Moth on the Moon

It's been a long day, and life has been busy. When don't I say that at the moment though... I feel that now it's time to just kick back and lounge on the sofa and let my mind drift off to a fantasy place, where I can be someone different, even if that means that I'm just different and still asleep... 
Maybe a sleepy fairy that snoozes on the moon...

Rainbows in the Stars

The stars are shining bright tonight, as they twinkle it's in rainbow colours, blues and pinks, yellows and greens... They sparkle and twinkle and glitter in the dark... They have invaded the White Tower - a skybox created for Midnight Order by ChiMia - of the Midnight Order, which is slowly preparing to disappear into the darkness when the doors close on the 20th of the month... The members of the order gathering together inside the towers walls, basking in their last moments to dance in the light... 

Sometimes I like to make dark, macabre and brutal looking pictures, but I LOVE times when I get all pretty and sparkly... 
The sparkling stars were an inspiration for me today, the starsigns forming a 'Starry Halo' - an accessory from LuluB! - and whilst her head is in the clouds, she's sparkling... The lightning in her eyes sending sparks from her that reflect the colours and glitter through the room...

Casting a little Magic

It's midweek and I'm feeling that I have a need for a little magic in my life right now... Even though Holland seems to be opening up a little, it's also 'apparently' one of the worst places in Europe right now for Covid cases... It's making me more than a little blah, so a touch of magic and the casting of a spell to cheer me up should help... 

I found myself wandering up to the darkest part of my attic - a skybox from PITAYA if you're curious - and checked that the spell waiting in my cauldron - part of a set from Violetility - was still ready and hadn't gone bad... 
Once the magic started flowing, and she'd cast herself a orb with a a large "Exterior" Halo - a set from LuluB at Cyber Punk - she started wondering if she should have worn more clothes as her cloak began to singe and her Succubi Pasties - from The Rotting Lab - began to feel like they weren't covering enough. It wasn't her fault that the Wicca Underwear - from MuggleBorn - didn't hide all that much, they matched so prettily with her Momo Veil - from Six Feet Under at The Darkness Monthly Event!
NOW... Just for the record I do have a little confession... You can see the tops of the panties that are part of this MuggleBorn Set. The gorgeous set is a mainstore release and it works well with the previous releases of Wicca Accessories. I was planning on showing off more of it, but it is VERY revealing when it's on and I kinda chickened out a little! SO I'm showing off the stores advert for the set, it's very pretty and perfect for a little witch, I was just feeling a little shy today...

Perhaps Blood Sacrifices would help?!

Still stuck on a fantasy kick, my mind went off to a distant land where History is repeating itself and the rulers of the past have come back to take control of the world... Things have been so difficult world-wide over the past two years, and although in some places there signs of improvement, there's still a lot that needs to change. 
An Aztec Temple has appeared on the horizon in the land of Chankanaab... Aztecs require acquire a blood sacrifice to appease their gods and keep things going without issues... 

Looks like the priestess has found her sacrific. She's dressed to appease the God, her face hidden behind her Sacrifce Mask - from Fika at The Darkness Monthly -, and it seems she's already done the deed if the heart in her hand is anything to go by - thanks to a pose from Secret Poses - and this means that perhaps she's ready to help people heal?!

I'm in Chains...

I always tend to try to make each and every one of my little pictures like a mini artwork look into my crazy, fantasy, fun filled mind...
Yet this morning I had an attack of the "UGH I'm not good enoughs" when I saw numbers on Flickr for recent postings I'd made. I am trying so hard to stay close to the thoughts of, I LOVE what I do, and don't care if others do or not. I know that there are people who like what I create and they are the people that count... Yet there's always these niggling doubts in my mind, that say I'm not good enough... I'm not getting the same numbers of likes that others get, I feel like I shouldn't apply or will lose the designers that I am working for because I'm not getting 200+ likes on a picture... It's a vicious cycle in my mind... I fee like I'm trapped, caught in chains and have no way to get out other than to stop... 

Don't worry, I don't plan on stopping but after sharing my thoughts on Facebook, it really feels better... Like I'm not the only one feeling this way, and that there are others out there who hate the Flickr likes popularity contest too... 
I do find myself wondering though if something simple will be more greatly appreciated than some of the crazy fantasy looks that I create at times. I know those aren't really for everyone. So today I toned it down, locked Rudh in a room full of chains - a gorgeous backdrop from Synnergy called Chained by the way - and dressed up all pretty to see if it was more popular amongst Flickr viewers!

Ra's Dealer of Death

I've spent the past few days - or could that be weeks - I've been talking a little Bah Humbug about Valentines, but since the day is upon us I'm just going to totally ignore it and do something much more interesting... 
I let my mind slip away into another one of it's dreams, where the goddesses of the past and the fairy realm are coming to life in my mind... Today though, its not so much a fae or a goddess, it's actually one of their assistants, an Egyptian Death Dealer - Ra's favourite little assistant - sweeping out of the temple, leaving her fury dust on the wind... 

Ra's Death Dealer was not pleased after the meeting she just escaped, working for the Egyptian God of the Underworld is always a risk but the smokey aura following after her across the courtyard of Alexandreia could be one of two things... Either that's just her natural aura, OR the meeting went badly and she's now smouldering after getting herself into some trouble with the boss...

The God of Time's Assistant

The snow has taken over the Netherlands... Everything is white, and the snow is blizzarding through the air like fairy dust in the wind. I guess you could say that it was somewhat an inspiration for the Fairy that danced into center stage in my mind today... 
The Winter Fairy of Death decided to make herself at home in the wintery forest that is my imagination. The Winter swirling it's glittering snowflakes on it's blustery breezes... 

This little fairy goddess is an omen of change, although looks may be deceiving she is not the dark portent that she might seem. 
It is true that she may carry a scythe - thanks to FIKA at Midnight Order - and not just any Scythe, it happens to be the Scythe of Kronos and anything that belonged to the Father of Zeus and the God of time shows that she means business... The Dark Magic from Koroko bubbling in her hand, creating the glittering snowflakes that dance into the blizzard of The Outer Garden. 
The fairy we spotted today is an assistant to the God Kronos, assisting his passing of time allowing the seasons to change in their own slow and steady way. Helping Winter to change to Spring this time she seems too captivated by the snowflakes, but maybe soon she wil let the new replace the old and dead...

Love even burns in dark places like Necrosis

This week is Valentines Week... The day that's been commercialized as a day we're meant to show love is coming this Friday. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I LOVE LOVE but don't think it should be limited to something that we share one day a year! If you love something or someone then SAY IT! 
That having been said though, it's something that you cannot seem to avoid at this time of year, EVERYWHERE is full of hearts and flowers - even the places that are dark and depraved... Places like Necrosis, and even allowing the dark lovers to share their love, in their own twisted ways... 

By February 14th, the current round of Necrosis will be coming to a close. There are so many goodies that I've yet to share though, I feel like time is running out to spread the love before the little cupids get there and get all the fun! 
Today's dip into the Necrosis box saw me pull out a little of the dark glamour. Something that could easily make a perfect date night look for those with the dark in mind... I was drawn to aspects of this outfit like a moth to a flame... The Little Bat Love Carvings on my chest and the Misschevious release which shows "Every Rose Has A Thorn" my own face being the thorn of course, pulled me to them with such force that I was powerless to stop it! Then as if by a little dark valentine magic, the rest of my outfit simply fell into place... An Arabella Lace Top - from Infernal Alchemy - seemed to work wonders, almost a perfect match, with an old pair of N-Core Heels I had and when topped with a messy updo... PERFECT VALENTINES LOOK... Just a shame I have no where to go, and no need to dress all pretty!

Bunnies are Over-rated! Have a Kitty instead!

Easter Sunday, a day of religion... Be that for your faith, or as in my case, a day when it's allowed to eat as much chocolate as you want - yes it's a tradition - thanks to a bunny that lays eggs. Please, if you're religious don't be mad at me, we all have our beliefs and I'm not saying anything to be offensive but you know me, unless it's Halloween - or maybe Christmas - I'm not really interested in the seasonal holidays! 
HOWEVER, I will say that Easter bunnies are over-rated, everyone seems to be sprouting bunny ears. I've decided to forgo the traditional bunny look today, and instead I'm gonna be a Kitty! Well, ish! 

It's the fault of this AMAZING new harness that has been released by 1313 Mockingbird Lane for the new round of FaMESHed X. The BrandieWyne Harness can be worn as a super sexy fishnet number, but showing her true colours and brilliant sense of humour - Izzy Lane of 1313 Mockingbird Lane - has added her cat lady flair with these cat versions too!!! I bust out laughing when I saw them and knew this would be something I HAD to share! 
Now, I will admit that even for me it's a little risqué without anything over my nip nips... Sometimes I do it, others I get prudish, don't judge me I know I'm weird, but luckily Amadeo Dubratt swooped in and saved my look! Walk like an Egyptian! Walk like an Egyptian!

Sorry I'm rocking out in my own little world to the Bangles song "Walk Like an Egyptian" since I've been working on a photo that I wanted to take with a very Egyptian Pharaoh type theme... I blame it on some of the awesomeness that I picked up at the latest round of the Fantasy Gacha Carnival... stuff that had been hidden in a tomb for over 3000 years. 

To think all this started, and a song got stuck in my head, because of a few new goodies... I'm actually gonna lay most of the blame on Violetility this time... Gwen made an awesome Pharaoh's Legacy set for the FGC - which includes but is not limited to the throne and THREE different Head dresses I'm wearing... Then again, while we're on the subject of FGC and the Egyptian theme things, I cannot lay all the blame on Violetility, since I'm also playing with some of the Moon.Phase Worship of the Gods items like these amazing Scarabs, AND an amazing Coin Harness from the Maharani Collection by !dM deviousMinds. I know Maharani's aren't Egyptian but it just fit so perfectly I couldn't help myself!

It's very late, and the moon is high in the sky... The sounds of the bar have faded so that it's just the drone of a last few drunks being tempted to leave by the tired security team. Most of the staff are finishing their cleaning, and the girls are slipping into their comfy clothes to head out into the night... Yet as with any night, each of them must present her earnings to the Dom receiving her cut while he pockets his share... Girls that disobey know the consequences... His whip on the table as a reminder. She nervously waits, watching as he counts, hoping she's done enough today to keep her Master happy... 

Hehe, sorry you know me, sometimes when I'm setting a scene a story develops in my head... This time however, I had a little help from my dear sweet friend Dean - my long suffering model that I call on when I have something kinky in mind, since HellBone refuses to pose like that lol - the conversation we had lead to the story in my head, it went like this...

I laughed so hard I nearly spat my drink all over my PC!!

However, rather than looking like a customer, Dean looked SO MUCH more like the Dominant Owner of the club full of girls, that I cannot help but laugh and agree with his idea!! My outfit was going to be something totally different but I remembered these amazing Body Jewels from Ama called Eris, and with just a hint of Stripper Body Dust, and my hair pulled forward over my nakedness it seemed perfect for the shot I wanted of my back!! YAY I LOVE when a plan comes together... 
Though looking at it now, I think I may be in trouble... The look on his face, I didn't meet my quota... I'm already wincing at the thought of what's to come!!!

This week is the week of LURVE... I am so Anti-Valentines it hurts, BUT I do love a little love... I have lots and lots of it to give away, but why restrict it to one day a year! So this week I might be doing things that are a little more lovey, a little more filled with hearts, and quite possibly a lot of Anti-Valentines... 
I'm a weird girl I know... Weird, and normally allergic to one colour in particular... 

Apparently most of the year that's not the season of love... I prefer pink to purple I suppose so that's less of a reason to be shocked... If I start wearing purple you know we have an issue lol...

Yet this post is actually a little more Zombie Suicide than anything else, because the store has not just one but two new releases. The awesome Set of Ashley and Medusa Piercings are available at the Darkness Event. They have multiple colours and can be coloured seperately! 
The three little hearts that are a mouthie chain are also from Zombie Suicide this month, and they are a special release for the XOXO Hunt. If you have no idea what the XOXO hunt is, let me tell you... From now until the end of February - that's the 28th as there are only 28 days in this short month - you will be able to go to the main stores that are participating in the XOXO Hunt and locate a heart shaped box. At the box you can say the magic word "XOXO" and there's a chance you can get your hands on the item for FREE!!! Such a lovely word isn't it, Free?! OR if you are impatient and don't want to wait, you can get these lovely items for a low low price of 50L, until the event ends!!!

Love Potion #9

There are periods of the year that are supposed to be the most magical if you look at any cultural history. Christmas is now very much tired up with the Pagan holiday of the Mid-Winter and in fact, if you look at many of our modern Christmas traditions, you will realise that they came from Pagan festivities. It is definitely a time of magic however, and that magic may be used for less than good... 
In a dark little shop in the Ironwood Hills, a little witch hides away brewing a Love Potion after being jilted just before the Christmas festivities began... 

Her Sad Tears - thanks to an applier from Nightmare which can be seen more clearly in the attached close ups I've included below and which is the new release from Nightmare at the main store - are adding to the Love Potion #9 - a pose from elephante poses - that she found in one of her Grandmother's old books... 
She was dressed for a party in a Sugarplum Oubliette dress of soft lilac lace, purchased very recently at the Winter's Hollow, and had even remembered her special Dae Glasses, to make her eyes sparkle thanks to the Zombie Suicide, but it seems like this pretty outfit will never make it to the party... 
Unless Grandma's spell works?!

Dancer Days Flashbacks!

Ladies and Gentlemen, it's time to get a little naughty... I know that shouldn't come as a surprise, but I've been a very good girl for a while now and I want to let out some of the naughty before it explodes out of me with a bang! It's not as naughty as I have been before, and I promise you it's in the name of art designed to show off some of my new stuff!! 
It may look like Rudh on a pole, and well... It is Rudh on a pole, but there is more to it than just a picture of the Living Dead Dolly going back too her roots as a stripper!!! 

Aside from the fact that she has no problem getting naked and showing off to anyone that will dare to look, there is a real reason for her being naked today. 
Two awesome new things came into my possession and I'm showcasing them now, even though it's kinda a flashback to her past as a stripper which I mentioned before. 
Showing Tattoos is something that I'm still really kind of learning about, but it seems easier when there is less of a clothing hindrance LOL... The tattoo on her leg is a newish release from Vestigium, which is available until May 31st at The Darkness Monthly Event, called Fractal. I LOVE tattoos that are fractal or mandala patterns, so this made me a little excited, and that's why I simply couldn't resist getting naked - well very nearly naked anyway - to show it off! 
The reason she is on a pole is actually a new release from a store I love too... This Dance Pole is a release from Violetility at ROMP for May. They made lots of fun new cages - one of which you will get to see in the next few days - but this pole with both dances for male and female dancers, as well as static poses was something that I played with for a while!! Just a shame I had no one to dance for really!!!
