Pixel Pizza for Pixel Plants!

When trying to relax there are lots of different ways to relax. Some people like to exercise, some like to shop, some like to read books - I'm usually one of those - and others play video games, but no matter what you choose to do it should be fun and allow your mind to reset itself for a moment. 
Today I'm in a gaming mind, I've been thinking about old games on my old Super Nintendo, I used to LOVE playing Mario... 

In Mario's world of Level Up - a backdrop from astralia - where the Polygon trees and grasses - from Bad Unicorn - blow in the breeze... 
Mario has gone on a little vacation, and while he's away I've been asked to feed his Chompy Plant Babies - from Tardfish - and there were no real instructions as to what they should be fed. I figure they should be fed pixel food, I'm thinking Pizza, anyone fancy a pixel Pizza Party - pizza from #ninety...

Picking Daisies at the Picnic

Daisy, Daisy, Gimme your answer do... I'm half crazy, all for the love of you... I love a pretty daisy, they really make me crazy... I can't get enough of the pretty flower, the smile they leave gives me power... I love their faces, they make me smile and that's the best reason to stop and pick a few daisies while having a happy little picnic... 

While having a lovely picnic in the gardens of Whimberley, I couldn't help but smile at all the daisies. I decided that I would dig up a pretty little Daisy and take one home to make me smile in my own garden... I'll be very careful about carrying it home - thanks to the Flower Child Gacha at Mug - and she's even had to decorate her hair a little, a little "Oopsie Daisy" - a wig from Moon!

Issa Me... Ruduigi!

 I've been having a random silly day today, trying to get myself to wake up for longer than five minutes... I feel like I'm permanently sleepy lol... Time to do something fun and play one of my oldest favourites.. Super Mario Brothers... 
Thought I guess I'm not going to play it in the way I might have done in the past... I'm now going to jump on the Gameboy and ride myself into the Mario World... 

Luckily I had my amazing Retro Gamer Hover Board - from Ananas - that allows me to zoom around through Mario land... 
Now of course I had to blend in, and being smart I realised that Mario might not be the best choice, but no one would notice an extra Luigi wandering around. I'm not sure, but I think maybe I look a little more fabulous than the real one...

Baldness Before Hair Fair Starts

OOOOOH IT'S COMING... The air is scented with the smells of luxury shampoos, and the bubbles dance in the breeze... The stylists are straightening, curling and dyeing the last of the wigs... HAIR FAIR IS OPENING TOMORROW - Saturday August 17th 2019 - and although smaller than previous years it seems like this one will be EPIC! 
The day before the opening, I tend to run around there like a crazy person - as I'm sure many of the lucky bloggers that are allowed early access tend to do - and grab as much as I can, but I always make time to get bald and spread the excitement of the event that's coming... 

Hair Fair 2019 is one of the longest running annual events in SL... I remember being super excited even in my earliest days for Hair Fair, a chance to buy TONS of hair from designers that I knew, and some that I didn't while raising money and awareness for an amazing cause. Things have changed a little since then, I'm now honoured to feel a little like part of their press team, and I will do anything I can to support the organizers and designers that participate... 
Hair Fair SL has always been dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the RL Charity that is Wigs for Kids - an organization which creates wigs for children that have for one reason or another lost their hair. 
Such a worthy cause, for the next two weeks from tomorrow until September 1st, you can get your hands on some adorable new hairstyles that will help hundreds of children find the confidence that they lost along with their hair! Shopping, New Hair and a sense of helping a good cause... The benefits are great!!! Don't miss Hair Fair... LMS will be shared soon!!!!
