Yesterday was my 33rd Birthday, and I had a pretty damn good day. I admit that I was at work but when you work in a place like I do, that doesn't really matter, we have far too much fun selling cheese sometimes lol. I could go on about how awesome my day was but I think now it's better that I come down from Birthday cloud nine until my SL birthday party on Saturday at least and try to get back to normality lol... For me, when I'm in a happy mood that usually means Rudh ends up looking a little dead, which to some seems weird but for me it's perfectly normal, and at least it seems to be fairly pretty today hehe...
I got all excited when I saw this pose on Facebook from the creative mind behind Reve Obscura that is Lyriqz Xue and I had to have it. I knew that it would bring out the darkness in me, and I LOVE when my living dead doll is allowed out to play. It always makes me feel happy, which as I've said before some people find very strange! Basically a rule of thumb for me, more often than not, is the deader I look, the happier I am hehe... This may sound a little weird, but bear with me, I never promised logic in my madness ever lol... I have always said that Rudh is a bit of a slut! OK Christmas overload, I need to step back for a minute and do something totally different. Unlike Halloween I find that sometimes Christmas gets to be a little too much for me, so as much as this year feels like a much more special year than some in the past have, I find myself suffering with an overload. SO on December 4th, we had a special party at the Gators... One of our members Max - or more affectionately as he's know MaxiPad - celebrated his birthday. We threw him a themed party, that was a little tribal in style, since he lives in Arizona and well, it's a desert and he teases us Brits for being pasty!!! This ultimately gave me another perfect excuse to play dress up... This time, I was a warrior princess!!!

It's Friday, It's Friday... It's the weekend of my Birthday!!! YAY!! Sunday is my Birthday and so I'm planning on having a crazy fun weekend this weekend, dammit I've really earnt it! This past month has been difficult so far, so I'm going to let my hair down and party!!! I'll start my fun weekend with a trip to the Circus... I know some people are afraid of clowns, and I admit that I do find them a little creepy, but I couldn't resist going along to the Circus Rot when it came to town...
Even though a large scary clown called "Chubbs" made me sit on his knee, before he groped my bottom!! That's why my expression is one of shock by the way... The dirty fecker actually goosed me!! I mean how rude! Clown molestations are definitely not something on my to-do list LOL... Never been attracted to shiny red noses to be honest! The Circus Rot rolled in from Remarkable Oblivion - via a little place called The Arcade. This gacha collection of circus weirdness not only includes clowns, but mermaids, décor and toys. While they were coming my way, it seems they picked up a few new friends too, if the Schadenfreude Chicken and Half-Deer Flying Piglet are anything to go by! I guess today I should be saying, Happy Valentines Day... I'm not really feeling it though, so I guess I'll go with BAH HUMBUG! Today,. I'm anti-Valentine... I tried wearing a disguise so he'd think I'd already been shot! The Lovestruck Headband is a past group gift - but one that's still available I should add - from Remarkable Oblivion! To be a little cheekier, as a better disguise, I got a girlfriend of mine to leave lipstick marks on my cheek... But it was to no avail! I'd had a new tattoo done on my chest - ignore the tattoos on my arms if you want to, those are older but the Identity Sleeve Tattoos really do go well with my new Chest Piece! The Cupidity Tattoo - by Paperdoll's at BodyFy - seemed much more like a target for Cupid than a deterrent, so I will definitely be talking to my tattoo artist! I will say though that Cupid's Arrow had a rather weird affect on little Dead Doll Me... I felt an itchy sensation on my face, and had to check in the mirror but it seems like the scarring on my face was taking a romantic turn, not to mention the change to my eyes... Little Mofo was using my face as a Nightmare "Be Mine" advertising board!!! Dammit! Well we finally did it! It's here, it's open to the public and it's better than any we've had in years gone by. The MC worked super hard and pulled out all of the stops this year to create something devious and scary, and so far everyone seems to be loving it... It's a dark haunted place full of the odd scare and even some very special VIP characters that you may well recognise, so if you're looking for something fun to do - although I know there are HEAPS of things to do - maybe you want to check out the Gators MC 4th Annual Halloween Event! Of course for me Halloween is the best time of the year to play dress up... There are so many new events opening that appeal to my darker Dead Doll side that I cannot help myself but be overly excited! I'm like a kid in a Candy Store or a teenage girl with VIP access to the latest teen idols - squealing with excitment and running around like a headless chicken in case you were wondering! Having the maze for me is a bonus as I have ready made horror sets at my fingertips LOL...
The first of these "sets" is actually the maze entrace... Pet Semetary is our opening location this year and instead of scary animals - with the exception of the odd Gator - you may well find that there are more parties than nasties here this year. My first dead girl look was something that kinda paired with HellBone chosen outfit... We were the keepers of the Semetary - he a monstrous undertaker, me the dead girl that collected the pets, and I was followed everywhere by a little black cat! I have to admit that for me and my little Dead Doll look this is fairly simple lol... I fell head over heels in love with the new Besom hair called "New Girl" - which is available now at SALEM, an event that is by far one of my favourite seasonal shopping events this year - and the whole outfit was built around it... It went well withe dress I found - an oldie but still a goodie - from Corvus, coated with blood, lots and lots of blood, and a Noose from Remarkable Oblivion. Then I took the deadly kitten - from Jian - that is awakend by Pet Semetary for a walk through the graveyard, before heading into the dark... Dare you "Get Bitten in the Dark!", or are you too chicken?! You never know who you will meet in the Pet Semetary Catacombs!

It's almost here, today is the Eve of Christmas Eve... It's that time when Children start to be really well behaved, and even my Dad starts to get overly excited... He already reminded me of the Norad Santa tracker that you can see every year, but he is disappointed that I won't be there to leave a mince pie and brandy out for old Saint Nick... Still I wont be dwelling on that! I was out taking a walk on a pretty snowy sim - called RAYNE Isles - the other day and I spotted something that looked like Saint Nick might have forgotten it!
I know there were no reindeer around but hey maybe he was just testing the sleigh for strength or something?! There was no return to sender label on things either, I mean the only label was a sign saying Remarkable Oblivion Sleigh Bells, which I am assuming is the makers mark!! I'm not sure if the outfit I was wearing was something I should have been caught by Santa in though, I mean it was a top that said "Naughty until Proven Nice"... This time last week I was super excited... Fast forward a week later and I'm in love with Viking Cellists, so please Santa if you're reading this I have been a VERY good girl this year - or at least I will be from now on until your big day - can I pleaseeeeeeee have a Viking Cellist under the Christmas tree this year??! LOL - I know, I'm crazy but it can't hurt to try right?! LOL... OK let me elaborate on my crazy ramblings. I went to see a band called Apocalyptica - they are a metal band that plays cellos, sounds weird but trust me it's damn good! - and not only is the music beautiful but the band themselves, well let's just say they aren't too shabby either - just in case Hell is reading LOL! One of their songs is called Bittersweet - it was originally recorded using the vocals of Ville Valo of HIM - but the classical version brings me out in goosebumps, it's ghostly... Whilst I was out shopping this week, you will never guess what I found... YES! A CELLO POSE!
It's almost like the creator of Come Soon Poses knew exactly what I wanted LOL... This Melody Pose was created by Come Soon for the latest round of Suicide Dollz, and as soon as I saw it I knew that I would be be doing something in homage to the Viking Cellists this week! The full scene is awesome for the low price that you pay for these pose sets, but I will admit that I added a few things. The Skull and the vase of flowers, complete with their spidery inhabitants, was an addition that I made thanks to the GizzA Gacha at the latest round of Lost & Found... OH and then there was the ghosts that snuck in and started dancing around as I played along with Apocalyptica's Bittersweet Song - these Ghosts are available from Nantra, just a little F.Y.I there! I wanted to make my body look equally as sad as the scene surrounding me, the result can be seen in a close-up below but I think the resulting close-up photo will be my new profile photo too LOL... I love this picture quite a lot LOL...
Can you see why? Her sad eyes almost seem real! This has to be one of my favourite pictures I've taken of Rudh in a LONG time! It's a lot of layers of make-up, and I am so glad that we can use 5 different layers - especially now that I'm wearing a mesh body and therefore can use all my tattoo layers on my face hehe... I've used a lot of tattoos from antielle to build up this look... The HSotD Mystery Salt & Ice Wound created the base, then I added some Smeared Makeup which gave me that mascara tears and ruined lipstick look, before slicing my mouth open just a little with the Kuchisake Onna wound... OH I might have done it just a little too much so I stitched my mouth shut after all that with some Ama Deadly Silence Stitches! Dressing it only with some simple piercings and a noose from Remarkable Oblivion... My sons reaction was "What have you done to yourself?" Does it make me look a little too twisted perhaps?! LOL... Feels like it has been so long since I wrote a post here, but in actuality it's only been a couple of days LOL... The addiction showing it's ugly head there it seems! I love this time of year though, it really let's my crazy character come to the surface and I can get away with making some kinda twisted photos because everyone is doing the same LOL... For breakfast this morning though, I am going to be having a picnic outside my little tree house... Punch and Pies and Cookies for Breakfast... It's not exactly healthy but hey Look at Me!
I've become a crazed monster that needs to wear a cage on her head to protect those around her... It's what you get for failing school in the High School of the Damned... All those F grade scars on her face! Still the forced smile makes her look a little prettier and the lipstick they chose really works well with her awesome outfit hehe... First the cage, which I can honestly tell you as I heard it from Sohma herself is that this is Paper Moon's first original Mesh creation - though the outfit is by the same creator too! - and as soon as I saw it I had to have one! Well that was too hard to resist as Lost Junction has offered these at the Trunk or Treat Event for FREE... Free isn't that such a lovely word! There are lots of other yummy-ish looking things available for lunch here, though I will say the meat pies look a little sketchy and I have no idea what's in them! Autumn is finally here, my FAVOURITE season of them all... I love the Spring too, but it is the Autumn that always gets me excited. Perhaps it is because of the Halloween Holiday? Perhaps it is the changing of the colours from vibrant greens to reds and oranges and yellows? Perhaps it's something more morbid? You know me, my twisted brain may well be getting a sub-concious kick out of the fact that the trees are "dying" and going into their long Winter sleep! I do have to admit I love that feeling of being able to snuggle up warm and cosy... I really do love that feeling... Though from years gone by, one of my favourite memories of this time of year was the time I went collecting conkers - although you could call them horse chestnuts - with my grandad. One of the very few memories that I do have of him actually - he used to love helping me get my conkers ready for the battles I faced at school...
So you could say that this post is in honour of him, even though the photograph is a little deranged and that has NOTHING to do with my Grandad! Let's blame the conkers for that! While I was out for an Autumnal walk in the woods at the Hippie Park on Saturday, something strange happened! I was accosted by a group of Fae, and attacked! They cut my face, scarring my eye in the process, and tied a rope around my neck - a rope that you can get from Remarkable Oblivion by the way, they are Fae with good taste hehe... After that I was tortured just a little more, a LobAutumny Needle was pushed into that bad eye, causing a little drool to escape my lips. The only sign that it had anything to do with the Fae being the Autumn leaves around the handle of the spiked tool... Slowly working on clenaing up my inventory hoard at the moment... It's an on going, never ending process but OH MY GOSH I re-found one of my obsessional gacha items and I forgot just how much I love them... Someone once told me a clean up would be good, but I never thought it would be this awesome LOL... Only problem is that I cannot leave them out around the family home as my SL son Athrun isn't too keen on dolls of any kind - the fact that they are murderous would really give him trouble LOL...
You will no doubt have seen these a million times before, and have more than likely seen them here on my blog too, but I have to sing their praises once again... I LOVE these Remarkable Oblivion Dolls! They are a very long since passed Gacha release and BOY did I have to have the whole set and spent a fortune in doing so, but they are simply some of the best dolls I have seen in SL to date... They definitely distracted me from cleaning inventory though, I HAD to dress up all doll like - it's my SL persona to be a Living Dead Doll after all! - and that's it my hoard cleaning was forgotten for a couple of hours at least LOL... To pull off my dead doll look today, I wore my awesome wounds from antielle - such a worthwhile thing to win from the gacha at The Epiphany - and an awesome new short but cute wig from Magika, but it was the dress that brought my adorable dead girl look together... The dress is one from Dead Dollz called Isabeau in a sand colour. Something this pale wouldn't be my normal choice but I just loved that aged vintage look that it gave to the lace, it was soooo pretty I couldn't resist... There are a few other colours available at Shiny Shabby, but this is one dress that is not to be missed... I have fallen head over heels for Dead Dollz... There will be a lot more to come from the store in the coming weeks I'm sure!! I cannot get enough of their dresses hehe... I think I am going to have to find a cute little place to put my dollies out somewhere at home, maybe I'll make a room where my SL son shouldn't go hehe...

BANG! BANG! They shot you down... BANG! BANG! You hit the ground... BANG! BANG! My shoes they shot you down! Another day for photos taken from a different perspective I feel... I am loving the fact that I can be creative and it's making me feel really excited to see the actual outcomes. This is one of those photos that makes me smile, because I love the fact that I am learning to do more artsy fartsy photos and not just focus on me!!!
OK so this one is focused on me, but a bit I never normally look at... My feet!!! I bought these amazing shoes from Remarkable Oblivion a few weeks ago now - at the time they were a Kustom9 release and I am not sure if the event line-up has changed yet but it might be worth checking! I wanted to create a kind of Western Steam Punk look, and spent ages picking out an outfit, but at the end of the day the best part of this entire outfit was the shoes with their amazing rolling gun barrels and the awesome antielle Metallic Dolly Tights in the copper colour... So I HAD to focus on the feet... They looked so good walking out of this bar at the Wild West RP sim that is Gehanna Crossing. To play the post out today, I wanted to share with you the PERFECT song. OK it's a cover version that I am sharing but I LOVE how she sounds on this record, if you haven't heard it, perhaps you will be as impressed as I was... Once ignored, and in fact laughed at by some, Living Dead Dolly Rudh will rise up and be queen of the zombie folk, eating the brains of all that stand in her way!!! Permanently wearing her forced smile, you will never know what this evil queen is looking at whilst she glares through her good but yet still damaged and altered eye.
OK so it wouldn't be perfect, but All Hail Zombie Queen Rudh LOL... I got inspired and created my own little world again in my head LOL... I seem to do that a lot, perhaps far more than is healthy maybe? Still I had one last Horror Haute item to play with and couldn't resist letting my mind run away with me! The Crushed Violets offering was my starting point. Crushed Violets brings us a gas mask with a difference for Horror Haute this month, called Tokyo Ghoul. That forced smile seems especially evil with the glowing eyes - included in the set! To make it just that little bit more Horror Haute, and a little bit less living look, I wore the [Stargazer Creations] Yurei Skin in M04 too... I have been wearing these a lot lately, they come in a few different designs and the awesome applier to change Mesh Body parts to match... SUCH A GREAT idea, and a really good collection for any Living Dead Dolly! Then as a finishing touch, a much needed item for any queen I must say, was the Remarkable Oblivion Sylver Crown. I've been holding on to this for a while, looking for just the right royal to wear it, I think this one rocks it perfectly, don't you agree? So that's it from me, another month of Horror Hauting is over and out...
