Right now it's Breakfast time in Holland, and I'm just waking up with a cup of fresh coffee, but I AM STARVING. I decided to distract myself by opening my blog to write something interesting, and if it isn't Sod's Law - that's the British name for Murphy's Law by the way - that the post I have ready and waiting for me today is food related! Doughnuts - or Donuts speaking Americanese - to be exact!
Over the weekend, Rudh had been busy baking!!!
Her need to make Doughnuts all started with a collar - a newish release from Zombie Suicide, that I have included a close up of below just to give everyone a better look at it - and ended up with me making a LOT of mess in my kitchen, as well as covering myself in a layer of flour hehe...
Making Doughnuts is yummy fun, it's easier when using a Kei's Spot Donut Maker I assure you, but aside from all that, the best thing about Doughnuts is when you get to eat them...
Now all this Doughnutty Fun has been completed by Rudh, I may have to go to the local store and get some in RL lol...

Hair Fair 2016 starts in just a few short hours and I have to say there are lots of lovely wigs for the ladies - and gents - that are Hair Obsessed... All in the name of a great cause.
Now over the next few weeks I'll be sharing some of the awesome degsigns that I picked up, long and updos and even a few shorter ones, and I will be explaining more about the cause, but I wanted to share with you some of the gifties that are available at the event.
My favourite gifts from all four of the sims...
First up... Backlot Central...
This is a hairstyle that is available from Blues, and I LOVE it... You can buy it as a donation item with a hud to change the design of the hat, but I wanted to share the special gift which supports the cause of the event - Wigs for Kids.
Then Backlot East...
This is a hairstyle from KoKoLoReS called Rue, and it has the Rachel look to it... Ya know the friends style that was soooooooo popular all those years ago. I'm also wearing the (fashionably dead) giftie which is the cute choker - or the Sweet Bow Choker - which comes in a set of a few colours!
Third sim on my list is Backlot North...
This hairstyle is the gift from Phoenix called Gracia, which screamed as something that was perfect with the amazing Moustache from Valient.
Lastly, the Backlot West...
The Amacci Hair is a cute updo that I couldn't resist sharing in pretty pinks, and it looks adorable with the pretty Hair Bow from Stealthic.

As a blogger, there are certain perks to the job... I'm sure you may have realised this by now... But I ALWAYS feel way too shy to apply for things, and often when I am given the chance to become a part of a blogging team I find myself a little nervous about the looks I pull together and the things I say in my blog journal... So when this new hunt came up, and I was given the opportunity to be a part of the team I knew I would have to create something a little special... I LOVE what I created for my first hunt based post hehe...
The Photographers Hunt - Stuff my Inventory Hunt - starts today and runs until October 31st with a brilliant theme dedicated to the Photographers and wannabe Photographers out there... Poses, Props, Furniture and Décor dominate the theme, and with each prize only costing a mere 5L there is so much worth going to seek in this hunt!
This photo features a couple of the gifts, but there will be more of these to come, just to warn you hehe... I've never talked about a texture before but if you look closely at the background, behind all the Rudhish stuff you will see a gorgeous swirly pattern... This is in fact a hunt prize - well part of anyhow - from Spyralle, that offers some gorgeous but simple textures which could be useful for a HUGE variety of things! The pose I am using is also a Photographers Hunt prize, from HopScotch this time... The Paper Garden is a gorgeous prop with a few poses to chose from, and although you cannot see it in this picture - well not clearly anyhow - the whole thing is made from Cardboard hehe...
The outfit that I chose to wear is something simple - a skirt that is part of a set from SAKIDE which you can grab at The Fantasy Collective, and an older but favourite shirt of mine from Razor, that I accessorised with a pretty Jewelled Hand of Fatima Necklace from Maxi Gossamer... Yet I want to mention the hair I'm wearing here too real fast... This is an Adoness style called Loki. It's not a brand new release BUT there is a hunt running through the Adoness store at the moment and all of the hair prizes have been specially recoloured to limited edition colours... If you love that alternative, half head style look, then you will not want to miss the Adoness Hair Shedding Hunt!

Even monsters like to dance...
I've always wondered what it would be like going to a masquerade and so this little monster was allowed to go to the ball! Though I am not sure she quite understood about wearing a mask to hide her identity... She just chose to make her skin into her mask!
Still isn't she cute!!!! She's a Horror Haute Princess, the belle of the Masquerade Ball, Horror Haute's Simply the Best hehe...
As you may well know this month's theme for Horror Haute is Simply The Best of Horror Haute... I've been working through the myriad of items sent by the Horror Haute Participating designers, and have so many pretty things to share, today it's the turn of SongBird and Stargazer Creations to take center stage!
I'm pretty sure I've used these items before, but as it is the best of then I am justified in using them again. The skin is one called Death Doll, from Stargazer Creations, and like always the set comes with a million different extras including appliers! Such amazing quality, I wouldn't be going anywhere else for fantasy skins now! The set also includes the pretty Death Doll Collar that I am wearing here too!
The SongBird Mask of the Dead has to be one of my favourite and most gruesome Horror Haute releases over the past 5 months. You should all know by now just how much I love a good wound, and this one is a brilliant one!
