It's back to school season, and I'm a little late going back to school since I was stuck in the hospital last week, but now I'm back and able to go to school... Of course I'm going the Whore Couture way... Never a good girl now that I'm able to go back and live my school days as Rudh!

OK you're probably going to get bored now, I'm still thinking about my Grand Adventure... Knowing me it could be a while coming yet, but I'm planning and working things out in my head. Yet right now I'm back in the classroom, looking at maps and making notes and working on mental arithmetic to get myself prepped! It's a tough life, but if I don't I'll have a nervous breakdown and will end up staying home LOL...
I've always loved the idea of travel, I managed to visit some amazing places in my life including Russia and New Zealand, but there's still so much of the world left to explore. I'm just kinda too scared to get on a plane anymore - flying 24 hours to New Zealand REALLY put me off another plane flight again - but there's a lot of places much closer to home I want to see, I've never been to Italy for example!
Geography was always one of my favourite subjects at school, I loved learning about different cultures, I guess that's why I wanted to travel so much when I was younger. So the Focus Poses Classroom Backdrop at Backdrop City proved to be the right place to sit and plan my Grand Adventure. I giggle at myself though because maybe it's the school thing, but without thinking about it, I look like a bit of a school girl LOL. It's September, which for me when I was growing up, always meant that I'd be expecting to go back to school. It's been a bit of an inspiration for getting back into the swing of things trying to get my blogging mojo working again. I've had a little school type pressure from a "mentor" too - he's not a blogger, or a photographer, but he's applying a lot of pressure and making me work to get things done... He's almost like one of these zombie teachers on my first day back at school...
On her way to school, at the schools front gates, the bus was wrecked as it swerved to miss a student and hit the wall... Least it may have been a student, she was too busy texting as she rode in the bus, and when she got out well, there was a shock waiting for her... The faculty was all zombiefied!?! The doors for the bus had closed behind her, she was on her own... What would she do?!

Work is such a rude word sometimes isn't it? It spoils our fun, and it's something that we have to do to bring in a few pennies to pay the bills... It can be made more fun, however, if you have a good job that you can enjoy, that makes things a little more interesting. I love my job working with college students helping them to learn to use SL, but Rudh needed something a little more challenging - as if being the Secretary for the Gators wasn't enough - she found herself a new job with plenty of perks LOL...
LOL OK OK I joke, she's not really working in a porn store like at Midnight Glory, but wouldn't it be fun?! Think of all of the free testers to be able to say "Yes this works well!"
She dressed for the part, not that the new dress that she is wearing from Addams - which is still available at The Crystal Heart Festival until July 31st - is the perfect outfit to wear in a porn store, although matching it with matching pink Beusy hair and some adorable accessories does give her that cute edgy look... Maybe she could get herself a proper new job?!

Santa came and went in the blink of an eye... I hope that he treated each and every one of you well and that you - like me - were thoroughly spoilt with gifts. Of course, Christmas isn't all about the stuff, it's about family and good memories, and I am happy to admit that we managed to get through the day without killing anyone! Always a sign of a Good day that!
Before Christmas though I had been sent some simply amazeballs items of Christmas Décor and funness from Violetility... I know that the big day is over, but there are 12 days of Christmas so plenty of time to play naughty with these awesome little toys...
Santa left the bad boys a little gift under the tree this year... Rudhie wrapped in lights! You lucky lucky bastards LOL... He's gagged her too so that she doesn't actually have a chance to say anything - that will keep things quiet for you, again with the Lucky!
The String Lights binding her legs, the Ornament Gag and the special Blue Light Plug are all items that were available in the 12 days of Christmas gift giving from Violetility - but can now be purchased pretty cheaply via marketplace!
Tossed on the sofa, Pantyhose pulled down - from Messy - and a dress that screams like it was made for spankings - from Method - Santa even wrote a little label to let the bad boys know they've been "good" - it looks like she put up a bit of a struggle if the redness on her bare bottom is anything to go by!

School is in session and instead of being one of the bad kids that sits in the back of the class I want to learn a few things...
I'm going to put out a call to the SL Blogger community as I'm both curious to learn more and also kinda intrigued about the way in which other bloggers are doing things. I love what I do, I love the pictures that I am taking and I love being creative in the way that I am, but I'm starting to feel like I haven't and don't do enough... Normally I prefer to blog what I love, but any time I've applied to blog for things I get no response, and therefore I am left wondering what if am doing something wrong?!
So I have questions, maybe if you have insights into things you'd be willing to share...
I dressed for School, I'm in a classroom, I'm willing to learn... Teach me!
Regularly reading the useful articles that are posted on the SL Bloggers Support website, and listening to the conversations that go on within the group really does help, but there are still questions that stick in my mind, and the best place for me to get my words straight and into some kind of sense is here... Please feel free to comment and leave me answers!?!
I've been blogging for over 5 years now and compared to some I still get fairly low statistics when it comes to page views and Flickr likes - the two main things that seem to be a necessity to creators and event planners seeking bloggers - and I cannot work out why. I LOVE the pictures that I take, but am I doing something wrong? If I want to get work as a blogger for events or stores should I be focusing more on the fashion, do artsy photos work less effectively for promotion, or am I way off the mark?
I feel like my photography style has come a long way in the last few months, although part of me is more than a little narked off with my PC because I cannot seem to get shadows working - which drives me bonkers - I would love a super computer if anyone has one going spare LOL...
Then there is the subject of Social Media... I know that a lot of people say posting on various media sites is a good idea, but as a bit of a noob I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO!?! I use Flickr - that's an addiction - but I just deleted my RL Facebook account because I cannot stand Facebook with a passion! I have pinterest, but don't make as much use of it as I should for SL really, and I wouldn't even know where to start when it comes to things like Twitter or - what's that other one that everyone uses - Plurk?! Sticking with Flickr right now though, because that's what I know how to use LOL, I see people post and repost their pictures to get more air-time near the top of people's lists... Is that something that I should be doing? Is it common practice? That seems a little bit sneaky to me, it's just a way to get more likes from the same people that have already given you a star isn't it?!
Please don't get me wrong in all of this, I LOVE what I do and love the fact that having a blog gives me a chance to be creative and express myself in ways that I simply could not do in RL, yet sometimes I see others and think what am I doing wrong?! I KNOW that comparing myself to others is silly, and yes I do it far more than I should, but at the end of the day it's human nature, we want to be the best that we can in whatever it is we're doing right? Survival of the fittest, or should that be Promotion of the bestest? I'm not sure.
Regardless of what I learn from asking about all this I will be carrying on, I cannot give up an addiction to blogging that easily, and even if people don't want me on their blogging team maybe that's a good thing as it gives me more freedom?!

My last post was talking about rocker boys and today I am still thinking about something along the same lines, but this time more of a PG version hehe...
I LOVE live music... I don't care really what kind it is - though if pushed I'd say rock and the louder the better hehe - I just love the electric atmosphere and the anticipation and that feeling of euphoria to hear music I love, the way it should be heard... Live...
I felt so inspired by these thoughts that Rudh had to get dressed up, ready to party - to get her into the New Year Partying mood I guess - and head to a concert at the Tempelhof Theatre...
Standing in the balcony - or maybe the Royal Box as she is so awesome she could blag her way in - waiting for someone to start the show, Rudh looks pretty cute hehe...
I love this outfit and it's not normally something that I'd have put together as an outfit either!
Accessorised with some adorable Sparkle Hair from Magika, some smart girl style specs and my favourite new collar from MONS, I found two pieces at the latest round of Trés Chic, that I may not normally have thought of as an outfit but that looked so perfect together I had to!
The Storybook Renegade Dress was the first of the two items that I put on and I have to say this dress is pretty hot! It is form fitting and clings to those girlish curves in a way that could be classed as obscene hehe, and this diamond colour just looked like poured liquid metal! Yet it was missing something. The something came in the form of the Alba Fur Jacket from Mimikri. Now I will let you in on a little secret with this, I wanted to try the jacket as I loved the furry look, but was surprised to see that the demo was actually more of a gift. The jacket is available in lots of colours, but this tone is a free gift!! I was super excited!! Thank you Mimikri!!
I wonder who will be on stage... Someone loud and Viking-esque I hope! Cross your fingers for me!!!

After all the pomp and ceremony, all the stress and over-spending, all the frenetics of cooking and gift unwrapping, Christmas has been and gone and today is one of my favourite days of the year... The day I get to sit back, relax and do nothing but enjoy the peace and quiet... Mum always said this was her favourite time in the Christmas holidays, and now I am older I understand why hehe...
In just a few days I will be going away for a few days to a place that I am hoping looks a little like the forest at Kaminari Irie - without the snow perhaps - but for now I have to just sit back with a cup of tea and enjoy the peace... Finally hehe...
Today I am pulling on a lovely jacket and taking a walk into the beautiful woods... The jacket is not something that I'd normally wear... It's far too smart looking for my usual style, but when I pulled it on to try it over a pair of CandyDoll Boots I knew I'd need to wear it for my walk. Monday Morning, where did the lovely weekend go? It's not fair someone stole it from me and I was kinda enjoying it a little bit too!! Now I'm back to work and wouldn't you know things are going wrong from the start LOL!!! They expected me to be able to work on a BRAND NEW SYSTEM and in a live business environment without actually working out the kinks yet all the while thinking things would go without a hitch! So far this morning EVERYTHING seems to be broken, and it's a small wonder that the company I work for in RL is even able to keep working.
I've been here for hours now and I'm still barely working... Better get paid for this crap! Still anyone know of a good computer wizard to help me?
Luckily in SL there are lots of people that know how to use computers, and there are lots of hidden computers if you know where to look... I found a new place to take some photos, this place appeals to my innter darkside, as well as some of the kinkier sides of my personality... Nox Arcanus is a great place, with lots of pretty nooks and crannies to take my dark and depraved photos!
The outfit was one that I bought at the recent Black Friday sale at Dead Dollz. I'd seen this outfit in a past event, but as it was so discounted I HAD to open my wallet and spend a few pennies! I then, due to the nature of the photo that I wanted to create and due to the newish Truth hair called Neema, decided to geek things up a little with a pair of over the knee socks and cute shoes from Reign...

So yesterday I posted something darker and a little more menacing, I was in that kind of mind frame and wanted to get it off my chest with a little horror, but today I feel better and once again it's time to use my blog to express that... It's so much like being on a rollercoaster at times, I mean some days you're up and feel like you could touch the sky and others, well that takes you to dark places that you shouldn't be airing with the world...
Though I feel like dancing and floating and being the happy go lucky Rudh again, and today I want to dance with you...
I love this picture, the colours are SO pretty and feminine that I feel like I am in a different head after the picture I shared yesterday lol... I wonder how my different personalities fit together in my brain?!
Today is all about pretty and girlieness... The set that I have used to take this photograph in exudes pretty, feminity and opulence all at once... Setting up a party of silver and gold balloons - because yes they are that colour, though the windlight makes things look a little pinkish - is the fault of Exposeur, the mastermind behind the Room of Balloons pose prop...
Then if the set wasn't girlie enough just look at what I chose to wear LOL... The dress is gorgeous, and the front is cute with it's ruffles but the back is HOT with the corset lacing that runs from the shoulders to the pert bottom! It's one of those original creations by Dead Dollz - my favourite store for all things formal - though you need to head to The Fantasy Collective to get your hands on it for now, and then you have to decide between the 4 different colour options, so good luck my friends hehe... While we are on the theme of TFC then perhaps I should also mention these amazing REIGN pumps, the Deadly Pumps... I went with a pretty gray colour rather than my normal grabbing of black but they are so cute I might have to go get some more hehe... The bows and the skulls can be coloured individually via a HUD so no matter which shoe colour you chose you have options!
