesome slogan printed Messy Sleeper Shirt from [Fetch]. I was kind enough to let her have some Minnie Mouse Ears after my trip though so it wasn't all mean of me. 
I'm so sleepy I'm going to wish upon a star and will hopefully feel more alive in the morning!

Bunny Hopping for Coffee!

I am loving being a home at the moment, it's only been 5 days since I left Holland and everyone in SL behind but aside from a feeling of relaxation I realised just how much I miss everyone in world right now... 
Normally on my days off - or working at home days - I would get up, log into the PC and then after a while into SL and share a morning coffee with my MC Sister and RL friend Lil... It's weird not being able to do that... 

I won't complain, as I am loving being at home, and I am lucky enough to have the people in my SL that mean the most on my phone with me LOL, but when you talk to someone for hours every day it always feels a little strange when they are gone! 
I do have a few photos of myself and Lil stashed away that will no doubt be blogged whilst I am in England... This one is the first of them! It's easy to just take photos of us, she's there with me when the rest of the MC are asleep and as a photographer herself we are both using the other as a photo prop LOL... 
This photo was mostly her fault though, as she had been shopping at the recent World Goth Fair, and had found these amazing {MV} Bonedancer Pants... I HAD TO HAVE THEM... 
The rest of the outfit was just stuff I had stashed away in my hoard, but when you put it all together, and then see me leapfrog over my sister, it's one of those moments that really feels fun captured on print this way hehe... I just miss our morning coffees!
