There's an event that's just opened on the grid called Afterglow. It's an event themed for Adults out there but it's not just about the sex, there's a lot of alcohol and rock'n'roll too... It seems like the perfect event for adults wanting to let loose and have a little fun, and in fact that's exactly what HellBone and I are planning on doing today! Tonight is a much needed date night, but before then, we had time for just a little SL fun in the snow... Hell and Rudh style of course!
See, we've been busy setting up the most gorgeous location for my SL parents wedding in a few weeks, but all that snow was just calling to us. I wanted to build a snowman, but well me being the little deviant that I am ended up making Snow Peen! One of them got a little grassy, but I just couldn't help giggling as the Snow Peen got bigger and bigger - these are an Afterglow release from Hilted by the way. Then I turned around and what do I see... HELLBONE WAS MARKING HIS TERRITORY IN A SNOW PILE! I'm assuming it will say "Gators MC was here" but who knows with HellBone and his terrible spellings hehe.
Just a side note, the Snow Pile that we're playing with is actually more than a little awesome. It's scripted so that you can write a message in the snow as you pee!!! We all know someone that wants to do this, now they can thanks to FaceDesk at Afterglow!
Now we just have to hope that we don't get murdered by Lou, Chopper or Phe for being naughty in their Winter Wonderland Wedding setting!!! At least we're out tonight lol... Maybe we will get away with it?!

It's just my bloomin' luck, the one day I have something big planned to do in RL, I am suddenly faced with the horrible feeling that my darling hubby gave me his cold... Can you feel the wonderful dollop of sarcasm as I say that LOL... It's just Sod's Law *facepalms*...
So today, feeling full of cold in RL, Rudh is being made to suffer too by being stood in the cold in SL... She's not gonna get the flu, she's fine and at least she's wearing something warm looking today hehe... I guess you could say it's a cold looking, Look of the Day somewhat...
I pulled this look on and thought about it for a while, was it nice? was it weird? A little too kookie as a look, but then I like dressing a little different sometimes. I guess it would have had a totally different feel if I'd opted to wear the simple hat that came with this #Foxy Hairstyle, but where's the fun in that, right?
Also you may have realised that I LOVE this jacket from Villena, it's great with super sexy lingerie BUT I fancied trying it with something a little different, and although I'd not normally think about pairing it with this sYs Y6 Shirt and Vest, somehow it seems to work really well... A pair of simple jeans and some awesome boots, was all it took to complete my look, and mean that I could walk somewhere cold and pretty, somewhere a little like the frozen fjords at Maison de L'amitie.

Oh Deer... As it's getting closer to Halloween the Horror Magic is getting stronger and things are going wrong...
On a recent hunting trip some poor guy was stalking through the forest and spotted what he thought was a lonely deer... He lined up his shot and waited...
Then as he finally squeezed the trigger and the bullet flew from his gun, the Halloween magic burst to life and a flash swept through the forest... The hunter ran towards his kill, expecting to find a deer breathing her last breath, what he saw left him shaking with fear...
Laying in the exact spot he'd seen the deer was a figure, a woman, with deer-like make-up and a mask, draped in furs...
His mind fuzzy, the poor hunter felt a change in the forest, but what the heck was he to do... He scooped the dying deer woman up and loaded her into his flat-bed truck, speeding like lightening through the darkening forest...
Arriving home, just a moment too late...
OK OK so once again I got carried away and wrote a little story to go with my photo today but I cannot help myself, sometimes it just happens...
I put together an outfit due to a make-up and a mask, then found this location at La Vie - which is a beautiful place that you can actually rez on if so needed - it all kind of fell together, especially when I remembered this Levitation Pose from Image Essentials...

The bad girl has been subdued, it says so in the cards... A gypsy has moved into the gardens around my farm and she brings magic and portents of trouble.

HellBone is one of the hardest people in the entirety of SL to get to sit still so that he can pose for the pictures I take. He's also fairly picky about what he will pose in too LOL... I mean trying to get him to sit still is one thing, but trying to make him pose me with me in something that could be considered a little bit sexy and he's running away faster than shoppaholics run at a bargain sale.
Yet sometimes, rarely and more likely if it's with his besties than with me, he will pose... Mainly because I get stroppy, but sometimes a girl has to do these things to get what she wants LOL...
This was one of those times, I don't think I could have done this pose with ANYONE else - maybe with the exception of my bestieface - but it had to be HellBone...
The pose is a new one that Come Soon has released at their mainstore and on marketplace... This time it is in association with a store I've never heard of before called Your Dreams. Apparently Your Dreams is a store that specialises in making décor for weddings, which may be why I have never heard of it LOL... I did pop over to take a look, and things are very beautifully made - stylish and well textured - so if I ever was going to get married officially in SL then I'd make this a stop on my shopping tour! Anyway, went off on a ramble there LOL, but the new pose is called "I + You", it's so cute but it's definitely something I needed my hubby for!
As for all the stuff I'm wearing, I finally went through my LuxeBox... I know I am slow at it... To be totally honest with you, there were a few really nice things in the box but I'm not entirely sure I'd have bought them if they were released alone. It was fun for the gamble but I don't think I'll be paying out again in June... I was a little disappointed! I'm sure others will tell me I'm crazy, but although I loved the gamble I don't think I can afford the risk of getting things that are cute but not my style again... There are so many cool things coming... The Arcade is coming... I know that 1000L would be better spent elsewhere!
Still, early Thursday morning and you've had a rant and a little love mixed up like a perfectly edible breakfast... But I think it's time I actually found some breakfast, because my tummy needs a little love hehe...

A new round of The Gacha Garden has started and from what I can tell everyone and their pet cat - or dog depending on their personal preference - is trying to fight their way in...
It really amazes me sometimes how everyone seems to get this shopping event insanity, having to spend ages desperately trying to get into an event in the first day that it's open, even though we all know full well that the event is going to be open for at least two weeks... I will hold my hands up and admit that I do this with a lot of events, I'm not ashamed to admit it, but I do often find myself wondering why?! Why do I need it right now? Why don't I wait for a few days?!
So for now, with The Gacha Garden at least, I plan on kicking back, watching a movie and piggin' out on some YUMMY junk foods...
Chillaxing in our home movie theatre - a special Movie Night Skybox from Consignment - I dumped myself across a few chairs so that no one would come and sit with me. I was not in the mood for being disturbed hehe... I wasn't really all that comfy for a movie day, and I will admit that by the end of the movie I'd lost my shoes, jacket and skirt LOL - what can I say panties and a strappy top are much more suitable for chillaxing!
I was only allowing for one tiny disturbance... Just one... HellBone passed me in a try of junk food... Tasty Eats from Lost Junction's Diner! Cheeseburgers, Fries, Cola and Onion Rings... Mmmmm Yummy! Everything that is bad for me LOL...

I don't know if you've seen it in the news, or perhaps you don't get news about the Netherlands where you are, but we're in the midst of a rare occurrence in some parts of Holland right now. Apparently it's a once in 20 years type deal, but people are putting their ice skates on JUST TO GET OUT OF THEIR FRONT DOORS!!!! I know it's shocked me too! There is no excessive amount of water involved either, it's not like Holland is flooding, it's just slippery right outside the front door! I haven't check at our home yet, I'm staying in my Jammies today but WOW...
It's prompted me to find somewhere snowy - though without ice because ice makes me nervous! - to take a photo of what will be my first look-of-the-day for 2016...
I LOVE this outfit, and before I ramble on about it I want to add here that I LOVE my new skin... It's so pretty, so soft, and so much more feminine I'm glad I decided to update myself hehe...
The outfit though is one of those made up of old and new looks, and I love having had the ability to do that...
For the old I have a jacket and top from Foxes, my favourite boots from Hollyhood and even though it's not as old as the previous two items, the bobble hat and it's curly locks from Spellbound.
The new part is something that in the past I might never have chosen to wear, but now that I have it, I am really glad I stepped out of the box... It is the "Neal" Shorts and Leggings from SPIRIT - available at this month's Uber - with the denim over the leather, it really surprised me that I liked them, but I DO hehe...

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, but at least not everywhere you go... I love Christmas, not my favourite holiday, but I still tend to really enjoy it. Always hard being without my family at this time of year, but I'm a big girl, I'll manage, I have my SL family with me! However, I am one of those people that will have to wait until the last possible moment to even think about Christmas Decorations at home... I love them but can only put up with them for a short while before I get bored, and so even though in SL I am planning on decorating for the Gator Christmas, I won't even think about it in RL yet...
I'm just glad that there are still places I can run away too that are Wintery but without the Christmas feeling... I had such a great time the other day, playing in the snow at Lil's... I even made a snowman, well ish...
I say ish because well, it's clearly a shark! I was inspired by my little friend's Winter Coat and wanted to give the goats at Lil's place something interesting to decorate their field!
The shark Snow Animal is one from Half-Deer that you can grab until December 11th at No.21, and it's one of a collection of 5 different animals... I couldn't decide which would be better for the goats, but sharks are COOL, and my little Puggle friend - from Birdy - was wearing his shark sweater, so it kinda sealed the deal!!
My snowman building outfit was something warm and cosy, without too much fuss... I had my hair tied up, functional but cute, and wore a warm coat - from Foxes - and some surprisingly well matched Sheepskin boots from RibboN - which are unfortunately no longer available! Now OK Denim jeans were possibly not the best idea for playing in the snow but I really love these Blueberry jeans... Really really really...
Could have made a Christmassy Snowman but pft this is SO MUCH BETTER hehe...

I've been digging through my hoard recently, trying to work out what I want to keep and what I need to throw away as I've become a mesh body addict and cannot wear my old system clothing... I am going to admit that some of my favourite pieces will be added to my SL time capsule of a folder, where I have stashed things with meaning such as the ball-gown I wore at my 21st birthday party in SL, but a lot had to go... This did however help me rediscover some things that I'd forgotten, and when I added a new necklace I was happy as a pig in the mud hehe... I guess you might call it a look of the day?!
The outfit is mostly older stuff, but for a walk in the sheep fields at Kaleidoscope, an older outfit didn't seem like a bad idea!
The jacket is an oldie but a great one from [Foxes], it's an Aviator Jacket in a dark gunmetal colour, with an awesomely soft furry collar! It looks great with ANY jeans, but I have a new found addiction - yes I know I am late to the party - about the asses from Blueberry, and so Blueberry jeans will grace my butt a lot for the time being hehe...
To accessorise I decided to keep things simple and found a necklace from a past round of Fi*Friday that I had not worn yet. The BellePoses necklace that I bought a few weeks back called Beth, just looked so cute with this simple outfit that it added a little something and made me feel great!!!

Autumn is upon us, and I am more than a little excited... It seems to have taken a hold in SL a lot faster than RL, but that I'm sure that will change pretty soon and I cannot wait. Until that point in RL though I will sit back and enjoy the Autumnal - or Fall - changes that SL is going through...
This weekend is the biggest event that all my friends seem to have been talking about, the seemingly bigger than the UK Royals wedding of Solde and Kris, and to be honest there are things I will be pleased to hear are over... All the talk of weddings is making me twitchy...

The outfit I wore was possibly NOT the best for wandering through the woods... Heels are never good for that kind of activity, but I LOVE my Candydoll Arabella Boots that much so I sucked it up like a true hero hehe... Plus they looked so cute with my outfit that I'd pulled out of hiding in my wardrobe...

The skirt is one from [Aux] called "A little Foxy", it came with a fox tail for the zipper and the jacket is from another of her stores, [Foxes] in which you can find this gorgeous Aviator Jacket with it's cute t-shirts underneath.

Ugh sometimes you need to stop and restart the day again... Today is one of those days, connection issues to work made me worry I'd be forced to go in rather than have a lazy day in my pjs whilst working from home LOL... Still lucky that the tech guys at work are not only fast but sweethearts that are willing to help!
So today it will be a leisurely, lazy day - in RL I will likely have a pj day, but in SL I'm going to take it easy and enjoy a little opulence!
Such a lovely word, Opulence, but what does it truly mean? Well anything luxurious or of great wealth apparently, and I think I found the PERFECT place for that in SL, don't you? The Outer Garden has a collection of little scenarios like this one, all beautiful but all slightly different, and this one simply screamed luxurious wealth at me! So I decided to become a lady of Opulence myself and dressed for the role!!
With my favourite pair of boots - HOLLYHOOD by the way - I went for something a little grand but still Rudhish hehe... At a recently passed round of Fifty Linden Friday, Foxes released some amazingly adorable things that screamed perfect for Autumn! The Sweater Dresses in their autumn hues are soft looking, and snuggly, even though they are short, and when I added the Faux Fox Stole in a slightly darker chocolate brown I was more than a little pleased!
All I need now is for someone to show up with a cup of tea, ooooh or for a little more opulence, champagne!?!

One of the reasons that I am most in love with the Autumn - or Fall - season is the change in the colours... Don't get me wrong I LOVE seeing lots of greens when Spring is in full force, but the firey colours of Autumn always make me feel happier!
Maybe it is the time of year that animals start hibernating, or maybe it's due to the fact that we get to start wearing the cosier style clothing, but this time of year makes me want to snuggle up and watch the colours in the trees change!
This has to be one of my favourite pictures I've taken as of late, and the reason is the way that it all seems to work so effortlessly... The colours, the outfit, the lighting and even the pose just make the photo seem natural, as if Rudh was just wandering through the long grasses on a hazy Autumn Day!
The location of Alirium is just perfect for that late Autumn feeling...
The outfit was one that I just randomly pulled on but instantly found myself in that warm snuggly feeling, and I KNEW I would need to go somewhere to take pictures of it hehe...
Along with my adorable Ploom Pwny Pigtails and the deer headband, I kept accessories simple, finding the perfect necklace from n-creation, which is an oldie but a classic I had been waiting for just the right time to use. Both the Jacket - with it's shirt - and the jeans are things I have worn before but you have to love when you find things in your hoard that just work!!! I was more than a little excited and when the photo came out like this well... For me at least that never happens hehe...
