Brat Mode Loading

I am on my first day off this week, and I don't have to work until Sunday, so I'm allowed to let my hair down and live a little... I am going to have to party in SL though because I cannot handle the thought of going out in real life. I have a massive cold and my girlie monthly... Partying in Second Life seems like a much more exciting idea... 
I love to get dressed up and look all pretty, even if it's just in my virtual world, especially when you can look all sparkly and shiny and prettiful... 

Outside the doors of Club X - a backdrop from Paleto - I had stepped out for a breath of fresh air grabbing my fur Alice Stole - from Caboodle - and since I don't smoke in SL all that often I popped in a piece of gum... 
The outfit that I chose to wear looks like one of those that are dressed to kill... A super shiny PVC 'Sukie' Dress - from Psycho Barbie - has some of the most AMAZING metallic textures I've ever seen on a dress, and teamed it with a pair of Enchantra spiked gloves - also from Psycho Barbie, in a equally delicious shiny PVC texture -  screams fabulousness and diva all at once. A dress like this causes a spark to ignite in me, the "Brat Mode Loading" - which you can see in the tattoo on my chest, a tattoo from Adora-tions, which is available until January 28th at Sense Event - someone turned on the crazy brat, the button glowing green, ready to go... Dare you to press that button?!

Sparkly Fairy Wands

Christmas is the season of pretty, fairytale magic it seem... Everything sparkles and looks so festive. It will never be as awesome as the Halloween season for me, but I still cant help loving Christmas. I love all things sparkly, magical and fairytaleish but I'm going to share something now that seems kinda silly... I am scared of fireworks... I think it's the explosion, but I actively avoid them because of this, yet there is a specific firework I do love and it's the Sparkler!! See, I wasn't crazy when I was rambling about sparkles LOL, I had a point to make... 

Secret Poses made a gorgeous set of poses with sparklers - the Sparklers Bento Set if you want to know - and I fell in love, I couldn't stop myself seeking out somewhere really peaceful and a little girlie to play with the little magical fireworks... I always found myself thinking of them as fairy wands when I was little. Perfect little dangerous sparkle fairy wands...

I got the Pumpkins! Who wants to make the Pie?!

I know that Halloween has come and gone already, and I know that for many people there's not really a need for pumpkins anymore - at least not in Europe - but in America, Thanksgiving is coming now and this means there's time for a feast on the way. I'm not going to pretend I know anything about Thanksgiving BUT I will say I've been told about a little thing called Pumpkin Pie, which sounds ABSOLUTELY YUMMY!!! 
So, even though I don't really have a need for pumpkins at home anymore, I have American Momma's... Maybe one of them will make me a pumpkin pie?! Maybe I'll get a pumpkin just in case!

I picked up a really nice looking pumpkin at our local farm, that's Sol Farm by the way - thanks to an adorable pose from Secret Poses that is available until November 8th at Sense - but being down on the farm, and thinking about my dear ol' Daddy, made me feel like getting a little countrified... It's not something I'm very good at, but I look kinda cute so maybe it works!?!
I LOVE this dress, I'm not sure if it's meant for a country girl, but it really does work for one. It's great when you're trying to make it look like a rock chick style too! It's an Avril Denim Dress from Hilly Haalan, and as with all the HH range you get a vast number of different colour change options thanks to an easy to use HUD.

Morning, it's Time for Bed!

Today is one of those days... The kinda day you feel like hiding and not coming out, yet you force yourself to keep going no matter what. Nothing seems to be going right, I feel like I'm coming down with my second cold of the season ALREADY and I just want to sleep more than anything else. Yet I'm trying to be good, I'm trying to keep moving and hoping that there is a spark somewhere that livens things up?!

She's been out partying to try and liven things up, and apparently is having to do the walk of shame down a seedy hotel corridor as the cleaning staff start their morning rounds.
Her outfit is a cute one though - a Kalel mix-n-match look from epoch, that is available until September 30th at anyBody - it's kinda autumnal cute party girl?!
Avoiding the Paparazzi at Backdrop City, she slinks down the corridor, hoping not to be seen by the cleaning team and darts into her room for some sleep, she'll be out partying later but for now, maybe sleep is the healer?!
