Tomorrow is the last day in March, that mean's 2017 has already been through the first quarter of it's time?! HOW THE HECK HAS THAT HAPPENED?! When you are a kid a year between visits from Santa seems to take such a long time, but now that I'm in my 30s it's really a case of blink and you miss it?!
Maybe as you get older, time speeds up for those of us living in this "Matrix"... They need to get the old out to start the new, perhaps?
Summed up, Rudh's life in the "Matrix" is a kinky-ish place, lots of naughtiness going on, in her head at least, so sometimes she just needs to learn to gag herself to avoid further trouble. Luckily some of the designers that she has the privilege of blogging for are willing to help her out with this, and yes I've used one of the poses in this set before but I didn't think it would hurt to give another nod to the collaboration of Image Essentials and 1313, who made these kinky props poses for Bento Second Lifers!
All this talk of the Matrix though is the fault of one designer in particular. I may be a little late in getting this post out here, but the Twisted Hunt has been running for the month of March, and SongBird made items that were clearly a nod to that movie franchise... The Infinity Glasses - are a Twisted Gacha Prize - that would look perfect on the movie heroine, Trinity, whilst if you carefully look into my eyes you will see "The Truth" and the Matrix coding reveals itself. You have to believe me when I say you can actually see the Matrix code slipping through my eyes, they are The Truth, or if you don't believe me you can go get them for yourself if you run down to the store before tomorrow!

I tend to be one of those people that is a little optimistic about the things that I do in life. I am one of those "I'll give it a try" type people, even if I back those thoughts up with thoughts of doubt... Sometimes I am right and you get no response to the situation, but others there is a surprise that brings a smile to your face.
The fantasy lover in me was drawn out recently, and I have to say I have missed working on something a little more fantasy. It started with a dress - themed for the Game of Thrones, which I admit I know NOTHING about - and finished with a tiny little dragon in a teacup hehe... Let the imagination commence as the Dragon Princess saves a baby dragon from a dark underground world!
The location is amazing, one of those really pretty Role Play sims that I initially thought wouldn't let people in... BUT... They have an observer tag that you can wear and I slipped that on before going exploring, and I was hoping that so long as I stayed out of the way of the action I'd not bother anyone... I'd recommend the sim for fantasy photography - it's Mysts of EYR - and I know that I will definitely be going back to take more photos... It is gorgeous!
The entire reason for the dress and letting my imagination run wild however, not to mention my opening ramble, is that recently I was digging around, looking to see if anyone was accepting new bloggers - I wanted to try my luck and see if I had what it takes... One of those places was Petite Mort. NEVER in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be given a shot, especially considering I hadn't ever blogged their creations before, but OH MY GOD their designs are SO pretty and so varied!
This dress is one from Petite Mort that you can grab for yourself at the latest round of The Instruments, which this month has a Game of Thrones theme. I didn't realise at the time I was taking this picture too but there is someone linked with Dragons in the Game of Thrones - I really may be the only person on the planet that has no idea, and I'm sorry LOL - but the dragon I rescued needed to be freed... I had no way of getting him out except putting him in my tea cup! You can find these dragons - and the matching horns - at the latest Kawaii Project from darkenedStare!
One more thing before I sign off though, I wanted to include a close-up picture which you can see below, just to show off some of the accessorising I did in this fantasy look... LODE's Violet Wreath looked great with the horns, and the eyes that seemed to change as soon as I reached for the dragon. There was a SongBird calling "Soothsayer" nearby, not sure if that was related, but my eyes sure did itch hehe...

My soul might be crazy sometimes, but there is also a little more darkness in me than should come to the surface... I LOVE when it does come out because I actually find myself being a lot more creative, and the melancholy photos tend to be some of my favourites... This is one that I really like, and it will be interesting to see how well this rates on Flickr... Sometimes the pictures that we love seem to be less liked than others that we think are not so good...
This time the darkness in me is coming out, it's not totally visible yet, but watch it, it's there...
I found the perfect location for this photo in the sim that is Sarawak, and inside these amazing ruins, the deranged dragon rider in me prepared herself for an early morning flight.
The uniform of her people is a simple leather outfit that provides maximum movement whilst remaining aerodynamic. The Majesty Harness - her top from Poisoned Diamond - marks her status as a dragon rider, something which can also be seen by her honour of wearing the Twisted SongBird Ouroboros.
This Dragon Rider is ready to go, she awaits her mount, and the look in her Mono Chroma eyes lures the beast in... Wanna go for a ride?

There are dark forces blowing through SL at the moment, the kind of forces that persuade people to do the craziest of things. You never know what you will be dragged into doing, and for me personally the crazy force swept through my wardrobe warehouse and persuaded me to choose a colour combination that is SO against my usual choices that I must have been possessed... It wasn't even something that I was pushed into sharing by Aggie - I CHOSE to wear Pink on my own lol... I hope Aggie is proud of me LOL!!!
Though now I am going to cause even more shock by saying that this photo is actually one of my favourites of late... I've taken so many pictures recently - I've even been photographing a lot of the people that I am surrounded by on a daily basis, so it's not just been a case of vanity - but this picture is one of the ones I am beyond happy with!!
As you can see, the possession has a very tight grip on me... I am actually allowing the dark turquoise possession smoke to drift from my lips, while that look of control has fallen over my eyes... I've submitted to whatever it was that was seeking to take hold, and as I wander around Pandora Box of Dreams, it is so hard to avoid the Sakura dream colours... Pandora's Box took control of me, Pink was the colour of the day... It washed over me like a rainbow girl effect and I was swathed in it from head to toe...
The look started because I was playing around in a new, but yet not brand new release from yumyums. The dress is the release in question, created by Iokko Molko for the just closed Creepy Kawaii Fair - I'm sorry I am so late in playing around with this dress, but you can get your hands on it now from the mainstore! These dresses are available in three girlie pastel shades - pink, mint or lavender, none of which are my colours LOL - but as the fair they were created for suggests there is definitely a little creep factor to each one!
I accessorised it with a mint coloured wig from Moon called Salt, a pastel coloured piercing from [NI.JU] called Carnival, and a "Late for a Date" yumyums purse that is available now as part of the One Word Fairy Tales event line-up. Luckily I also remembered to stop and grab a little friend for comfort when I awake from my possession... I think I might need it, and this adorable Paper Rabbit Polkie Unicorn is the perfect friend for that...
The possession is something I blame on the SongBird that was flying through my garden this morning... Something about a Twisted Hunt was being whispered in the breeze, and the SongBird dropped a necklace that seemed to draw me to it in the grass... Thinking back on it now, the white plastic Planchette Necklace may not have been the smartest thing to put around my neck. Looking back now and seeing how my eyes changed and the Ecto Possession smoke poured from between my lips, the Twisted Hunt worked it's merry dance... I warn you dear readers, the Twisted Hunt is tricky, beware the pretties that it holds... Beware that enchanting planchette necklace, and always remember to pick up a friend before you wander alone whilst possessed!
