Last night a massive storm swept over Holland and so today the world is wet but far too humid to do anything that involves too much in the form of movement...
So like me Rudh has just taken a shower and dropped down onto the couch with HellBone to let him play video games whilst she tries and fails to read a book LOL... He's far too into shouting at the games for my liking, I don't know why he needs to tell all the other characters off when clearly he's the one that has trouble aiming at things LOL... I didn't say that, don't tell him I said that LOL... BUT it does mean that for once, he was sat still long enough for me to shoot him!!
One of the newest poses from Come Soon - yes I am a blogger for their brand but even then I have to admit I am addicted because you get such an easy picture taking experience as the props are already there for you LOL - which you can get your hands on at the latest round of No.21, is the His House Collection. This pose is set number 1 and it really sums up the theme of things in our house when HellBone and I are off-line. I will include the original store ad for the pose at the end of this ramble, but this is seeing things from the other side. The TV is set to play something like Call of Duty - though you may want to correct me if I'm wrong, and HellBone convinced me that I had to change what was on the screen - hence why I have edited my photo for a screen shot of Payday: The Heist - his personal addiction!
Still sometimes it's great to have a lazy day in the middle of the week right?!

As a blogger, I LOVE being sent poses... I work for a couple of really awesome pose stores as a part of their blogging team and recently I was asked to join another. I've started blogging for Come Soon poses, and this place is great in that it's different from other pose stores because when you buy a pose you will often get a FULL SCENE to pose in... It's awesome, you don't need to search for a location, and the pose is already set in place with just a few tweaks to fit the Avatars needed...
This pose is one of those, the Lord Drackul Pose is available from Come Soon Poses at the Premium Only Event at the moment. I love that it comes with the pose as well as the décor, and this pose was perfect for pulling in one of my oldest and dearest friends, Mr Deangelo Urqhart.
The outfit was something that I kept simple, well simple-ish... A Glitz dress from epoch to keep it simple, but the new wound I picked up from the antielle Beauty Clinic line called Chest Refill.
That dark Lord Drackul seems to have an effect, without much struggle - perhaps a little pain which caused the tears - the pretty maiden offers him her heart - the heart doesn't come with the pose prop by the way, I added that myself - as the barest minimum amount of blood coats her hands - a SongBird creation...
Dean, as with a few of my friends, does hold a bit of my heart... Not this much obviously, but a good chunk hehe, and he protects it well... Always there to support and guide, and even more importantly stand on a pose ball for hours! Thank you Dean for being so patient with me!

Sticking with the theme of cleaning today, as I am sitting at work trying to work out exactly what I still need to do at home before the Royal Visit.
It seems to be affecting my photos too, funny how the things that are on my mind end up being the things that are shared here in SL photos hehe... I will admit though that the cleaning posts I've been working on are MUCH more glamourous than the way I look in RL when I'm in cleaning mode, building up a sweat and hair all over the place... In SL cleaning can actually look sexy...
The master sat in his chair nonchalantly reading his book and ignoring the advances of the staff in his household, but the humiliation of the maid still seems to come across in this photo and it's one that I am very happy with. It's either that he's ignoring her or that - and if her ripped stockings - from Avicandy - are anything to go by - she's been used like a rag doll and casted aside when he was done...
Perhaps it was the only thing she was allowed to add after the playtime of her master, perhaps it was her regular uniform we shall never know but the not-so-concealing apron from Biddy obviously isn't doing much to hid her shame...
The Dutchie Mansion - a pre set show house for the store Dutchie by the way - is one of those places filled with secrets, the upstairs downstairs goings on will never be made public, but if this photo is anything to go by it seems that the Master rules the house with some very specific requirements from his staff hehe...

Certain genre styles have always been a bit of a mystery to me, I cannot seem to work out how to make them work, if you understand my meaning. I've tried to dress my dolly in other styles - I even tried an urban street style once and cracked myself up so hard that I had to change again hehe - but one of those styles I never get quite right is Steampunk!
It shouldn't be hard, it's Victorian Gothic mixed with the Industrial theme of the historical period. I tend to buy a lot of clothing in a similar style anyway, but I guess I just combine my look differently?!
Still this time I think I have hit the nail on the head... Is there anyone out there that can tell me honestly?
The look was started all because of a romper suit from ImmateriA... Seriously Naenia likes to make me test myself, thank you for that Nae hehe... The outfit itself is called Agatha Sprockette, it includes the headband with it's adorable light bulb shaped wire decoration, and you can grab this look now from the current round of The Instruments. I teamed the outfit with a simple, and yet very well matched although I don't think that it was intentional, pair of boots from lassitude & ennui. These are available in various colours from the Birthday round of We <3 RP... Happy Birthday We <3 RP!!
Though, as per usual, it was the accessories that I went to town on... I just hope they work well with the theme, and that they haven't made it a little confusing hehe...
The accessories kinda gave the look a strange doctorish twist, like something from an evil movie, as I hid behind a Hell Mask from the [BODY FACTORY], whilst clutching my new doctors style bag from nefarious inventions - which you can grab for yourself at The Dark Style Fair 2... I don't normally buy bags in SL, I am an advocate of collecting them in RL but for some reason in SL they have just never been on my radar, then I saw this one... I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. I HAD TO HAVE IT. NOTHING WOULD STOP ME lol... I even fought lag for this bag... Shows dedication right?!
I wore not one but three necklaces with this look too... Get me I am so cool wearing more than one right lol... I had a choker from Kibitz, a Key Necklace from DRD and even a Tag from 7mad;Ravens - all of which I would happily say are some of my go-to stores for things - just to mark that I was a Beast. Possibly akin to Mr Hyde?!
Last but by no means least, the monster in me needed a familiar... I searched high and low for something that seemed even a little monsterous, and found the perfect thing... At Oneword this month, you can find yourself in the darkness, the most adorable little iBat - you need to check The Horror booth but it's there - and how can you resist something with such pretty eye?!
