I am such a huge fan of dress up, I LOVE creating characters for myself as I'm sure you may have noticed... Normally I'm affected by outfits or by events that I need to find creations for but sometimes it's things that I'm sent which create amazing ideas in my mind... This doesn't happen often but when a photo prop sparks my imagination I tend to run wild with it...
It happened in the case of the picture that I am about to share with you today, I LOVE it and I don't think Otis minded that he was pinned to the car when he was caught robbing the bank!
Rudh felt like the only way to catch the criminal was to slip into catwoman mode...
It started because of a prop that was a Bish Box release from Come Soon a few rounds ago, and yes I'm very late posting a picture of it, but the prop and pose is available in the Come Soon store so you can still get your hands on it.
Then all it takes is the perfect outfit and it's dangerous!

Everyone has their favourite things to do in SL, personally I'd tell you that I love creating fantasy looks for myself, taking pictures and of course SHOPPING! I'm still learning about the picture taking part, and the fantasy characters come easily, but when it comes to shopping I have - besides clothes, shoes, hair and accessories - one major downfall and that is gachas. I'm more than a little addicted, and it's created a few random collections in my hoard that I LOVE shopping for. One of those is food! There are a few designers that have created some AMAZING food stuff and now my inventory is stuffed full of yummy looking goodies!
Where am I going with this I hear you ask, well it's not gacha but there's food, literally, on the table...
I know that the current round of Collabor88 will close it's doors to be prepped for the next round tomorrow but you still have a few hours to get your hands on this AMAZING fastfood set... It's a food collection for fast food lovers - called Fast Food Clutter - from Half-Deer, and it's both cute and realistic looking! I LOVE IT.
So I went for a date with Mr Otis Andel and while he was reading his newspaper I wrote him a little message on the table with my fries! Luckily for Otis, HellBone knows that he's actually Lilian's Malt, or there could have been trouble!

I don't very often get a chance to blog pictures of other people, and spend far too much time looking at my own face while I'm posing. I also tend to have a bit of an issue sometimes when I am being sent couple poses... HellBone hates standing still for very long and so finding someone to pose with me can be a little difficult at times LOL.
Yet a few days ago while standing around doing nothing with my good friends Lilian and Chopper, and she was showing off the new dress that she had on, I hit upon an idea... POSING TIME!
Now, even though they are not a couple, Lil and Chopper were willing to help me out in a very romantic pose. The new pose by Come Soon is called The Movement, and it's a brief pause in a somewhat sensual dance. This pose is a Limited Edition, available at the latest but soon to end round of Cosmopolitan, so if you want it you need to get over there soon!
I love the way that this picture worked out, and I really enjoyed having models to play with... There will be more coming like this, if I can find the models LOL...

It's a Monday morning, and therefore a back to work day for me... I am so tired, beyond tired, as this weekend was a very busy and somewhat stressful one for me, but right now I will be good, I will put my work face on and attempt to stay awake at my desk. I should have worked from home today, but was made to come in and train someone! I don't want to rant but that should be my bosses job, and hey if he doesn't want to do his work, perhaps I can have his salary for doing it instead?!
It's time for me to put on a work face and pretend I am smart anyway... Yay Me!?!
I wish work was as nice as this... Sitting back with a cute friend - yes it's Eugene again! - and letting him do all the sciency stuff, working out all the hard problems and letting me look cute with a cup of tea perhaps?!
The furniture - including everything you see here except for me and my date - is Consignment created! You could hardly blame a girl for sitting snuggled up in a sofa like this, I think Consignment makes some of the snuggliest looking sofas in SL - but that's a personal opinion! This particular set is available at FaMESHed this month... They are the perfect places to curl up and sleep after a long day at work...
It's taken me all day to get to this point, the point of post publication... I am SOOOOOOOOO tired and have a sofa in RL calling my name...

Sometimes I get the feeling that I am totally alone, even when I am constantly surrounded by people... I'm feeling like that at the moment and it's because of some situations in RL that I don't feel strong enough to handle.
I don't want to pour my heart out too much, it's just RL drama that no one needs to hear about, but I need something good to happen, I need to feel that I am strong and I'd really like to know that I'm worth something... Sorry to sound melodramatic, it's something that I am working my way through and I'm sure I will get over this but the bumps in the road seem pretty big right now, so I may need a monster truck to get over them...
As always though my mood definitely seems to be apparent in the pictures that I am taking...
I never intended to take such a dark and lonely shot, it was pretty and light and airy in the house that's owned by one of my favouritest people and their partner... I went there because no one could find me though, so I suppose it does reflect my mood!
Basically I wanted to do some simple, down-to-earth and without too much thought into my emotions style blogging... I have these amazing chairs from Consignment, called the Cave Tub Chairs - available until February 6th at Collabor88 - and found the perfect spot at my friends house to show one off... The only other thing I did was set out a bucket of candles to provide me a little light and make the place feel warmer!
I think I might curl up here and take a nap, it seems dark and cosy, and perhaps that will help me feel better... It's going to be a lazy Sunday that much is for sure!!
