Hidden in the Dark

 When the lights go out and the world goes dark, as the sun dips behind the horizon and the skies grow darker the only lights sparkling across the sky are the stars that twinkle and dance in the darkness... It's at this time, when the darkness falls that the bad thins happen... 
Nothing so brutal as some of the macabre things that the little demons get up to, but Satan's on a reruitment drive, he's luring angels to the dark side of things and there are plenty of them that seem to want to fall... 

The angel converstion process it multi levelled, with various intricacies and tests for the angels to pass as they fall slowly through the clouds from heaven... One of the stages is a little more devious than others, it's hidden in the clouds, the darkest of the clouds shields this intimate level from view... 
A rainbow provides the perfect bondage frame - which is actually a Rainbow Arch from Violetility - to seduce these little angels and let them see how much fun the dark can be...

The Beauty of a Reaper

Death is such a strange thing, a sudden goodbye and the people that are left behind are often left in a stange sort of limbo... Yesterday I heard that my an aunt of mine had died, and it's left me in a very strange barrel of emotions. I know that I should feel sad but the lady wasn't really a very nice person to anyone that she didn't like. She turned her back on her own son and made him feel like he wasn't part of the family, she tried to cut my Dad out of his Brother's life and was pretty vindictive. Yet she was still my aunt, she loved my uncle Peter and my cousins still lost their mum... 
I'm kinda wishy-washy about how I feel about it... It's a very strange feeling... 

Death is something that people don't really talk about all too often. Some are blaze about it, others are scared of what happens after we die, and there are SO MANY different beliefs as to what things can and do happen when our souls leave our bodies... 
The mists and the sparkles swirl around death with the souls of those she's taken on their long trip into the afterlife. The Solis Halo and her Bloodsworn Daggers  - both of which are from Quills & Curiosities at The Warehouse - mark her out as a sign of her rank, one of the leading death dealers, while her boss as busy... A beautiful, ghostly reaper...

Astrologer amongst the Stars

Yesterday I found out that I'd been accepted as a blogger for the store GERMINAL, and it got me super excited. Upon acceptance we were asked to go through a bundle of their brilliant tattoo releases and choose something we fell in love with to share as our welcome to the team post... I don't mean to brag but there will be SO many pretty tattoo covered posts coming soon, as I had trouble choosing the one I wanted, that was until I found one specific pretty... 
I was catapaulted into the stars, to dance amongst them and show off a super pretty, somewhat kawaii perhaps, dark night sky tattoo... I became an Astrologer... 

How did I end up floating in space? How did I end up becoming one with the stars, an Astrologer joining with the Astrology? 
It all happened once I opened the box, I was digging through the pretties having such a hard time deciding what to play with, then it was like I was hit by lightning. Allowing my body to be tranformed with a tattoo of the Astronomy - a release from GERMINAL that is decorated with stars, planets and other astrological symbols... 
Now I'm part of the atmosphere, drops of Jupiter in my hair, do you think I'd be lonely while I drift amongst the stars?

The Last of the Queen's Roses

Today I feel like doing something magically random... Not sure why, but when the mood takes you, you kinda just have to roll with it! It can happen with all different sorts of things, sometimes you get inspiration from a setting, or an outfit or even an accessory or prop, but sometimes hings just kinda come together and world's collide and you get magic... 

Before it closed, I had to take one last trip into the Queen's Garden that was a part of the Fantasy Faire, and although it's now gone I was totally in love with this sim... It was so pretty! 
So while I was there, one last time I had to unleash a little more magic, a few wishes aimed at those who the RFL was trying to assist, and a little sparkle to make me smile... Thank you to the creator of the Queen's Garden - and all of the other Fantasy Faire Sim designers! 
This magical queen stands in her towers, living her real Fairytale - I've used so many of the poses from this FOXCITY Set, if you're a lover of fairytales like me, it's a good collection! - sniffing the rose left by her prince! Fairy Spells in the Sun

Normally the living dead doll in me wants her day in the moonlight but recently, with all the time I've been spending cooped up in the dark I've actually wanted to be outside and play in the flowers and sunshine of Spring... The fantasy fae in me has pushed through the crowd of pretties and she's going to spend some time in the sun to read some of her magical tomes... 

The little fairy has had a very busy morning, going shopping at Ostara's Altar to buy a pretty outfit - the dress I'm wearing is from [QE] and is called Lorelei Corset Dress, the pale pink colour is almost skin toned and it's decorated all over with pretty pink roses, but if pink isn't your thing then there's a green version too. She's also wearing some pretty jewelry from Velika Rituals - a set of adorable butterfly jewelry, and because they aren't so clear I've shared the ads of both the jewelry and dresses!  
She's curled up in an adorable bed, that could easily pass as a Garden Daybed - from the gacha collection Mushroom Room at Gachaland by Star Sugar - she's joined by some of her adorable little fae friends and her mushroom plushie, and with her magic wand - a Stay at Home Club Gift from MuggleBorn - she's practicing her spells in the evening Spring sun...

It may be Tainted, but it's Love Eternal!

Can you feel that fizzing in the air, it's the dawning of a new holiday season when the world goes crazy for it's next big event... SL is filled with it, and the stores in RL too, because it's almost the first day of February and that hails the arrival of the Valentines season. 
I love the holidays I really do, but Valentines has always been one of those holidays that I tend to get all Scroogy about! I'm very much an anti-Valentine... Sweet, Cute, and a little dead, the best kind of Valentine I feel... 

I'm going to start off the period of Valentines with a wedding of sorts. An unholy matrimony that may be tainted but it's definitely eternal. 
I opened my Book, the Truth of Light and Power - from SEMPITERNAL -, and the magic started as soon as the pages turned... Our dearly beloveds that were laying to rest in their coffins were seen to reach through, one even breaking the glass, to renew their wedding vows and declare their Love Eternal - thanks to Granite Doldrums!

She waits for her King...

HellBone is due home today... So I find myself standing around waiting on his return, not so much like the happy wife to have her hubby back home but more pensively enjoying the calm before the storm lol... I also heard somewhere that the end of Game of Thrones is soon, and even though I've never seen an episode, somehow today's picture had - I've been told - an air of GoT about it! 
Still if that's the case, Queen Rudh is ready in waiting for her "King's" return... 

On the night of the Eclipse, HellBone is returning to the arms of his Queen - not sure if it will be a warm welcome, it depends on how much laundry he has for her to do lol - but she watches out of the window and waits, knowing the sound of a roaring motorbike engine will announce his return long before she can see him...
This post was actually majorly inspired because of the cape... It was ALL about the cape, which is an ECLIPSE release from egosumaii - or {aii}. The Mortal Harvest Mantle is decorated with skulls, and comes with neat or ripped versions - the ripped being shown here - it's totally gorgeous. One of my favourite ever ECLIPSE releases, and I was so happy that I could show it off to you.

Entropy for a Party

Oh my god this morning I woke up with the worst headache I've had in a long time... It wasn't a hangover - those are signs of fun the night before - no this was more of a migraine, caused I think in part by the fact that I had an extra blanket on my bed and therefore got too warm in the night! 
So now I feel a little like death... Maybe I could let myself be dark and evil and macabre for today. I mean Halloween and October never really die in my house, I always like to let the living dead doll me out to play... Maybe I'll let her go party while the real me suffers! 

I have to say, I LOVE this outfit that the living dead doll me has decided to go out in, even though the stench of all that blood right now added to my headache would make me a very unhappy girl in RL lol. 
The entire reason that this outfit, which I love so much, came into being was because of the simply amazing collar from CURELESS for the current round of Eclipse called "Entropy". It's demonic, it's macabre and it's bloody, but if you want less blood there's a darker version too! It's so well detailed that I got very excited when I put it on looking at all those little details! I put an outfit together around the collar! The perfect bad girl outfit to go out partying in...

Halloween approaches. She wakes from her slumber!

The month of Halloween is upon us and I'm more than a little excited. I waited all year for October and YAY it's finally here... I wish Halloween was more of a big deal in Holland where I'm living but since it's so overlooked here, I'm definitely going to be enjoying it in SL more! 
So although I missed the first of the month, I'm now waking up my inner dead girl from her dark slumber and she's going to be having much more control over me, so please expect lots of blood and gore for Halloween Season... 
For now, she wakes... 

She lays sprawled on her Coffin Chaise - courtesy of Violetility at this year's Salem - she changes it up depending on the season and right now it's a lovely shade of black... Matches her mood! 
The lounge wear is nothing more than a very glamorous Circe Robe - from Violent Seduction - but her shoes are her eye-catching detail... These shoes are gorgeous. 1313 Mockingbird Lane made RIP Okobo - originally Japanese Geisha wore these shoes while in their apprenticeship although probably not like the ones Rudh is wearing - they are AWESOME, made on mini coffins... She can walk on the coffins of the fairy dead!!

Torturing the Angels

It's funny, sometimes something can either bring out your good or bad sides... Today I'm actually using a backdrop for something that I already allowed my dark side to lovingly play with, now the somewhat angelic side of me is getting a turn too... I say somewhat because well it's ME, it's never gonna be totally angelic, and well from the looks of it, Angel Rudh has been a bad little Angel!

This little Angel is obviously in trouble for something, she's been forced into a submissive pose - thanks to one of a series of poses released by Zombie Suicide - she's also been roped and bitten if her bruises are anything to go by?! 
I will say I love that her halo still shines - thanks to this awesome hair and accessory from Doe - and her outfit is angelic white, yet that Nephthys Top - from MuggleBorn - has been wrenched open and she's been tortured with Needles through her nipples - thanks to Ama's Needled Piercings - channelling her inner grace to get through the pain...
It's a skill I wish I had sometimes!

Angel of Darkness

As you may have heard, yesterday was my 12th rezday... I've been through 12 long years of fun and laughter, crazy silliness and drama, and even though some of it has hurt I've got to say I wouldn't change any of it... Even on a day that was supposed to be a little special to me, there was drama, it's something you kinda come to expect when you're in SL, there was no pomp, no ceremony, and I didn't get to be queen of the day, but after looking back, I don't really mind... I DO however want to have a little rant to start my 12th year with a bang, so if you're not interested in reading, just look at the pretty picture of the Angel of Darkness, and then move on LOL... 

If you're going to carry on reading, you have been warned... 
Once again I'm on the subject of people that hide behind their avatar and think that they can get away with the most stupid actions just because SL is not real! It's something that, although I've been here as long as I have, still somehow seems to surprise me. This time it came from a place that feels more like a stab with a knife than one I've had in a long time... 
I have come to the realisation that I'm far too trusting of people in SL at times, there are so many people who welcome you into their arms and as soon as they are bored they have no issues in casting you aside. It's even worse when you find out that what you've been told unravels like a pack of lies, faster than a yo-yo uncurls. 
If that wasn't enough you're left feeling like the world's biggest fool for supporting that person so much. You spend weeks, telling everyone "no no, he's not malicious like that, he's just an idiot" yet you come to the realisation you've just been duped and once they have what they want, they laugh at you. 
From now on, I'm sticking to the philosophy of be careful who you trust, be careful who you let into your world and remember that what you tell someone when you're good friends may come back to bite you on the ass when you're not. 
To the guy that caused this - I'm not sure you're reading anyway but on the off chance - I welcomed you into my world, I accepted you as a big brother, and now because you decide to get with a woman who hurt the family you once loved you made your new bed... You've not only hurt me, but people you cared about, you've made innocent people cry with your desperation for what you want, and I truly hope you're happy, because you've left a nasty scar... 
To end on a note that's not all drama, I'm just gonna share a song that makes me happy... It's the reason this post is called what it is, and it's a song I've not heard in a while, but since taking this picture I can't stop singing... HolyHell's Angel of Darkness...
