Time for a Coffee Break

A lovely, lazy Sunday... A restful day, in which I had planned to do some cleaning, but instead I ended up having a lazy day, I spent my day decorating my SL house and gardens for Christmas and playing with my clothes... I did make a very naughty stop in the day, I had a craving and needed to head on a little trip, I had a craving for one of those deliciously, fancy coffees with whipped cream...

I took a little time out to head on down to the Burrow Co. Coffeehouse, but instead of going inside I found the most adorable little coffee van at a campsite full of soft comfy cushions, and was able to order myself a super, over-the-top, deliciously Christmassy "Jolly Hot Cocoa" - from Hangry - one with masses of whipped cream...

Coffee at the Burrow Coffee Co

I'm a Brit, I'm definitely a tea drinker more than a coffee lover... I mean don't get me wrong I LOVE a nice cuppa coffee but when I'm home it's more often than not a a cuppa tea! If I'm out and about though, I LOVE a cuppa coffee, and the best coffee in SL... Well that comes from Burrow Coffee Co... 

The Cold Brew Coffee is made to go, it's a hive cold brew but I hate to disappoint you this one is not anything to do with Pumpkin Spice... I don't really like them! I know it's not a popular opinion but I cannot help it!

Sunday Morning Coffee

A Lazy Sunday is the perfect time to head out, pick up a newspaper and grab yourself a delicious coffee and maybe if you're feeling very extravagant something sweet to snack on, and indulge... 
It's a cold, wet day here in RL - after a few days of blistering heatwave - so Rudh is being sent on a paper and coffee run to the adorable little Burrow Coffee shop...

Not that she's complaining, there's a VERY good-looking male Barista working behind the counter - what a brilliant hire he was from the location's owner, Harlow Heslop - and she couldn't help but flirt a little as she juggled her coffee and flowers, accepting the cookie he gave her on the house!

I'll take a Frappucino and the Barista Please?

So for a lazy Sunday I did a few chores, got a few photos ready to post at a later date and then decided to have a little me time... I am one of those people that loves going to a coffee house, on my own, with a good book and sitting to have a nice cup of fancy coffee that I couldn't make myself at home! One of those fancy frappucinos with LOTS of whipped cream!
Heading out in search of coffee I wound up at the gorgeous little Burrow Coffee Co coffee bar, and found that it's not just the coffee that is delicious here... 

They have a very delicious looking barista too... He looks strangely familiar, and he makes a damn good cup of coffee. Wasn't sure which was more delicious the coffee or the maker of it! Geez if Jason Momoa started selling coffee I know where I'd be going EVERY TIME I needed a hit of caffeine lol... 
Luckily while I was getting ready for going out for coffee I decided to wear an adorable new outfit from the hunt that is being held at Witchwood - the home of Petite Mort and Oubliette. Each of the items in the hunt prizes are between 10 - 20L and the hunt, as well as a 50% off sale at both of the stores, is running until August 19th. 
Thank heaven for pretty outfits, when you're meeting the hottest barista in town that's all I can say!
