A Jar of Everything, including the Stars...

Its about time I buried myself in another pretty fairytale escape and allow myself to create something pretty with a little sparkly flourish.... Usually, when I do things like this I have to find myself playing in the stars - although that's strange since I don't ever want anything to do with Aliens - yet I love the sparkling of the stars...

Exploring the Tropical Trails

I'd do anything to let my mind wander and my mind is drifting to amazing, fantasy places. 
When you let your mind wander far enough, you'll end up really drifting to far off places... I found my brain taking me deep into a lost jungle, on a balloon ride to explore fantasy places... 

On the amazing Unicorn Tropical Trails, I gently landed my Rustic Balloon - from Lost Junction, available at Engine Room - so that I could get out and explore... 
While doing so, I fell in love with my amazing explorer outfit. A look that is more than a little Steampunk since it began it's life at the Engine Room, from a store called Decoy. It's a Polli Blouse and Shorts and I accessorized it with the cutest "Savage Time" hat - from Tentacio at N21 - made my explorer look perfect...

Saving a Friend in Need

I keep watching these movies on youtube about people that find animals in random, not good for them situations, and I keep ending up crying watching them... I want them to save the animals, and I want them to save the animals too... I never see an animal like that, but in that situation I don't know how I'd react... 

Thanks to an amazing pose from Fashiowl, with the gorgeous puppy who had made his home on the street outside the bad of the bar, I was able to rescue a friend in need...

DON'T MOVE?! Don't disturb the cat!

I've been working at home today and I love it on days like that when I can just laze in my snuggly jammies and lounge a little while I work. It's lovely, lay days like this that make a girl happy... 
It's not only me that is happy because of this situation... My fur babies have decided to use this as a good time to treat mummy like a happy and comfy piece of furniture... 

The puppy was happy to lounge on my feet and keep them warm, but it was the cat tht decided that she'd use my lap as her personal bed for the day... I love it, but there is only ONE huge problem with that. If you're a pet owner, especially if you have cats, you know that once they sleep then you MUST NOT MOVE THEM! You end up becoming a piece of the furniture, like a comfortable chair - a Chairperson from Ananas at Kustom9 if you will - and even though you go numb and cannot move, it's a happy feeling...

Moths in the Garage

Lovely, lazy Sunday... HellBone and I did some work on this years Halloween event that will start on Saturday but more about that follow very soon. Yet I had a little time to myself and decided that it was time to make myself look pretty and head to the garage to pick up my new bike! It's been a while since I went for a ride... 

It's such a pretty new bike, so different from anything I've ever ridden... I love my new "Aerobike" from Hogs & Cart Wheels - available now at the brilliant new round of Necrosis - it's just such a pretty design and well as it was created by my own hubby, I guess I'm a little biased.. 
I love the garage, it smells of gasoline and it's dark and shady... I loved the outfit that I decided to wear to play with brand new bike. I have such a cute outfit from Normandy, I love the striped pants and the soft floppy top that I'wearing under my Mug jacket... Yet it is the jewellery that makes me the most happy. I LOVE the gorgeous Death's Head Moth jewellery set from Violetility - that you can pick up at The Warehouse Sale - it's a set of earrings and necklace, and it includes both gold and silver colours, and since it's not really 100% clear to see, so I added the gorgeous ad too...

Lounging in the Pool

 It's been a long, hard, day and I'm absolutely shattered... I cannot even think anymore, but I want to just chillax somewhere pretty... Gathering friends for the Necrotic Horror Show

The doors to SL's greatest picture show have finally opened, and I'm not talking about anything the Rocky Horror Picture Show related... I'm talking about the Necrotic Horror Show, and Necrosis' latest outing! It's the last time this dark little event will be coming out to play for a while, so it's the right way to go... Feet on Fire!

 Have you ever found yourself talking to your SL avatar like it's a different person, and you have conversations in your head? I know it sounds really weird but it's something that I do from time to time... 
Now I find myself doing that right now, I've decided to have a conversation with myself about how my feet feel like they are on fire... I've been standing all day and it feels like they are on fire... Rudh's reactionary response was a little different... 

When I told Rudh my feet were on fire, she said "Yes mine too!"

Coffee on the Go

 I've been playing around with so many of my pretty clothes, honestly I've been finding things that I had totally forgotten that I had. Pretty dresses and adorable jeans, spikes and colours and he odd bit of slutwear... It was just so much fun to create new outfits that I'd forgotten I had... Then when I decided that I was done, I needed some coffee... 

I had to pop to my favourite coffee shop - located in hive - it's a long way to go for a cup of coffee on the go... 
I was dressed in a look-of-the-day, that was made up of the most amazing pairs of pants from PSYCHO.Byts - called Yule, that do come in Christmassy patterns - and a Pseudo shirt wrapped around my waist with the adorable top set from Mug... It was such a gorgeous look of the day that it had been a few days since I took it off lol...

Lil Monsta Dance Revolution

I'm having a crazy fun weekend... It's been a lovely lazy Sunday but I'm having some fun too... Enjoying the crazy thoughts in the back of my mind, and the colours are keeping me laughing. I even made myself a few new friends...

Avoiding Adulthood

After a long hard day at work, where all I have to do is be at the beck and call of obnoxious tourists with their crazy questions, all I want to do is lounge in my pyjamas but I would love at this very moment to be dragged away from RL... I want to be "Avoiding Adulthood", I think that I should be whisked away to do that at the House of the Mouse... 

The closest I'm going to get for a while is a trip to ForeverLand Park - the Disney Tribute Park in Second Life - I'm going to show the slogan of the day "Avoiding Adulthood"- on a sweater from miss chelsea - to the whole Disney Family... No Disney character will be left without having seen it!

A Party for the Fellowship at the Solstice

OH MY GOD has anyone heard... There is a Lord of the Rings event that just opened it's doors. 
I honestly got totally, crazily, geekily excited when I heard that this event was coming, and then when I got myself into the event location it was so cute... Everywhere you look are lots of little things that are straight from the movies, and the decor that sounds the location are just perfect little glimpses into the scenes of the movie... I had to happen though, I had to let myself get caught up in the magic... 

Right in the heart of the Solstice's Event, The Fellowship, you will find the tree that Bilbo planted on the field outside of Bag End, and it looks like we're in time for the Hobbit's Party and some of Gandalf's amazing fireworks... 
I got myself all dressed up in a style that was pretty, and that I borrowed from the wonderful Rosie Cotton's wardrobe. The gorgeous Linda Drindl and matching blouse - available from Salt & Pepper at Equal10 - and went into the party, grabbing a Fellowship Ale - from Halo - and heading out to see if I could find Merry and Pippin, and some of their snacks

Not just for Dinner... Breakfast for Accessories!

The most important meal of the day is Breakfast and everyone should always make time for it... I know that I don't eat it often enough but when I do get to have breakfast I LOVE to go all out. I love bacon, eggs, sausage and toast, even though it's way past breakfast I'm now thinking about breakfast for dinner... Though perhaps, breakfast as accessories would be a good fashion statement too?!

Fairy Garden Party Food

So I have had bloggers block, and I've been working hard to help HellBone and the team to create this years Halloween event under our new brand - Dark Adventures -  along with being full of cold, I've kinda put the breaks on everything mentally that's not relatd those things... 
Yet today I decided to let myself slip my mind into the fairytale realm and decided to have some fun time in my brand new dress... I did a little fairytale grocery shopping... 

In the garden, there's a little shed, where the fairies are gathering to have a little party. Dark but Sparkling

I think I've been a little lost when it comes to dealing with blogging lately... I find myself in the midst of a bloggers block, I don't know how to do anything and I don't think that I'm doing very well with the blog posts that I have been doing. It's a problem that many of us have faced throughout time but right now I'm stuck... I need a boost, I need someone to help, someone please tell me what I need to do... 

Dark in the Gloomy Ruins - a backdrop from The Bearded Guy - I sat and played with my clothes, digging through the hoard that is my wardrobe looking for some inspiration when my eyes fell on the new-ish dress from 1313 Mockingbird Lane called "Julia". Then I just started to play with accessories and after finding the AsteroidBox Metal Jaw in my hoard, I added some pretty jewellery from Six Feet Under, so the look was complete!
I LOVE the Laveau Bindi, from Six Feet Under and perfectly matches the Phase Septum... They are a little difficult to see in the main photo, so I have added a close up and the ads to show them off perfectly... They make such a great couple!

In Search of the Cure...

 I'm still feeling totally yucky, and I've been trying hard to keep myself happy... I've got such a cold, and I forgot how crappy they can make you feel... Covid had been a distraction, keeping everyone covered in their masks and avoiding too much contact, yet as soon as the borders opened and the tourists began coming back, I caught my first cold... 
Now it's going to sound silly, but since the Covid vaccine was discovered so quickly, I'm wondering if now it's time to find the magical cure for the common cold... 

Rudh and her Space Kit friends - from Foxwood - travelled through many magical realms and finally came into the Vaporwave before they finally discovered the "T-Virus" antidote, bottled by the Boutique #187... 
Kitty grabbed the cannister that contained the virus and we gathered together so that we could magically teleport home... Maybe they can use this to find the cure!!

Flamingos and Flowers

 Ever have those days when you find yourself thinking "what do I want to blog today?" Normally on days that make me feel like that I will often find myself thinking "Nope, not gonna push it" and just doing something else like inventory cleaning or decorating or something... Though today, I was digging through my hoard, I found something to play with... 

Somehow I found myself on the beach and I had my adorable, little, Flamingo companions - from MishMish - and I dressed myself up as if I was a pretty little mermaid. Cheesy, Magical, Goodness!

One of the things that always gets my imagination flowing is the creation and the excitment at creating one of my fairy folk looks... I LOVE being dark and gothic, I LOVE being cute and girlie, but I really do love the excitment of fairytale... 
Today I have to say that I think the cravings for dinner, just made the little fairy tell the true story about where the magic of Pizza comes from... 

In the fairy realm, there is a special area dedicated to what us humans would refer to as the Kitchen but they refer to as the magical cooking pot... There are fairies that cook all kinds of good things. Some for ice cream, some for veggies, some for candies and even, the best for last, he fairies for Pizza... 
The Pizza fairies are brilliant, they cook their delicious wares on giant magical Pizza Ovens - from Krescendo, and yes I have enlarged it for my picture today - and as the pizza flies out they take them for a Cheesy Drive - the new cheesy vehicle from Ananas at Level, which actually gives you delicious slices of pizza - guiding them back to earth to feed the people that are in need of some cheesy goodness!

Chocolate & Strawberries; The Perfect Medicine

I'm down with a cold, getting worse and still feeling like all I want to do is sleep. When I'm not asleep, I'm hobbling downstairs wrapped up in a blanket to make myself a cup of something hot and wet to drink... Most of the time I'm drinking tea, but sometimes I find myself reaching for a cup of hot chocolate and as an extra treat some little marshmallows... 

Sometimes I really feel like there's nothing I'd want more than a bath, but as we don't have a bath it was  suddenly so appealling to think of using my mug of hot chocolate as a hot tub... I've dreamt about bathing in a hot tub of hot chocolate before - thanks to the Violetility Hot Cocoa Hot Tub - but honestly I think tea might be better... Maybe though, the chocolate is making me feel better...
Maybe I should have more chocolate... I have some strawberries and other fruits in the fridge, and perhaps if I was able to cover them in chocolate - like the gorgeous plate of them I have them floating with me in the hot tub from Junk Food, available until September 22nd at Kinky - it would be like vitamins and medicine all at once...

Fish on Fridays

Fish on Fridays was always a thing when I was growing up... Mum made lots of different variations on the theme, but I have to admit that I am truly British and grew up with a love of Fish & Chips. It was always most exciting when Dad announced that he was heading up to the chippie, and when we were younger we had a boy cat called "Gus" who would follow us up and wait to for his own little portion... 
Everyone should love Fish & Chips, I think even the witch under the sea would love some crispy, coated fishy fillets... 

It's Friday, and for the firsst time in many to come our favourite little tentacle covered, sea witch, made it up on land to visit the Famous Fish Fry - from Lost Junction, that was released as a gacha that I hope should be re-released as a standard release - and get herself some crispy fried Fish & Chips...
