At certain times everyone needs to play the police... Policing situations that are needing both good and bad cops... It can be draining and can leave marks on a girl, even though you're not directly involved in anything.
Now cops should always work in pairs, the good with the bad... Finally I'd found the bad to my good - or the good to my bad when I'm feeling particularly feisty - but I have to admit that she keeps telling me to worry less... It's hard, I've always had to be the one that handles things on my own...
So I'm taking a break, and heading out to get my co-cop something delicious - no doughnuts, not yet - but ice lollies are a good substitute right?!
Of course, this kinda cop, although right now the good cop mode, would still dress like Rudh! In the precinct that Rudh works in, the uniform is kept very minimalistic LOL... It's such a cute uniform, provided by the 1313 Mockingbird Lane team, so that when she's policing the Vila Mimosa Red Light District she's able to blend in with the other girls! Each uniform is available in three parts - bodysuit, shorts and hat - which is awesome as you can wear it all together or separately. Though you need to provide your own cuffs and firearms - like the one I have from (Yummy) stuffed into my garter.
Anyway I'm off on a Junk Food run, I want to get some lollies from the Bodega for my co-cop...

I LOVEEEEEEEE Fairies... My first few years in SL were spent living life as a fairy, as part of a draconian family, and sometimes I still love the chance to slip into something fae...
I was so excited by the Pesky Pixies that were released from Hextraordinary at the round of the Gacha Garden... I played so much that I was even given a chance to get my hands on the Seed of Inspiration Pixie...
Then for my outfit... The dress is actually something I've been a little naughty with... It's a Storybook Covet top that I actually bought in white. It's really awesome in white, but because I chose to wear the Sax Shepherd Designs Witch Circlet, I needed to make the dress match the jewels. So I was naughty and re-coloured the white one to fit my needs - please don't kill my Storybook staff!!

Summer is here and it's getting a little too hot for me. I'm not ashamed to admit that behind the avatar is a big girl - I'm nothing like Rudh in RL aside from my personality being one and the same - but when it starts heating up, I find myself starting to wither and longing for the colder weather again. Crazy right?
Still in SL I have no problems, and can run around like a headless chicken enjoying the summer 'heat'. I feel lucky in saying that it's awesome to be able to click a button and find yourself on some awesome fun beaches.
Although poor Rudh forgot her sunscreen last time she went to the beach!! Ouch!!
This time she's at the beach she's been a smart girl, she picked up some new Sunblock that she's wearing like a necklace - available from Katat0nik at Summerfest until July 20th - so that she will never be without any! So now, that she's heading to a beach party - this time at the Frisky Beaver Beach Club - she's protected... The sunburn - an applier from Izzie's by the way - still looks a little ouchies though!! Still in her super cute bikini bottoms - that are part of a set called Jasmina from Rebel Hope - and adorable sunglasses - from Suicidal Unborn, she seems more than happy to ignore the sunburn sting and offer you some pineapple - thanks to a pose called Fruity from FOXCITY which is available at SaNaRae until July 18th! OH AND before I forget, isn't her hair SO CUTE!!! It's a style from Wasabi Pills that is currently available from Hair Fair 2017 until July 16th. As I said yesterday, I am currently on a bit of a break in the UK, visiting family and friends, but I have agreed to log in to work, and so therefore I am online, stuck behind the PC and while I'm here it seems like the perfect opportunity to spend some time talking to you all here.
It's warm in the UK at the moment, though it seems to be less of a bother while I'm here somehow. I'm on holiday and no matter what it's not gonna get me down - being too hot I mean!
I'll just kick back and have an ice lolly while I watch the screen to see if anyone needs my help!
I love Ice Lollies... I love all things food related and have built up quite a good collection of foodish things during my time in Second Life. I will say though that I love all things candy sweeties and naughty... This Ice Lolly - a Lime Popsicle from Katat0nik at SaNaRae for those of you that are curious.
It's so hot though that poor Rudh, much like her ice lolly - which by the way is the British term for a Popsicle - is melting! Even this super cute ripped shirt from Nightmare isn't doing enough to keep her cool, and as beautiful as the Field of Dreams location is, she's not going to be happy until she finds somewhere to cool off... Luckily for her though she may have found the ocean and as soon as this popsicle has been devoured then there is a strong chance that this little living dead girl will be going for a swim!!

It's amazing how much the weather can change at the moment. Close your eyes for a nights sleep and it can go from blisteringly hot to somewhat chilly without a moment to pause in between. Last night was so bad, that I ended up suffering with a little heatstroke and migraine by the time I went to bed, and this morning - in fact all day today - it's been bearable and not over hot! Bit scared to go to sleep tonight, I might wake up tomorrow and see snow at this rate LOL...
Still from yesterdays trip to the beach, today Rudh has again been inspired by the change in the weather and she's now somewhere cold, dark and windy!!
Still a beach, but a beach that's not so bright and sunny at least... There's a strong breeze in the air, at least there was when she visited Jacks at NorderNey, and her inner demons are being called out by such a strong natural force, hence the change in her looks...
The wind blew hard through her hair - which is actually a Pink Hustler Disordered Hair Style by the way - so hard that the colour was blown clean out of it while at the same time knotting it around her horns.
The horns and her eyes in fact are new releases from Nightmare - for the current round of Memento Mori that runs until May 27th. The Thilrae Horns are naturally textured demon horns, each colour with it's own ability to change the colours of the metallic jewellery that adorns them. The Mori Eyes are really gorgeous - and typically my photo doesn't really do them justice so I will be helpful and include the store ad below too - but they are demonic eyes which come in 10 different colours that can be mix-n-matched or worn so that both eyes are the same.
Now all the colour has been blown away, it looks like I need to go buy some hair dye LOL... Have to keep my hair looking red and feisty!!!

The summer seems to have finally shown it's pretty warm head here in Holland over the past two days and BLIMEY IT'S HOT!!! I know I shouldn't complain after the long gray Winter that we've had but seriously it's like the temperature has jumped way up and rather than being nice warm, it's humid sticky warm!!! UGH!!! I'm so not a girl that is built for the warm summer weather! Sunshine I love, but not the heat LOL...
I'm going to take a leaf out of Rudh's book today and head to the beach!!!

Oh my gosh, the weekend just flew by and I'm now back home... I'm absolutely exhausted, but truly happy as I had a very magical - although there were a few hiccups - weekend. We celebrated my parents 40th wedding anniversary at EuroDisney as a family, and although the weather was a bit on the crap side - not mentioning the other hiccups - we all had a wonderful time. I've always loved how Disney makes things feel magical. I wore a huge grin, and even got a little emotional at certain points but after 2 days in the Magical Park and a 7 hour drive home, I find myself feeling totally and utterly shattered!!
I wish I could just spend the day sleeping, but that would be a waste of a day wouldn't it?! I have to get my lazy butt into gear and keep moving or I will not be able to walk again after the walking that we did in the last two days LOL... Though sleep really does sound much nicer right now!
I'm so RL tired that it's even affecting poor Rudh! She wasn't allowed to go to Disneyland and now she has to suffer the tiredness too LOL... Still for her lazing around in her PJs all day today will be a little more acceptable!

Toxicity... Poisonous... Dangerous and Deadly... Right now I'm at the point of if you mess with me you will be shown my darker side. They say there are 5 stages of various feelings after a loss, but that's possibly because they haven't yet met Rudh! I seem to be going through 5 stages PER DAY!
Still today is going to be a me day, I am going to get out and get some fresh air and try not to think about the craziness going on in life...
Rudh on the other hand is prepping herself for war it seems... Filling herself with Cyanide!!
You can get the serum that you need for various different things from Evermore at this month's SaNaRae... They come in a set so that you will always be prepared for any situation that you need a boost!
Just as a warning - or at least in my case thanks to some awesome new releases at the coming Skin Fair - the serum has affected my look for the day!
My Eye Make-Up and Lipstick tinged with the same Aqua Green as the liquid in the bottle - thanks to two new skin fair releases from SongBird called "Gretchen" and "Tripp Lips" respectively - but the most interesting change was the appearance of a row of tiny little hearts - Lovefool available at Skin Fair from SongBird by the way - that dotted her cheeks once she started taking the serum! It's changed her so much even her hair and eyes have been altered!
Just so you know though, I know I've mentioned Skin Fair... I am afraid to tell you that right now you're going to have to wait just a little longer... The Skin Fair opens tomorrow at 12PM SLT! Not long now I know, but there are some AMAZING things to come, so maybe it's time for a make-over... Maybe one powered by Serum like Rudh's?!

I'm at the end of my fuse with someone in RL and so I am trying to remain calm and keep my cool. This person is my boss. If I lose my head and tell him how I really feel then I will lose my job... I need to funnel my frustrations into something productive, so if you see me looking more dead than I have for a while you can understand why... Starting from today, the dead girl in me may be more predominant than she has been of late!
I put on a random collection of things and loved how they looked... Perhaps it will be a new profile picture, I'm not sure... But I loved it and had to share, just to vent some of my frustrated energy...

Easter Monday - or as it's called in Holland "Second Easter Day" - is gray and cold and windy here... Sounds like the perfect day for me to spend all day in my jammies, but rather than vegging out in front of the TV I think I will spend a lovely day just messing about in SL taking some pictures!! In fact I already have ideas taking shape in my mind... YAY!
But first BREAKFAST!!! As it's still technically Easter I think it's time for some Eggy Soldiers - ya know where you cut the toast into thin strips so that you can dip it into a soft boiled egg - that should be eaten in our SL Garden, because well it's always something you can do here even when the RL weather sucks!
Not sure that eating eggs at my new breakfast bar - a Lost Junction creation by the way - which I made Hell drag outside so I could enjoy the fresh air was such a good idea. I feel a bit mean eating my eggs with my hens so close by, especially seeing the cute little chicks!!
Never fear though, my chickens come from the friendliest farm - the 8f8 New Beginnings farm to be exact - and I am reliably informed that the eggs I am eating from the dust bunny kitchen are only those which would not have become little chicks - they are laid in a place where no boys are allowed hehe... It's very hard right now not to make a joke about cocks trust me LOL...
So while I sit here and giggle to myself, trying not to get Egg on my new tops from SPIRIT or my new skirt from KITJA, I am plotting my photography path today and hoping that I can find some more chocolate eggs in a while LOL... Hope you enjoy your second day off!!!
