TV Shows with Chair Violence

Are there ever days in your life when you feel like you want to beat someone... Just whack them around the back of the head with the nearest object! Back in the days when Jerry Springer used to have a show in which fairly regularly a fight would break out and people had even been known to hit others with a chair... I've been kinda jealous of that over these past few days... 

I decided that the only way I'd be able to get myself through this anger is to create a little scenario in SL, rather than resort to violence in RL... There is a student that is in my team at work who is getting on my last nerve, he's just back from a three week vacation and now keeps coming up with reasons as to why he can do as little as possible at work. He knows full well that everyone is tired, and yet, he seems to be shirking responsibilities and making others pick up his slack. Can't wait for my boss to get home LOL... 
Now because I'm setting up a Jerry Springer style show in Second Life, I decided that the show would be one based on relationships called "Yes Daddy" - the sign for which just happens to be the most amazing rug in a set of Raunchy Rugs from Krescendo at Fetish Fair until August 27th - and I've made sure that all of our guests are sat on the perfect kind of chairs... The Folding Chair - like these amazing weapons from Junk Food - make the perfect light but efficient weapon. Now I'm not part of this love triangle that are Yes Daddy's first guests, but someone has to get the violence started and I think I'm ready to hit him with a chair...

Brollies for Spring Showers

The weather has been beautiful in the Netherlands, we've had lots and lots of Spring Sunshine and it's been fairly mild, but it seems like right now that might be on the turn. There is a definite chill in the air tonight and it looks like it is about to start raining, so if you're heading out tonight remember to take an umbrella... 

I'd finally managed to find myself the perfect outfit to wear out for a casual trip to the movies tonight and as I was about to dash out the front door as I was running late like usual, the sky opened up and the rain started bucketing down... I wasn't willing to trade in my cute little leather jacket for something bigger and potentially drier, but luckily we keep a collection of rainbow brollies in our Umbrella Stand - from Junk Food - handy by the door... This time choosing a happily colourful yellow "Rainy Umbrella"- which is also available from Junk Food until May 10th at N21 - slipping out of my home hall - a backdrop from Paparazzi - and out into the neighbourhood and the seasonal Spring Showers - a pose set from -Extra- which comes with umbrella's for each of the poses...

Meeting Friends On Farm Lane

Had finally been able to have a day off, somewhere that I could laze about and relax in my jammies with a cuppa tea and a fuzzy blanket, but that didn't stop Rudh from needing to get out into the fresh air and stop to smell the flowers. 
It was decided that I've been going into the city too much and needed a day in the countryside. Somewhere that the air is fresh, the flowers are springing up as an early sign of Spring and it's not only the flowers are new to the sunlight... 

I'd been walking through the rural landscape, and saw the prettiest of flowers - plants in a bundle from kotte, available until April 10th at Kustom9 - that I had to pick a couple of blooms to take home as a momento of my happy day... I was happily humming along, wandering down a Farm Lane - which happens to be a new backdrop from Synnergy.Tavis - when I noticed that I wasn't alone... Turning I noticed that I must have made one of those rookie countryside mistakes, apparently I'd left the gate open and one of the farms new babes had slipped through the gap and followed me down the lane... Momma looked on through the gate, ensuring the safety of her little calf, somehow knowing the city slicking, cow girl would find a way to see her baby home...

The Most Expensive Thing at the Museum!

Sometimes I get random ideas that start as one thing and end up in another, but as soon as I saw one of the items that was a special free gift for Valentines I couldn't resist the chance to do something silly with it... 
Valentine's is coming fast and furious, there is so much in the way of hearts and flowers and cute lovey dovey stuff, but buying Valentine's gifts can be trecherous and dangerous... For 2023, if you want something extremely special, something very expensive, and natural, maybe you need to look in the dairy aisle of the supermarket... 

2023's most expensive treasure, The Egg - a gift from Junk Food at Cupid Inc - would make a perfect "Engagement Egg"... 
Never know, in the future a specially preserved egg could end up in a glass case in the museum as the most valued posession of this year, alongside crown jewels and diamonds, and treasures throughout the ages.
