The Demons of Midnight Order

Now that the Midnight Order has arrived and the darkness has seeped over the summertime in Second Life it seems to be that the monsters are feeling the heat as much as anyone. Funny to think that the demons are finding the heat too hot... If you're using the summoning spells to bring the demons to your door, don't expect them to come dressed and hiding their true demonic forms... 

In the Lordhunter's Crypt of the Spires Society, a special place that only opens during the Midnight Order, they have set out one of the special Dark Floor Portals - from CELESTE, available at Midnight Order. 
The demonness that they have summoned forth is currently only wearing her shoes, a gorgeous pair of cinphul Virginia Stilettos, that verge on the demonic in their own right. The red candle light glinting from her huge Aspirant Horns - which are part of the Nefekalum release for Midnight Order - seems menacing, but it is nothing compared her Voracious Maw - from Eliavah - a body part that she normally conceals under her clothes. 
The darkness, and the macabre, seem like nothing in comparison to the fear that rises fast at the sight of those teeth, and the drool on her lashing tongue...

The Basement of the Spider Queen

I am missing Halloween... This time last year, HellBone had begun working on the Gators MC Halloween Maze, but this year since the Gators has closed that´s not something that will be happening... I miss preparing the dark side, I miss the feeling of thinking "will it be scary enough?" and watching the plans come together to create something Halloweeny! 
So today, I think I'm going to slip into something a little on the scarier side - tapping into the arachnaphobia - while I play with my spidery friends... 

In the basement - a skybox backdrop from Paparazzi - where the spiders lurk in the dark, but oddly glittering cobwebs, you may, if you look hard enough, find the Spider Princess...

Spiders in the Dark

It's been a LONG HOT and STRESSFUL Week and finally for me, my weekend is upon me, though this morning I had a very big shock in RL. It's not every day that you wake up and find someone, who has been running from the police, sleeping in your backyard. I hadn't even had a chance to make some coffee yet, I was just about to throw open the back door and THERE HE WAS! 
I get totally freaked out, although I'm not really afraid of them, by Spiders... Something TINY! Yet this was a real adult male! It was such a huge shock... For now I'll be a lot less worried about Spiders sneaking around! 

Spiders like to live in dark places - not all I'll grant you - but there are a lot that do! That includes the Princess of the Web! Black Widows have NOTHING on this devil of a spider that walks the earth in human form! The tricks of her trade worn like jewellery over her dainty frame! Don't let looks deceive you, it's what the Black Widow wants... 
I have to admit to you, aside from the shock and wanting to do something a little dark this morning to cheer myself up, I am TOTALLY in love with these Webbed Earrings from Zombie Suicide. They were released at the last round of AnyBody, but they are so gorgeous that I hope even if you cannot get them at the event location anymore you will be able to get them at the mainstore!

Calling in the Snow

In many parts of Europe it's beginning to snow... Here in Holland it was predicted but at the time of typing this post, there has only been some of that fizzy icy rain, nothing that looks anywhere near what I'd call snow! 
So the magic of the forest is calling some forward - in SL though please I don't really want it in RL lol - but in SL it's pretty and I can enjoy it from the warmth of my desk chair hehe... 

This started as a look based around a make-up believe it or not... The make-up came out fairly faint when I'd finished playing with windlights and the like, so I'll be a good girl and add a picture of the ad for the Ice Queen Makeup from Mad'... 
Yet it developed into a picture of a white witch summoning the winter... At Winter's Hollow she rattles her tambourine - which is actually a pose from Image Essentials - and calls in the flurries of snow...

Fallen Angels in Hell

I don't want to get myself into trouble today, posting something that I'm thinking of as a demon in Hell, I KNOW that religious stuff can and does offend people but for me it's just a level of fantasy - one that I love playing around with! I crack jokes about it all the time, I mean hell is my hubby after all! 
Today though, for some reason I found myself wanting to do something a little darker, Hell related, a fallen angel of sorts... 

Not that I'm an angel by any means but it's always fun to play around right?! LOL... 
This look was actually a mixed inspiration - partly due to the way I'm feeling right now - but more a combination of this AMAZEBALLS Lava Face and Body Tattoo from Mad' - which comes in two colours Fire and Stone by the way - and the way it seemed to perfectly fit with the Shattered Angel Wings from Ama! It's almost like they were made to go together!! The addition of a tail and horns was all it took to have me charging all over SL looking for the perfect "Hell" style location... I found one, if you haven't been to the Angels & Demons Role Play System but want a heaven or hell style setting, I'd recommend it! 
For now though that's all your getting for me, a little Hell... I'm gonna go raise Hell in RL!!!

Decorated by the Tribe

Right now I feel a bit lost, maybe unsure of where things will be going in my SL future. I have to just hide in the dark for now until the way becomes clear, but yeah, at this time Rudh is a little lost. So she's going into hiding... Deep in the rainforest somewhere... 

She needs to find somewhere to fit in, a new family and a new place to be...
She found herself wandering in the jungle of Mysts of Eyr and pretty soon came upon a tribe who took her into their fold as the "magical pale one"...
She's been dressed like one of the tribe and is trying to blend in but she's being adorned with roses and some amazing nose jewellery - thanks to Mad' - but I wonder if it's them decorating me to become their next sacrifice?!

Washing off the Weekend

The weekend is done and over, and I'm trying not to be too sad about it. I spent a lot of time taking some pretty pictures and trying to re-find my blogging mojo, which seems to have been lost as of late, I'm barely posting anything in comparison to what I did... Yet now it's time to start the week, and that means getting ready for work... A shower to wash the vibrant colours of the weekend off?! 

I know it seems weird taking a shower in a bathing suit, but sometimes when you're making art and you get a bit messy it's easier to just step into the shower without getting naked and then take it off later LOL... Least that's my story that I'm sticking too... PLUS can you not see that bathing suit I'm wearing... It's adorable!!
The bathing suit is a release from epoch which comes in a whole heap of colours and patterns. The plain white was the one that I chose since my body was so many different colours, but it's such a sexy suit! The bright painted look is actually a release from Mad' called Fluid Face + Body. I saw this and was like I LOVE IT, looks like someone had an interesting painting lesson?! 
Still, time to go wash the weekend off... Work and Duty Calls!!!

Walk like an Egyptian! Walk like an Egyptian!

Sorry I'm rocking out in my own little world to the Bangles song "Walk Like an Egyptian" since I've been working on a photo that I wanted to take with a very Egyptian Pharaoh type theme... I blame it on some of the awesomeness that I picked up at the latest round of the Fantasy Gacha Carnival... stuff that had been hidden in a tomb for over 3000 years. 

To think all this started, and a song got stuck in my head, because of a few new goodies... I'm actually gonna lay most of the blame on Violetility this time... Gwen made an awesome Pharaoh's Legacy set for the FGC - which includes but is not limited to the throne and THREE different Head dresses I'm wearing... Then again, while we're on the subject of FGC and the Egyptian theme things, I cannot lay all the blame on Violetility, since I'm also playing with some of the Moon.Phase Worship of the Gods items like these amazing Scarabs, AND an amazing Coin Harness from the Maharani Collection by !dM deviousMinds. I know Maharani's aren't Egyptian but it just fit so perfectly I couldn't help myself!

Bad Puppy

Since yesterday was all about the not so well behaved women, today I couldn't really do something sweet and innocent, could I?! It has to be something that a bad girl would be proud of, and so for me, something naughty was the only way to go hehe... You know me, I love being naughty occasionally!! OK, more than occasionally!!! More like a LOT!!! 
Today the bad little me got punished and sent to bed early... 

A Puppy Love Bed for my punishment, though luckily the Puppy Love Dog Bed from Fapple is plush and soft, with a cute little friend to keep me company! 
Of course, since it's a puppy bed, I had to dress for the part, with a little tail - that's not really a tail - and a tattoo that well... Shows Daddy just whereto spank me when I'm a bad girl!! 
Now OK, I may not make history, but being a bad girl is SO MUCH FUN!!!

Lollies at the Festival

It's getting hot again in RL, and so I'm going to spoil myself, treat myself to an Ice Cream... I LOVE Ice Cream. It's also festival season, and I'm kinda sad that I won't be going to a festival this year - especially now HellBone will be working event security at some pretty good ones - but hey ho, a girl has to keep smiling and lick her Ice Cream... 

This festival though - held at MINIMAL Backdrop City - is selling the most amazing Ice Lollies... 
They are Mad'! The Lick Him Lollies - are also available in a Lick Her variety - come in a range of flavours, all of them are SO delicious, but equally messy... Look at Rudh's Messy Face! 
Probably not the best thing to be eating when wearing such a pretty white shirt LOL...

Her Last...

I'm so tired at the moment that I feel I could just sleep anywhere and I'm actually in a pretty good mood at the moment LOL... Now you're probably going to think that I've gone mad when you see my picture today and wonder how can she be happy when she's dead, but you should know me if you've been reading my blog ever that the more dead I am the happier I am in RL... 
Today I'm sitting in my favourite new chair, locked in the Death Chamber... 

The Death Chamber is a new release from Mad' - which you can pick up at the Men Jail - that comes complete with an electric chair for maximum body warming. 
For her last meal though, Rudh didn't opt for food, she decided to have as a last meal, some fun with some naughty "Whipped" Magazines - a current group gift from abrasive - and some fun toys that were delivered discretely in a BellePoses carrier Bag. 
Fear not though Rudh lovers, she died with a smile on her face... She'll be back again tomorrow though, Living Dead Dolls have the ability to come say hi again and again!!!

Make-Up is a Mask

I recently saw an advert on Flickr that I store I LOVE was looking for bloggers... I tend to find myself feeling a little shy to apply for things, since rejection is something I can't handle but I wanted to try for this store since it's been something I stumbled on randomly. They make some awesome make-ups that are perfect for creating some fun characters... I'm talking about a store called Mad'... 

I chose to play with these Innocent Masks from Mad´ as my first post... I know it may seem strange as my first choice. Yet make-up has always felt like a bit of a mask to me in RL, I hate wearing the stuff in RL but in SL it's like a staple accessory. Everyone wears their avatar as a mask but the application of make-up can be a little bit of a mask too... 
There is a lot more to come from the make up box that is Mad' and some of it isn't even make up... I'm so excited to be able to share it with you...
