Testing the water lately and trying out all different kinds of new things when it comes to photography and my skills... I want to try to push myself a bit harder to see if I can do things differently than I have been, and so I'm trying object and landscape photography... Yet when it comes to fashion photography I still think I have a long way to go. I really enjoy setting up the pretty shots, but I've never been all that good on a straight, simple fashion photograph.
Today I tried something new, something involving a fashion style photo-shoot, and not just one but TWO Rudhs!!!
The reason for this decision to try a little fashion photography was all down to some gorgeous outfit pieces in a set made by Petite Mort for Dreams Gacha Event. Not only is the gacha machine stuffed with these gorgeous Tulle Skirts - the one I'm wearing being the Red tone - but the rare prizes are three very pretty, and some might say flamenco dancer-ish style, dresses with huge rose prints... There are tops available to match the skirts too, but I wanted something very simple so that the eyes was drawn to the skirt, hence the plain and simple tank top from Blueberry.
The model Rudhs took their positions, and posed using Image Essentials stands to create a look like they were made together...
All that was left to say is "make love to the camera ladies"...

I think I am suffering through one of the worst colds that I have ever had at the moment... It's the kinda that is making me shiver whilst running a temperature and with a cough that keeps me awake all night and makes my entire body ache in the morning.
I wanted to come back after my sisters visit full of pizazz and happiness, instead I am full of snot and the grumbles... I simply cannot spend another day in bed, although I may be going back there in just a few minutes I feel...
I felt strong enough to come into blogging land and just wave a hello across a mountain of used tissues... I'm still here, just not really right now!
I'm just gonna park my avi butt on this awesome Directors Stool from Image Essentials, and thank goodness that make up covers even the reddest of cold noses!
Even my outfit is a lie, trying to hide my feeling of bleh behind something glamourous! Don't get me wrong I love this look but right now I feel that a big fluffy onesie might be more appropriate.
Anyway, sorry that it's such a short ramble today. I am putting a hold on the production that is my SL until tomorrow at least due to the pain in my chest, but I will be back... Never fear!

As a blogger, I LOVE being sent poses... I work for a couple of really awesome pose stores as a part of their blogging team and recently I was asked to join another. I've started blogging for Come Soon poses, and this place is great in that it's different from other pose stores because when you buy a pose you will often get a FULL SCENE to pose in... It's awesome, you don't need to search for a location, and the pose is already set in place with just a few tweaks to fit the Avatars needed...
This pose is one of those, the Lord Drackul Pose is available from Come Soon Poses at the Premium Only Event at the moment. I love that it comes with the pose as well as the décor, and this pose was perfect for pulling in one of my oldest and dearest friends, Mr Deangelo Urqhart.
The outfit was something that I kept simple, well simple-ish... A Glitz dress from epoch to keep it simple, but the new wound I picked up from the antielle Beauty Clinic line called Chest Refill.
That dark Lord Drackul seems to have an effect, without much struggle - perhaps a little pain which caused the tears - the pretty maiden offers him her heart - the heart doesn't come with the pose prop by the way, I added that myself - as the barest minimum amount of blood coats her hands - a SongBird creation...
Dean, as with a few of my friends, does hold a bit of my heart... Not this much obviously, but a good chunk hehe, and he protects it well... Always there to support and guide, and even more importantly stand on a pose ball for hours! Thank you Dean for being so patient with me!
