Today is a good day to be a Brit. I'm not usually patriotic but the Royal Wedding was pretty and I'm proud of the fact that Britain can put on a good show for the world with something as awesome as a wedding...
Yet I'm not going to dwell on the Royals, it's not my thing lol... Instead I decided to try my hand at a little more furniture photography... It's not something I'm good at and I'm working on it. I wish I could use shadows, but I'm working on saving up to be able to do that too LOL... Still if I don't try I won't know right?! Have to try to get better, right?!
Today I decided to play around with a set that has been released for the soon to close 6 Republic Event. I'm a little slow in posting it because it's been hard for me to get the right shot that I was happy with but I think I'm good now and even though the event closes on the 20th - that's tomorrow people - I'm hoping it will be moved to the mainstore very soon!
Now the set I'm talking about is from the awesome store that is Fapple! It's a simply gorgeous collection called the Angel Oak and as usual with Fapple creations it comes in both Maledom and Femdom versions... I think it's great since so many places cater to the former and not the latter!
Now for the important stuff... The Angel Oak collection can be purchased in two ways...
The ALL IN collection is listed as the Angel Oak BDSM Skybox ALL IN PACK, and this includes ALL of the furniture PLUS a gorgeous skybox with it's own Oak Tree. The Skybox - for those of you that want to know the specifics - is 299LI and 64x64. The decor is also available to purchase separately, with certain parts - like the BDSM Throne and the BDSM Chair are colour change too...
It's such a gorgeous set, you won't want to miss it...

It's a lovely sunny Monday today, and although it's evening, it's still rather warm. It's too warm for me and the summer hasn't even started, but this time of year does bring one thing to mind that I LOVE the fact that Sunflowers are coming out!
I've always loved Sunflowers, and they are my favourite of all flowers and I guess because they are so sunny and happy and friendly...
The sunflowers used in this pose are actually a pose prop from Image Essentials called a Field of Flowers, and they seemed so pretty when I rezzed them I couldn't resist spending time playing with them.
I had to accessorise to match the flowers, and luckily for me yellow is my favourite colour. I found a dress from [I<3F] with a colour change hud and some adorable BOOM sunflowers for my hair... It was a pretty combination and a great day! I was even able to find the most adorable matching tattoo... It's a Sun Dance Tattoo from DAPPA, which is available at the current round of anyBody, it's definitely one that I will be going back to although I'm not sure it will be my everyday inkings...

It's nearly dinner time on Sunday Night here in Holland, and for that I can say I am really greatful... Not only does it mean that it is nearly bed time, but it is in fact time to eat and I am STARVING!
Now that it's nearly dinner time and HellBone is finally cooking something really yummy smelling in the kitchen, my taste buds will not stop watering!
Dutch food was something that took me a long time to get used to, I mean of course we eat everything in Holland that we'd normally eat in England, but for some reason certain things were harder to understand than others...
Recently, the 6 Republic event opened featuring Amsterdam as one of it's locations...
I don't understand why it is Amsterdam and Australia, I mean shouldn't it be Holland and Australia or Amsterdam and Sydney? Not that I am complaining... Some of the designer in the Dutch part of the event went to town on creating perfect Dutch things, there were windmills and more shops offering drugs than I can count - although there was a lack of clogs, cheese and hookers I feel - but one of the designers, the store C L A Vv made some yummy looking Dutch foods... So for dinner in SL tonight I am going to have a bowl of Snert - that's Pea Soup to any non-Dutch speakers out there - followed by Stamppot - which is a traditional Dutch meal of something mashed into potatoes served with smoke sausage - and a tompouce for dessert, all washed down with a cup of tea and a naughty stroopwafel - caramel cookie!
OH AND while I am here, for those of you that are looking at it thinking "Oh that's cute" - my outfit is an upcoming release from Cosmic Dust for the new round of Kustom9, which starts on the 15th. It's in a Gacha, and the skirts and tops are separates which come in a range of different colours! So cute, and I love that they are mix-n-match pieces!!
OH YAY, I'm being called for Dinner!! Grubs Up!! As they say in Holland "Eet Smakelijk!"
